  • The time therapy in oriental medicine is to reserch physiological activity and pathological variation with time, or time with disease. In that, this therapy is to research the development of disease, progress, diagnosis, treatment, and the meaning of preventive medicine. The theory of time therapy has been developed form heaven-human corresponding principle, and fourtimes of seasons is related with human life. After that, this theory affects in yin-yang five circle principle and organ-meridian match system. The independent development was formed later, but the origin has progressed for a logn times. in relation with time therapy, traditional acupuncture therory suggested five semen. In twenty century, the doctor rheinhold voll suggested energy exchange theory, this theory is based on time therapy, but has partial differance also too. His oppinion is this´ the energy present in the body has a circulation following the acupuncture teaching, i.e., the organs and their meridians are flooded in a certain sequence by this flowing energy. This maximum times of the organs are of physiologic and pathologic significance to man. In next time, we will discuss the indivisual theory in detail, and wil have comparison, and considering too.

2005년 CIETAC 중재규칙 개정과 중국 중재법상의 문제점 개선 (The 2005 Revision of the CIETAC Arbitration Rule and Improvement of the Problems Related to Chinese Arbitration Law)

  • The arbitration rule of CIETAC was vastly revised and was put in force on May 1, 2005. By its revision, China has improved its arbitration system. Chinese arbitration law had many problems when it was enacted in 1995, but the problems could not be avoided because of the poor surroundings for arbitration in China. As China has not had much experience in operating its legal system effectively, and also has little in the way of studies on legal theory that would allow it to deal with its laws in a flexible manner, authorities usually wait to revise a law until enough relevant experience has been accumulated. Therefore, during the 10 years since its enactment, China has resolved the problems within its arbitration law through revision of arbitration rule rather than by revision of the law itself. As this law is a basic one in ruling the arbitration system in China, there are some limitations as to how far the system can be developed through revision of arbitration rule alone. In spite of the limitations, the revision in 2005 contributed a great deal to resolving the existing problems within Chinese arbitration law. The biggest problem in the arbitration law is the Chinese arbitration law that restricts party autonomy. With the revision of the arbitration rule, many problems concerning party autonomy were circumvented. This occurred because the arbitration rule now provides parties the opportunity to choose arbitration rule other than the CIETAC arbitration rule, and even allows parties to agree to amend articles in the CIETAC arbitration rule -- a very important revision indeed. In addition to party autonomy, there are other improvements for example, there is an enhancement of the independent character of the CIETAC, clearing of jurisdiction, easing in the formation of arbitration agreement, improvement in the way arbitrators are chosen, and enhancement in the cultural neutrality of the arbiter. Problems still remain that can only be solved by revision of the arbitration law itself. These problems relate to the governing law of the arbitration agreement, the collection of evidence, custody of property, selection of chief arbiter, interlocutory awards, etc. In addition, some non-legal problems must also be resolved, like the actual judicial review of arbitration awards or difficulties of executing arbitration awards.

  • 섬유의 방향성이 무질서한 composites에 적용되는 Smith와 Cox의 이론(理論)을 포함한 Paul과 Jones의 혼합이론식(混合理論式)은 유황(硫黃) 화합물(化合物)을 사용하여 제조한 목재섬유 복합재(複合材)에도 일차적(一次的)인 liner regression constant가 주어질 때는 사용할 수가 있음을 보여준다. $E_c=\frac{1}{3}aE_fV_f+bE_mV_m$으로 표시된 이 liner regression from에 math. rom pack을 사용한 Hewlett Packard 75C(HP 75C) computer의 계산 결과는 목재 섬유 복합재(複合材)에 사용된 matrix의 종류, 섬유판의 밀도와 목재 밑 목질 섬유의 종류에 관계없이 a=3.27~3.54와 b=-2.47~-2.80의 일정한 범위의 값을 보여주므로, 지금까지 무(無)질서한 방향성을 지닌 장(長)섬유로 된 복합재(複合材)에만 적용되어 왔던 Paul과 Jones의 혼합이론(混合理論)과 이것과 같은 방향을 지닌 단(短) 섬유로 된 목재(木材)나 목질(木質) 섬유 composites에도 적용될 수 있음을 증명하고 있다.

Thermal buckling of smart porous functionally graded nanobeam rested on Kerr foundation

  • Thermal buckling behavior of porous functionally graded nanobeam integrated with piezoelectric sensor and actuator based on the nonlocal higher-order shear deformation beam theory is investigated for the first time. Its material properties are assumed to be temperature-dependent and varying along the thickness direction according to the modified power-law rule. Note that the porosity with even type is considered herein. The equations of motion are obtained through Hamilton's principle. The influences of several parameters (such as type of temperature distribution, external electric voltage, material composition, porosity, small-scale effect, Ker foundation parameters, and beam thickness) on the thermal buckling of FG nanobeam are investigated in detail.

