  • 열차운행의 효율성 및 안전성 향상을 위해, 철도 제어시스템은 연동장치 등의 지상설비를 기반으로 한 지상중심의 제어시스템에서 ICT기술이 접목되어 지능적인 제어가 가능한 차상중심 제어시스템으로 진화하고 있다. 이러한 ICT기반 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 도입으로 선로변에 위치한 시설물들이 간소화되어 효율적이고 경제적인 제어시스템의 구현이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 적용가능성을 평가하기 위해 차상 및 지상 제어장치의 시제품을 제작하고 선로전환기, 건널목 차단기 등 기존 선로변 시설물들을 이용하여 테스트 베드를 구축하였다. 또한, 열차운영 시나리오를 작성하여 통합 운영 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 열차 운행 시 요구되는 차상중심 제어시스템의 시험 항목들을 모두 만족시켰으며, 이를 통하여 제안된 ICT기반 차상중심 열차제어시스템의 유효성이 검증되었다.

시뮬레이터 및 동작데이터를 이용한 남녀 운전 수행 패턴의 비교 (The Comparison of Driving Pattern by Gender Using Driving Simulator and Motion Data)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the difference of driving pattern between male and female drivers for a straight driving and unexpected situation using driving simulator and motion data. The participants included total 60 university students; 30 males aged 24.3$\pm$1.4 years and 30 females aged 23.2$\pm$1.9 years with 1~3 years of driving experience. The driving task required participants to keep the constant distance (20m, 25m or 30m) with preceding vehicle running at 55~65km/hr speed using driving simulator which was programed unexpected situation for two minutes. Simulator and motion data were acquired. The acquired data was divided in straight driving block for 40 second and unexpected situation block for 2 second. The coefficient of variation (CV) of lane keeping and jerk-cost (JC) function were analyzed for straight driving and unexpected situation blocks. The results show that CV was smaller in males than females for both straight and unexpected situation blocks (p < .05). JC was smaller in females than males for both straight and unexpected situation blocks. As the distance of vehicles become longer, JC was smaller for both male and female (p < .05).

운동선수의 만성 발목관절 불안정성에서 교량형 봉합술을 이용한 변형 Brostrom 술식 후의 기능평가 (Functional Evaluation after Modified Brostrom Procedure with Suture Bridge Technique for Chronic Ankle Instability in Athletes)

  • Purpose: Ligament reattachment technique using a suture anchor appears to show satisfactory functional outcomes and mechanical stability compared with conventional bone tunnel technique. This study was prospectively conducted in order to evaluate functional outcomes of modified Brostrom procedures using the suture bridge technique for chronic ankle instability in athletes. Materials and Methods: Twenty eight athletes under 30 years of age were followed for more than two years after undergoing the modified Brostrom procedure using the suture bridge technique. Functional evaluation consisted of the foot and ankle outcome score (FAOS), foot and ankle ability measure (FAAM) score. Range of motion and time to return to exercise were evaluated using a periodic questionnaire. Talar tilt angle and anterior talar translation were measured through stress radiographs for evaluation of mechanical stability. Results: FAOS improved significantly from preoperative mean 59.4 points to 91.4 points (p<0.001). Daily living and sport activity scores of FAAM improved significantly from preoperative mean 50.5, 32.5 points to 94.8, 87.3 points, respectively (p<0.001). Talar tilt angle and anterior talar translation improved significantly from preoperative mean $16.8^{\circ}$, 13.5 mm to $4.2^{\circ}$, 4.1 mm at final follow-up (p<0.001). Times to return to exercise were as follows: mean 10.2 weeks in jogging, 15.4 weeks in spurt running, 13.1 weeks in jumping, 11.5 weeks in walking on uneven ground, 9.1 weeks in standing on one leg, 7.2 weeks in tip-toeing gait, 8.4 weeks in squatting, and 10.6 weeks in descending stairs. Conclusion: Modified Brostrom procedure using the suture bridge technique showed satisfactory functional outcomes for chronic ankle instability in athletes. Optimal indication and cost-effectiveness of the suture bridge technique will be studied in the future.

