A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar, 'Moon Festival' was released by National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea in 2007. A cross was made in 2002 between '01B1-559', a breeding line of NHRI and 'Baeksokuk', a spray cultivar with white petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading culture in summer and retarding culture in autumn. The natural flowering time of "Moon Festival" is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by shading and lighting treatment. The cultivar is semi- double type flowers with light-ivory white petals and green flower center. Flower neck and stem are very hardy. The diameter of flower is 67.5 mm. The number of flowers per stem and petals per flower is 11.5 and 100.5, respectively. The days to flowering under the short day is about 54 in autumn season.

A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar 'Pure Angel' was released by National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea in 2007. The cross was made in 2004 between 'Innocence', a breeding cultivar of NIHHS, and 'Baeksokuk', a spray cultivar with white petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for the evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shade cultures in summer and retarding cultures in autumn. The natural flowering time of 'Pure Angel' is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by photo-periodic control. The cultivar has single type flowers with pure white petals and a green flower center. It shows long vase life and resistance to white rust. The diameter of flower is 52.5 mm. The numbers of flowers per stem and petals per flower are 12 and 22.5, respectively. Days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 52 days in spring seasons.

A cross was made in 2002 between 'Relance', a spray cultivar with red petals and resistant to white rust and 'Yeonja', a spray cultivar with pink petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for the evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading culture in summer and retarding culture in autumn. The natural flowering time of "Cherry Blossom" is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by shading and lighting treatment. This cultivar is single type flowers with dark pink petals and green flower center and resistant to white rust. It is very stable color of petals when the variety is cultivated under high temperature conditions in summer season. The diameter of flower is 55.0 mm. The number of flowers per stem is 10.5 and the number of petals per flower is 24.0. The days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 45 in spring season.

A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar 'Prima Donna' was released by National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS), Rural Development Administration (RDA), in 2008. The cross was made between 'Plano' and 'Yeonja' in 2005. Trials were conducted from 2006 to 2008 for the evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading cultures in summer and retarding cultures in spring. The natural flowering time of 'Prima Donna' is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by photo-periodic control. The cultivar has single type flowers with pink petals, green center and good inflorescence. The growth of plant is very vigorous. The diameter of flower is 7.0cm. The number of flowers per stem and petals per flower are 13 and 42, respectively. Days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 59 and its vase life is 26.1 days in autumn season.

A new spray chrysanthemum 'Pink Berry' was released by National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science (NIHHS), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea in 2007. A cross was made in 2004 between 'Lineker Salmon', a spray cultivar with salmon petals, and 'Baeksokuk', a spray cultivar with white petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shade cultivation in summer and retarding cultivation in autumn. The natural flowering time of 'Pink Berry' is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by photo-periodic control. The cultivar has single type flowers with pink petals and a green flower center. It shows long vase life of 22 days and resistance to white rust. The diameter of flower is 52.0 mm. The numbers of flowers per stem and petals per flower are 15.5 and 29.5, respectively. Days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 56 in autumn seasons.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the influence of personal backgrounds on the preference of fishing village experience recreation villages. As the analysis method, binary logistic regression analysis was used. Dependent variables are experience recreation villages (rural and fishing). The independent variables consist of 9 groups of people: gender, age, family type, marital status, presence of children, principal companion, fishing village image, visit experience villages, recognition of fishing village experience recreation village. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the tourist's gender, age, family type, marital status, presence of children, principal companion, fishing village image, visit experience villages, recognition of fishing village experience recreation village influence the preference of fishing village experience recreation village. By characteristics of each group, it was found that male prefer fishing village experience recreation villages 1.597 times as much as female, and those with a positive image about fishing villages prefer fishing village experience recreation villages as much as 2.644 times than those with negative images. In addition, it was found that those who visited the fishing village experience and recreation village prefer the fishing village experience village about six times more than those who have never visited.

