다목적 유전 알고리즘을 이용한 쌍대반응표면최적화 (Dual Response Surface Optimization using Multiple Objective Genetic Algorithms)

  • Dual response surface optimization (DRSO) attempts to optimize mean and variability of a process response variable using a response surface methodology. In general, mean and variability of the response variable are often in conflict. In such a case, the process engineer need to understand the tradeoffs between the mean and variability in order to obtain a satisfactory solution. Recently, a Posterior preference articulation approach to DRSO (P-DRSO) has been proposed. P-DRSO generates a number of non-dominated solutions and allows the process engineer to select the most preferred solution. By observing the non-dominated solutions, the DM can explore and better understand the trade-offs between the mean and variability. However, the non-dominated solutions generated by the existing P-DRSO is often incomprehensive and unevenly distributed which limits the practicability of the method. In this regard, we propose a modified P-DRSO using multiple objective genetic algorithms. The proposed method has an advantage in that it generates comprehensive and evenly distributed non-dominated solutions.

또래에 대한 아동의 내적 표상 모델과 또래 수용 및 친구관계의 질 (Peer Acceptance and Friendship Quality: The Role of Children's Internal Representational Models of Peers)

  • This study examined whether children's peer representations are associated with peer acceptance and whether attributions and goals are related to representations about behavioral responses in ambiguous provocation and conflict situations. The subjects were 119 5th-grade children responded to 4 hypothetical situations. Results indicated that children's positive representations about peer conduct in ambiguous provocations were related to their higher level of peer acceptance, and positive representations about a friend in conflict situations were associated with their perceived positive qualities of friendship. Children's positive attribution and relational goal orientation were associated with relational behavioral responses. Gender differences were found for some goals and behavioral responses, with girls displaying a more relational goal and behavioral response orientation than boys.

임상간호사의 자율성과 직무만족 관련요인의 인과관계 분석 (The Causal Relationships among Nurses' Perceived Autonomy, Job Satisfaction and Realated Variables)

  • The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' perceived autonomy, job satisfaction, work environment (work overload, role conflict, situational support, head nurses' leadership), personal aspects(experiences, need for achievement, professional knowledge and skill) by constructing and testing a theoretical framework. Based on literature review nurses' perceived autonomy and job satisfaction were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay among work environment and personal characteristics. Work environment factors involved work overload, role conflict, situational support, and head nurses' leadership (task oriented leadership, relation oriented leadership). Personal charateristics included experiences, need for achievement, and professional knowledge and skill. Three large general hospital in Chonbuk were selected to participate. The total sample of 516 registered nurses represents a response rate of 92 percent. Data for this study was collected from July to September in 1998 by Questionnaire. Path analyses with LISREL 7.16 program were used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationship among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently. It needs to be notified, however, that path analisis can not count measurement errors; measurement error can attenuate estimates of coefficient and explanatory power. Nevertheless the model revealed relatively high explanatory power. 42 percent of nurses' perceived autonomy was explained by predicted variables; 32 percent of nurses' job satisfaction was explained by by predicted variables. Tn predicting nurses' perceived autonomy the findings of this study clearly demonstrated the work overload might be the most important variable of all the antecedent variables. Head nurses' relation oriented leadership, situational supports, need for achievement, and role conflict were also found to be important determinants for nurses' perceived autonomy. As for the job satisfaction, role conflict, situational supports, need for the achievement, and head nurses' relation oriented leadership were in turn important predictors. Unexpectedly the result showed perceived autonomy have few influence on job satisfaction. The results were discussed, including directions for the future research and practical implication drawn from the research were suggested.

