도로변 공동주택의 층별 소음보정계수 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the Calculation of Noise Correction Coefficient on each floor for the estimation on the roadside traffic noise around the Apartment Building)

  • Actually, prediction formula of road traffic noise for EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) has been used that proposed by National Institute of Environmental Research in 1999. The prediction formula, however, was calculated predicted noise level according to noise level producing on first floor, then needs to correct noise level at each floor in the case of apartment building. The investigation was carried out to calculate the correction coefficient for commonly using in EIA of large scaled apartment development areas. The noised level at each floor were measured from August 2001 to March 2002 at 31 investigation points of large scaled apartment development area in national wide. Measured data were divided and treated with 4 types as 3th floor, 5th floor, 7th floor and 10th floor and then the correction coefficients of each floor were calculated using by correlation formula according to each floor.

  • Noise maps are produced according to 'The Method of making a Noise Map' in order to noise control efficiently, and prediction model to predict road traffic noise which may apply to Korean situation, include CRTN, RLS 90, NMPB, Nord 2000 and ASJ 2003. Of them, ASJ 2003, Japan's prediction model has not been verified for the application to Korean situation according to the classification of vehicle. In addition, ASJ 2003 was revised to ASJ 2008 recently, a classification for motorcycle was added. This study attempts to check the classification of vehicle in ASJ 2008 and 'The Method of making a Noise Map' to confirm the suitability of the application of them to Korean situation.

교통 시뮬레이션과 공간 모델링 기법을 적용한 실시간 소음 시뮬레이션 통합 모델에 대한 연구 (The Study for the Realtime Noise Simulation Integration Model Applied to Traffic Simulation and Spatial Modeling)

  • 본 연구에서는 실시간으로 개별 차량에 대한 소음 예측 시뮬레이션을 통해 매 순간 소음지도와 Lmax, Lmin 등을 얻을 수 있는 소음 예측 모델을 제시하였다. GIS 지형처리 기법을 이용해 공간 모델 처리 기법을 바탕으로 실시간 교통소음예측 시스템 모델을 제안하고, 객체지향기법을 이용해 개발하였다. 실시간 소음 시뮬레이션 모델을 이용하여 교통 흐름의 변화에 따라 소음레벨, 소음지도 변화, Lmin, Lmax값을 한눈에 파악하거나 비교할 수 있다. 현장에서 수행한 소음측정치와 예측치를 비교한 결과, 대부분 거리에서 Leq는 2~3db, Lmax는 3~4db 이내의 차이를 나타내어 소음예측의 신뢰성이 양호함을 확인할 수 있었다. 개발된 시스템을 이용해 민감도 분석을 수행한 결과, 대형차 비율, 차량 속도, 방음벽 높이에 따라 소음레벨의 차이를 보였고, 특히 방음벽 높이는 Leq나 Lmin보다 Lmax에 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

도로변 아파트 단지 옥외공간의 소음도 예측 및 분석 (Prediction and analysis of noise level of outdoor areas in roadside apartment complexes)

  • Outdoor spaces in an apartment complex have been enlarged by the increased underground car parking. It has become accepted as important place for acoustic comfort of resident. This paper attempts to determine the noise exposure to the outdoor area in 21 apartment complexes built within 5 years. The results showed that the average noise level of outdoor area ranged from 37.6dB(A) to 67.2dB(A). And the percentage of areas below the noise level of 55dB(A) range 0.1% to 95.0%. The analysis on correlations shows that the traffic volume and building coverage have significant effects on noise level.

부산시 도로교통소음의 3차원 소음지도제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of 3D Noisemap for Busan's Road Traffic Noise)

  • 부산은 국내 제2의 도시로서 유동인구 및 물동량의 과다로 교통량이 폭증하여 교통 소음이 증가하는 추세에 있다. 소음지도는 이론적으로 증명된 예측식이나 실험상의 결과로 얻은 경험식 및 지리정보시스템(GIS, Geographic Information System)을 사용하여 소음의 수치와 분포를 계산하여 계절적인 변화나 시간적인 변화에 관한 데이터를 분석하여 제시하여 주는 지도이다. 소음지도는 대상지역 내의 모든 소음원에 대한 영향을 고려하기 때문에 영향 평가 시 정확한 예측이 가능하며 총괄적이고 체계적인 대안의 수립이 가능하고 지리정보시스템(GIS)과의 연계를 통하여 소음노출인구의 파악, 소음저감 대책이나 계발계획의 효율성까지도 판단할 수 있다. 국내에서는 이에 대한 연구가 몇몇 이루어지기는 하였으나 아직 표준이나 기준 확립 이전의 단계에 머물고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산시를 중심으로 현 상황에서 소음지도를 제작하여 보고 제작과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점이나 부족한 부분을 검토하며 소음지도의 활용에 대하여 연구하였다.

