평지와 내리막 달리기 시 하지 근육의 근 피로에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of the Muscle Fatigue for the Lower Limbs Muscle during the Level and Downhill Running)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the muscle fatigue for lower limbs during the level and downhill running. The subjects were 6 males of twenties who have no experience to get the injury in the lower limbs and required to run on the level and downhill which was -7% grade treadmill at 8.3km/h. EMG signal was gained by ME3000P8 Measurement Unit and computed the Median Frequency(MF) with the power spectrum analysis in the Megawin software. Rectus femoris(RF), Vastus lateralis(VL), Gluteus medius(GLU), Biceps Femoris(BF), gastrocnemius medial head(GM), gastrocnemius lateral head(GL), Tibialis anterior(TA) were selected. The result of this study were as follows: The MF of RF decreased in the downhill running than level running in length of time but, the MF of VL was opposite. The MF of BF decreased in the level and downhill running, but, the MF of BF decreased much in the level than downhill running. The MF of GLU decreased much in the downhill running but, almost no change in the level running. The MF of TA decreased in the level running than downhill running. The MF of GL decreased in the level running but, the MF of GM decreased in the downhill running in length of time. This study analyzed the muscle fatigue of the lower limbs with the median frequency on the basis of an assumption that the impact force for the flexion and extension of the joint and the body mass may be much in the eccentric contraction such as the downhill running than level running. RF and GM showed the muscle fatigue in the downhill running than level running. BF and GL showed the muscle fatigue in the level running than downhill running.

  • In recent day, many people are interested in wind resource for generation of electric power. Especially, it is made assessment the possibility of generation of electric power by wind resource originated from running cars and buses in downtown or highway. Moreover bus, driven in the exclusive lane, is focused on possibility of generation electric power on highway because median strip makes fast flow way between bus body and median strip and a pattern will appear in the flow way like drag coefficient. But nobody can guess whether the induced flow will increase or decrease and estimate amount of change of drag coefficient. Solving drag coefficient of bus running highway is the point of this paper. To solve this problem, we use the CFD method. The model is a bus simplified without mirror and gates. In order to assess result, the flow analysis surrounding the bus on the flat road where median strip is not installed has been compared with road with median strip. Solving condition is that the driving highway and median strip are running with 100km/h (27.8m/s).

  • This paper introduces the study of hood-type wind turbine embedded on highway median strip. Recently, many studies are being made to apply to small wind turbine in city. This study is wind turbine producing electricity generated from the wind by running cars. In order to analyze wind generated by running cars, we measured experiments using running cars and buses. Also, using CFD and interpreter program, we analysis wind turbines performance and applied to the twist-sabonius blade. This wind turbine attached to safety lamp on the road is produced to use electricity generated through the wind tunnel experiment. In this paper results, this wind turbine system is expected to produce the power source installed the heat ray and safety lamps on the road.

런닝화의 미드솔 경도가 하지 근육의 피로와 충격력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Midsole Hardness of Running Shoe on Fatigue of Lower Extremity Muscles and Impact Force)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of midsole hardness of running shoe on muscle fatigue and impact force during distance running. Method: Ten healthy college recreational runners who were performing distance running at least three times a week participated in this experiment. They were asked to run for 15 minutes in the treadmill at 10 km/h with running shoes having three different types of midsole hardness (Soft, Medium, Hard). EMG signal and insole pressure were collected during the first and last one minute for each running trials. Data were analyzed using a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures. Results: Midsole hardness did not affect the consistency of stride length. For the median frequency of the EMG signal, only VL was affected by midsole hardness; that of medium was greater than other midsoles (p<.05). The loading rate of impact forces increased by midsole hardness (p<.01). Conclusion: Although soft midsole could attenuate impact forces at heel contact, it might have a negative effect on the fatigue of muscle which could decelerate the body after heel contact. Therefore, it is necessary to select the optimum hardness of midsole carefully for both reduction impact forces and muscle fatigue.

가산잡음에 대한 고속 메디안 필터 알고리즘 (A Fast Median Filter Algorithm for Noised Digital Image)

  • 가산잡음으로 훼손된 영상을 복원하는 Filter Algorithm 중 Mean Filter Algorithm은 화소들의 묶음을 산술평균한 값을 화소로 삼는다. 그러나 산술평균은 화소간의 편차를 고려하지 않으므로 편차가 심한 화소-윤곽선이 훼손되고, 화소들에 포함되지 않은 값이 화소로 채택될수 있다. 이를 보완한 Median Filter Algorithm은 화소들의 묶음을 정렬하여 중앙값을 화소로 삼아 편차가 심한 화소를 보존하고, 화소들에 포함되지 않은 값이 화소로 선택되는 오류를 방지한다. 그러나 Median Filter Algorithm은 화소들의 묶음을 정렬하고, 중위수를 구하는데 소모되는 시간이 Mean Filter Algorithm의 화소들의 평균을 구하는 시간보다 상대적으로 많이 소모되고, 잡음이 화소로 선택될 오류가 발생한다. 이러한 단점을 보완한 Fast Median Filter Algorithm을 제안한다. Fast Median Filter Algorithm은 훼손영상을 전체집합으로, 국부영상을 부분집합 1, 2로 두어 Median Filter Algorithm보다 효율적으로 화소들을 정렬한다. 시험결과는 IBM 기종(80586)에서 구동되었으며 기존의 Filter Algorithm들과 비교분석한 결과 Mean Filter Algorithm과 대등한 속도와 Median Filter Algorithm의 결과영상을 얻음으로서 Fast Median Filter Algorithm의 우수성을 확인할 수 있었다.

