The Real-Time-Pricing (RTP) brings greatest values in terms of economic incentives and efficiency among the dynamic pricing schemes. The electric power industry in Korea is mainly operated by publicly owned utilities and strongly regulated by the government; therefore, revenue reconciliation of RTP is inevitably required to prevent revenue deficits. In this paper, a revenue reconciliation of real-time pricing considering imperfect information on customer response is proposed to prevent revenue deficit and distortion of the spot price. A case study is present to verify the applicability of the proposed method.

Transmission pricing is one of important issues related to competitive electricity markets since rational pricing scheme ensures a fair competition between the market participants. Any application of marginal pricing method to transmission pricing may accompany revenue reconciliation to recover Transco's revenue requirements. This paper presents an alternative methodology on revenue reconciliation with customer benefit function and power flow.

Transmission pricing is one of important issues related to competitive electricity markets since rational pricing scheme ensures a fair competition between this market participants. Transmission pricing scheme is classified briefly into marginal cost pricing and embedded cost pricing. In economic efficiency, marginal cost pricing is more adequate for competitive electricity market. However, this pricing scheme requires revenue reconciliation since it cannot ensure full recovery of Transco's revenue requirements. This paper presents a new revenue reconciliation to maximize social welfare. For this analysis, this paper provides the results applied by various revenue reconciliation methodologies.

For restructure of korean power system, we needs research and development concerning RTP and Revenue Reconciliation. In these Implementations the real-time prices are updated at half-hourly or hourly intervals and in no case are the prices spatially differentiated. The implemented rates are based upon marginal generating costs with markups to account for system transmission and distribution costs or other revenue reconciliation needs. This paper analyzes how great is the impact of alternative price markup methods on measures of social welfare and customer responses. A case study and energy sales are also presented.

It is required to develop a rational transmission pricing methodology to ensure the fair participation of the player in the market. Because of economic efficiency, marginal pricing method has been studied to be applied to transmission pricing methodology. In application of marginal pricing method to transmission pricing, revenue reconciliation must be needed to recover Transco's revenue requirements. This paper presents a reconciliation method based on line's value to transmission service user.

전력사업은 전력서비스를 제공하는 사업으로서, 사업의 목표가 전력화사의 이익만을 극대화하는 방향으로만 설정되어는 안된다. 전력사업 운영의 일반적인 두 가지 목표는 전력공급의 안정성 확보와 경제적인 전력공급이라 할 수 있다. 그러므로 국가경제의 중추를 맡고 있는 전력산업은 새로운 환경과 불확실한 미래에 대처할 수 있는 환경의 요구 등이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 요구를 충족시키기 위한 노력이 진행되고 있으며 그 가운데 하나의 방향은 전기사업자의 공급가격과 소비자의 수요에 대한 정보를 이용하여 공통의 이익을 보다 더 향상시킬 수 있고 더 폭넓은 선택을 가능하게 함으로써 전기 사업자와 수요자 모두에게 더 많은 이익을 줄 수 있는 새로운 요금제를 확산시키는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날의 이러한 요구에 부응하여 새로운 형태의 요율제도로써 제시되고 있는 실시간요금제(Real-Time Pricing)와 그에 따른 수익보정(Revenue Reconciliation)방법을 통한 수요반응을 분석하여 부하율 향상에 관한 결과에 대하여 알아본다.

Embedded cost pricing is easy to be applied in the calculation of transmission cost and guarantees perfect recovery of revenue requirement. However, it caused in equity of cost distribution in the restructured electrical market. Though, marginal cost pricing has been studied to be applied to economic signal of members. But it has the cumbersome processes of the revenue reconciliation. This paper presents a new recovery of revenue requirement method that is satisfied with economic signal, using MLF.

This paper presents the economic impact of consumer participation in Real-Time Pricing (RTP). A computer model was developed to analyze the impact of real-time pricing on the average price, electricity sales, and the social welfare. Four revenue reconciliation alternative were introduced to illustrate the effect of RTP. Finally a case study was done to analyze the consequent impact of the dynamic load profile on the long-term fuel mix, and the results were compared with those of $5^{th}$ national power development plan.

2017년 두테르테 정부는 집권 2년차를 맞아 보다 강력하게 치안 유지를 위한 정책을 폈으며, 아세안의장국으로서 자주적인 외교를 표방하였다. 마약과의 전쟁을 계속하였고 아울러 부패 공직자에 대한 처벌을 통해 자신의 정치적 입지를 높이려 하였다. 또한 무슬림 테러조직인 마우테 그룹의 소탕을 이유로 민다나오 지역에 계엄령을 선포하고 대외적으로도 대테러 공조를 강화하였다. 또한 집권초기 화해 제스처를 취하고 평화협상도 추진했던 공산반군과는, 일련의 유혈사태로 인하여 평화 기조를 종결하고 진압작전을 시작하였다. 여전히 높은 지지도에 힘입어 강력한 드라이브를 걸고 있지만 사회경제적으로 낮은 계층과 소수집단들이 점점 소외됨으로써 일종의 불안 요인이 되고 있다. 아세안의장국으로서 두테르테 정부는 기존의 확고한 우방인 미국과도 일정한 거리를 두는 반면, 실질적인 경제적 이익을 취할 수 있는 중국이나 러시아와는 친밀도를 높이는 방향으로 선회하였다. 외부 경제적 지원을 다각화하고 안으로는 세수를 증대하는 정책을 통해 인프라 확립을 우선 과제로 선정했다. 높은 경제성장률을 보이고 있는 필리핀이 확고한 인프라 확립에 대한 기대감도 크지만, 전통적으로 외부 자원에 의존하여 외채 부담을 늘렸던 전철을 밞지 않기 위해서는 세제 개혁이 성공적으로 마무리될 수 있어야할 것으로 보인다. 한국의 신남방정책은 두테르테 자주외교 정책과 접점을 찾는 것이 필요해 보이며, 인프라 개발에 한국 정부나 기업의 효율적인 협력 방안을 모색하는 것도 향후 과제가 될 것이다.
