Although music is one of the most important attributes of broadcasting communications, few studies have examined the relationship between background music and the behavior of audiences, particularly in the context of TV home shopping programs, where purchase decisions are made while watching the show. The objective of this study is to examine whether certain characteristics of music in broadcasting communications can affect the audiences' purchase intentions or behaviors. Unlike previous studies on this issue, this study considers the impulse-inducing capability (IIC) of music as an important variable affecting consumers' purchase intension. A 2×3 (high/low involvement and high/low/no IIC music) between subjects design was used for the experiments in the study. The TV home shopping programs in the high or low involvement condition were identical except for the type of background music: high IIC music, low IIC music, and no music. A total of 188 undergraduate students at a college in Seoul, South Korea participated in the study. Their ages range from 20 to 25 (median age = 22), and nearly 60% were male. Our analysis showed that in the low involvement condition, high IIC music was more likely to have a positive effect on purchase intentions than low IIC (common) music or no music did. Meanwhile, there was not any significant relationship between music and purchase intentions in the high involvement condition. Given that previous studies have provided no clear evidence of the effects of music on consumers' purchase intentions or behaviors, this study makes an important contribution to the literature in this field. The result of this study provides implications to the practitioners in the market, too. Marketers need to reevaluate the value of music used in broadcasting communications and pay more attention to find the right music for their campaigns. Limitations of this study as well as directions for future studies are also discussed.

점자악보는 시각장애인들이 음악을 배우고 즐길 수 있게 하는 필수적인 교육적 자료이다. 현재 우리나라에서는 전자점자악보의 제작은 국립장애인도서관에서 신청제작 할 수 있으며 점자악보제작 및 교육에 특성화 된 시각장애인음악 재활센터에서 가장 많이 제작되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 전국의 지역별 점자도서관은 점자악보의 분류조차 되어 있지 않고 소장하는 점자악보의 수도 다른 점자도서에 비해 비중이 낮다. 본 연구는 국립장애인도서관의 점자악보 제작과 그 현황을 파악하여 점자악보의 제작의 정확성과 시각장애인들이 점자악보를 사용함에 있어 효율성이 있는지를 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 각 지역별 점자도서관의 점자도서의 수와 그 안에서의 점자악보의 비중을 알아보고 전자점자악보의 필요성과 DB구축의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. 시각장애인들의 음악교육 및 예술활동을 위한 전자점자악보의 활성화와 체계화를 통해 우리나라의 시각장애인들이 장애인 당사자주의를 바탕으로 더 좋은 문화적, 예술적 환경을 조성하는데 일익을 담당하고자 한다.

최근 다양한 분야에서(웹 포털, 유료 음원서비스 등) 디지털 음악의 검색이 사용되고 있다. 기존의 디지털 음악의 검색은 음악 데이터에 포함된 자체 메타 정보를 이용하여 이루어진다. 하지만 메타 정보가 다르게 작성되었거나 작성되지 않은 경우 정확한 검색은 어렵다. 요즘 이러한 문제의 보완 방안으로 음악자체를 이용하는 내용기반정보 검색 기법에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음악의 파형에서 추출된 특징 정보간의 유사도 측정을 통하여 동일음원을 인식하는 방법에 대해 논하고자 한다. 디지털 음악의 특징 정보는 단순화시킨 MFCC (Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficient)를 이용하여 음악의 파형으로부터 추출하였다. 디지털 음악간의 유사도는 Vision 및 Speech Recognition 분야에서 사용되던 DTW (Dynamic Time Warping) 기법을 활용하여 측정하였다. 제안된 동일 음원 인식 방법의 검증을 위한 같은 장르에서 무작위 추출된 1000곡에서 시행한 500번의 검색은 모두 성공했다. 검색에 사용된 500개의 디지털 오디오는 60개의 디지털음원을 압축방식과 비트율을 다르게 조합하여 만들었다. 실험의 결과로 DTW을 이용한 유사도 측정법이 동일음원을 인식할 수 있음을 증명하였다.

