The repair was done for the two main purpose; one was to obtain the dignity of the main palace of the dynasty, the other was to make the palace suitable for the performing of the various ritual ceremonies. It was under the reign of King Sejong that every detail of the procedure of the royal ritual ceremony. The procedure of ritual ceremony changed the buildings of the palace. The quarter of Sajeong-jeon, King's office, was changed remarkably from the original form as the building became the beginning and ending point of King's moving during the ritual ceremonies. The site of the palace had ill reputation from the point of geomancy since its establishment. King Sejong ignored the rumor and kept the palace as usual. In his later year's, Sejong had tried to build a detached quarter and a Buddhist shrine in the palace. But he had to give up his plan because of the retainer's strong opposition. • Comic book has a different story structure from western movies, i.e. New Character->reaction->food->master mediation->effect of food->disappearance ->conclusion. Comic book is full of media traits. The master is like a shaman, who console people with food of memory. Food also is a media, which carries message of memory instead of savor itself. Restaurant is a media, in which many events occur and rhetoric of rumor pervade. Foods of memory massage our feeling sense, like a media. In conclusion, comic book has a analogous role to that of Marshal Mcluhan's Media theory.

  • $p16^{INK4}$, which is a 16-kDa polypeptide protein, inhibits the catalytic activity of the CDK4-cyclinD complex to suppress rumor growth. Both unlabeled and isotope-labeled human tumor suppressor $p16^{INK4}$ protein were overexpressed and purified to characterize biochemical and structural properties. The purified p16 binds to monomeric GST-CDK4 and exists in a monomer conformation for several weeks at $4^{\circ}C$. The circular dichroism (CD) data indicates that p16 contains high percentage of ${\alpha}$-helix and that the helix percentage maximized at pH value of 7.0. One-and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data suggest that purified p16 from our construct has a unique folded conformation under our experimental conditions and exhibits quite stable conformational characteristics.

  • Shareholders solely depend on annual reports to make investment, credit and other decisions. Investors expect that information should be reliable, relevant, comparable, consistent and thus easy to use for decision making. But whether the importance of annual reports to all shareholders is equally significant is a question of research. Thus, this research study tries to find out the importance of reading annual reports to the investors. A questionnaire survey is conducted on investors considering thirty one general shareholders and six brokers. This research based survey finds that most of the shareholders have no knowledge about accounting or finance and they have little knowledge about capital markets due to lack of training. This study also finds that general shareholders read an annual report at least moderately except value added statement, chairman's review, director's report and rumor. This study recommends human resource should be developed through adequate training, and annual reports should provide transparent and quality information which will ultimately increase the confidence of investors.

And the primary intracerebral hematoma is caused by unknown causes including hypertension. The clinical diagnosis of intracerebral hematoma, size, location, ventricular penetration, and evolution of brain parenchyme by hemorrhage are confirmed by CT scan. The authors have experienced 1 case of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma confirmed by CT scan. We have diagnosed the patient as Soyangin and treated by east integrated therapy. We classified this case as Soyangin-liyoiljung(少陽人裏熱證) and prescribed Yangkyuksanhwatang' Jihwangbaekhotang Hyungbangsabaeksan to the principle of Cheongyangsangsung(淸陽上升). • Spam has become one of the top threats of micro-blogging networks as the representations of rumor spreading, advertisement abusing and malware distribution. With the increasing popularity of micro-blogging, the problems will exacerbate. Prior detection tools are either designed for specific types of spams or not robust enough. Spammers may escape easily from being detected by adjusting their behaviors. In this paper, we present a novel model to quantitatively evaluate information diffusion in micro-blogging networks. Under this model, we found that spam posts differ wildly from the non-spam ones. First, the propagations of non-spam posts mostly result from their followers, but those of spam posts are mainly from strangers. Second, the non-spam posts relatively last longer than the spam posts. Besides, the non-spam posts always get their first reposts/comments much sooner than the spam posts. With the features defined in our model, we propose an RBF-based approach to detect spams. Different from the previous works, in which the features are extracted from individual profiles or contents, the diffusion features are not determined by any single user but the crowd. Thus, our method is more robust because any single user's behavior changes will not affect the effectiveness. Besides, although the spams vary in types and forms, they're propagated in the same way, so our method is effective for all types of spams. With the real data crawled from the leading micro-blogging services of China, we are able to evaluate the effectiveness of our model. The experiment results show that our model can achieve high accuracy both in precision and recall.

  • Stroke is known as a detrimental disease that leaves serious sequelae. The stroke patients suffer from limitations of physical and social activities. The patients try to adapt themselves to the limitations in order to achieve rehabilitation. This study was performed to clarify the lived experience of rehabilitation from the stroke patients. In collecting data for this study, in-depth personal interviews were made by a researcher from February to April in 2001 at rehabilitation clinics and physical therapy centers locate in Iksan city. The methodological approach was van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology in order to understand the meaning and nature of stroke patients' experiences in rehabilitating their physical limitations. Collected data were analyzed with phenomenological way of study that was develope by van Manen. The 8 patients who agreed to participate in this research were inter viewed by researcher under the private and comfortable environment. Personal interviews were done three or five times per each patients and each interview took 70 to 90 minutes. The statements were analyzed and finally revealed three essential themes : Theme 1 - Desperateness to achieve freedom again Theme 2 - Seizing hope of recovering Theme 3 - Seeking support from family members, relatives and friends Based on these themes, stroke patients' rehabilitation experience are described as following. The stroke patients have strong desire to achieve freedom again in order to escape from social isolation. The stroke patients want to go back to the state of their previous health state. The stroke patients strongly try to do anything for their recovering and also to have positive thinking. In the other hand, they feel pity for themselves through desperation, fear, sorrow, and self-pity. The stroke patients have dissatisfaction about neighbors' rumor and attitude toward themselves. The stroke patients have experiences to rely on neighbors' support seeking a warm word of consolation. This research showed us that van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology leads us to understand stroke patients' rehabilitation process more comprehensibly. Based on this research, it is suggested that further studies provide a foundation for the development of a rehabilitation theory for Korean stroke patients.

  • Although fake news has been present in human history at any time, nowadays, with social media, deceptive information has a stronger effect on society than before. This article answers two research questions, namely (1) Is the dissemination of fake news supported by machines through the automatic construction of filter bubbles, and (2) Are echo chambers of fake news manmade, and if yes, what are the information behavior patterns of those individuals reacting to fake news? We discuss the role of filter bubbles by analyzing social media's ranking and results' presentation algorithms. To understand the roles of individuals in the process of making and cultivating echo chambers, we empirically study the effects of fake news on the information behavior of the audience, while working with a case study, applying quantitative and qualitative content analysis of online comments and replies (on a blog and on Reddit). Indeed, we found hints on filter bubbles; however, they are fed by the users' information behavior and only amplify users' behavioral patterns. Reading fake news and eventually drafting a comment or a reply may be the result of users' selective exposure to information leading to a confirmation bias; i.e. users prefer news (including fake news) fitting their pre-existing opinions. However, it is not possible to explain all information behavior patterns following fake news with the theory of selective exposure, but with a variety of further individual cognitive structures, such as non-argumentative or off-topic behavior, denial, moral outrage, meta-comments, insults, satire, and creation of a new rumor.