간략화된 활성슬러지 모델(ASM No. 1)을 이용한 유출수 중 암모니아성 질소의 제어에 관한 연구 (Control of $NH_4-N$ in Wastewater Treatment Effluent According to Simplified ASM No. 1)

  • 하폐수 처리에 대한 제어는 2가지의 장점을 가지고 있다. 유출수의 수질을 제어할 수 있다는 것과 하폐수 처리 비용의 절감이 그것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 부영양화의 원인물질로 잘 알려져 있는 암모니아성 질소를 제어함을 목적으로 한다. 제어는 간략화된 활성슬러지 모델 1(ASM No. 1)에 기초하고 있으며, 제어 방법은 다음과 같다. 우선, 유입수중 암모늄 농도를 측정하고, 간략화된 활성슬러지 모델 1(ASM No. 1)에 의하여 유출수 암모늄 농도가 1.0 mg/L가 아닐 경우 유출수의 암모늄 농도가 1.0 mg/L가 되도록 최적의 포기 시간을 산정하고 결정한다. 다음단계에서 유입수의 암모늄 농도를 교정한다. 이 과정은 계속적으로 반복되었다. 이와같은 방법에 의해 호기-무산소 조건을 반복하는 SBR 반응조가 한달간 제어되었다. 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 유출수의 암모늄 농도는 $0.22\sim3.1$ mg/L 범위를 순회하였으며, 유출수 암모늄 농도의 평균값은 1.1 mg/L이었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 Adaptive control 방법은 암모늄의 유출수 농도를 제어하고 예측하는데 매우 효과적이었다.

자동차 전용도로에서 경사가 연비에 미치는 영향 (Effect on the Fuel Economy by Gradient in Automobile Driveway)

  • 최근의 차량 연비는 고가의 연료 가격과 환경 규제 등으로 인하여 중요한 문제로 대두되었다. 전기, 전자, 기계 등의 기술 발달에 힘입어 연비는 많이 개선되었으나 현재도 연비 측정은 주어진 모드(LA-4, FTP-75 등)에서 컴퓨터 모의시험 및 다이나모에서 수행한다. 이러한 연비는 실제 도로 주행 연비와 차이가 발생한다. 그 주요 원인중의 하나는 도로의 경사를 고려하지 않았기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 경사가 포함된 고속도로에서 경사가 연비에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 경사가 포함된 영동고속도로를 주행하여 연료 소모량을 측정하고 연비를 계산한다. 또한 같은 도로를 경사가 없다고 가정하여 주행한 연비와 비교 분석한다. 이때 두 경우의 연료 소모량 차이에 의해 발생된 총 발생 에너지를 계산하고, 모의실험에서 타이어 구동력으로 부터 발생한 엔진 토크와 파워 데이터로부터 구동력에 소모된 에너지를 계산한다. 이제 도로의 경사 때문에 소모된 연료에 의해 발생된 총 발생에너지와 구동력에 사용된 에너지와의 관계를 검증한다. 또한 결론에서는 경사를 갖는 자동차 전용도로에서 경사에도 불구하고 연비를 향상할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

