최근 온라인 상품 구매의 증가로 인해 사용자의 선호에 맞는 상품을 추천해주는 시스템이 지속적으로 연구되고 있다. 추천 시스템은 사용자들에게 개인화된 상품 추천 서비스를 제공하는 시스템으로 사용자가 상품에 남긴 평점을 이용한 협업 필터링(Collaborative Filtering)이 가장 널리 쓰이는 추천 방법이다. 협업 필터링에서 상품 간의 유사도 계산은 시간이 많이 소요되는데, 특히 리뷰 데이터와 같은 빅데이터를 사용할 경우 더욱 많은 시간을 소요한다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 리뷰 데이터 마이닝을 이용하여 상품 간의 유사도 계산을 빠르게 수행할 수 있으면서 정확도를 높일 있도록 2단계(2-Phase) 방법을 이용한 하이브리드 추천시스템 방식을 제안한다. 이를 위해 온라인 전자책 상거래 상점인 아마존 킨들 스토어(Amazon Kindle Store)의 약 98만 개의 온라인 소비자 평점과 리뷰 데이터를 수집하였다. 실험 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 사용자의 평점과 리뷰를 단계적으로 반영한 하이브리드 추천 방식이 전통적인 추천 방식과 비교하여 추천 시간은 비슷하였으나 높은 정확도를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 제안한 방법을 사용하면 사용자가 선호하는 상품을 빠르고 정확하게 추천함으로써 고객의 만족을 높여서 기업의 매출 증대에 기여할수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

디지털 전환이 가속화되면서 금융 서비스 또한 비대면 서비스의 비중이 높아지고 있다. 최근 모바일 서비스에서 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 사용자 경험이 대두되고, 사용자 경험을 향상하기 위한 분석 기법이 출현하고 있다. 정량적 평가에 사용되는 데이터 중 하나인 사용자 리뷰 데이터는 불필요한 정보가 다량 포함되어 있어 개선 방향을 도출해내는 데 많은 시간과 에너지가 소요된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 코사인 유사도 알고리듬을 활용해 사용자 경험 계층을 기준으로 UX 분석 시스템을 개발하고 검증을 위해 국민은행, 우리은행, 카카오뱅크, 토스의 사용자 리뷰 데이터를 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 개발된 UX 분석 시스템이 사용자 리뷰 데이터의 분석을 통해 효과적으로 UX 분석이 가능한 시스템이라는 것을 증명하였다. 본 연구의 시스템은 빠르게 고객의 피드백을 반영해야 하는 애자일 조직에서 사용자 경험 계층별 개선 방안을 파악하는 데 용이하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A brief review is presented of the strengths and weaknesses of historical controls, data banks, and randomized trials in the evaluation of clinical treatment. Use of pre randomized versus postrandomized informed consent is discussed. Recommendations are made for the development of an appropriate clinical research strategy.

인터넷 환경의 발달로 소비자들 사이에 상품정보에 대한 의견이 교환되기 시작하면서 다양한 형식의 온라인 리뷰들이 급속도로 생성되고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라, 기업들은 온라인 리뷰들을 분석하여 마케팅, 세일즈, 제품개발 등의 다양한 기업 활동에서 그 결과를 활용하려는 노력을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 대표적인 경험재인 '게임'과 관련된 산업에서의 온라인 리뷰에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 머신러닝 모델을 활용하여 스팀(STEAM)게임의 커뮤니티 데이터를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 타 사용자의 게임 리뷰를 유용하다고 판단하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 리뷰의 유용성을 예측하는데 있어 가장 우수한 성능을 보인 모델과 변수들을 도출하여 사용자의 충성도와 사용성을 증대시키기 위한 제안을 하고자 한다.

Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

There have been many studies that applied a data-driven analysis method to social media data, and some have even argued that this method can replace traditional polls. However, some other studies show contradictory results. There seems to be no consensus as to the methodology of data collection and analysis. But as social media-based election research continues and the data collection and analysis methodology keep developing, we need to review the key points of the controversy and to identify ways to go forward. Although some previous studies have reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the social media-based election studies, they focused on predictive performance and did not adequately address other studies that utilized social media to address other issues related with public opinion during elections, such as public agenda or information diffusion. This paper tries to find out what information we can get by utilizing social media data and what limitations social media data has. Also, we review the various attempts to overcome these limitations. Finally, we suggest how we can best utilize social media data in understanding public opinion during elections.

Time to market and cost-efficient production are some of the challenge that manufacturing industries face. Modern methods of engineering can't help such organizations attain competitive advantage. To help these situations, MEMPHIS (Middleware for Exchanging Machinery and Product Data in Highly Immersive Systems) was introduced as an approach that enables VE (Virtual Engineering) and links engineering applications with VR (Virtual Reality) solutions. Thus an environment is provided to implement virtual design reviews and enable the application of virtual prototyping methods. However MEMPHIS could just handle Product data for virtual design review and simulation. In this paper, we newly define and develop the extended MEMPHIS that enables virtual manufacturing with Process, Resource and Plant data as well as Product data.

Medical data is one of the data that must be kept in safe containers, far from intrusion, viewing and modification. With the technological developments in hospital systems and the use of cloud computing, it has become necessary to save, encrypt and even hide data from the eyes of attackers. Medical data includes medical images, whether they are x-ray images of patients or others, or even documents that have been saved in the image format. In this review, we review the latest research and the latest tools and algorithms that are used to protect, encrypt and hide these images, and discuss the most important challenges facing these areas.

Text data mining ('big data methods') is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.

Purpose: This study is an integrative review of previous research conducted on family-school nurse partnership in school health care, as perceived by school nurses, children, and families. Method: The study was conducted according to the five stages of integrative review suggested by Whittemore and Knafl (2005), which involved problem identification, literature search, data evaluation, data analysis, and presentation of results. Suitable literature was found using portals such as PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, and Web of Science. Key words such as school nurses, family, parents, children, and partnership were used to narrow the search results. Studies published in peer-review journals between 2006-2018 were selected. The quality of studies was appraised using critical appraisal tools provided by the Joanna Briggs Institute (2020). Result: Thirteen studies (5 quantitative and 8 qualitative) were finalized for the final review process. After an extensive review, four key themes of school nurse-family partnership in school health care were identified: partnership components, partnership barriers, partnership facilitators, and strategies to promote partnership. Conclusion: Partnership and its components, barriers, and facilitators, along with strategies for its promotion should be considered in school health care. Further studies are needed on the perceptions held by parents and children regarding school health care partnership.