고속도로 동적 갓길버스전용차로제 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operation for Dynamic Bus-Only Hard Shoulder Running on Expressway)

  • 본 논문에서는 고속도로 반복정체구간의 소통개선을 위하여 사용되고 있는 갓길차로를 버스전용차로로 운영하는 갓길버스전용차로제 운영 방안을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 기존 갓길차로제 및 중앙버스전용차로&갓길차로제와 비교 평가 하였다. 평가결과에 의하면 현재와 같이 모든 차량을 위한 갓길차로를 운영하는 것보다 소통 및 안전측면에서 유리한 것으로 평가 되었다. 그리고 중앙버스전용차로&갓길차로 보다는 통과버스의 통행속도는 다소 감소하지만 진출입 버스의 통행속도는 증가되고 승용차의 통행속도가 크게 향상되었으며, 승용차와 버스 통행속도를 산술평균한 전체 차량의 통행속도도 크게 증가하는 것으로 분석되어 수송인원 효율성도 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 승용차와 버스의 통행속도 차이가 크게 줄어 들어 교통흐름이 안정화되고 승용차들의 버스전용차로 위반 행위를 크게 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 갓길차로 운영시간도 크게 감소되어 갓길차로 본래 기능을 최대한 유지시킬 수 있다. 이러한 영향으로 갓길버스전용차로제가 중앙버스전용차로&갓길차로제보다 사고위험도가 크게 감소되고 사고심각도가 큰 교차상충은 발생되지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

털목이버섯의 독성(毒性)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Studies on Toxic Components of Auricularia polytricha)

  • To screen biologically active components of the higher fungi of Korea, the dried carpophores of Auricularia polytricha were extracted with water. The extract was examined for acute toxicity in ICR mice. A low molecular weight toxin of this fungus was purified by acetone precipitation followed by cellulose, silica gel and LH-20 Sephadex column chromatography. Major symptoms of this toxin were eye extrusion, hair erection, trembling of head, paralysis, rapid running or moving before death and depression of respiration. The median lethal doses of the total extract were 1.25 g/kg and 4.18 g/kg by i.p. and p.o. administrations, respectively. The amounts of one mouse lethal unit (MLU) of the total extract and final fraction that killed a 20-g mouse within 30 minutes were 28.5 mg/mouse and 12 mg/mouse, respectively.

  • A new method is proposed for stereo vision where solution to disparity map is presented in terms of Line constraint and Reliability space -- the first constraint proposes a progressive framework for stereo matching which applies local area pixel-values from corresponding lines in the left and right image pairs. The second states that reliability space based on corresponding points records the disparity and then we are able to apply the median filter in order to reduce the noises which occur in the process. A coarse to fine result is presented after the median filtering, which improves the final result qualitatively. Experiment is evaluated by rectified stereo matching images pairs from Middlebury datasets and has proved that those two adopted strategies yield good matching quantitative results in terms of fast running speed.

Moving Averages Based on Robust Statistical Analysis

  • Moving averages are the most popular statistics in analyzing time-series data like stock indices. However, moving averages are quite sensitive to unusual observations. In other words, they are not robust against unusual observations. We introduce the moving averages in terms of an M-estimator, and show how we can take advantages of using the proposed moving averages in fitting the data more than usual moving averages.

주행속도와 기하구조에 따른 운전자 불안뇌파 분석 -고속주행시를 중심으로- (A Study of the Relationship between Driver's Anxiety EEG & Driving Speed in Motorway Sections)

  • For establishing a standard of design element of the smart highway, this study investigated driver's anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs. Also, the experiment was implemented on 60 subjects. Based on running speed data and brainwave data, which were obtained from the experiment, this study analyzes anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs, and finally draws a forecasting model of anxiety EEG by selecting affecting factors of anxiety EEG. Forecasting model shows that left curve is the most influential on anxiety EEG figure. The reason is because when driver is driving on the first-lane, his or her visibility is impeded by a median strip. For this reason, anxiety EEG figure increases. And also steep downward slope and large radius of curve are heavily influential on driver's anxiety EEG figure. It is judged that anxiety EEG figure is increased by high speed on those section. Thus, the forecasting model of anxiety EEG suggested on this study will be utilized for design phase, and will decide the design speed on the superhighway. So, it will be used to make practical and safety road.