This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the implications of the metaverse on the music industry, focusing on copyright issues and potential solutions. It delves into the concept and characteristics of metaverse platforms, describing them as environments that immerse users in a variety of virtual experiences. A significant portion of the paper is dedicated to exploring music use and copyright infringement in the metaverse. It examines how users incorporate existing music into their content, often leading to legal challenges due to copyright infringement. The paper discusses the role of online service providers (OSPs) in this context and the legal implications of their actions. The paper also addresses the 'safe harbor' provisions for OSPs and examines the balance between protecting rights holders and limiting OSP liability. It highlights the challenges and limitations of copyright enforcement in the metaverse, especially given the unique nature of content on platforms such as Roblox. Finally, the article proposes solutions to simplify music licensing in the metaverse, suggesting a shift from property rules to liability rules and the establishment of Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) to streamline the licensing process and better protect copyright holders' interests.

본 논문에서는 모니터링 단체의 특징기반 필터링 기반의 음원 이용 모니터링 도구에서 음원 이용 내역을 블록체인에 기록하도록 하는 블록체인 기반의 주배시 음원 이용 모니터링 정보 생성 방법을 제안한다. 주배시 음원이란 방송사의 방송콘텐츠에 삽입된 음원으로서 통상 음원과 마찬가지로 하나의 창작물로서 인정되며 음원의 권리를 가지고 있는 작사, 작곡가 등이 존재하며 방송에서 음원이 이용된 만큼 모든 권리자가 이에 따른 저작권료를 분배받는다. 하지만 주배시 음원 이용에 대한 정확하지 않은 모니터링 결과와 이에 따른 이용 내역에 대한 누락 및 투명하지 않는 정산 방식에 관한 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문을 통하여 제안한 정보생성 방식을 이용하면 정확한 음원 이용 내역이 생성 가능하고 블록에 저장된 내역이 변경이나 누락 없이 저장되고 투명하지 않는 정산방식을 스마트 계약에 의해 처리하여 투명한 정산 및 분배가 가능하다.

음악과 영화는 시간예술로서의 공통점을 갖고 있다. 음악은 영화의 대사와 장면의 빈 공간을 채우거나 특정 장면의 앞이나 뒤에 나옴으로써 사건의 흐름을 암시하고 장면의 여운을 지속시키는 기능을 한다. 따라서 영화음악 작곡가들은 인물의 성격 묘사와 이미지의 부여, 극적인 장면의 강조 등 영화의 대사만으로 부족한 효과들을 음악을 통해 구축하고자 하며 영화의 특정 장면이나 인물의 성격에 맞는 적절한 음악을 찾기 위해, 혹은 창조하기 위해 고심한다. 그들은 모티브나 선율, 리듬이나 화음, 음악 스타일 등 음악의 요소를 특정 캐릭터나 장면의 분위기와 연관시키려는 시도를 함에 있어 극작가와 맞먹는 영감을 보여준다. 본 논문에서는 1950년대를 전후로 한 영화음악 작곡가들의 작곡 기법들을 중심으로 주제의 사용방식, 조성 구조와 작품 속에서 다양하게 나타나는 주제들 간의 상호 연관, 리듬 패턴 등을 분석함으로써 장면의 효과를 깊게 하거나 스토리의 한 측면에 집중하게 만드는 음악적 악센트의 방법들을 연구하고자 한다. 알렉스 노스나 휴고 프리드호퍼, 버나드 허먼, 데이비드 랙신 같은 할리우드 작곡가들의 작곡 기법을 중심으로 하여 영화의 중요 시퀀스와 음악의 악센트가 어떻게 조화를 이루는 가를 실제 장면과 음악을 통하여 고찰하였다.