Territory Defense Strategy of the Wrinkled Frog, Rana rugosa

  • The advertisement call of anurans functions to attract potential mates. The dominant frequency of an advertisement call is generally getting lower with increased snout-vent length (SVL) of the caller Rana rugosa has an advertisement call tilth a particularly high frequency modulation. We conducted a playback experiment to verify the function of frequency modulation, and investigated the territorial behavior of the frog. The frog has five types of territory defense strategy. Strategy choice depended on the caller's SVL. Small males became satellites or lowered the dominant frequency of their advertisement call, whereas large males actively defended their territory with encounter calls. In response to high frequency (1107 Hz) playback, the frogs lowered their advertisement call frequency, and towered them further in response to the low frequency (1028 Hz) playback. In addition, the number of pulses in a call was increased in response to the playback. These results indicate that the frog avoids physical conflict with competitors by selecting a territory defense strategy suitable for the caller's size, and by lowering its call frequency to disguise its SVL.

개념구조를 이용한 인지갈등에 대한 새로운 논의 (New Discussion on Cognitive Conflict Using Conceptual Structure)

  • 다양한 개념변화이론이 존재하는 만큼 학습자들의 개념변화과정을 기술하기 위해 각각의 개념변화 이론에 열거된 분석대상이 다르다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 여러 가지 개념변화이론의 옳고 그름을 논의하지 않는다. 다만, 교실에서 일어나는 개념변화를 학습이라고 할 때 학습 과정을 설명하고 시사점을 얻기 위해서 기존의 이론을 고찰하여 정교화 시킬 필요성이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 학습이란 과제와 같은 주어진 맥락에 반응하여 학습자들이 갖고 있던 신념이 활성화되면서 새로운 개념구조를 구성하는 과정임을 이론적 고찰을 통해 이끌어내었다. 틀이론과 특정이론을 바탕으로 구성되는 정신모형에 대한 이론, 정보처리 이론에 바탕으로 둔 정신모형이론과 인지적 영역과 정의적 요인들을 통합한 정신모형 이론을 개략적으로 살피고 교실 수업에서 학습자가 구성하는 개념구조의 틀을 제안하였다. 또한 이것을 바탕으로 인지갈등을 새롭게 해석할 수 있는 개념구조적 갈등 모형을 제안하였다. 앞으로 이것을 이용하여 교실 수업에서 학습자들이 효과적으로 과학적 개념구조를 획득할 수 있는 방안들과 인지갈등을 포함한 개념변화에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

자기애적 성격과 직무스트레스와의 관계에 대한 고찰 (A study of relationships between narcissism and job stress)

  • As the modern society is called the narcissistic society, the narcissism is widespread in the personality of individuals and the society at large. In consideration of this side, this study explored for several characteristics of the narcissistic personality and the job stress, and explored for the relationships between the two things theoretically. The narcissism is an attempt to repair self-esteem weakened by the splitting anxiety, the lack and the pathological fusion of self-structure. The job stress is a factor that a characteristic of the job influenced on the behavioral and affective response of the person on the job directly or indirectly. This study selected organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development as factors of the job stress. This study viewed that the stress is made from an interaction between environmental stimulus and personal particular reaction by defining the stress as an interaction model of stimulus-response and personal reaction is caused by psychological adjustment process, personal differences. On this occasion, this study discussed that the narcissistic personality is easy to get stress and weak in the job stress with regarding the personality as a mediation variation of psychological process. As a result, the narcissists estimated themselves positively and their self-esteem is high, but they excessively showed a self biased cognitive and affective response about the negative feedback to protect themselves. Moreover, this positive estimate on themselves and high self-esteem was vulnerable and weak in the self threat. In this view, the narcissistic personality is easy to get more job stress such as organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development.

반응표면법을 이용한 양송이버섯 피클의 관능적 특성 최적화 (Optimization on Organoleptic Properties of Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) Pickles using Response Surface Methodology)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic properties of mushroom pickles made at various compounding ratios according to central composite design for optimum organoleptic properties. In this study, various kinds of mushroom pickle were made at different compounding ratios of vinegar, sugar and salt-critical ingredients of the pickle recipe and the products were presented to an expert panel, who graded the subjects in 7 degrees for 5 items: color, flavor, hardness, taste and overall quality. As a result of sensory quality, mushroom pickles with 300g of vinegar, 150g of sugar and 60g of salt achieved the highest grade. Meanwhile, the results of Response Surface Methodology were different from the sensory quality results, showing that the optimum mixing conditions for overall organoleptic properties of mushroom pickle were 279.58g of vinegar, 179.34g of sugar and 59.09g of salt. 밀도 개념 학습에서 자기 조절 전략과 인지 갈등 및 개념 변화의 관계 (Relationships among Students' Self-Regulation Strategy, Cognitive Conflict, and Conceptual Change in Learning Density)

