400km/h급 전차선로 시스템의 시범적용 구간선정 연구 (The Feasibility Study of the Scenario of 400kph Maximum Speed Test in HEMU (High-speed Electric Multiple Unit) System)

  • Since the "Low Carbon, Green Growth" as a social requirements is attracted public attention, the policies and investments of the railway which have been less estimated than road is re-considered. Since the starting the commercial service (2004. April), the KTX have been operated successfully while transport passengers over 100million for years. And also the project for development of KHST (Korea High Speed Train ; G7) had been accomplished with a good result, the first trainset of KTX-II which base on G7 project was manufactured and testing now. On the other hand, the world's technology of the high speed train is more faster, and changing to a distributed traction system. To catch up the world's leading technology, the HEMU(High-speed Electric Multiple Unit) project will secure new technology and aims to promote the technology of domestic high-speed train. The authors indicates the result of detail review such as a curve, slope of the track and electrical dead section of the catenary to test at 400kph and also the performance simulation of the developed rolling stock in this paper. As the result, the authors devise the test scenario to perform a maximum speed test (stability at max. speed, acceleration & deceleration etc) with the restricted conditions such as track length, track available time etc by considering above result.

  • Under 'The Design Street' Project, one of the urban environment improvement projects of Seoul, the facilities on the street have been greatly varied in terms of design. In addition, the municipal authority has pushed each district to develop its own identity based on the integrated design of the city. This study was aimed to propose a design which could solve the current problem in street furniture in terms of environmental improvement through an analysis on current street conditions in "Y" District as a part of Seoul Design Street Project. It has attempted to propose 11 street furnitures based on the basic strategy of 'Soft City' which has been promoted by Seoul City in accordance with the Seoul Public Facility Guidelines as 1. Airy Design, 2. Integrated Design, 3. Collaborative Design and 4. Sustainable Design. Among them, for the total design in Seoul six facilities - kiosk, manhole, traffic signal controller, public phone, road sign and waste receptacle were proposed by Seoul City have been accepted. For local differentiation, on the contrary, five items - planter bench, bollard, lifter, bike rack and fence have been newly designed and proposed. Furthermore, it is essential to carry out systematic supervision and continuous management on the detail design and construction of current regional design development projects.

Impact Variables of Dump Truck Cycle Time for Heavy Excavation Construction Projects

  • The cycle time of construction equipment for earthwork operations has a significant impact on project productivity. Elements that directly impact a haul vehicle's cycle time must be identified in order to accurately quantify the haul cycle time and implement strategies to decrease it. The objective of this research is to scientifically identify and quantify variables that have a significant impact on the cycle time of a dump truck used for earthwork. Real-time location data collected by GPS devices deployed in an active earthwork moving construction site was analyzed using statistical regression. External data including environmental components and haul road conditions were also collected periodically throughout the study duration. Several statistical analyses including a variance analysis and regression analysis were completed on the dump truck location data. Collected data was categorized by stage of the dump truck cycle. Results indicate that a dump truck's enter idle time, exit idle time, moving speed and driver visibility can significantly impact the dump truck cycle time. The contribution of this research is the identification and analysis of statistically significant correlations of variables within the cycle time.

  • Nowadays, using math logic in great civil projects is considered by the clients to achieve the goals of project including quality optimization, costs, avoiding individual, emotional and political decision making, long-term and short-term goals and they are the main requirements of each project and should be considered by the decision makers to avoid the illogical decision making applied on the majority of civil projects and this imposes great financial and spiritual costs on our country. The present study attempts to present one of the civil projects (Ghasre Shirin storage dam) whose client was not ministry of energy for the first time and the short-term and long-term goals of the private sector were applied based on the triangle of quality, cost and time. Also, the math logic and model (multi-criteria decision making method and decision making matrix) is used in one of the most important sections of project, sealing element, policies and new materials (Geosynthetics) are considered and this leads to suitable decision making in this regard. It is worth to mention that this method is used for other sections of a dam including body, water diversion system, diaphragm and other sectors or in other civil projects of building, road construction, etc.

