Interests on collaborative research and academic relationship among researchers have been increased. Collaborative researchers can maximize productivity, time and cost savings, and reduce the risk of research. An empirical study on the research productivity of co-authors' network and review efficiency of the reviewer network was conducted based on co-author networks and reviewer networks in Korea Society of IT Service. This study aims to find the characteristics of the co-author and reviewer networks, and to analyze research productivity and review efficiency in order to draw some implications. The meaning of interactions among professional groups was analyzed. Research productivity index was calculated using 728 authors' papers submitted to the society. In order to verify the effects of indicators of social network analysis on research productivity and review efficiency, correlation and regression analyses were used. As a result, the indicators of network centrality did not affect the review efficiency, but affect the research productivity.

Many studies have been studied in the Information Technology (IT) area such as Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics and so on. Although various fields for IT exist, searching experts and reviewers in IT journals are subjective. The related journals have made efforts to assign experts for the qualified review. This study conducted developing the framework for understanding and evaluating the experts among co-authors and reviewers through social network analysis. To explore the findings, we collected data of the co-authored network and the reviewer network of the Korea Society of IT Services Journal. Totally, 545 authors for submissions and 314 co-authors were used for analyzing the co-authored network. To analyze the network, we divided two networks as a network for 545 papers and a network of 316 papers excluded 229 single authored-papers. In the findings, we found out various researchers published their papers with collaborations. Also, authors who have high scores of centrality can be said as experts for specific fields. In addition, we analyzed 358 data of reviewers from 2005 to 2011. About 50 reviewers have reviewed the submitted papers based on their expertise since 2005. Peculiarly, the expertise and the qualified review in Korea Society of IT Services Journal were identified in that almost reviewers do not review various papers at a time based on low degree measures and network density.

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of different types of simultaneous presentation (i.e., reviewer information, textual and visual content, and similarity between textual-visual contents) on review usefulness and review enjoyment in online restaurant reviews (ORRs), as they are interrelated yet have rarely been examined together in previous research. By using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling and state-of-the-art machine learning (ML) methodologies, we found that review readability in textual content and salient objects in images in visual content have a significant impact on both review usefulness and review enjoyment. Moreover, similarity between textual-visual contents was found to be a major factor in determining review usefulness but not review enjoyment. As for reviewer information, reputation, expertise, and location of residence, these were found to be significantly related to review enjoyment. This study contributes to the body of knowledge on ORRs and provides valuable implications for general users and managers in the hospitality and tourism industries.

본 연구는 인터넷 게임 방송의 분석을 통해 게임 방송에 친화적인 게임 디자인 요소를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 인터넷 게임 방송 시청 동기 등에 관한 선행 연구들을 분석하여 방송의 지향점을 '통달'과 '오락'으로 단순화하고, 이들의 조합을 통해 스트리머의 방송 유형을 'Reviewer', 'Master', 'Entertainer', 'Acrobat'으로 구분하였다. 이를 토대로 다양한 장르의 게임 방송을 분석한 결과 유형별 방송 영상물 수와 조회수 모두 'Acrobat'유형의 방송이 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 장르는 유사하지만, 방송 유형에서 'Master'유형이 주도적인 와 'Acrobat'유형이 주도적인 의 콘텐츠 기획 요소를 비교분석하고 'Acrobat'유형의 방송에 유리한 만의 게임 디자인적 요소를 'Fortune', 'Setup Time', 'Control View'로 정리하여 방송 친화적인 게임 설계를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

Objectives : This study analyzes the characteristics of hospital organization structures, insurance claims reviews and assessment tasks and their effects on hospitals in Pusan. Methods : The data for this study were collected through interview and self-administered surveys in 109 hospitals. The study included only - hospitals with a minimum of 50beds and excluded those providing only dental, psychiatric, or long-term care. Results : The findings of this study state that the number of beds has an influence on the organizitional structure. Conclusions : Hospital managements should seek human resources management(the insurance claims reviewer and evaluator) schemes that take into account the characteristics of the medical institution. In addition, insurance claims review and assessment tasks in hospitals require considerable knowledge and experience, and hospitals should be equipped with staff that have the relevant expertise. Therefore, to further deepen knowledge, comprehensive training should be continuously carried out in order to produce specialists in claims review and assessment.

