In accordance with the development of broadcasting, the style of using medium by users has been personalized in the propensity to consume. Recent advent of media convergence allowed users of medium to decide the received environment for their needs, thereby the position of users has become more important in the medium consumption. IPTV has the most advanced form of personalized information media. However, IPTV was made by media convergence, which has relation with a variety of interested parties, so there are a few troubles among them in the way of commercializing IPTV. As a matter of fact, although users play a leading role in the IPTV industry, there are still few discussions on the welfare of users. IPTV should be remained the characteristic of the medium of personalized information, and it should include the welfare of users in various fields of media convergence. That is Universal Service. It is necessary to be guaranteed the access right and the variety of contents in using IPTV. Moreover, in terms of telecommunication, IPTV should insure the reasonable fare system as a pay-services. On the basis of the analysis in local and international IPTV circumstances, in terms of content as a medium of personalized information, in terms of fares as a pay-services, and in terms of digital literacy as a new medium of digital access, policies for welfare of users are suggested.

As it is known, during the Second World War Greece has fought on the side of the allies and the end of the war found the country on the winners' side. However, the struggle for authority right after 1945 was merciless and extremely difficult, as well as dangerous for the course of the country to the future. The political powers were divided between the legal authorities that were represented by the king and formed the exiled government on the one hand and the part of the resistance teams and the rebels of the left that had a soviet friendly direction on the other. Thus, the start of a civil war was just a matter of time. It fin ally started in 1947 and lasted for more than two years. The consequences were disastrous for the country's economy and decisive for the future course of Greece. The national army prevailed with the help of, mostly, the English. Royal parliamentary democracy was established with a clear political turn to the west, as a completion and adaptation of the Agreement of the Great Powers at Yalta. Art had a 'similar' route. Dipolar, contradictory: conservative choices on the one side, and a will for pioneering inspiration and perspective on the other side. The 'dominate' trend was first evident in sculpture and mainly in the public monuments. Their construction aimed mostly at the public propaganda and at the promotion of the sovereign ideology. On the one side we have the public sculptures composed of faces of contemporary heroes or leading figures of the civic war and the national resistance. On the other side we have monumental statues mainly that appeal to a 'public' outside of the country's borders and mostly of the north borders, where there are countries with a communistic regime, like Bulgaria, Serbia and Albania. Their subject is derived from the heroic events of the Balkan Wars (1912-1913) and ancient historical figures like Alexander the Great as the Greek army leader, his father, Philippos II and Aristotle, who was of a north-Greek origin. The political message is twofold: on the one side the 'inner enemy' the communists that were defeated and the promotion of the new liberal social system and on the other side the north neighbours, which not only represent the East Block, but they also conspire the history and the culture of the Greeks. This is the way how the 'Cold War' was resulted in a full and totalitarian expression in art.

This article has an aim to study what kind of housing system our ancestors lived with during the Yi-Dynasty by analyzing the house-plan of upper-class society of that period since the house of lower-class was very insignificant as it has always been while the house of upper-class represented the period. With this study we can clearly see how we ought to go in the right direction toward the development of our Korean genuine housing by renovating and renewing those unreasonable points in our traditional housing system. It is firmly believed that we should-keep our own unique traditional lovely housing system for being destroyed by the whirl-wind of modernization and the demand of rationalism and efficiency-centered idea of the western mind. From this view point we think it is very urgent to see this matter correctly and find out the real way how we should do in order to keep our own good things for ourselves and make them preserved. This essay is divided into three parts as follows : 1. Thoughts on selecting the good housing area. 2. The aspect of housing reflected upon composing the house-plan. 3. The characteristic sentiments reflected upon the interior construction and decoration. We can find several characteristic points in the housing system of the Yi-Dynasty as follows : 1. In Korea, the thought of natural geography (Poongsu-seul), apart fro scientific view, which seems rather superstitious to us, modern young people, has been highly recommended by the people of our country from old days connected with the prosperity of our life. They also neglected about the social circumstances such as, market, transportation, and education, which are now considered as very important. They only put their concern on this natural environment which they called Poongsu. 2. In construction of house-plan, the house was not built for living with reasonable convenience, but for showing prestige of the upper-class people reflecting its social organization under the feudalism of the period. Furthermore, the most of the housework was done actually by those servants and maids of the house, and not the family themselves. The only concern for the upper-class people was to show off their authority, and so this sense of authority was revealed in the housing as well. 3. Both the outside appearance of the house and the interior decoration or the furniture are all very artistic and lovely. They were so refined and beautiful with their delicate taste which truly seem against our modern rationalism and uniformity.