최근에 웰빙의 열풍을 타고 명상에 대한 관심이 날로 커지고 있다. 다양한 명상방법들이 소개되고 있으나 사람에 따라 알맞은 방법으로 명상을 할 필요가 있다. 특히, 명상음악을 이용하여 명상을 즐기는 사람들이 늘고 있으며 어떤 사람은 그것이 도움이 된다고 하고 그렇지 않다고 하는 사람들도 있다. 따라서, 이러한 명상음악이 명상에 과연 얼마나 도움이 되는지를 본 논문에서 연구하게 되었다. 뇌의 좌우반구의 전전두엽 영역에 배치된 14개의 채널을 가진 EEG 장치를 이용하여 명상음악을 사용할 때와 그렇지 않을 때 어느 방법이 더욱 효과적인 명상을 할 수 있는지를 비교 실험하였다. 그 결과 2개의 실험에 큰 차이를 볼 수 있었다.

Objectives : Oriental Medicine Music Therapy is a new way of treating and preventing various diseases and promoting health by means of music specially picked and designed to produce Qi(氣) fitting to an individual person in the areas of the structure of human body, physiological function, pathological change, diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it can facilitate the efficiency of the treatment much better and faster than only with herb or acupuncture. Equilibrium between body and mind is its originality. Methods : A 38-year old man came to hospital suffering from left side weakness, dysarthria because of cerebral infarction. After one week's medication in the part of neurology, he was sent to the oriental medicine music therapy center, and he took ten times' medical treatments once a day. Before and after the treatments, implementing 'Ink foot print analysis', as for the movement capacity and walking of left side weakness, these results are acquired. Results and Conclusions : 1. Before the oriental medicine music therapy, except the acceleration and deceleration section, within three meters, a right foot's step was measured 30.55 cm and a left foot was measured 15.2 cm, and the step distance was 15.2 cm. After the 10 times treatments, the right foot's step was 112.6 cm, the left foot's step was 113 cm, and the step distance improved to 51.8 cm. 2. The normal person's average step is about 38 cm, and it could be decreased owing to a decreptitude, pain, fatigue, and the weakness of the legs. In spite of all, from the increased 50 cm step measurement with the patient's body condition, it means that his movement capacity is recovered. 3. In the measurement of walking time, before 10 times treatments, it took 46.35 seconds within 6M, but after the treatments, it increased to 7.47 seconds as same as a normal person's walking speed. 4. In insomnia, and the abnormality of a facial muscle, it shows lots of improvement, and even the accuracy of a pronunciation, but despite of the 10 times treatments, the 'ㄹ(r)' sound placed under a vowel is unclear. 5. Before the 10 times' treatments, he can move the left side shoulder with pain and cannot move below the left elbow. After the treatments, the pain was disappeared, and he was able to move over 60 cm without pain. And improving of the movement of fingers, he can beat over 8 times with a drumstick.

Arirang has quite a long history in Korean music. Arirang means the heart is tingling. Jeongseon Arirang is well-known Arirang from the Gangwon province, so it shares certain features of Dongbu minyo (folksong), including the Menaritori. Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim is pure and innocent. She has an ingenuous country voice. It is a kind of hope that provides our mental strength. Mental power is as important to our health as a eating right. Jeongseon Arirang sung by Ok-sim Kim is Seoul style of rhythmic pattern and melody. Jeongseon Arirang is designated as the Intangible Cultural Property No. 1 by the Gangwon province in 1971. This article outlines the emotional biography of Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim relationship.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the auditory stimulation using pop music on EEG. The subjects in the study were eight healthy university students; five men and three women, age group of 22-28 years old. EEGs were measured for one minute at 19 channels, according to the international 10-20 system method, after both pop musics which the subject likes and not were provided with 100% and 50% volume of standard value, respectively, and the ratio of $\beta$/$\alpha$ was obtained. As a result, when the subjects heard their favorite music, the values of $\beta$/$\alpha$ ratio at the Right-Parietal.Temporal.Occipital lob(T6, O2) showed to be lower than stable state in the situation with 50% volume of standard value.
