  • This study was performed to verify the relationships among selection attribute, restaurant trust, experiential value, and recommendation focusing on sport center consumers. The data were collected from visitors who registered more than three months in the sport center in South Korea. Total 500 survey was distributed and 330 participants were used for further statistical analysis. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0 for Windows were used for statistical analysis. Five factors of selection attribute (menu, interior, exterior, staff, convenience) were extracted, and measured by using 15 questions. According to the results of this study, interior, exterior, and staff factors have positive effects on restaurant trust, and interior and menu were significant predictors of the experiential value. In addition, present study confirmed the theoretical relationship among trust, experiential value, and recommend intention as perceived by sport center visitors. Although there are many studies which demonstrated the relationships among selection attribute and other outcome variables, little research explained the relationships among the variables from sport center consumers. Therefore, this study will contribute to provide meaningful results and some practical implications for both academia and the related foodservice industry.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify the quality factors of chicken restaurant customers with the service quality based on the SERVQUAL, the quality factors based on the selection attributes and service qualities of chicken restaurants used in the previous studies. Research design, data, and methodology - This survey was carried out on the students of Kangwon University in Samchuk City, Kangwon Province from November 20 - November 30, 2017, and a total of 260 questionnaires were distributed, with 222 collected. Of them, effective questionnaires applied in the final study were a total of 193 except 29 that couldn't be used. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, chicken restaurants' quality factors were divided into seven categories like cleanliness, service encounter quality, product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience. Secondly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on customer satisfaction, respectively. Thirdly, it showed that service encounter quality, purchase quality, and cleanliness had a positive impact on trust, respectively. Fourthly, it showed that customer satisfaction had a positive impact on behavioral intention. Additionally, it suggested that customer satisfaction of chicken restaurant consumers had a positive impact on behavioral intention and thereby, higher customer satisfaction leads to higher levels of reuse and recommendation intention. Lastly, after checking the effect relations of trust between customer satisfaction about chicken restaurant and behavioral intention, it was analyzed that customer satisfaction has a positive impact on trust and trust has a positive impact on behavioral intention. On the other hand, it showed that trust have a partially mediating effect in the relations between customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. But, it showed that product quality, aesthetics, overall interior, purchase quality, and convenience did not have a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Chicken restaurant consumers put more priority on friendly and good services of chicken restaurant staff in service encounter and delivery order, rather than on reasonable price and discount systems. Thereby, chicken restaurant marketers need to take factors like service encounter quality, cleanliness into more consideration.

  • Recently, with a rapidly growing of the mobile content market, a variety of mobile-based applications are being launched. But mobile devices, compared to the average computer, take a lot of effort and time to get the final contents you want to use due to the restrictions such as screen size and input methods. To solve this inconvenience, a recommender system is required, which provides customized information that users prefer by filtering and forecasting the information. In this study, an tailored multi-information recommendation system utilizing a Personalized information recommendation system on smartphone is proposed. Filtering of information is to predict and recommend the information the individual would prefer to by using the user-based collaborative filtering. At this time, the degree of similarity used for the user-based collaborative filtering process is Euclidean distance method using the Pearson's correlation coefficient as weight value. As a real applying case to evaluate the performance of the recommender system, the scenarios showing the usefulness of recommendation service for the actual restaurant is shown. Through the comparison experiment the augmented reality based multi-recommendation services to the existing single recommendation service, the usefulness of the recommendation services in this study is verified.

This study hypothesis was formulated and the survey was conducted on 125 respondents who had experienced food carving lectures. The reliability and validity of measurement items were verified through Cronbach's Alpha and factor analysis. As a result, all measurement items showed no abnormality. The results of the analyses are as follows. The education satisfaction, education commitment, and brand image, the choice properties of food carving decoration lecture, were found to have a positive effect on the recommendation intention. The results also showed that the education commitment and brand image of food carving decoration lectures were positively associated with revisiting intention. • In the past, eating outside was usually the purpose of eating. However, it has recently expanded into a restaurant culture market. In particular, a dessert culture is being established where people can talk and enjoy. Each consumer has a different tendency to buy chocolate such as health, taste, and atmosphere. Therefore, it is time to recommend chocolate according to consumers' tendency to eat out. In this paper, we propose a chocolate recommendation application based on the tendency to eat out using data on social networks. To collect keyword-based chocolate information, Textom is used as a text mining big data analysis solution.Text mining analysis and related topics are extracted and modeled. Because to shorten the time to recommend chocolate to users. In addition, research on the propensity of eating out is based on prior research. Finally, it implements hybrid app base.

  • We propose a real time personalized recommendation algorithm on the mobile device. We use a unified collaborative filtering with reduced data. We use Fuzzy C-means clustering to obtain the reduced data and Konohen SOM is applied to get initial values of the cluster centers. The proposed algorithm overcomes data sparsity since it extends data to the similar users and similar items. Also, it enables real time service on the mobile device since it reduces computing time by data clustering. Applying the suggested algorithm to the MovieLens data, we show that the suggested algorithm has reasonable performance in comparison with collaborative filtering. We developed Android-based smart-phone application, which recommends restaurants with coupons and restaurant information.