This study was to suggest the predictive model of propagation, considering the effect by the multipath waves produced by the sending and receiving vehicles' left/right reflectors and the adjacent vehicles when the communication between the vehicles on the one-way two-lanes road in the urban city with a lot of traffic jams. Then, the radius of curved road was 600[m], the length of curved roads $52.4\sim471.2[m]$, and the bridge's pier of road was $5o\sim45o$. Also, it was simulated by changing the receiving vehicle located on the curved road's gap from minimum 3.3[m] to maximum 29.5[m], corresponding to the change of distance of the bridge's pier of road and curved road. As a result of this research above, in case of $5o\sim15o$ bridge's pier of road, it was within l[dB] regardless of the receiving vehicle's position on the curved road in case of propagation path loss. In case of $15o\sim45o$, it was approximately $1\sim8[dB]$ as the bridge's pier of road is changed. And, in case of propagation path, it found out that it was changed to $0.4\sim120[m]$ according to the change of bridge's pier of road. Then, the delay time of propagation was 400[nsec] as it produced 120[m] in the difference of propagation path.

Purpose: Intraoral scanners, desktop scanners, and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) are being used in a complementary way for diagnosis and treatment planning. Limited patient-based results are available about dimensional reproducibility among different three-dimensional imaging systems. This study aimed to evaluate dimensional reproducibility among patient-derived digital models created from an intraoral scanner, desktop scanner, and two CBCT systems. Materials and Methods: Twenty-nine arches from sixteen patients who were candidates for implant treatments were enrolled. Different types of CBCT systems (KCT and VCT) were used before and after the surgery. Polyvinylsiloxane impressions were taken on the enrolled arches after the healing period. Gypsum casts were fabricated and scanned with an intraoral scanner (CIOS) and desktop scanner (MDS). Four test groups of digital models, each from CIOS, MDS, KCT, and VCT, respectively, were compared to the reference gypsum cast group. For comparison of linear measurements, intercanine and intermolar widths and left and right canine to molar lengths were measured on individual gypsum cast and digital models. All measurements were triplicated, and the averages were used for statistics. Bland-Altman plots were drawn to assess the degree of agreement between each test group with the reference gypsum cast group. A linear mixed model was used to analyze the fixed effect of the test groups compared to the reference group (α=0.05). Result: The Bland-Altman plots showed that the bias of each test group was -0.07 mm for CIOS, -0.07 mm for MDS, -0.21 mm for VCT, and -0.25 mm for KCT. The linear mixed model did not show significant differences between the test and reference groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The linear distances measured on the digital models created from CIOS, MDS, and two CBCT systems showed slightly larger than the references but clinically acceptable reproducibility for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Gastric cancer shows the most high friquency in cancers that occurs in Korea. The western medicine treatment for gastric cancer has radiation and surgery, chemical treatment. While, oriental medicine cures the gastric cancer by herb-drugs, acupunture , moxa and srigma. With just one way of treating gastric cancer can't be effective remedy. Because each medicine has a strength and weakness. Thus, it is effective treatment when two medicine combins and supplement each other. We got the following result about a trend of oriental and westernal combination treatment for gastric cancer through studing records. 1. The western medicine treats gastric cancer patient with surgery first and right after surgery. They need on assembly treatent such as chemical and immune treatment. In oriental medicine, they treats gastric cancer patients with differentiation of symptone and signs and treatment(辨證施治)[for example:incoordination between liver and stomach(肝胃不和), insufficiency of spleen and stomach(脾胃虛弱), stagnation of blood stasis and toxic agent(瘀毒內阻), deficiency of yin by stomach heat(胃熱傷陰), reinforcing both qi and blood(氣血雙虧), stagnation of damp-phlegm(痰濕凝結)] and cure for them by acupuncture and stigma, too. 2. In combination with oriental and western medical treatment principle of gastric cancer by each stage is as follows. First stage and second stage gastric cancer is cured with radical surgery mainly. After operation, the herb of invigoration of the spleen(健脾), coordination of the stomach(和胃), and smoothing the liver and regurating the circulation of qi(疏肝理氣), is used for good gastroenteric condition. The second stage patients can be concidered using in combination with chimical treatment. The third stage gastric cancer is treated with radical surgery or with temporizing surgery. After those surgery, herb-drugs treatment is used jointly. The fourth stage patients who have no extensively metastasis or local contraindication can undergo temporizing and curcuit surgical operation. Herb-drugs and chemical treatments are used together for patients after operating. If he has operating contraindication, he would be treated with herb-drugs and chemical treatment. 3. In case of using in combination with oriental and western medical treatment as follows. As for herb-drugs with chemical treatment, reinforcing both qi and blood(補益氣血), invigorate the spleen and the stomach(健脾和胃), reinforcing liver and kidney(滋補脾腎), clear out the heat and relieve the toxic agent(淸熱解毒), can be used and with radiation treatment, clear out the heat and relieve the toxic agent(淸熱解毒), promoting the production body fluid and moisturizing the vicera(生津潤燥), reinforcing both qi and blood(補益氣血), invigorate the spleen and the stomach (健脾和胃), reinforcing liver and kidney(滋補肝腎) etc, can be used. 4. According to the research of oriental and western medical combination treatment are the 5-year-survival degree with oriental and western medicine combination treatment was for better than that just with oriental or western medical treatment. Especially, it has good effect on the third, fourth stage gastric cancer. That is, the middle and the end of stage gastric cancer. 5. The merits of oriental and western medicine combination treatment are lengthers one's life and diminish the bad effect of chemical treatment and radiation treatment be near completion, prevent from relapsing, maintain the balance in their eveirenment of body and improve immunity.

