차량 능동 현가장치의 성능 향상을 위한 복합제어기 설게 (Composite Control of Active Suspension System)

  • In this paper, a composite controller cosisted of bandpass feedback controller and LQG/LTR controller is applied to a quarter-car model moving on a randomly profiled road. The LQG/LTR controller is used to achieve a design transfer toop. A bandpass feedback controller is adopted to eliminate the response due to the disturbance, which generally can not be measured, confined within an interested frequence range. The random road profile considered as colored noise is shaped from white noise by use of shaping filter. The performance of the composite control system is compared with that of an LQG/LTR control system.

  • In design stage of vehicles, the application of virtual durability analysis techniques enables us to cut down the necessary time and cost to carry out various physical experiments. In this study, computer simulations of vehicle suspensions were carried out with DADS program including component flexibility, and the durability analysis of vehicle components was executed with MSC/Fatigue program using the load history obtained from vehicle dynamic simulation. Driving test of a vehicle was also carried out to obtain precise input data for the durability analysis, and the results of virtual durability analysis were compared to those of experiments.

  • This paper presents the key idea of handlebar reaction force and pedal resistance force generation in creating life-like feeling in KAIST bicycle simulator. Also, it provides methods to evaluate its reality level with given reaction force profile. In KAIST bicycle simulator, the pedal resistance force and the handlebar reaction force are calculated using the bicycle dynamic model. With the information handlebar angle, rider´s pedaling torque and road profile transmitted from the handlebar system, the pedal system and the visual part, the bicycle dynamics engine calculates the handlebar reaction force and the pedal velocity.   • Electrical Power System (EPS) of Electric Vehicle which consists of batteries, motor and driving subsystem, has been modeled. A battery model is modeled with an electrical circuit representing a characteristics of real battery. Driving subsystem is modeled as three different level namely exact, average and functional models. Load profile includes road information, speed profile and EV mechanical parameters, which are incorporated into a reference torque in the driving subsystem model. A system model is integrated to simulate the performance of electric vehicle such as energy balance, battery status, and electrical stress of each subsystem.

  • This paper presents dynamic modeling and controller design of a tracked vehicle installed with the double rod type ERSU(electro-rheological suspension unit). A 16 degree-of-freedom model for the tracked vehicle is established by Lagrangian method followed by the formulation of a new sky-ground hook controller. This controller takes account for both the ride quality and the steering stability. The weighting parameter between the two performance requirements is adopted to adjust required performance characteristics with respect to the operation conditions such as road excitation. The parameter is appropriately determined by employing a fuzzy algorithm associated with the vehicle motion. Computer simulations are undertaken in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system. Acceleration values at the driver's seat are analyzed under bump road profile, while frequency responses of vertical acceleration are investigated under random road excitation.

제트 팬 위치에 따른 곡선형 장대터널의 환기해석 (Ventilation Analysis According to Jet Fan Location in Curved Long Road Tunnel)

  • In this study, the ventilation characteristics is investigated numerically of the longitudinal ventilation method in the curved long road tunnel. Numerical work has been conducted for the jet fan location by utilizing the commercial finite-volume code, FLUENT. Configuration of the tunnel is three-lane, 1600 m long, $120m^2$ in area, 3000 m curvature radius. The velocity profile, distribution of mono-dioxide carbon and flow rate of air are examined in the tunnel. Through the analysis, it is found that the difference of ventilation flow rate Is a little by the jet fan location, but tunnel outlet setup (CASEIII) of jet fans is the most efficient concerned with CO concentration.

프로파일 분석을 통한 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장 텍스쳐 크기 분석 (Analysis of Texture Depth of Asphalt Pavement Based on Profile Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 경량 프로파일러를 이용한 프로파일을 측정하여 매크로 텍스쳐 크기를 산정하고 분석하였다. 밀입도, 배수성, SMA, 기층 포장에 대한 프로파일을 측정하여 포장에 사용된 골재에 의한 매크로 텍스쳐 크기를 분석하였으며, 재료분리가 일어난 지역의 프로파일을 측정하여 매크로 텍스쳐 깊이를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 프로파일 분석을 통하여 효과적으로 매크로 텍스쳐 크기를 산정할 수 있었으며, 아스팔트 혼합물 종류별로 텍스쳐 크기를 분석할 수 있었다. 또한, 매크로 텍스쳐 크기를 산정하여 분석함으로써 재료분리가 일어난 지역을 탐지할 수 있었다.

