Sustainable Smart City Building-energy Management Based on Reinforcement Learning and Sales of ESS Power

  • In South Korea, there have been many studies on efficient building-energy management using renewable energy facilities in single zero-energy houses or buildings. However, such management was limited due to spatial and economic problems. To realize a smart zero-energy city, studying efficient energy integration for the entire city, not just for a single house or building, is necessary. Therefore, this study was conducted in the eco-friendly energy town of Chungbuk Innovation City. Chungbuk successfully realized energy independence by converging new and renewable energy facilities for the first time in South Korea. This study analyzes energy data collected from public buildings in that town every minute for a year. We propose a smart city building-energy management model based on the results that combine various renewable energy sources with grid power. Supervised learning can determine when it is best to sell surplus electricity, or unsupervised learning can be used if there is a particular pattern or rule for energy use. However, it is more appropriate to use reinforcement learning to maximize rewards in an environment with numerous variables that change every moment. Therefore, we propose a power distribution algorithm based on reinforcement learning that considers the sales of Energy Storage System power from surplus renewable energy. Finally, we confirm through economic analysis that a 10% saving is possible from this efficiency.

A Study on the Role of Locomotion Orientation as an Antecedent of Salespeople' Selling Behavior

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the locomotion orientation on salespeople' sales performance with the mediating effect of selling behavior(adaptive selling behavior, SOCO). And we figure out the relationship between customer-oriented selling behavior and adaptive selling behavior because those relationships are not clear. The authors infer research hypotheses based on literature review. We have confirmed the reliability and validity test and those results can be acceptable. Hypotheses test were conducted with structural equation modeling, AMOS. All paths in the research model reasoned by authors have been supported statistically at the significant level. This study with the theoretical implications is as follows. First, this study is the first attempt to investigate the path between locomotion orientation and adaptive selling behavior and SOCO. Secondly, there is an empirical conflict between our study and Franke and Park(2006)'s study. Our study was contradictory to Franke and Park(2006)'s consequences. And so, figuring out clearly those causal paths remains. This study with practical implications are as follows. First of all, the salespeople' selling performance was affected by adaptive selling behavior, customer-oriented selling behavior, and sales-oriented activities, such as the importance of selling behavior once again proven. It is necessary to enhance the capabilities that can be transformed into action appropriate to the needs of customers each sales step-by-step in the process of salespeople for various system through education and incentives, and to interact with customers and understand their customers relative to salespeople will. In order to enhance adaptive selling behavior, the company needs to do educational program and monitoring system with the positional promotion when salespeople get the high adaptive selling behavior. Secondly, the locomotion orientation of the salespeople is to cause this selling behavior. Management style to increase locomotion orientation is needed, which means, salespeople' superior about something should be conducted. In order to stimulate the selling behavior of the salespeople, most supervisors should use some managerial tools such as feedback, engagement, and rewards.

공학교육 체제 개선을 위한 공과대학 이해관계자의 인식 조사 연구 - ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 대학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Engineering College Stakeholder's Perceptions for Improvements of Engineering Education System)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 공학교육 이해관계자(stakeholder)인 교수, 학생, 직원/조교들을 대상으로 공학교육인증제를 포함한 공학교육 체제에 대한 만족도와 개선사항을 조사 분석하여 공학교육 발전을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고, 공학교육 체제의 실효성 있는 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적에 터한 공학교육 체제의 개선 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실습실 및 장비 등 교육환경을 개선하기 위하여 수요자 요구분석을 실시하고 이를 토대로 중장기 교육환경 개선과 재정이 확보되어야 한다. 둘째, 공학교육 이해관계자간 관계 증진을 위하여 멘토링 프로그램과 미래상담설계 등의 제도가 실효성 있게 재정비 되어야 한다. 셋째, 교육 행정서비스의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 서비스의 질 평가를 통한 우수 직원/조교에 대한 보상과 직무교육 강화 등의 개선이 요구되며, 공학교육인증제와 관련한 행정 업무의 단순화와 전담인원 충원 등이 검토되어야 한다. 넷째, 공학교육인증제의 이해를 높이기 위해 공학교육혁신센터의 위상 강화와 체계적인 홍보 체제가 필요하며, 외부 인사가 포함된 '공학교육 체제 평가 협의회(가칭)'와 같은 공학교육 평가 전문가 위원회가 필요하다. 다섯째, 공학교육인증제는 이해관계자들의 실익 부재와 행정 소요의 피로 누적 등으로 인하여 그 실효성에 대해 문제가 제기되고 있는 바 이에 대한 하여 공학교육 관련기관 차원의 방안 연구가 시급하다.