  • 시설물관리시스템은 지자체에 도입된 보편적인 GIS활용체계라 할 수 있다. 지난 몇 년간 많은 지자체에서 시설물관리시스템을 개발하였는데 특히 상 하수도의 도로관리시스템 부분에 치중하였다. 여기에 도입된 시설물관리 범용프로그램의 개념은 지자체간의 개발업무에 있어 중복을 최소화하는 것이다. 최근 지자체에서는 분야별로 정보화의 한계를 인식하고 도시정보체계 구축으로 관심을 돌리고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지자체에서 도시정보체계를 구축할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 범용프로그램의 활용가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 도시정보체계 구축에 있어 중복투자의 방지, 프로젝트 시간단축, 실패가능성의 최소화와 정보프로젝트의 활성화가 기대된다.

  • 공정 및 공사비는 건설사업관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 정보들로써, 건설사업관리는 이들 정보를 얼마나 효율적으로 관리하는지에 달려 있다. 국내에서는 아직 체계적인 공정관리가 정착되지 못하였으며, 공사비와의 연계관리 또한 정보의 연계성 부족과 많은 노력의 필요로 인하여 실용성이 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 공정, 공사비 정보의 연계관리를 위하여, 도로공사를 대상으로 사업초기단계부터 공통작업분류체계를 기준으로 디지털수량산출정보(QDB)를 작성하는 방안과 이를 기반으로 하는 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS)을 제안하고자 한다.

  • As a result of impressive economic growth for e past 3 decades Korean rural community saw improvement in road, houses etc. whereas movement of rural population to great urban centers, water pollutions, generation of wastes and damage to rural environment and landscapes emerged as a serious issue. In this treatise the writer reviewed the process of development of rural community under the government initiative and introduced the project for arrangement and restucturing of rural environment and discussed on the directions and requirements for future development.

  • Recently, tunnel structure is being widely used in railway or roadway construction projects because earthwork causes large cutting and damages in environmental factors. However, there are many changes of design by different items comparing with design phase in tunnel structure by uncertain drawings. This study develops a standard process for the change of design to reduce change orders in construction phase.

유라시아의 주요 철도노선과 중국 철도 네트워크의 특징 분석 - TAR, TEN-T, TRACECA, GMS를 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Major Railway in Eurasia and Characteristics of China's Rail Network)

  • 유라시아의 지역 내 인프라 연결과 협력에 관하여 많은 국가들이 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있는 가운데 중국은 일대일로 사업을 제시했으며, 60여 개국 이상이 사업에 참여하면서 중국은 유라시아 물류 인프라 개발에서 매우 큰 영향력을 행사하게 될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구는 사회네트워크 방법론을 통해 주요 철도역에 대한 네트워크를 분석했다. 유라시아 대륙의 대표적 철도노선인 TAR, TEN-T, TRACECA, GMS 경로를 통해 65개 국가, 994개 철도역에 대한 네트워크를 구성했으며, SNA의 측면에서 주요 철도역에 대한 특징을 제시하고, 중국과 전체 유라시아 네트워크를 비교했다. 유라시아 및 중국 네트워크에 대한 분석을 통해 연결중심성과 매개중심성에서 각각 상위 30개 역을 제시했으며, 연결성 측면에서 태국 방콕, 조지아의 트빌리시, 아제르바이젠의 바쿠, 중국의 쿤밍, 루마니아의 부쿠레슈티 등이, 매개성 측면에서 아제르바이젠의 바쿠, 알야트, 중국의 바오지, 투르판, 우즈베키스탄의 카르시, 터키의 카스 등이 높은 순위를 보였다. 또한, 중국 네트워크에서는 쿤밍, 난닝, 거쥬역의 연결성과 바오지, 쿤밍, 란저우역 등의 매개성이 높게 도출되었다. 중국에서 추진하는 일대일로 사업은 유라시아 전체의 인프라 연결 확충을 기본 전제로 하고 있지만, 중국과의 연계성 강화를 위한 인프라 개발에 높은 비중이 예상되며, 이런 관점에서 국제 물류 거점에 대한 연구는 중국 네트워크에서 차지하는 중요성을 병행해서 검토할 필요가 있다.