Objectives : In present, various definitions of Zhongshu are being used interchangeably in Korea. The paper attempted to discover the disease of Zhongshu as studied by Lidongyuan, who was ahead of his time. Methods : A database of medical books has been studied to find Lidongyuan's writings on the disease of Zhongshu, and mentions about Li's works in past medical books. The paper contemplated the subject by defining the disease of Zhongshu and reviewing the disputes related to the subject. Results & Conclusions : Lidongyuan gave a detailed explanation on the fact that Zhangjiegu distinguished between Zhongshu and Zhongre, and this was influenced by Shangshu as mentioned in Taipinghuiminhejijufang. Therefore, it can be deduced that he was aware of the fact that summerheat-heat as latent summer heat syndrome is lurking inside the body, not being able to be released. According to the disease of Zhongshu by Lidongyuan, yin cold was receieved secondary after first receiving summerheat-heat. It is either summerheat damaged defensive qi, failure in storing the essence made defensive qi weak, or seasonal reasons have caused the defensive qi to be drained and leave the body exposed to damage by summerheat. This is because the fundamental main cause is the hitting of summerheat, since yin cold was received after the presence of summerheat-heat is made first. Many doctors in the following generation criticized that Lidongyuan's disease of Zhongshu cannot be named as a Zhongshu due to its similarity with Shanghan. However, they cannot be viewed as similar since it is a phenomenon where yin cold becomes congested while the body is weak and heat is generated in the body due to summerheat-heat. The doctors who said they were similar only focused on the external cause that was only the superficial issue. According to Lidongyuan's method, the right way to treat a Zhongshu disease is to use the method of tonifying the qi and eliminating the heat in conjunction with eliminating the internal dampness or treat the external syndrome, or to use a formula to tonify the qi and eliminate the fire heat before eliminating the internal dampness or treating the external syndrome.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional and informational support intervention on role stress and depression of primary family caregivers caring stroke patients and to develop an effective nursing intervention method for them. This study selected the quasi-experiment, based on pre-test and post-test design of non-equivalent control group as a method of study. This study was conducted with 69 primary family caregivers caring stroke patients hospitalized in K and D hospitals in Daegu from August 20 to October 25, 2000. Out of them, 34 were placed in the experimental group, and 35 in the control group. The emotional and informational intervention program was divided into two aspects-emotional support and informational support- and executed three times, using prepared instruments and a guidebook. The intervention program consisted of the 1st intervention for one or one-half hour, the 2nd intervention for 30 minutes in two or three days after the 1st intervention. and the 3rd intervention for 30minutes in another two or three days after the 2nd intervention. Pre-test was carried out just before the 1st intervention, and the post-test was carried out right after the 3rd intervention, in order to collect data. The measuring instrument of role stress used was one that was modified to the role stress instrument of Yang Young-hee(1992) and the stress instrument of Choi Eun-sook (1992). The reliability was Cronbach's $\alpha=.8271$. The measuring instrument of depression used was one that was developed by Beck(1967) and standardized by Han Heung-moo et al(1986). The reliability was Cronbach's $\alpha=.8693$. Data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, $x^2-test$, t-test and Paired t-test by using SPSS 9.0 program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. Role stress score of the experimental group was revealed to be significantly lower than that of the control group 2. Depression score of the experimental group was revealed to be significantly lower than that of the control group Accordingly, the emotional and informational support intervention can be a way to reduce role stress and depression of primary family caregivers caring stroke patients.