  • 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션은 전산유쳬역학, 나노 물리, 계산화학, 구조 동역학, 전산설계 등 여러 계산과학공학 분야에서 시스템의 움직임을 예측하기 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 시뮬레이션의 정밀도와 복잡도가 점점 증가함에 따라 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 비용 역시 크게 증가하고 있다. 따라서 시뮬레이션의 수행비용을 줄이는 것은 특히 입력 변수들의 값을 변화시켜가며 시뮬레이션을 반복적으로 수행하는 경우, 시뮬레이션 수행 시간 단축을 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 어떤 시뮬레이션의 수행이 요청되었을 때, 해당 시뮬레이션을 실제로 수행하지 않고도 기존에 수행된 시뮬레이션의 결과를 저장하여 이전에 획득되거나 혹은 예측된 결과를 반환하는 시스템을 개발한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서 개발된 시스템은 크게 다음 2가지 기능을 제공한다: (1) 수행이 완료된 시뮬레이션의 결과를 데이터베이스에 저장하는 기능, (2) 사용자가 요청한 시뮬레이션의 결과를 통계적 기계학습 기술을 사용하여 예측하는 기능. 본 논문에서 개발한 예측 시스템의 예측 성능을 실제 유체역학 시뮬레이션 데이터를 사용하여 평가한 결과, 출력변수에 따라 0.9%의 매우 낮은 평균 예측 오차율을 보였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 시스템을 통하여 사용자들은 계산 및 저장 자원에 큰 부하를 주는 시뮬레이션을 실제 수행하지 않고도, 수행을 원하는 시뮬레이션의 결과를 빠르게 예측해 볼 수 있다.

변위제한조건식과 안정화된 Penalty방법에 의한 차량 주행에 따른 구조물의 동적상호작용 해석기법 (Simulation of Vehicle-Structure Dynamic Interaction by Displacement Constraint Equations and Stabilized Penalty Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 2개의 질량을 갖는 1/4 차량모델을 이용하여 차량-궤도-교량간의 동적상호작용 현상을 표현하기 위해 비선형 헤르츠 접촉스프링(Nonlinear Hertzian Contact Spring)과 비선형 접촉감쇠장치(Nonlinear Contact Damper)를 도입하였다. 또한, 차량에 작용하는 하중은 차량의 중량외에 임의시간단계의 차륜재하위치인 레일답면(즉, 주행로상의 접촉면)에서의 변위가 제한조건식(Constraint Equation)으로 가해졌다. 이 변위제한조건식은 Penalty방법(Penalty Method)에 의해 구현되었으며, 해의 안정화(Stabilization)를 위한 기법과 제한조건오차보정반력(Reaction from Constraint Violation)을 도입하였다. 또한, 차량의 피칭운동을 표현하고, 다양한 차량/열차를 모형화하기 위해서 1/4 차량모델의 차체 및 대차프레임 간을 강체연결 및 핀이 있는 강체연결조건으로 모형화하였다. 시간적분방법으로는 Newmark계열의 시간적분법이 사용되었으며, 해의 정확성 확보를 위해 국지적 오차평가에 근거한 적응적시간간격기법(Adaptive Time-Stepping Scheme)을 도입하였다. 이러한 적응적시간간격기법을 도입하여 동적해석에서 시간간격의 크기를 자동적으로 결정함으로써 동적해석에서의 해의 정확성을 확보하고 시간적분에 소요되는 계산비용을 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

환경 인쇄 기술의 발전과 인쇄물의 $CO_2$ 발생량에 관한 연구 (A Study about Development of Environment Printing Technology and $CO_2$)

