This study was subjected elementary school books published between 1989 and 1991. There focused on the oriental medicine of all Health-Medicine contents. The results of analysis for elementary school books were much less oriental medicine contents than the others. Also, it was negative trends in many contents like incorrect of historical incidence, etc. That contents was not two medicine's complementarity but two division. This result did possible contribute to misunderstand and negative action toward oriental medicine in the elder age' attitude. Oriental Medicine has been successive to the present and shall be continue to the future as natural korea culture. In order to continuity of normal Health-Medical culture and obtain of worldwide oriental medicine trend, it need to revise contents of elementary school books rapidly.

The purpose of this study was to develop the computerized nursing diagnoses system for clinical application and activation of nursing diagnoses based on validity verification. In addition, our research team also performed system tests in clinical situations, to identify ways to improve the program and make it more practical. Nursing Diagnoses System will increase nurses' knowledge and experience of the application of nursing diagnoses in clinical situations and development of nursing interventions by nurses as well as the effectiveness of hospital computerized systems. We expect this system can contribute to an improvement in the quality of nursing care. Also we will continuously evaluate and revise the system related to the utilization of the program.

As economic rapid growth, large structures are damaged by defects from design and construction process of the formation and environments. Therefore, safety diagnosis and monitoring skills are bringing importance into relief and legislate for safety diagnosis of large structures. However, the existing monitoring systems are difficult by using wire cable because of cost, error of date, location, revise. In this paper, wireless sensor network which are accelerator, temperature sensor system using ubiquitous had been field test on Sea-Hea Grand bridge. We compare accelerator, temperature sensor system with wire and wireless sensor network.

In Korea, only butane gas could be used as fuel gas of the outdoor gas stove. However, butane is not vaporized well at low temperatures. For this reason, in the field, nozzle of the portable butane gas stove is converted illegally to use propane gas. Because vapor pressure of propane gas is higher than that of butane gas at same temperature, gas accidents such as gas leakage could be occurred. To prevent gas accidents and use portable propane gas stoves safely, international standards need to be analyzed and verification tests need to be performed with prototype stove. This study could suggest to revise standard for safety improvement with portable propane gas stoves.

The family Triphoridae Gray, 1847 is a group of marine microgastropods characterized by sinistral (left-coiled) shells except for the subfamily Metaciinae, which has dextral shell coiling. We report a new record of Mastonia rubra (Hinds, 1843) collected from the intertidal zone from Jeju Island, Korea and revise species list for Korean Triphoridae species. Mastonia rubra is distinguished from Inforis fusiformis(Kosuge, 1961) by the purple color of the first and second whorls of the teleoconch, whereas they are light colored and nearly white corresponding whorls in I. fusiformis. Including this new record, the Korean Triphoridae comprises 20 species from 15 genera.

The purpose of this paper was to revise menu management in Korean restaurants of first class hotels in Cheju. This study was conducted to examine and analyze menu mixes using menu engineering and surveys of customer willingness to pay for price adjusting. The results were as follows. Those restaurants in this study need menu re-engineering and price adjustment for sales enhancement. And this paper suggested some recommendations. They have to develop new menu focusing on customer value based menu management. Furthermore, customer behavior analysis must be applied to menu engineering and new menu development.

Non destructive test is applied to revise mechanical strength and assume material strength or defect of material, equipment and structure, instead of fracture test. Especially, ultrasonic test has the characteristics such as an excellent permeability high-sensitiveness to fine defect and an almost exact measurement for position, size and direction of inner defect which differ from other non destructive tests. In this study, the program is developed to evaluate optimal testing condition, to distinguish obstacle echo and defect position. This program on the basic of Ray-Tracing model shows generation and processing of ultrasonic pulse. The simulation is compared with testing in the 3 cases of an oblique angle transducer like $45^{\circ},\;60^{\circ}\;and\;70^{\circ}$. The test result for all conditions is well compared with simulation result when relative not is within $0.1{\sim}7.2%$. And the course of several echos is simply assumed through simulation.

Main concern is to figure out the growth response of Pinus densiflora to hydrologic conditions in the central Korea. Continuous measurements were carried out with six trees with dendrometers in the Chungbuk National University experimental forest (Wolak-san) during 1995~1996. Surrounding hydrological conditions reflected by the solar radiation, air temperature, precipitation, soil water were included in measurements. Their effects on the biological response of trees was investigated and expressed as response functions. With these response functions, tree growth model was developed. Soil water availability was more related to the tree growth than air temperature. Limited number of biological measurements with dendrometer could permit determination of dynamics of radial tree growth to the hydrological conditions. Tree growth model could be used to check and revise the statistical transfer function of dendrohydrology.

This study explores the partnership between government and human service nonprofits in the United States from the perspective of resource dependence theory and extends the theory with system dynamics in order to better explain government-nonprofit service delivery. The article is structured as follows. First, I introduce the historical development of the government-nonprofit partnership in service delivery in the United States. Second, I present an overview of resource dependence theory for government-nonprofit service delivery, including assumptions, key elements, claims, how well it explains the government-nonprofit service delivery, and limitations. Third, I highlight the advantages of system dynamics along with the limitations of resource dependence theory, as an attempt to revise the theory. Finally, I conclude with a summary and suggestions for the next steps in theoretical development and research.

The recently revised "Telecommunications Business Promotion and Personal Data Protection Act" is an important legal milestone in promoting the Korean telecommunications infrastructure and industry as well as protecting individuals' personal data and individuals' rights to privacy. Special characteristics of information security and privacy protection services including public goods' feature, adaptiveness, relativity, multi-dimensionality, and incompleteness, are reviewed. The responsibility of chief security/privacy officers in the IT industry, and the fairness and effectiveness of the criminal negligence in the Telecommunications Act are analyzed. An assessment of the rationale behind the act as well as a survey of related laws and cases in different countries, offers the following recommendations : i) revise the act and develop new systems for data protection, ii) grant a stay of execution or reduce the sentence given extenuating circumstances, or iii) use technical and managerial measures in data protection for exemption from criminal negligence.
