This study aims to suggest the necessary political implications for the introduction of green tourism in "Mountain Village Project" through the survey of local residents on the recognition of rural and mountain villages about the Village Development Projects. Direct survey using a structured questionnaire was executed to each local resident in different types of rural tourism villages such as the Mountain development village, the Green agricultural village, the Rural theme village, and mixed type of village between them. It was revealed that local residents in the Mountain development village had a positive reaction to the Project, whereas those in mixed type of village did not notice highly the change by the Project. Residents in the Mountain development village highly satisfied with the Project as improved income sources. In addition, it was shown that local residents recognised the necessity of social education and they highly wanted to participate in it. Residents in the Green agricultural village also wanted to put an effort to introduce an activity-based program for village development.
This research had selected current rural village development projects with the representative meaning of rural regional development projects in order to analyze results of projects and various policies of the government to enhance the quality of resident life and to develop rural regions. For the analysis, this research had selected 2 districts of the case study in Gyeongnam-province and Jeonnam-province, respectively. In the result of the satisfaction analysis on the projects, it was considerably difficult to analyze satisfaction degree by using a clear distinction of each region type when promoting overall project. However, this research confirmed that there were some differences about residents' understanding of the project and satisfaction degree in the process of projects according to the regional characteristics (rural and mountain areas). In general, two districts' residents of rural areas expressed relatively more negative feedbacks in process of the project compared to two district residents of mountain areas. This research suggested that it is needed to have residents' understanding of the project, a restoration of village community spirit to help each other and to cooperate, fostering a desirable leader, establishing effective village regulations, transition into an open and inclusive attitude, promoting rural village development project, and realization of the operating method in order to have an amicable project process in the future.
In this study, the village development promotion system was reorganized for Gimhae-si, and improvement plans and post-operation management plans were prepared through expert surveys. Through the Village Development Project, the landscape and environment of the village were improved, and the village and residents were positively changed. The Village Development Project laid the foundation for regional revitalization, giving the next generation hope for the sustainable development of the village. While maintaining the framework of the existing Rural Development Projects guidelines through case analysis of other regions, we operate educational programs for each stage by reflecting regional characteristics, and utilize and communicate with intermediate support organizations, systematically operate, and actively intervene by Eup·Myeon administration. In addition, as a follow-up management program, various follow-up management programs were being operated, such as support for capacity building such as consulting, as well as facility maintenance and support for village managers. As a result of the expert survey to review the adequacy of the improvement plan, the improvement plan derived from the overall average of 4.28 points and the standard deviation of 0 to 0.94 points for the process is judged to be appropriate. In particular, the item of 'self-reliance stage follow-up management' was very important as all experts responded with 5 points. By establishing the village development performance goals, we tried to check whether the qualitative/quantitative goals were achieved by year, and to secure quantified status data in response to changes such as resetting performance goals or adding new performance indicators. In this study, in order to improve the capacity to achieve regional development in response to the rural agreement, we prepared our own sustainable village development promotion system, governance establishment, and follow-up management plan. In addition, it is expected to be used as a reference material for the selection of new districts and the follow-up management of completed districts by establishing the village development goals.
Rural area development projects are being carried out in a strategy to create new value in agriculture and farm villages and to change the public perception. This study targeted rural experience participants visiting Cheong-Ho region, where the Rural Village Comprehensive Development Project was carried out. They were surveyed about attributes of visits to farm villages to determine which attributes of the experience could influence their revisits. This study was conducted under an umbrella project conducted as per the Special Act on Life Improvement and Regional Improvement for Farmers and Fishermen. Cheong-Ho region in Buan-gun produces mulberry, organic wheat, and rice grown using environmentally-friendly agricultural practices. This region as held events offering visitors the chance to experience rural villages and mulberry farms. Survey results showed that the natural landscape of villages, village experience, and the services provided by residents had a positive relationship with the probability of revisiting the village. Also, village facilities, harmony of natural landscape, hospitality of village residents, amusement value of rural experience, and the cost for rural experience were significant attributes. Therefore, it is necessary to revitalize the rural experience program targeting rural experience participants in Cheong-Ho region through continuous and monitoring of key visit attributes and revisit factors.
This article deals with rural village development project of Namsunghyun 'Gamggot(persimmon flower)' area, based on local tourism resources. For more efficient use of local tourism resources, questionnaire surveys for local residents and visitors were conducted. On the base of the results, the vision and objectives were established. And each items of project by division were also considered by the results of such surveys. Finally, priority scores of each items of project, based on importances and weighted value, were derived for more efficient propulsion of project and to construct sustainable rural community.