  • 현실과는 다른 법칙이 지배하는 유토피아적 월드를 제공하여 플레이어들이 지닌 탈일상의 욕구를 충족시켜야 했던 MMORPG는 시간이 흐르면서 변화하고 있다. 현실에 대한 도피처가 아닌 색다른 월드를 구현, 새로운 경험의 장을 제공하는 MMORPG가 주목받고 있는 것이다. 본 논문은 환상의 범주를 바탕으로 여러 MMORPG의 배경 서사를 비교 분석한다. 즉, 톨킨 류의 중세형 판타지에만 초점을 맞추던 이전 MMORPG 배경 서사와 최근 몇몇 게임이 지니는 새로운 배경서사 경향을 비교, 그 차이점과 특징을 제시하는 것이다. 이는 <리니지> 이 후 비슷한 게임만을 양산해낸다는 지적을 받고 있는 국내 MMORPG의 배경 서사에 새로운 시각을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

  • A post-tensioned reinforced concrete slab bridge is analyzed by specially orthotropic laminate theory. Symmetrically reinforced slab with tension and compression steel is considered for convenience of analysis. Each longitudinal and transverse steel layer is regarded as a lamina, and material constants of each lamina is calculated by the use of the rule of mixture. This bridge is under uniformly distributed vertical loads, and axial loads and end moments due to post-tensioning. In this paper, finite difference method is used for numerical analysis of this bridge. Theory and analysis method of specially orthotropic laminate plates used in this paper can be used for design of new bridges, and maintenance and repair of old bridges.

  • In this study, an expert system was developed to predict the safety of tunnel and choose proper tunnel reinforcement system using fuzzy quantification theory and fuzzy inference rule based on tunnel information database. The expert system developed in this study have two main parts named pre-module and post-module. Pre-module decides tunnel information imput items based on the tunnel face mapping information which can be easily obtained in-situ site. Then, using fuzzy quantification theory II, fuzzy membership function is composed and tunnel safety level is inferred through this membership function. The comparison result between the predicted reinforcement system level and measured ones was very similar. In-situ data were obtained in three tunnel sites including subway tunnel under Han river, This system will be very helpful to make the most of in-situ data and suggest proper applicability of tunnel reinforcement system developing more resonable tunnel support method from dependance of some experienced experts for the absent of guide.

A New Scaling Theory for the Effective Conducting Path Effect of Dual Material Surrounding Gate Nanoscale MOSFETs

  • In this Paper, we present a scaling theory for dual material surrounding gate (DMSGTs) MOSFETs, which gives a guidance for the device design and maintaining a precise subthreshold factor for given device parameters. By studying the subthreshold conducting phenomenon of DMSGTs, the effective conductive path effect (ECPE) is employed to acquire the natural length to guide the design. With ECPE, the minimum channel potential is used to monitor the subthreshold behavior. The effect of ECPE on scaling factor significantly improves the subthreshold swing compared to conventional scaling rule. This proposed model offers the basic designing guidance for dual material surrounding gate MOSFETs.

Static stability analysis of smart nonlocal thermo-piezo-magnetic plates via a quasi-3D formulation

  • By employing a quasi-3D plate formulation, the present research studies static stability of magneto-electro-thermo-elastic functional grading (METE-FG) nano-sized plates. Accordingly, influences of shear deformations as well as thickness stretching have been incorporated. The gradation of piezo-magnetic and elastic properties of the nano-sized plate have been described based on power-law functions. The size-dependent formulation for the nano-sized plate is provided in the context of nonlocal elasticity theory. The governing equations are established with the usage of Hamilton's rule and then analytically solved for diverse magnetic-electric intensities. Obtained findings demonstrate that buckling behavior of considered nanoplate relies on the variation of material exponent, electro-magnetic field, nonlocal coefficient and boundary conditions.

  • 본 논문은 신경망 이론중 하나인 Adaptive Resonance Theory(ART)을 사용하여 네트워크 상의 불법적인 침입을 탐지하는 기법에 대한 연구이다. ART는 비교사 학습을 하는 신경망으로써, 적응적인 학습능력이 있으며, 또 새로운 패턴에 대해서 새로운 클러스터를 생산하는 능력이 있다. ART의 이러한 특성을 이용하여, 여러 가지 침입패턴을 네트워크상에서 생산하여 학습을 시키고, 또 test 했으며, test 이후에도 on-line 상에서 새로운 공격 pattern도 찾아냄을 보였다. 따라서, 이미 알려진 침입뿐만 아니라 새롭게 발생하는 침입 기법에 대해서도 새로운 rule의 첨가 없이 적극적으로 대처할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.