  • For as to world, the concern about the environment problem is enhanced than any other time in the past because of being 21 century. And the environment problem is highlighted as the world-wide issue. The time of the environment problem intimidates the alive of the mankind and presence of an earth over the time. It becomes the essentiality not being selection in the personal living or the economical viewpoint now to prepare for the climatic modification. As to the company management, the green growth period which it excludes the environment management considering an environment, cannot carry on the company the continued management comes. That is, in the change center of the management paradigm, there is the environment management. Nearly, the greenhouse gas which the publication industry is the environmental toxic material like all industries is generated. The greenhouse gas is ejected in the process of running the manufacturing process and print shop of the various kinds material used as the raw material of the book. Particularly, the tree felling for getting the material of the paper is known to reach the direct influence on the global warming. This study does according to an object it considers and organizes the environment parameter based on this kind of fact as to the publication industry. And it is determined as the reference which is used as the basic materials preparing the case that carbon exhaust right transaction(CAP and TRADE) drawing are enforced in all industries and is sustainable the management of the publication industry and reduces the environmental risk among the company many risk management elements and plans and enforces the publication related policy that there is a value. In the printing publication industry, this study tried to inquire into elements discharging the environmental pollutant or the greenhouse gas. Additionally, in the printed publication production process, it tried to inquire into the effort for an environment-friendly and necessity at the printing paper and the printers ink, regarded as the element discharging the greenhouse gas all kinds of the printing materials, operation of the print shop and all kinds of the machines and recycle process, and etc. These considerations make these industrial field employees aware of the significance about a conservation and environmental protection. They try to give a help in the subsequent study producing quantitatively each environmental parameter emission of green house gas. This makes the calculation of the relative $CO_2$ output reproached ultimately possible. Meanwhile, in a sense, many research protects and improving an environment in connection with the contents of research at the printing publication industrial field is in progress. There will be the voluntary human face that it has to protect an environment but this can not do by the outside factor according to all kinds of environment related law and regulation. Anyway, because of acting on company management as the factor of oppression, the increase of this environment-related correspondence cost could know that the research that the environment loading relates with a procurement and development, environment management system introduction, quality control standard, including, normalizing including a material, and etc. through the part of the effort to reduce the cost low was actively in progress. As to the green growth era, as follows, this paper prescribed the subject and alternative of the print publication industry. It is surrounded by the firstly new digital environment and the generation of the subject. And secondly the printing industry is caused by the point of time when the green growth leaves by the topic which is largest in the global industry and it increases. The printing publication industry has to prepare the bridgehead for the environment-friendly green growth as the alternative for this resolution with first. The support blown in each industry becomes the obligation not being selection. Prestek in which the print publishing was exposed to spend many energies and which is known as the practice of the sustainable print publishing insisted that it mentioned importance of the green printing through the white pages in 2008 and a company had to be the green growth comprised through the environment-friendly activity. The core management for the sustainable printing publication industry presented from Presstack white pages is compacted to 4 words that it is a remove, reduce, recover, and recycle. Second, positively the digital printing(POD) system should be utilized. In the worldwide print out market, the digital printing area stops at the level of 10% or so but the change over and growth of the market of an analog-to-digital will increase rapidly in the future. As to the CEO Jeff Hayes of the Infoland, the offset print referred to that it of the traditional method got old and infirm with the minor phase of the new printing application like the customer to be wanted publication and the print of the digital method led the market. In conclusion, print publishers have to grasp well the market flow in the situation where a digitalization cannot be generalized and a support cannot avoid. And it keeps pace with the flow of the digital age and the recognition about the effort for the development and environment problem have to be raised. Particularly, the active green strategy is employed for the active green strategy.

국제프랜차이징 연구요소 및 연구방향 (Research Framework for International Franchising)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 프랜차이즈의 해외진출에 대한 연구들을 바탕으로 국제프랜차이징연구의 전체적인 연구체계를 세워보고, 연구체계를 형성하고 있는 연구요인들을 확인하여 각 연구요소별로 이루어지는 연구주제와 내용을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구주제들을 제안하고자 한다. 주요한 연구요소들은 국제프랜차이징의 동기 및 환경 요소과 진출의사결정, 국제프랜차이징의 진입양식 및 발전전략, 국제프랜차이징의 운영전략 및 국제프랜차이징의 성과이다. 이외에도 국제프랜차이징 연구에 적용할 수 있는 대리인이론, 자원기반이론, 거래비용이론, 조직학습이론 및 해외진출이론들을 설명하였다. 또한 국제프랜차이징연구에서 보다 중점적으로 개발해야 할 질적, 양적 방법론을 소개하였으며, 마지막으로 국내연구의 동향을 정리하여 추후의 연구방향을 종합적으로 정리하였다.

