퍼지적응모델을 이용한 냉장실 온도분포 추정 (Estimation of Temperature Distribution in the Refrigerator-Room Using Fuzzy Adaptive Model)

  • Estimating the temperature distribution of a refrigerator-room is important for preventing the over-refrigeration and improving its operating efficiency. It is also necessary in the realization process of the concentrated refrigeration function which has been provided recently as a generalized function in many refrigerator models. In this paper, we investigate the estimation problem of temperature in refrigerator-room and propose a fuzzy adaptive model. The model is unique in that it employs the concept of the fuzzy dead zone in order to improve the accuracy of estimation. The obtained results are then used for determining the optimal position of a temperature sensor.

내부발열의 확률적 성상을 고려한 슬래브축냉의 최적제어 (A Study on Optimal Control of Slab Cooling Storage Considering Stochastic Properties of Internal Heat Generation)

  • In this paper, a method to obtain the probability distribution of room temperature and cooling load is presented, when the internal heat generation is applied to the system as a disturbance in the air conditioning system with slab cooling storage. The probability distribution of room temperature and the cooling load due to the disturbance were examined in one room of an office building. When considering only the electric power consumption as a probability component, it was found that the effect on room temperature and cooling load is small, because the probability component of the measured electric power consumption in the building is small. On the other hand, when considering the stochastic fluctuations of electric power consumption together with the heat generated by human bodies, the mean value of the cooling load was about 2,300 W and the ratio of the standard deviations was 19% (10 o'clock in second day). It was revealed that the stochastic effects of internal heat generation acting on the air conditioning system with slab cooling storage are not small.

Mock-up실험에 의한 바닥복사 냉방시스템의 온도특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Temperature Characteristics of the Floor Cooling System of Mock-up Experimentent)

  • The research analyzed the distribution of the indoor temperatures of a radiant floor cooling system through mock-up experiments. It investigated the temperature difference of feed water, the vertical temperature difference of indoor air, the temperature difference of floor surface, and so on. The following is the results of the research. First, the research shows that the difference between indoor temperature and outside temperature was the smallest when the temperature of feed water was set at 16$^{\circ}C$. In addition, the temperature changes according to indoor positions (wall, room, floor, and ceiling) were the most uniform. Thus, the research found that the cold water temperature of 16$^{\circ}C$ is the most proper. In addition, it confirmed that the feed water temperature of 18$^{\circ}C$ is effective because the temperature can lower the temperature of a room to 13.55$^{\circ}C$, which is lower than the temperature of a non-cooling mode. Second, an investigation on the temperature distribution of vertical air in indoor space shows that the temperature distribution had a difference of 0.2 to 1.9$^{\circ}C$ on the average, which satisfies the range of 3.0$^{\circ}C$ in the standard of ISO.

해군 함정 VRTU의 과열방지를 위한 열전소자 냉각장치의 적용에 따른 기관실 및 VRTU 내부 열 유동특성 분석 (An Analysis of the Thermal Flow Characteristics in Engine-Room and VTRU in accordance with Application of Thermoelectric Device Cooling System to Prevent Overheating of the Korean Navy Ship VRTU)

  • 본 연구에서는 대한민국 해군 함정의 하절기 운용 및 적도지병 파병 간 발생하고 있는 VRTU 과열로 인한 고온경보 발생과 장비정지 발생현상을 해결하기 위하여 해군 군수사령부 함정기술연구소와 공동연구를 수행하였다. 열전소자 냉각장치 설치에 따른 냉각효과를 확인하고, 전산 열 유동해석을 수행하여 VRTU 내부 열 유동특성을 분석하였다. 또 해석을 통해 기관실(디젤엔진룸) 내부의 온도분포를 살펴보고 VRTU 과열방지를 위한 최적의 설치위치를 알아보았다. 분석결과, 냉각장치를 설치함에 따라 VRTU 내부 평균 체적온도가 약 10 ℃ 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며 냉각장치에 설치된 Fan은 열 순환을 원활하게 하여 냉각효과를 높였다. 기관실 내부는 디젤엔진 상부에서 높은 온도분포를 나타냈고 통풍관 디퓨저 하부에서 가장 낮은 온도분포를 보였다. 열전소자 냉각장치는 높은 냉각성능을 나타내었으며, VRTU는 과열방지를 위하여 기관실의 통풍관 디퓨저 하부에 설치하는 것이 적절할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 쾌적한 실내환경을 유지하고, 공기조화 설비에 있어서 냉방동안 에너지를 절약하기 위한 실내로 유입되는 냉기의 열유동 특성에 관한 연구이다. 실물 크기의 모형room에 대하여 실내로 유입하는 냉기의 유속(1, 2, 3m/s)과 실내온도와 유입냉기와의 기준온도차(10, 20, $30^{\circ}C$)를 변화시키고, 또한 유입구 형상을 아네모스형과 베인형으로 하면서 실내의 온도분포를 파악하여 열유동 특성 및 혼합특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. 연구 결과, 아네모스형이 베인형보다 혼합이 빨리 진행되었고 유입속도에 의한 영향이 기준 온도차에 의한 영향보다 지배적이었다.

