  • It has already been two decades or more ever since the shipping and its related industries began to mature in advanced shipping countries. During that period, such countries have made various attempts for the survival of the industries. The advent of the so-called flags of convenience in a big way for the purpose of replacing crew members of their own expensive seamen by those of developing countries and the emergence of ship management companies, which are literally engaged in the management of ships, are the results of such movements. Some countries have been making efforts, as measures for the continued existence of the maritime industries, to create new marine-related businesses without regard to the traditional concepts of the industries. The movement toward the restructuring of a maritime society in Norway is well known as a typical example of such endeavors. The business of marine consultancy relating to maritime safety management field in our country is also a business that came into existence in such a stream toward the revitalization of the maritime society. In this paper, as well as placing in focus the current picture and problems of marine industries in our country, we would like to present approaches to tackle these problems employed by advanced industrial nations in the West, that is, moves toward the revival of maritime communities. Next, we propose, as one of the answers to solve such problems, the further development of a consulting business which takes advantage of simulators. Lastly, we show specific examples of application of a simulator to the consulting business, while commenting on the effects of its use.

  • In this paper, A tow system of miniature establishes each motor to individual 1C1M methods to control for a permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) is constructed. You assume that is wiring having had the ability that can all absorb regenerative power which occurred when permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM) brake is all used to it, and to occur about agreement use scope expansion my electricity. To regenerative braking power securities of a PMSM and to stop of the bronzes my a control security, and that the electricity as you apply to vector control method and an speed sensor of controller to microprocessor, And you studied to speed, motor electricity energy control method to the algorithm and you brake a revival by regenerative braking power securities of a permanent magnet synchronous motors. It is proposed that motor control method to the algorithm you brake a revival by electricity braking power securities, you do to simulations regarding a momentum load and experiment.

  • We developed the synthetic library automation system. Developed system is comprised of two main units: an auto sorting system of books and a wireless management system. An auto sorting system is composed of a book return machine, a robot system, and an emergency bookshelf. A book return machine is operated by magnetic removal-revival. A wireless management system is development of RFID, or radio frequency identification, and is composed of a RF module and uninhabited return machine and a loss prevention system. The software for the synthetic library automation system is divided into three groups. We realized the developed automation system, and then get the features.