온라인 리뷰는 소비자의 구매 의사결정에 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 소비자의 지각된 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미치는 리뷰 요인을 확인하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 온라인 리뷰의 유용성에 대한 대부분의 기존 연구는 주로 리뷰 및 리뷰어 속성과 같은 정량적 요인에 중점을 두고 있다. 최근 연구에서는 리뷰 콘텐츠과 언어 스타일이 소비자의 구매 의사결정에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 또한, 소비자가 의사결정 과정에서 리뷰를 평가할 때 추가적으로 리뷰 텍스트 속성들을 고려해야 한다고 주장하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 리뷰 맥락에서 리뷰 콘텐츠과 언어 스타일이 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 한다. 추가적으로 리뷰어의 전문성이 리뷰 콘텐츠 및 언어 스타일과 리뷰 유용성 간의 영향관계를 조절하는지 여부를 조사했다. 연구결과 긍정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠는 리뷰 유용성에 부정적인 영향을 미치고, 부정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠와 언어적 스타일은 리뷰 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 리뷰어의 전문성은 부정적인 리뷰 콘텐츠와 언어 스타일이 리뷰 유용성에 미치는 영향을 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 온라인 전자상거래 기업이 리뷰 유용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이를 마케팅 전략에 반영하여 기업 매출 성장을 달성하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of positive online reviews, negative online reviews, the usefulness of online reviews, reviewers' expertise, timeliness of online reviews, the volume of online reviews, and comprehensiveness of online reviews on accommodation booking intentions and also the indirect effect of positive online reviews on the intention of booking accommodations through trust as mediation. Research respondents are users of the accommodation booking application in Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Partial Least Square). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Usefulness of Online Reviews, Volume of Online Reviews, and Comprehensiveness of Online Reviews have a direct positive and significant influence on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. The variables of Negative Online Reviews and Timeliness of Online Reviews have negative and significant influences on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. Positive Online Reviews and Reviewer Expertise variables are not significant in this study. At the same time, the Trust variable has a full mediation relationship in an indirect relationship between the Positive Online Reviews variables and the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta.

현재 저널 논문 투고 및 심사 시스템에서 저자는 언제든지 논문 투고가 가능하며 그에 따라 저널 편집위원들이 투고된 논문들에 가장 적절한 심사위원들을 찾아 배정하는 데에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 편집위원들의 이러한 심사위원 선정의 어려움을 해결하기 위하여, 투고된 논문들에 적절한 심사위원들을 추천하는 탐욕 알고리즘과 유전 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안하는 두 알고리즘에서는 투고 논문들의 키워드(Keyword)와 심사위원들의 전문지식 태그(Expertise Tag) 정보를 활용하여 심사위원들의 전문성을 평가하고, 추천되는 심사위원들 간의 공정성 및 심사 참여빈도를 고려하여 심사위원들에게 심사기회가 균등하게 이루어지도록 한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 한국정보처리학회에서 운영하고 있는 JIPS 논문 투고 및 심사 시스템에 추천 알고리즘을 적용해보고 이의 결과를 제시한다. 마지막으로, 제안하는 두 알고리즘의 성능 분석을 수행하여 유전 알고리즘이 탐욕 알고리즘에 비해 추천 심사위원들의 적합도 측면에서 더 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 제시한다.

Performing the first peer review of a plastic surgical research article can be an overwhelming task. However, it is an essential scholarly skill and peer review is used in a multitude of settings: evaluation of journal articles, conference abstracts, and research proposals. Furthermore, peer reviewing provides more than just the opportunity to read and help improve other's work: peer reviewing can improve your own scientific writing. A structured approach is possible and recommended. In these ten tips, we provide guidance on how to successfully conduct the first peer reviews. The ten tips on peer reviewing concern: 1) Appropriateness: are you qualified and prepared to perform the peer review? 2) Familiarization with the journal and its reviewing guidelines; 3) Gathering first impressions of the paper followed by specific tips for reviewing; 4) the abstract and introduction; 5) Materials, methods, and results (including statistical considerations); and 6) discussion, conclusion, and references. Tip 7 concerns writing and structuring the review; Tips 7 and 8 describe how to provide constructive criticism and understanding the limits of your expertise. Finally, Tip 10 details why-and how-you become a peer reviewer. Peer review can be done by any plastic surgeon, not just those interested in an academic career. These ten tips provide useful insights for both the aspiring and the experienced peer reviewer. In conclusion, a systematic approach to peer reviewing is possible and recommended, and can help you getting started to provide quality peer reviews that contribute to moving the field of plastic surgery forward.

저널 논문 투고 및 심사시스템에서의 논문 제출은 상시 이루어진다는 특성 때문에 논문이 제출된 시점에 적절한 심사자들을 찾아 배정하기란 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 제출된 논문에 적절한 심사자들을 추천해주는 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다. 심사자 추천 알고리즘에서는 해당 논문의 전문가를 심사자로써 추천하기 위하여 제출된 논문들의 키워드(Keyword)와 심사자들의 전문지식태그(Expertise Tag) 정보를 활용한다. 또한 심사자들의 기존의 심사 정보를 토대로 심사활동지수를 평가하여 이를 심사자 추천에 활용하고자 한다. 제안하는 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실제 저널 논문투고시스템에 추천 알고리즘을 적용해보고 이의 결과를 제시한다.