  • 본 연구는 밀도 개념 학습에서 학생들의 변칙 사례에 대한 반응을 분석하고, 특성 및 상태 자기 조절 전략과 인지 갈등 및 개념 변화의 관계를 조사하였다. 중학교 2학년 학생 352명을 대상으로 특성 자기 조절 전략 검사, 선개념 검사, 변칙 사례에 대한 반응 검사를 실시하여, 제시한 초기 이론과 일치하는 선개념을 가진 146명을 선택하였다. 학생들이 과학적 원리를 학습한 후 상태 자기 조절 전략 검사와 개념 검사를 실시하였다. 특성 및 상태 자기 조절 전략의 하위 범주 점수들과 인지 갈등 정도는 유의미한 상관이 없었다. 개념 검사 점수는 특성 계획, 특성 노력, 상태 계획, 상태 자기 점검, 상태 노력 점수와 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 상태 노력만이 개념 변화에 대한 유의미한 예언 변인이었다.

개념 학습에서 변칙 사례의 역할 (The Role of Anomalous Data in Concept Learning)

  • 이 연구에서는 끓는점 학습에서 인지 갈등, 상태 흥미, 개념 변화 사이의 관계를 조사했다. 또한, 이들 관계에서 성에 따른 차이도 조사했다. 중학교 1학년 학생 370명이 본 연구에 참여했다. 먼저, 학습된 오개념을 지닌 학생을 선별하기 위해 선개념 검사를 실시했다. 변칙 사례를 제시한 후, 변칙 사례에 대한 반응 검사와 상태 흥미 검사를 실시했다. CAI 프로그램으로 수업 처치를 한 후, 직후 개념 검사를 실시했다. 4주 후에 동일한 검사지로 개념 파지 검사를 실시했다. 인지 갈등과 상태 흥미 검사 점수는 모두 직후 개념 검사 및 개념 파지 검사 점수와 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 중다 회귀 분석 결과, 상태 흥미가 인지 갈등 보다 개념 변화 및 개념 파지 정도를 예측하는데 있어 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 남학생의 경우에는 상태 흥미만이 개념 변화 및 개념 파지에 대해 유의미한 예측 변인으로 나타났으나, 여학생의 경우에는 인지 갈등만이 유의미한 예측 변인으로 나타났다.

RFID 시스템에서 불연속 m-bits 인식을 위한 개선된 가변비트 M-ary QT 충돌해소 알고리즘 (Improved variable bits M-ary QT conflict resolution algorithm for discrete m-bits recognition in RFID system)

  • RFID 시스템에서 리더는 자신의 인식 범위 내에 있는 태그의 ID를 식별하기 위해 각각의 태그에 쿼리 메시지를 전송한다. 다중 태그가 리더의 쿼리에 동시에 응답할 수 있기 때문에 응답 메시지의 충돌이 발생할 수 있으므로, 충돌을 중재하는 절차가 필수적이다. 이러한 절차를 충돌 해소알고리즘이라 하며 RFID 시스템에서 가장 핵심적인 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 맨체스터 코딩 기법을 기반으로 충돌비트의 위치 정보를 리더와 태그에서 이용할 수 있는 가변비트 M-ary QT 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 불연속의 가변 비트를 인식할 수 있기 때문에 질의-응답의 cycle 수를 줄일 수 있다. 제안된 알고리즘의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 결과는 기존의 M-ary QT 기법에 비하여 질의-응답의 cycle 수, 인식 효율, 통신비용 관점에서 매우 우수한 성능을 보여주고 있다.