고층 건물에 인접한 방음벽의 삽입손실에 관한 연구 (A Study of Barrier Insertion Loss Near a High Rise Building)

  • In this paper performance of the noise barrier which is 53 m long and 6m high, and is located between the high rise apartment and road, is studied by using experimental and analytic method. The insertion loss is measured by using the direct method in accordance with the ISO code, while theoretical prediction is based on Muradali and Fyfe's method (Applied Acoustics, Vol. 53, 49~75, 1998). In addition to the diffraction at the top of the barrier, the waves are reflected infinite times between the building and the barrier, which is equivalent to replacing the building by the infinite series of the image receiver points. In two-dimensional study, the prediction of the insertion loss results in significantly overestimated values compared with the measurement. However three-dimensional analysis shows reasonable agreements, where traffic noise is assumed as incoherent line source and the length of the source is larger than that of the barrier.

  • It is necessary to predict the sound pressure level(SPL) in rooms before designing an apartment when exterior noises are produced. In order to predict SPL for an apartment that has some specific exterior noises, the following should be known: the characteristics of outdoor noise, sound insulation performance and sound level differences of each room. The purpose of this study is to find out the possibility of predicting sound pressure level of rooms in an apartment by analysing sound level differences among rooms. Sound sources used in this experiment are construction noise, aircraft noise, railroad noise, road traffic noise and white noise as a reference to compare with the previous four. These noises were recorded and reproduced by speaker. As a result, we found that within the sound reduction pattern, the sound difference level appeared uniform depending on the sound insulation characteristics of the windows installed when facing the noise source. When the windows having the same acoustic performance were installed, the SPL in each room resulted in nearly the same values.

능동형 방음벽 개발을 위한 방음벽 디자인 연구 (A Study on the Design of Barriers for the Active Noise Barrier Development)

  • In this paper survey and analysis of recent trends in noise barriers and noise measurements and assessments were conducted for providing design basis of ANC barriers. Looking at the results, transparent barrier(glass) has received the most attention in domestic and foreign countries, because it has a harmony with the surrounding environment and easy installation in a small space. For optimal barrier design using computer simulation, reliability of simulation has been verified and classified into 5 groups, according to barrier's upper cross section. Evaluation results of barrier's performance and design using computer simulation are as follows : In the case of the "B-type" barrier, it has improved maximum 2.5dB(A) at each point(R1~R6) and have a good workability. Therefore, "B-type" Barriers applied to the next active noise barrier system will be possible.

NCPX 계측 방법에 따른 속도별 소음 데시벨 예측 모델 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Development of a Prediction Model for the Sound Pressure Level Related to Vehicle Velocity by Measuring NCPX Measurement)

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to provide for the overall SPL (Sound Pressure Level) prediction model by using the NCPX (Noble Close Proximity) measurement method in terms of regression equations. METHODS: Many methods can be used to measure the traffic noise. However, NCPX measurement can powerfully measure the friction noise originated somewhere between tire and pavement by attaching the microphone at the proximity location of tire. The overall SPL(Sound Pressure Level) calculated by NCPX method depends on the vehicle speed, and the basic equation form of the prediction model for overall SPL was used, according to the previous studies (Bloemhof, 1986; Cho and Mun, 2008a; Cho and Mun, 2008b; Cho and Mun, 2008c). RESULTS : After developing the prediction model, the prediction model was verified by the correlation analysis and RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error). Furthermore, the correlation was resulted in good agreement. CONCLUSIONS: If the polynomial overall SPL prediction model can be used, the special cautions are required in terms of considering the interpolation points between vehicle speeds as well as overall SPLs.

아파트단지에서 도로교통소음 예측식 개발 및 검증 (Development and Verification of Prediction Model for Road Traffic Noise in the Apartment Complex)

  • 본 연구는 도시개발 지역 중 10개 지점을 선정하여 공동주택 중 아파트의 층별에 의한 소음 측정을 통해 도로교통소음 예측식을 수립 및 검증을 수행하였다. 아파트 7층을 대상으로 측정된 소음값을 이용하여 국립환경과학원식(NIER) '87년, '99년 식 등을 적합 회귀선에 적용한 결과 국립환경과학원식(NIER) '87년, '99년 식 등의 기여율($R^2$)과 상관계수(r)가 각각 '87년 식에서 25%(0.5), '99년 식에서 7.5%(0.274)로 나타나 공동주택내 도로교통소음 예측을 수립하여 적용하기 곤란한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰성분석중 하나인 잔차분석을 통해 95% 신뢰구간(CI: confidence interval)과 95% 예측구간(PI: predict interval)에서 매우 낮은 신뢰성을 나타났다. 하지만 본 연구에서 개발식에 적용된 예측값의 분석결과 기여율($R^2$)과 상관계수(r)의 경우 1층에서 15층까지 각각 상관계수가 $0.7{\sim}0.97$로 비교적 양호한 실측치를 나타내 공동주택 층별 높이에 따른 소음도 예측시 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