한국 동해 명태 어업의 적정어획노력량 추정 -동해구기선저인망어업과 동해구트롤어업의 경제성분석을 근거로- (Estimation on Optimum Fishing Effort of Walleye Pollock Fishery in the East Coast of Korea : Based on the Economic Analysis between Danish Seine Fishery and Trawl Fishery for Walleye Pollock)

  • A quantitative analysis was carried out to monitor the commercial yield level of walleye pollock Theragra chalcogramma in the east coast of Korea, based on available data on catch and fishing effort, catch per unit of effort including fish prices from 1911 to 1988, using a traditional yield model. The results from the quantitative assessment were based to estimate maximum economic yield (MEY) and optimal fishing effort (E-opt) at MEY. On the other hand, interaction aspects between danish seine fishery and trawl fishery mainly targeting walleye pollock in the east coast of Korea were studied to predict optimal situation in fishing effort level from economic point of view which gives the most benefits to the two fisheries. Total production of walleye pollock in 1911 when its catch record was begun for the first time was about 12, 000 metric tons(M/T), and then the catch trend maintained nearly at the level of 50, 000 M/T per annum, showing a decreasing trend until 1930. The highest production from historical data base on walleye pollock fishery statistics was from the years in 1939 and 1940, about 270, 000 M/T and 26, 000 M/T, respectively. No production of the fish species was recorded during the years from 1943 to 1947, and from 1949 to 1951. From 1952 onwards annual production was only available from the southern part of 38$^{\circ}$N in the east coast. During two decades from 1952 to 1970, the production had sustained about less than 30, 000 M/T every year. Annual production showed an increasing trend from 1971, reaching a maximum level of approximately 162, 000 M/T in 1981. Afterwards, it has deceased sharply year after year and amounted to 180, 000 M/T in 1988. The catch composition of walleye pollock for different fishery segments during 1970~1988 showed that more than 70% of the total catch was from danish seine fishery until 1977 but from 1978 onwards, the catch proportion did not differ from one another, accounting for the nearly same proportion. Catch per unit of effort (CPUE) for both danish seine fishery and trawl fishery maintained a decline tendency after 1977 when the values of CPUE were at level of 800 kg/haul for the former fishery and 1, 300 kg/haul for the latter fishery, respectively. CPUEs of gillnet fishery during 1980~1983 increased to about 3.5 times as high value as in the years, 1970~1979 and during 1987~1988 it decreased again to the level of the years, 1970~1978. The bottom longline fishery's CPUE wa at a very low level (20 kg/basket) through the whole study years, with exception of the value (60 kg/basket) in 1980. Fishing grounds of walleye pollock in the east coast of Korea showed a very limited distribution range. Danish seine fishery concentrated fishing around the coastal areas of Sokcho and Jumunjin during January~February and October~December. Distributions of fishing grounds of trawl fishery were the areas along the coastal regions in the central part of the east coast. Gillnet and bottom longline fisheries fished walleye pollock mainly in the areas of around Sokcho and Jumunjin during January~February and December. Relationship between CPUEs' values from danish seine fishery and trawl fishery was used to standardize fishing effort to apply to surplus production model for estimating maximum sustainable yield (MSY) and optimum fish effort (F-opt) at MSY. The results suggested a MSY of 114, 000 M/T with an estimated F-opt of 173, 000 hauls per year. Based on the estimates of MSY and F-opt, MEY was estimated to be about 94, 000 M/T with a range of 81, 000 to 103, 000 M/T and E-opt 100, 000 hauls per year with a range of 80, 000 to 120, 000 hauls. The estimated values of MEY and E-opt corresponded to 82% of MSY and 58% of F-opt, respectively. An optimal situation in the fishing effort level, which can envisage either simultaneously maximum yield or maximum benefit for both danish seine fishery and trawl fishery, was determined from relationship between revenue and cost of running the fleet : the optimal fishing effort of danish seine fishery was about 52, 000 hauls per year, corresponding to 50 danish seiners and 27, 000 hauls per year which is equal nearly to 36 trawlers, respectively. It was anticipated that the net income from sustainable yield estimated from the respective optimal fishing effort of the two fisheries will be about 3, 800 million won for danish seine fishery and 1, 000 million won for trawl fishery.