온라인 주석시스템에서 학생들의 지식공유를 통한 과학교과서의 협력적 독해 양상 분석 (Collaborative Reading Comprehension of Science Textbook via Students' Knowledge Sharing in an Online Annotation System)

  • 이 연구에서는 온라인 주석시스템을 이용한 과학교과서 독해 과정에서 학생들이 동료들에게 요청한 지식의 종류, 학생들이 동료들에게 제공한 지식의 정확성, 지식공유행동의 빈도, 협력적 독해의 효과성에 대한 학생들의 평가, 그리고 동료 간 신뢰의 정도를 조사하였다. 중학교 2학년 241명의 학생이 과학 교과서의 2개 대단원을 온라인 주석시스템을 이용하여 작성한 주석(질문과 답변)을 Bloom의 개정된 분류틀과 답변의 정확성 분석틀을 이용하여 분석하였다. 또 효과성 설문지, 인지기반 신뢰와 정서기반 신뢰 측정 도구를 사용하였다. 학생들이 교과서를 읽으면서 만든 질문의 80%는 '이해 질문'이었고, 이 유형의 질문은 개인의 독해를 위한 메타인지 전략과 유사하였다. 이러한 요구에 의해 학생들 간에 공유한 지식은 71%가 과학적으로 올바른 지식이었다. 지식공유행동의 빈도를 살펴보면 학생들은 온라인 주석시스템을 이용한 독해과정에서 활발하게 지식공유행동을 수행하였으나, 행동의 빈도는 보상에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 보인다. 학생들은 온라인 주석시스템을 통해 수행한 지식공유행위가 학습에 도움이 되었다고 평가하였다. 또한 학생들끼리 서로를 지식공유자로서 신뢰하는 비율은 80% 이상으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 온라인 주석 시스템을 사용하여 독해를 하였을 때 학생들이 지식공유를 함으로써 독해과정에서 발생한 어려움을 극복할 수 있었음을 알 수 있다. 또한 온라인 주석 시스템을 사용한 협력적 독해는 일방향적인 정보전달에 그쳤던 기존의 교과서 읽기와 달리, 쌍방향적이고 역동적으로 지식을 공유하게 함으로써 인지적 개별화 교육이 가능하도록 함을 확인하였다.

한국기업의 지식경영 구축과 인적자원 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study in the construction of the system of knowledge management and human resources management in the Korean firm)

  • Recently, most enterprises are having a knowlege management boom. A number of books associated with the knowlege management are being published, countless public seminars are held, and many research councils have been organized studying it formally or informally as if not importing the system is like falling behind a fashion. However, there are not many cases that achieved success by constructing the system of knowledge management. Then, why the knowledge management is not so much effective despite so many voices wanting the change of management system and a lot of public lectures about it? I guess the reason is that most companies do not have concrete methodology. Seeing a result of a survey which reported that with spread of venture boom and successful examples being known widely, the outflow of precious human resources is accelerated and a large number of employees of conglomerates have already resigned or are considering separation from their positions, we can realize that are occurring a change which can be nearly called severance in an occupational view and an organization culture. The preference to a large enterprise or a public institution of labor is low today and the notion about a lifelong job is regarded as past remains. As for this, it could be said that the social atmosphere that pursued the stability of a job has been changed to the practical one that attaches importance to ability and pay. The way of thinking of employees has been changed while established organizations cannot satisfy their desire and this explains why important members of a company are flown out. The reason why superior human resources move to venture businesses is that they can do their likable work and also prove their ability as well as unconventional rewards. Although existing companies are trying to preserve important human resources through performance compensating stock option, temporary patching up of personnel management cannot retard the rushing wind of foundation and the outflow of labor. On the contrary, clumsy import of performance-based reward system not only fails to hire superior labor power but also can bring about a sense of incompatibility and conflicts among the remaining employees. Therefore, this thesis, focusing on how to choose, develop, and maintain the human resources, will suggest a future-aiming human resources management model of Korean enterprises after comparing and analyzing the actual condition of domestic companies and the trends of advanced corportaions.

성과보상제도가 조직유효성 및 동기부여와 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 자동차정비 서비스업체 종업원을 중심으로 (The Effect of the Performance Compensation System on Organizational Effectiveness and Motivation and Corporate Performance : Focused on the Employees of Automobile Maintenance Service Companies)

  • 본 연구는 자동차정비 서비스업체에 근무하는 종업원들을 대상으로 하여 기업의 성과보상제도가 조직유효성 및 동기부여에 미치는 영향, 조직유효성 및 동기부여가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하는 것이다. 설문조사를 통해서 확보한 430부의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과 먼저 유형적 보상은 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 무형적 보상은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않았다. 또한 유형적 보상과 무형적 보상은 조직몰입과 동기부여에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 직무만족은 생산성과 서비스품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 그러나 조직몰입은 생산성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 서비스품질에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지는 않았다. 마지막으로 동기부여는 생산성과 서비스 품질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 연구결과를 통하여 성과보상제도, 조직유효성 및 동기부여, 기업성과 간의 관계구조를 파악하였으며, 자동차 산업에서 종업원들에 대한 성과보상 제도의 적용방안에 대하여 제시하였다.