In this study, interest in rural life of good natural environment rather than busy life is increasing as human life is extended by scientific and medical technology and society has improved. The reckless development of rural villages has caused social problems as the natural environment has been damaged, failing to function as a pleasant home. To address these problems, the government has implemented a rural village development project, but if the site is selected incorrectly, the residents may not be recruited, or applicants may lose their status, or the portion of the infrastructure building fee may increase. In order to prepare objective and clear assessment methods for the target site not to cause such problems, a layering analysis method (AHP: Analytic Method) was used to identify the current status of the rural village formation project, draw assessment items, and determine the importance of each item.
In this study, we try to quantify resident's conflict by rural development project based on previous researches about community capacities required for residents and social networks in rural village for suggesting efficient project model. we analyzed conflict elements in six category such as 'conflict in residents', 'conflict in residents and leaders', 'conflict in leaders', 'conflict in villages', 'conflict in development fund', 'conflict in village by common income project'. These results also analyzed by personal background(age, role, education, income) of respondent in questionary survey. Results show that 'conflict in residents and leaders', 'conflict in leaders', 'conflict in development fund' are perceived differently by age, role, education, and income in 5% significance level. Especially, relatively young age(below 40 years old) expressed clearly about conflict and high scored in item of 'residents and leaders'. Regression model show statistical significance(F=39.807, P=0.000) in influence relation analysis of conflict, network, leadership, and project fund. In this model, network ${\beta}=-0.237$, leadership ${\beta}=-0.375$, project fund ${\beta}=-0.000$ show network and leadership have negative relation to conflict but project fund is difficult to find relation with conflict. In this study, we defined social vulnerability using conflict, network, and leadership and verified the vulnerability of rural village applying regional community capacity in analysis results; vulnerability increased by the size of region and show inverse correlation to future vision of residents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual situation of residents' participation in rural development projects, to identify their performance and problems, and suggest ways to develop desirable villages in rural areas. From reviewing relevant pre-studies, this study was done by interview, questionnaire, and observation targeting 140 leaders and residents of exampled village of the project in Jeollanam-do, as well as by listening opinions of relative experts. This study is largely classified into 4 parts, review of character and appearing background of village development project, review of theoretical discussion about residents' participation, evaluation of accomplishments and analysis of participation, and establishing a model for habitants-participating village development project and how to improve it. As a result of questionnaire, it was found urgent for habitants to convert their thinking about village development and their participation in it, to realize a model of this project, as well as political stimulus to promote that. Therefore, measures must be required to improve current village development projects and to promote them. First of all, a preparation period is required to sufficiently provide the village where habitants are willing to participate in, from the state of place selection. Besides, it is required to run away from profit-making businesses aiming at foreign people, to improvement of residents' welfare in a long term, and enhanced resources management in a broad view. Waste of working expenses seems to be solved through direct operation by a corporation in charge of profit-making businesses, under superstition of residents' community. Finally conclusion, expansion and practicalization of education to residents are essential, to promote their participation in rural development projects. Especially it must be practical education for habitants such as 'community-ship' or 'technology education in each interesting part,' rather than tour of other villages and unilateral lectures from experts. Along with this, a long term plan and systematic participation is more essential. Since planning itself can be mutual learning to enhance residents' capacity, a chance must be established to discuss and plan each part including resources-research, by making them participate in.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.
The purpose of this study is to understand the master plan of "The project on a comprehensive village development with a unit of a based township" through the master plan analysis and to help understand the implications of this project in order to maintain rural villages that can make local residents satisfied with them and promote the project of comprehensive rural village development as a successful way based on a comparative analysis through the in-site survey. The processes of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of development planning created a drawing based on linking business strategy by each region. The current situation and characteristics of planned public spaces were analyzed through the analysis of location and distribution of public spaces and facilities. Second, the situation analysis was performed by the task of shooting based on the basic plan information, and the master plan and status were confirmed through interviews. Also, the analysis of location and distribution of public spaces and facilities was conducted by a created drawings based on a survey. Finally, the detailed information of public spaces and facilities was compared with the investigation by in-site survey and analyzed through the Master Plan Strategy and a detailed classification of the types of facilities among each regional issues. In addition, by overlapping the planned drawings with the results, the results of formations were confirmed and the planned positional changes and the distribution of facilities were analyzed. As the results of "The project of comprehensive village development with a unit of based township", it was determined that there were many issues on cultural and welfare facilities in this project to meet the business objectives. Also, the facilities the residents needed, identified by interviews, were rural tourism facilities. According to the results, the residents cherished rural tourism facilities as much as basic living facilities. However, as the results of comparative analysis of public spaces and facilities, it was confirmed that mostly the plan was unfulfilled. Therefore, it is concluded that living, cultural and welfare facilities in the township can be maintained and expanded comprehensively as a purpose of "The project of comprehensive village development with a unit of based township" after not only planning process but also the project is fulfilled actually in rural areas.
