전자유압식 분사계에 의한 초고압 디젤분무의 거동에 관한 연구 (Behaviour of Ultra-High Pressure Diesel Spray on Electronic Hydraulic FuelInjection System)

  • Behaviour of ultra-high pressure diesel spray and its structure in a constant-volume pressure chamber were studied with injection pressure ranging from 35 to 110MPa. Sprays were observed by using the back illumination scattering method and righ angle scattering method. The spray process mechanism were investigated with both photographs. As a result, the spray angle and air entrainment angle was larger as injection pressure and back pressure increase. It becomes clear that mean air-fuel ratio is increased by increasing the injection pressure.

  • Field balancing is required in any kind of phase information for the determination location balancing mass toward a rotor unbalance mass. Phase or phase angle is a measurement of the relationship of how one vibration signal which relates to another vibration signal and is commonly used to calculate the placement of balance weight. In this paper, A right guideline shows the photo optical speed sensor as the external keyphasor is a very useful when diagnosing machinery vibration problems on considering a phase lag comparing to the laser optical speed sensor. Some experimental results generate the interesting phase errors when appling to a wrong conditions. So, Usage of photo optical speed sensor which is used primarily to measure the shaft rotating speed serves as a reference for measuring vibration phase information has effect on the placement of phase angle how it was misunderstood. This paper will help a right method to search for the position of balancing weight and serves as baseline for further measurements using low cost and much easier user convenience. It is concluded that the propose baseline is likely to be applicable to apply to the practical field balancing weight.

  • 시설물측량 및 변형측량 등의 지상사진측량에서 근래 널리 이용되는 수렴사진의 경우, 최적촬영조건을 규명하기 위하여 수렴각에 따른 정확도 변화에 대한 실험적 연구와 정확도 예측모델에 대한 많은 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 이러한 연구는 기본적으로 대상물 정면 중앙 방향에 대하여 좌우 대칭인 위치에서 수렴촬영하는 경우에 대한 것이 대부분이다. 그러나, 지상사진에 의한 건물, 교량, 댐, 평탄한 지면 등과 같은 시설물 측량의 경우 대상물 형태가 평면적이고, 또한 대상물 주위의 제약조건에 의하여 정면에서 촬영하기 곤란하거나, 충분한 수렴각을 확보하기가 곤란한 경우가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 평면형 대상물에 대하여 촬영거리를 일정하게 유지하면서 촬영방향과 수렴각을 변화시킴에 따른 3차원 좌표결정의 정확도를 분석하여 정면, 측면 및 최측면에서의 최적촬영조건을 도출하고자하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 평면대상물인 경우 정면에서 촬영방향각 $30^{\circ}$ 부근까지는 수렴각을 증가시킬수록 높은 정확도를 얻을 수 있으며 한쪽 사진이 최측면 사진인 경우 수렴각을 $60^{\circ}$까지 증가시킴에 따라 정확도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있음을 알았다.

습식공정을 이용한 ZnS:Mn2+계 QD의 합성 조건에 따른 광 특성 변화 연구 (A Study on Photo-Luminescence Spectrum Properties of ZnS:Mn QD Prepared by Wet-Process)

  • In this study, the physical and optical properties of $ZnS:Mn^{2+}$ Quantum Dot prepared by wet-process condition with Mn/Zn ratio was valuated. The powder characteristics and optical behavior were investigated through XRD, TEM and Photo spectrometer exicted by various UV light source. We found the main peak of ZnS (111) was shifted by 0.8 degree to low angle position with increasing stirring energy from 200 RPM to 600 RPM, which is thought to be the increase of lattice defects during wet process. The photo luminescence at 600 RPM shows also higher blue intensity which is well correlated with XRD results. With increasing Mn/Zn ratio, the PL intensity become higher and shifed by 8.5nm to right side, by the increment of substitutional $Mn^{2+}$ ions.

기울기 및 광센서를 이용한 자동차 헤드라이트 자동조절시스템 (Automotive Headlight Control System Using Tilt and Photo Sensors)

  • 본 논문에서는 평지, 오르막 및 내리막에서 야간 운전할 때에 생기는 눈부심에 대해 헤드라이트를 자동 조절하여 운전자가 안전하게 운전을 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 먼저 광센서를 이용해 전방에 차량이 접근하는지의 유무를 판단하고 기울기센서로써 차량의 기울어진 정도를 계속적으로 판단하도록 하였다. 이러한 정보를 이용하여 헤드라이트를 조절하는 서보모터를 제어함으로써 현 운행환경조건에 맞도록 조절할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 헤드라이트 자동조절시스템은 평지 및 경사로에서 실제로 측정한 조도량에 대한 데이터를 바탕으로 하여 제작되었고, 테스트 모델에 의해 얻은 실험결과를 통해 환경과 조건에 따라 제대로 작동하고 효과가 있음을 확인하였고, 따라서 본 알고리즘의 유효성을 증명하였다.

각 다중화 방식의 홀로그래픽 정보저장기기의 양방향틸트 보상시스템 설계 (Design of 2-axis compensation servo system for angle multiplexing Holographic Data Storage)

  • Holographic Data Storage System, one of the next generation data storage devices, is a 2-dimensional page oriented memory system using volume holograms in writing and retrieving process. Recently photopolymer with disc type substrate was selected as a media for the Holographic Data Storage System. The disc tilt occurs when the media rotates and the external disturbance applies. The disc tilt causes the change of the angle between the reference beam and the media, the data cannot be retrieved with the right angle or other data page is retrieved. The tilt is generated in a 2-axis direction (tangential, radial). The tangential tilt direction is the same with the multiplexing plane, while the radial tilt direction is a perpendicular to the multiplexing plane. In this research we propose 2-axis tilt angle servo system. The tilt errors are measured by using external photo detector and the additional red laser. Then the tangential direction tilt is compensated by using the galvano mirror. Also the radial direction tilt is compensated by the rotating prism between the relay lens in the reference field. Finally we confirm the compensation results through the Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR) and Bit Error Rate(BER).