In order to obtain efficient control effect of the pesticide, it is important to ensure uniform adhesion to the desired plant parts at the right time. Pesticide spray method (application technology) is an important factor affecting the efficacy and crops persistent expression. The aim of this study was to develop an efficient system to investigate the coating weight distribution of citrus leaves due to the difference between the nozzle and spray sprinkler system using dithianon used in citrus scab. Other An, engine type sprayer was used as the control. Speed sprayer and different sprinklers were wsed to way the deposit amounts of dithianon on citrus leaves. The test was conducted at the National Institute of Horticultural Herbal Science Citrus Research Station, located in the circle citrus Jeju Island. In order to examine whether the citrus orchard spray and the evenl on the whole, dithianon (43% flowable 1000-fold dilution) was sprayed, filter paper and leaves were analyzed by the height as top, middle, bottom. Speed sprayer the was most effective on depositing at the middle position, of the leaves. All other sprays the leaces except the dry mist sprinkler were not effective enough to deposit on the back sides. To achieve more deposits on the high position leaves, an improve ment in the nozzle and an efficient power system of sprayer were needed.

Jirisan National Park was designated on December 29, 1967 as the first national park in Korea and that caused continuous conflicts between the violation of the right to hold property in this area due to several regulations following the designation and the nature preservation for the value of heritage for descendants. Thus, the objective of this study is to find a proposal for making decision based on the rationality that is able to solve these conflicts. To achieve the objective of this study, this study applies a game theory that supports a reasonable decision making process for solving these conflicts between interest groups around Jirisan National Park in which the component of this game consists of Jirisan National Park, residents, and interest groups. The Nash equilibrium obtained by the analysis of the strategy of interest groups for the use and preservation of forests and its rewards from the strategy as an nonecooperative game showed a behavior that chases their own benefits and causes lots of troubles. However, in the case of the results obtained from a cooperative game based on the strategy that includes some public interests accepted by interest groups and its rewards, it represented an aspect that solves conflicts through achieving a strategical set, which shows a win-win outcome even though the results of this cooperative game may present less rewards than that of the Nash equilibrium. Whereas, if there exists the public interests accepted by interest groups and truth for protecting such public interests, it is considered that it becomes a way that solves present structural troubles in the National Parks in Korea due to the fact that there exist uncertainties caused by the human rationality.