의료급여관리사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 (A Study of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Medical Aid Client Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of job stress and job satisfaction and the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of Medical Aid Client Managers. Method: Data were collected from 185 Medical Aid Client Managers in 234 areas between April 2-15, 2007. Collected data was analyzed for the frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient etc. Results: The average score of job stress was 2.6. Job instability was highest as 2.9 and job autonomy was lowest as 2.2. in eight items. When the job stress of Medical Aid Client Managers was converted to 100 point, the average was 51.7 and ranked in upper 50% of Korean woman workers' job stress. Among the eight items, because the relationship satisfaction and the instability of duty regime ranked in upper 25% of Korean woman workers' job stress, those items were identified to have high stress. The average score of job satisfaction was 2.3 out 4.0 which could be interpreted as unsatisfactory. The correlation between the job stress and the job satisfaction demonstrated significant difference. Decrease of the job satisfaction was associated with increase of the job stress. In regard to the eight items, the inverse correlation was demonstrated to be significant in organization, inappropriate compensation, and workplace culture. Conclusion: Medical Aid Client Managers have high stress in carrying out their duties. They have experienced very severe instability in their duty regime. Also, they have felt alienated from their organization and experienced unfair rewards. They had low duty satisfaction but got a heavy workload and experienced overtime work. To relieve job overburden of Medical Aid Client Managers. it was necessary to improve business system and also was necessary to relieve a regional disparity of business charge.

일 도시 감정노동자의 직무스트레스와 우울증의 연관성 (The Relationship Between Job Stress and Depressive Disorder Among Emotional Laborers in a City)

  • Objective : The purpose of our study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and depressive disorder among emotional laborers in a city. Methods : A total of 677 emotional laborers living in Jeonju-city participated in this study. The participants completed survey questions regarding demographic characteristics, job stress (using the Korean Occupational Stress Scale-24, KOSS-24), and depression (the Patient Health Questionnaire-9, PHQ-9). Logistic regression was performed to estimate the association between job stress and depression. Results : Our results indicated that 34.9% of the participants had a high risk of total job stress and 21.7% of participants had depression. In the multivariate logistic regression analysis, female sex (OR=1.66, 95% CI=1.01-2.72) and total job stress (OR=3.84, 95% CI=2.57-5.75) were significantly associated with depression after adjusting for confounding factors. Among the subscales of job stress, job demand (OR=3.06, 95% CI=1.99-4.72) and occupational climate (OR=1.88, 95% CI=1.19-2.97) were significantly associated with depression. But insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, the organizational system and lack of rewards were not. Conclusion : Among the emotional laborers, job stress, particularly job demand and occupational climate, were major contributing factors associated with depression. Early screening and preventive strategies focusing on job stress could reduce the impact of depression in emotional laborers.

일본 개호정책의 전개과정에 나타난 '가족개호의 비용화구조' (The Commodification of Family Care in the Japanese Long-Term Care Policy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 일본 개호정책 전개과정에서의 '가족개호(가족에 의한 개호제공)'에 대한 금전적 평가에 초점을 맞추어, 특히 개호보험제도의 도입이 '가족개호의 비용화'에 미친 영향을 살펴봄으로써 '가족개호'의 제도화 현상을 포착하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 '개호의 사회화' 이념을 '가족개호의 비용화'라는 분석개념으로 조작적으로 정의하고, 이 '가족개호의 비용화' 상황과 그에 대한 국가의 개입방식을 개호서비스 제공에서의 가족의 역할과 가족개호에 대한 사회적 평가의 수준, 그리고 가족개호자(여성)의 가정 내 환경 및 노동시장에서의 지위 등과의 관련 속에서 분석한다. 이러한 분석을 통하여, 본 연구에서는 일본 개호정책의 전개과정에 나타난 '가족개호의 비용화구조'를 밝힘으로써 개호보험제도 실시와 더불어 현금급여가 극히 잔여적으로 도입될 수밖에 없었던 정책적 맥락을 이해하고자 한다.

간호사의 이직경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on Nurses' Experiences of Turnover)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine nurses' turnover experiences and to provide basic information for developing turnover intervention program for effective human resources management. Methods: This study is an inductive, descriptive phenomenological research that uses profound interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were nurses retired from a hospital. Results: The themes were classified into the three theme clusters. The first theme was about 'deepening inside wound' which was described as experiencing stresses due to introversion, feeling a heavy burden about responsibilities as experienced nurses, feeling guilty about limits of performance and hurt about reproaches by seniors and having conflicts with physicians. The second theme cluster focused on 'powerlessness as time goes', which was stated as having difficulty in adaptation to the new rotated wards, feeling tired and having no spare time and difficulty in night duty, experiencing stagnation and powerlessness and feeling disappointed about inadequate rewards. The third was about 'can't find the exit' which were expressed with wanting to change the speciality because of concerns about future, having affection to motherhood, feeling conflict over the nursing profession itself, concentrating on the matter of turnover and facing related personal situations, and regretting turnover. Conclusion & Suggestions: Considering all these experiences, field managers in nursing should build up a support system that helps nurses overcome risks related to decision-making about turnover. In addition, nurse managers need to develop a human resources development program in which competent nurses are continuously won over through education and counseling.
