The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve damaged forest in rural area in terms of both landscape . quality and regulation. Mountain and forest cover 65% of total land in Korea, and the shortage of areas for developing housing, road and facilities made us to use forest area for above purposes. This led various types of damages on the sensitive rural landscape visually and ecologically. There are rules and regulations for decreasing damaging effect by constructions on forest area, but it was not so effective because theses rules focused on quantitative issues only. This study will consist of three phases, 1. analyse landscape damage types by development tendencies in forest area 2. find diminution plan on each damage types 3. set improvement on rules and regulations both qualitatively and quantitatively. This study will meet the goal of improving and managing rural and forest landscape by providing objective standards, rational procedure and amelioration plan.

This study was conducted to supplement new-normal strategies on management plans of rural groundwater resources in the era of Post COVID-19. Global outbreak of COVID-19 has damaged across all areas including public policy, economics, industrial services, and others without exception, which has resulted in establishing new-normal strategies in order to restore balance and functions as for these areas. The new-normal ones were represented as enhancing preventative management on infectious diseases, expanding non face-to-face services, enhancing protective trades and food securities, and preparing growth policies on public services using the 4th industrial revolution techniques. In this study, G-WASH_AD (Groundwater supply, sanitation, and hygiene with attraction and digitization) was suggested to be new-normal strategies on rural groundwater resources. The G-WASH_AD was consisted of three detailed action plans: a preventative plan on waterborne-diseases of groundwater (PP), a groundwater-tourism plan with rural heritage (GP), and an application plan of the 4th industrial revolution techniques to groundwater facilities and its data (P4). The PP can contribute to protect human health from waterborne-diseases and minimize hazardous effects on crop cultivation. The GP accompanied with high-quality groundwater resources is able to strengthen rural tourism, to promote marketing activities on local agricultural products, and to increase household incomes of rural communities. The P4 can reinforce fast, comfortable, and scientific management on groundwater facilities and its data, creating a virtuous cycle between innovative management on groundwater and growth of technology related to it. Results of the G-WASH_AD strategies can encourage a green growth engine in field of rural groundwater management keeping up with Post COVID-19.

Recently, the Korean government proposes the rural tourism as an alternative plan for solving the problems of agriculture and rural community that experience difficulty by the opening of agricultural market and the falling price, etc. As result of investigation of cases of OECD nations and the growth rate of tourism market in Korea, it has been determined that the demand of rural tourism was sufficient. Rural tourism can be new income source in the rural communities in Korea. It is important to develop the resources in the rural amenity and promote the tourism leader group with it that will be applicable in the field in order that this rural tourism may take its place as main source of income. The purposes of study are to examine early appearance of rural village development that local administration firstly promoted through the 'Mobum Burak Development' promoted in environment change around the local government in 5 16 military government period and find implications of the current rural village development. During the military government period(1961~1963), rural administration showed lots of changes such as reorganization of administration system whose basic local government are si gun, introduction of national planning system and spread of si gun, reorganization of rural taxation system, diversification of extension caused by the establishment of rural facilities such as new Nong-hyup, RDA, etc. Thus, the main axis of development administration of counties was transferred from central government or American aid organization to local administration. According to the basic operation plan introduced after the 5 16 as a planning system, the Ministry of Home Affairs instructed to write and promote gun construction plan based on all conditions of gun as long-term general plan of rural development. Therefore, each do established general plans such as 'Nongdo Jeonbuk Geundaehwa Plan', 'Yakjin Gyeongbuk Plan', 'Jeonnam Miraesang', etc. and Mobum Burak Development was promoted by all kinds of titles such as 'Bogoganeun Maeul(Jeonbuk)', 'Bitnaneun Maeul(Chungnam)', 'Hyeokmyeong Chon(Gyeonggi)', 'Saemaeul geonseol(Gyeongnam)', etc. as a business of rural village development. But, business contents of gun's 'construction plan' couldn't be mutually connected although Mobum Burak Development and unit business contents were promoted by duplicated plan. It became useless general plan as times went by as business focusing on short-term outcomes rather than construction based on long-term region. Mobum Burak Development also borrowed contents community development business, but military government couldn't approach basic solution of village and regional agriculture by focusing on short-term outcome, without imitation of form and procedure. This study is judged to be utilized as basic data of following studies because rural village development companies focusing on national policies discovered unit rural companies and analyzed them by connecting to environment changes of rural administration.

This study is to analyze women's power in family to be related to Anbang, kitchen, dining room, and utility room planning in a unit plan of condominium apartment housing in rural area Data were collected 194 unit plans from 9 eastern regions of Kungi-Do. The results are as followed: 1) Anbang reflects the women's power on changing its space character into mater bedroom, the highest hierarchy in private zone, and planning a dress room in it. 2) Dining room and kitchen is openly centered on the unit plan, but kitchen is still only women's working space for family and agriculture depended on literature review. Dining space is not activated family interaction, so it is not different from urban apartment housing. However, its location and character are changed, and its hierarchy is relatively higher with women. Dining room and kitchen tend to plan visually separated after 2001, so its trend seems to establish women's territory at home. 3) Whole family can't be easy to access utility and back balcony close to kitchen, and these spaces are functionally separated for women's house work. This design trend seems to establish for women's area. 4) Finally, women's power seems to be effective in house working area including kitchen space depended on results. Also, these results from rural condominium apartment are similar to urban ones in previous study.