Purpose: This research aims to find the link between public service Distribution and individual job performance in the provincial municipality. Research design, data, and methodology: This is a quantitative approach study with a non-experimental and correlational design. The sample consisted of 140 employees appointed and hired by the provincial municipality of Huaraz. For data collection, Two questionnaires with an ordinal Likert-type scale and the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient were used to assess the link between the research variables., For Analysis: two questionnaires with an ordinal Likert-type scale and the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient were used to determine the connection between the research variables. Results: It was determined that both variables have a high degree of correlation (0.725), indicating a direct and significant relationship between the Distribution of public service and skill performance in the provincial municipality (0.614). Conclusion: Finally, this allows us to conclude that the institutional context is essential; that is, there is a significant correlation between the PSM and contextual performance in the provincial municipality of Huaraz, which has a Rho Spearman value of 0.723.

The edible paddy straw mushroom Volvariella volvacea (Bull. ex F.) Singer has high nutritional and medicinal values. They are grown on a wide variety of agricultural by-products using different several methods. The result of this present study showed that type of bed and cultivation condition (outdoor/indoor) had effects on the yield of paddy straw mushrooms grown on the spent oyster mushroom sawdust. The treatment of circular compact bed under indoor cultivation condition (CYIC) had the best yield and biological efficiency (B.E.) with 2,119.2 g/bed and 14.5%, respectively, followed by the treatment of conventional bed under outdoor cultivation condition (COOC) with the yield and B.E. of 1,935.5 g/bed and 13.2%, respectively, but the lowest yield and B.E. were observed in the treatment of conventional bed under indoor cultivation condition (COIC) with 1,226.1 g/bed and 8.4%, respectively. Paddy straw mushrooms cultivated on spent oyster mushroom sawdust should be proper in both outdoor and indoor conditions by conventional and circular compact methods as well. However, in indoor conditions, paddy straw mushrooms should be grown in a circular compact bed to ensure the temperature of the bed is suitable for the mushroom growth.

Objectives: This research analyzed and compared housing transaction prices and depression rates according to housing types before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Data on housing transaction prices and depression rates from 2018 to 2022 in 25 districts of Seoul, South Korea, were utilized. Dummy variables were employed to account for potential confounders influencing the relationship between the variables. Statistical analysis was conducted using R, and the relationship between depression rates and housing transaction prices was examined through Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and panel data regression analysis. Results: The results of OLS and one-way random effects models indicated a significant relationship between apartment (p<.05) and officetel (p<.001) transaction prices and depression. However, detached/semi-detached and row/townhouse transaction prices did not exhibit a significant relationship with depression. Conclusion: It was observed that as apartment and officetel transaction prices increased in Seoul before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, depression rates also increased. Considering that changes in housing prices by housing type in South Korea may impact the mental health of local residents, it is deemed necessary to consider healthy housing and housing prices as comprehensive determinants of mental health.

본 연구에서 얻을 수 있었던 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 황산이온 농도를 포함해 원수의 음이온 농도가 낮은 경우 질산이온을 효율적으로 제거하기 위해 사용가능한 수지는 일반적으로 사용되는 Type 1수지보다도 공극형태가 gel 형태인 Type 2수지를 사용하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 음이온 농도가 높은 지하수나 빠른 유속으로 처리할 경우 공극형태가 macroporous인 것이 유리할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 원수의 항산이온 농도가 낮은 경우에는 같은 macroporous 형태의 수지라도 IRA-900 같은 일반 형태의 수지가 질산이온 선택성 수지보다도 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 2. Type 2 수지를 사용하여 얻은 자료로 동력학적 접근 방정식에 적용하여 얻은 결과를 다중희귀분석한 결과 다음과 같은 식을 도출할 수 있었다. $logq_0$=-0.14logV-0.148logH-1.04(r=0.99) logM=0.135logV+0.151logH+1.814(r=0.99) 3. 황산이온 농도가 다소 높은 지하수를 처리할 때는 일반형태인 IRA-900보다도 질산이온 선택성 수지인 IMAC HP-555 수지가 효율이 좋은 것으로 나타나 원수의 황산이온 농도가 50mg/l 이상일 경우에는 질산이온 선택성 수지를 사용하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.
