  • The Web2.0(Next Generation Web Service) is receiving attention by computer industry. Therefore Ajax(Asynchonous Javascript And in), a key RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology of Web 2.0 applications, has also been a matter of interest. And multiple Web applications which are based on Ajax are being developed and delivered. This paper deals with 'Scheduler Applications/Services' of the web application that utilize Ajax. Plus, this paper is aimed at developing, Project Management Scheduler and Project Roadmap, using web applications that utilize Ajax.

  • Users requirement to use comfortable web page increasing these days because of development of Internet. Therefore concept of Web 2.0 were issued recently. Basic concept of Web 2.0 is implementation of comfortable UI(User Interface) and implementation of more active web than previous web. RIA(Rich Internet Application) is group of various technology to implement Web 2.0. It is possible that implement active web pages by many kind of technology that intend to RIA(Rich Internet Application). In this paper I restruct the rent-a-car reservation service page by Flex that popular in these days because of fantastic Animation to compare. effect and comfortable development environment. Therefore It is possible that constructing efficient active page that faster real-time information update and without page-to-page reload.

  • In the case of international trade, the role of 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, in recent years, has drawn more attention. At the same time, computers have become faster, cheaper, and more widely available. Thus. information systems have become commonplace to freight forwarders and the increased efficiencies to be gained in improving logistics has pushed managers to explorer a number of new ideas, technologies and methods of information management and automation. However, many companies are encountering difficulties to choose an information system flexible and satisfying all needs carrying on business. In this study RIA (rich internet application) technology based on Java Swing was introduced to the .freight forwarder information systems to provide richer user interfaces and a flexible web-based application. Also considered giving stakeholders in charge of logistics especially in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) cost-effective and performance-effective solutions with good accessibility of internet for smooth operations of their businesses.

  • 차량화물은 국내 품목별 수출물량의 2위를 차지하는 수출화물로(현재 2007년 상반기), 한미 FTA 이후 수출물량이 점차 더 증가할 것으로 예상되어 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 수출 차량화물을 해상운송하는 Car Carrier업체(차량화물 운송전문 업체)의 효율적인 수출업무 처리를 위해, 실시간으로 변하는 정보를 효과적으로 표현 및 변경이 가능하고, 운송계획에 필요한 관련 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 Car Carrier업체는 작업자의 경험에 의존한 수작업으로 운송계획을 수립하는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Car Carrier업체의 해상운송계획 수립 시 의사결정을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 강화한 RIA(Rich Internet Application)기반의 자동차 해상운송계획시스템을 설계 및 개발하고자 한다.

  • Arguably the most important internet technology of today is RIA (rich internet application), whose prime advantage is in improving the user experience on the web. However, the scope and variety of the RIA technology demand an eclectic guideline to build the mathematical services such as mathematical text, graphs, and animations. This paper sorts out and simplifies the complicated roadmap of the RIA technologies by presenting three design patterns for exposing the functionality of the CAS (computer algebra system) with the web browser as the user interface platform.

Development of X-internet frame work based on FLASH (플래시 기반의 X-인터넷 프레임워크 개발)

  • In this paper, we developed X-internet framework based on Flash and API for this framework. Proposed X-internet framework based on Flash enables to obtain design with dynamic user interface compare to web application and enables to reduce development time. Since this framework use the API that we developed in this study art flash player, this framework does not need server module. In analytical results, it has been shown that proposed x-internet framework have efficient characteristics such as network traffic, low development cost and dynamic user interface implementation. Since this X-internet framework can operate in environment of current developer friendly, it is useful for development of various new application programs.

WebRSF: A Web-based Rich Communication Service Software Framework for Providing the 1-to-1 Chat Service (WebRSF: 1대 1 대화 서비스 제공을 위한 웹 기반 리치 커뮤니케이션 서비스 소프트웨어 프레임워크)

  • The Rich Communication Service(RCS) is a next generation mobile messaging service. Since it has been developed and managed by a wireless service provider, 3rd party application developers cannot utilize the RCS features in their apps. A few studies have been proposed to solve this problem, even though they were not viable level of deployment. This paper presents a Web-based Rich Communication Service Software Framework(WebRSF) to help the 3rd party application developers adopt RCS features easily. WebRSF converts complicated RCS protocols to simple web-based protocols for providing the RCS 1-to-1 chat service to the 3rd parties. Communication protocols between WebRSF and its clients are defined in this paper. Also, a network configuration diagram and a message flow diagram are defined. Finally, performance evaluation between the WebRSF client and the RCS client are performed to simulate the load on clients' devices. It shows that the WebRSF client has 17% less loads than the RCS client while initiating sessions, and has 25% more loads after initiating sessions.

  • RIA(Rich Internet Application) has the best User Interface and easy way to use. It is used in many Application System and Web Application. This Paper introduces a RIA technology for Implementation of u-Hospital Application. This System uses a history of customers in the hospital and question about diseases, so we can improve the satisfaction of service. This paper shows that the u-Hospital System using RIA is more fast and easy than HTML application. Because RIA has special features that data can be obtained from server without reloading entire page and every user interaction does not require web server response. The proposed technology can improve the efficient u-Hospital System because it can be extended to ubiquitous mobile application.

  • To ensure that the production system of a factory is efficient, the factory layout design should consider the location and material flow plans of facilities, workshops, and storage areas. Highly productive factories need to have an optimized layout planning process, and a customized design methodology of the production system is a necessity for feasible layout planning. This paper presents a method for designing a layout module's size and shape and provides a heuristic location-allocation algorithm for the modules. The method is implemented and validated using a rich internet application-based platform. The layout design method is based on the leisure ship production process; this method can be used for designing the layout of a new factory or remodeling an existing factory and its production system. In contrast to existing layout methods, the inputs required for the proposed method, such as target products, production processes, and human-resource plans, are simple. This layout design method provides a useful solution for the initial stage of factory design.
