  • Social network game (SNG) literally is a game based on the relationship between social network or Relationships with people is an important element in the game you need to make full use of them is that you can smooth progress.   • A reconstrucion project is very complex and requires technical knowledges and experiences, however due to not having any related knowledge consortium usually does not have any related knowledge. So in this study, we have suggested a systematic procedure to execute a reconstruction project focused on the profitability analysis. a model is developed to identify and calculate all relevant cost and revenue to the project using the IDEF0 methodology.

  • The relative efficiency of loan projects of information technology promotion fund is measured using Data Envelopment Analysis. Information technology promotion project is supervised by the Ministry of Information and Communication and is managed by the Institute of Information Technology Assessment. Among all the projects of information technology supported by this fund, this study deals with the themes that have been completed from 2000 to 2002. With multiple input and output data including the amount of fund, the period of study, the rate of increase in revenue, the increase in the amount of export and the increase in the number of patent, the relative efficiency scores of all the 119 subjects were calculated in CCR and BCC models of DEA. From the reference sets of some inefficient Decision Making Units, the causes of their inefficiency were analyzed. To compare the relative efficiencies among various DMUs, Super-Efficiency Ranking Method and Logistic Regression Model were used. As the result of this study, it was shown that W promotion funds in the fields related to mobile technology, visual equipment and communication device were used most efficiently.

  • Nuclear technology made a great contribution to the national economy and society by localization of nuclear power plant design, and by stabilization of electricity price, etc. It is very important to conduct the retrospective analysis for the nuclear technology contribution to the national economy and society, but it is more important to conduct prospective analysis for the nuclear technology contribution. The term "technology value" is often used in the prospective analysis to value the result of technology development. There are various definitions of technology value, but generally it means the increment of future revenue or the reduction of future cost by technology development. These technology valuation methods are widely used in various fields (information technology or energy technology, etc). The main objective of this research is to develop valuation methodology that represents unique characteristics of nuclear power technology. The valuation methodology that incorporates market share changes of generation technologies was developed. The technology valuation model which consists of five modules (electricity demand forecast module, technology development module, market share module, electricity generation module, total cost module) to incorporate market share changes of generation technologies was developed. The nuclear power technology value assessed by this technology valuation model was 3 times more than the value assessed by the conventional method. So it was confirmed that it is very important to incorporates market share changes of generation technologies. The valuation results of nuclear power technology in this study can be used as policy data for ensuring the benefits of nuclear power R&D (Research and Development) investment.

A Delphi Approach to the Development of an Integrated Performance Measurement and Management Model for a Car Assembler

  • Today's dynamic competitiveness requires an organization to improve its performance measurement and management. Quality Management Systems (QMS) abound, the main ones being: ISO series, Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award (MBNQA), European Forum for Quality Management (EFQM), Six Sigma Business Scorecard and the Balanced Scorecard. Based on the literature, the IPMMM (Integrated Performance Measurement and Management Model) identified 7 key synthesized factors: leadership, strategy management and policy, customer and market, learning and growth, partnership and resources, internal processes and business results that are employed to investigate the key performance indicators of a car assembler using the Delphi methodology. In the 2 rounds of Delphi panels consisting of 20 senior management personnel, the $1^{st}$ round of 198 indicators in the IPMMM yielded 90 indicators. The $2^{nd}$ round yielded 43 performance indicators with 18 rated as critical based on the % assigned in the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ priority rating of "very important factor" and "key performance indicator" that must be ranked high on both of the priorities. The very critical indicators appeared to be: defect percentage and first time capability (tie in $1^{st}$ place) and revenue, goal setting, customer satisfaction index, on-time delivery, brand image, return on investment, Claim Occurrence Ratio, and debt being ranked from $3^{rd}$ to $10^{th}$. It can be surmised that an organization can identify and develop an appropriate set of performance indicators through the Delphi methodology and implement and manage them based on the Balanced Scorecard.

  • The combined heat-and-power (CHP) plant is recently suggested as an effective resolution in response to recent rising oil prices and the Kyoto Protocol. This research provides a model for economic appraisal to evaluate CHP investment. Real option model is developed to incorporate a case where the investment is irreversible and underlying revenue is stochastic. The analysis shows that power plant capacity more than 40 Gcal makes CHP investment profitable while the results may vary 10 modest level with respect to investment cost, heat sales price and discount rate.

  • Market segmentation is a key strategic factor in increasing the expected profits, especially in the practice of revenue management. A manufacturing firm should manage both manufacturing quantities and pricing decisions over its segmented markets to maximize the expected profits, setting different price for each different segment. Also, market segments should be kept separate in order to prevent demand leakages between different market segments. In fact, even though the markets for different products are firmly segmented, it is not easy to keep separate segmentation because many products might be substitutable by customer buying behavior. That is, customers respond to price changes by purchasing other market's products instead of purchasing the originally requested products, which causes demand substitution effect ; This kind of substitution is referred to as price-driven substitution. Therefore, decisions on optimal prices should take into account the differences in customers' valuation of the different products. We consider a deterministic model for deciding optimal prices in the presence of price-driven substitution, and we compare both symmetrical-and asymmetrical-type demand substitutions between two segmented markets. The objective of this study is to develop analytical and numerical models to examine the impact of price-driven substitution on the optimal price levels and the total expected profits.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of experiential marketing factors on: 1) brand image, 2) satisfaction, and 3) loyalty in context of restaurants located in complex shopping mall. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

  • In the 100-year history of Korean films, Korean films have grown to more than 100 million viewers every year since 2012, and their total sales are estimated at 1 trillion. It is assumed that the influence on the popularity of Korean movies is related to 2012, when 60% of smartphone penetration rate and 30 million subscribers exceeded. As a result, before and after 2012, changes in movie boxing factor variables were needed, and the prediction model trained as a new independent variable was applied to actual data.