고속도로 사고잦은 지점 분석방법 연구 (An Analysis of the Hazardous Highway Segments Using Continuous Risk Profile Method)

  • We have to develop more correct and systematic way to choose Hazardous Highway Segments. In this research, we applied CRP(Continuous Risk Profile) technique which developed by UC Berkeley Traffic Safety Center in year of 2007, and can analyze yearly dangerous level tendency of continuity in the route of main road that is under California Department of Transportation(Caltrans). We changed standard of CRP to suit in Korean circumstance with consideration in radius of curve and traffic volume. For the verification by actual accident data, we embodiment the CRP by using the data from total of 587 case of accident in latest 10 years in Gyeong-Bu Highways, the amount of 56km. Finally, the effectiveness of technique in this research has been verified by obtained same result with current method for Hazardous Highway Segments. In addition, when calculating the Hazardous Highway Segments with technique that presented in this research we obtained following statements. First, identified dangerous level of continuity in the route by using CRP. Second, Accurate of Actual Hazardous Highway Segments selection has been developed by using last 10 year's data and profile making which provide simplicity analyze of Tendency. Third, after reforming the way of selection, effective range has been wider than former selection and it gives advantage for the policy side.

도시 공원의 토양에서 중금속이 미생물의 생체량과 활성에 미치는 영향 (The effects of heavy metals on microbial biomass and activity in contaminated urban park soils)

  • The relationship between pb, zn, cd, and the microbial biomass and activity were investigated in three public park soils of central and outer london. Variability with distance from the roadside and profile were studied. The heavey metal concentrations were the highest in hampstead heath and hyde park with high trafic density and the lowest in hainault. The highest concentrations of heavy metals were found adjacent to the roadside in the upper parts of the soil profile. Dehydrogenase activity, adenosine tri-phosphate and ergosterol contents used as indices of micrbial biomass and activity, were generally higher in hainadult, and also higher in the upper pats of the soil profile. Simple regression analysis indicated that the microbial biomass and activity were affected significantly by moisture content, water holding capacity, total organic carbon, total nitrogen, and organic mater rather than heavy metal concentration. Highest inputs of nitrogen and carbon were associated with high inputs of heavey metals, all three being derived from vehicle emissions adjacent to the road. The hyde park and hampstead heath microbial populations were able to respond to the c and n input positively by increase in biomass and activity, whereas the hainault populations could not. This rsult suggrsts adaptation in he former to heavy matals, but not in the latter.

교육 시설 생활인프라 특성을 고려한 지역 프로파일링 연구 - 서울시 광진구 중심으로 - (Regional Profiling by Considering Educational Facilities - Centered on Gwangjin-gu, Seoul -)

  • This study has a purpose to profile local sectors into meaningful groups by using facilities rates of Social Overhead Capital(SOC) for daily life. Comparing SOC for daily life among the meaningful groups, the profiling and comparison results bring the comprehensive understanding about the educational facilities in local sectors. For the research purpose, this study utilized Latent Profile Analysis(LPA) by using variables such as population, road information, SOC for daily life, usage of land, possession of land, and appraised value of land from the 2018 Geographic Information System(GIS) dataset of Gwangjin-gu, where is one of the administrative district of Seoul City. Results showed that there are four latent groups of sectors among 904 local sectors(100 squared-meters sector per each) in Gwangjin-gu. By comparing the four latent groups by using LPA, the results diagnose each sector's status and help to improve the policy about educational facilities. Specifically, by using dataset for SOC of daily life, there are four groups of local sectors and each group has different features. Based on the different features of local sector groups, there can be improved management of educational facilities matching with each group's features.