해조류로부터 항고혈압성분의 분리정제 (Separation and Purification of Antihypertensive Substances from Edible Seaweeds)

  • To isolate natural antihypertensive substances from edible seaweeds, we screened for and separated active compounds contained in natural Underia pinnatifida, cultural Underia pinnatifida, Laminaria japonica, Sporophylls and Agarum cribrosum. They were extracted using room temperature water, boiling water, acetone, and methanol in turn or using room temperature water, ether, acetone, methanol and boiling water in order. The in vitro antihypertensive activity was quantified as inhibitory efficacy against angiotensin-I converting enzyme (ACE), which is a factor inducing hypertension. For all of the seaweeds tested, the fractions soluble in room temperature water and in boiling water showed the strongest ACE inhibitory effect among the extracted fractions. Conversely, the methanol-extracted fractions for all of the seaweeds tested showed no antihypertensive activity. While the ether and acetone fractions had slight antihypertensive effects. The compounds in the aqueous extracts that had antihypertensive activity were presumed to be polysaccharides, such as fucoidan and alginate.

철도차량 객차내 오염물질의 분포경향에 관한 전산해석 (Distribution of Pollutant on the Indoor Air of Passenger Car)

  • The transfer of air pollutants between passenger room and service room in train are investigated by the computational analysis. The effects of service room temperature, inlet velocity, initial concentration and heating are studied. The flow induced by the difference of density between two rooms is found to take the major role in transfer of polluted air. Low temperature of service room enhances the polluted air flow into passenger room along the floor. Exhaust fan above the door between two rooms is not effective for this case. Strong inlet flow is found to suppress polluted air flow from service room. The heating of passenger room can promote air pollution.

  • This study is to investigate the effects of warm deep drawing with aluminum sheets of A1050-H16 and A5020-H32 for improving deep drawability. Experiments for producing circular cups and square cups were carried out for various working conditions, such as forming temperature and blank shapes. The limit drawing ratio(LDR) of 2.63 in warm deep drawing of circular cups in case of A5020-H32 sheet, whereas LDR of 2.25 in case of A1050-H16, could be obtained and the former was 1.4 times higher than the value at room temperature. The maximum relative drawing depth for square cups of A5020-H32 material was also about 1.92 times deeper than the depth drawn at room temperature. The effects of blank shape and forming temperature on drawability as well as thickness distribution of drawn cups were examined and discussed.

상온 노화 후 고무가황물에서 왁스의 이동과 증발에 미치는 왁스의 분자량 분포 (Influence of Wax Molecular Weights on Wax Migration and Evaporation of Rubber Vulcanizates at Room Temperature)

  • 오존은 상온에서 폴리머 이중 결합의 산화작용을 활발하게 하여 표면 갈라짐을 유발시킨다. 왁스는 고무 표면으로 이동하여 물리적 방어막을 형성하여 오존의 작용을 방지한다. 비보강 NR, SBR, BR 가황물을 상온에서 6개월간 노화 시켜 노화 전후의 왁스의 분자량 분포 변화를 조사하였다. 상온 조건에서 고무 가황물에 있는 왁스의 이동과 증발 거동은 노화방지제로서의 왁스의 역할과 고무 제품의 외관 오염을 이해하는데 도움을 준다. NR 시험편에서 알칸의 상대 세기 분포는 노화 후 고분자량쪽으로 이동하였으나 SBR 시험편의 경우에는 노화 전후의 분자량 분포 모양에는 큰 차이가 없었다.
