Linkage maps based on molecular markers are valuable tools in plant breeding and genetic studies. A population of 76 RI lines from the mating of A3733 and PI437.088 was evaluated with Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) markers to create soybean molecular linkage map, 302 RAPD and 21 SSR markers were genetically linked and formed forty linkage groups. These linkage groups spanned a genetic distance of 1,775 cM. The average distance between markers was 5.5 cM.

This study is basic research to present the activation of cave tourism. So first of all for establishing of this study, we examined the distribution characteristics of natural caves and monument caves. The results of this study are as follows; First, monument caves concentrate upon Gangwon-do and Jeju-do. Second, open caves concentrate upon Gangwon-do and Chungcheongbuk-do. Third, typical linkage characteristics of tourism resources surrounding open caves are very high in natural tourism resources. Fourth, It is necessary to develop tourism route though the linkage with other tourism resources. But this study have been partial and fragmentary. In order to increase the number of tourists, we should make them curious about the specific region by presenting the unique characteristics of the region, for example its cultural, social, recreational etc. In other words, in order to attract the tourists open caves should differentiate from other open caves.

We have constructed an AFLP-based linkage map of Japanese red pine (Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zucc.) using haploid DNA samples of 96 megagametophytes from a single maternal tree, selection clone Kyungbuk 4. Twenty-eight primer pairs generated a total of 5,780 AFLP fragments. Five hundreds and thirteen fragments were verified as genetic markers with two alleles by their Mendelian segregation. At the linkage criteria LOD 4.0 and maximum recombination fraction 0.25(${\theta}$), a total of 152 markers constituted 25 framework maps for 19 major linkage groups. The maps spanned a total length of 2,341 cM with an average framework marker spacing of 18.4 cM. The estimated genome size was 2,662 cM. With an assumption of equal marker density, 82.2% of the estimated genome would be within 10 cM of one of the 230 linked markers, and 68.1% would be within 10 cM of one of the 152 framework markers. We evaluated map completeness in terms of LOD value, marker density, genome length, and map coverage. The resulting map will provide crucial information for future genomic studies of the Japanese red pine, in particular for QTL mapping of economically important breeding target traits.

본 연구는 포괄적 보육서비스 활성화 방안의 하나로 지역사회자원과의 연계를 중심으로 보육시설종사자들의 포괄적 보육서비스 수행 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구를 위해 부산 지역에 소재한 보육시설의 시설장 및 보육교사 500명을 대상으로 설문하였으며, 배부된 설문지 중 382부가 회수되어 무응답이 많은 12부를 제외한 370부를 분석에 활용하였다. 그 결과 보육시설에서 지역사회자원과의 서비스 연계는 포괄적 보육서비스 수행 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 보육서비스 수행 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 세부적으로 분석한 결과로는, 첫째, 개인요인으로 '지역사회자원과의 교류유지 정도'가, 둘째, 조직요인으로는 '연계친밀도', '사업비 충분정도', '연계 적극성'이 유의미한 변수로 나타났으며. 셋째, 환경요인의 경우 '연계기관과의 인접도'와 '지역사회의 연계여건 조성정도' 및 '상대기관의 협조정도'가 포괄적 보육서비스 수행 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 사회적기업의 자원연계 현황을 파악하고 사회적기업들이 자원연계를 통해 기업경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 지원정책을 수립하는 데 목적이 있다. 충남지역 사회적기업 104개를 대상으로 조사하였으며, 설문에 응답한 67개 기업의 응답결과를 분석에 사용하였다. 조사결과 사회적기업들은 자본, 제품 및 서비스 판로, 기술개발, 인력, 인프라, 교육 등 영역은 외부자원을 적극적으로 연계해 활용하지 못하고 있었으며 경영, 홍보 및 마케팅 등은 공공기관과 연계가 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회적기업들이 전반적으로 대부분의 자원을 지역사회기관과의 연계없이 스스로 조달하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적기업들이 사회자본을 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있는 것이다. 향후 사회적기업들이 필요한 자원을 지역사회내 공공, 기업, 민간단체 등과의 네트워크를 통해 조달할 수 있도록 중간지원기관의 역할을 강화해야 한다.

자연동굴은 오랜기간 동안 생성된 귀중한 문화유산이며 관광자원이다. 우리나라에는 많은 석회동굴과 용암동굴이 분포하고 있다. 그중 천연기념물과 지방기념물로 각각 21개가 지정되어 있고 관광동굴로 개발된것이 12개이다. 본 연구 결과 기념물로 지정된 동굴은 강원도와 제주도에 많이 분포하고 있으며 관광동굴은 강원도와 충청북도에 많이 분포하고 있다. 12개 관광동굴을 대상으로 각 동굴 주변에 분포하고 있는 주요관광자원과 연계성을 살펴본 결과 자연적 관광자원과의 연계성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 관광동굴의 효과적인 관광자원화를 위해서는 주변 관광자원과의 연계를 고려한 관광루트 및 관광상품의 개발이 필요하다.

Violence against women includes sexual violence, domestic violence, trafficking, etc. It is a serious problem that violates women's rights and basic freedom. In Korea, with the enactment of the laws on sexual violence and domestic violence in the 1990s, counseling centers and protective facilities for the victims began to be established and have been rapidly increasing in number recently. The purpose of this research was to investigate the current status of the counseling services with a focus on their linkage function. 78 out of 109 counselors working in the counseling centers for sexual and domestic violence throughout Korea responded to a mail survey. The questions included the general characteristics of the centers and the counselors, the structural, relationship and process dimensions of linkage function, and the subjective and objective aspects of the degree of linkage. The findings of the analysis highlighted the following problems. First, the counseling centers played limited role in serving the victims of violence due to lack of resources in the service network. Second, the linkage of services existed on a relatively small scale which was mostly based upon informal and unstructured relationship. Third, according to the multivariate analysis, the existence of potential partner agencies, the effort of the line staff to initiate the linkage relationship and mutual cooperation between agencies determined the degree of linkage among services. These findings suggest implications for establishing a more effective system to protect the victims of violence.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 전자자원 메타데이터와 관련된 현황을 살펴보고, 정보조직 패러다임 및 목록 환경의 변화에 대응하기 위한 방향성을 제시하기 위함이다. 국내 대학도서관의 전자자원 도입 및 조직과 최근 정보자원 조직의 동향을 살펴보았고, 디지털콘텐츠 구축 건수 상위 30개 대학도서관의 홈페이지를 방문하여 현황과 문제점을 조사하였다. 앞으로 전자자원을 포함한 다양한 유형의 정보자원을 통합적으로 관리하고, 접근성을 강화하여 이용자들에게 확장된 목록의 기능을 제공하여야 할 것이다.

The Purpose of this study is to suggest the necessity of linking and coordinating Cultural Tourism Festivals among local governments and to propose a plan for maximizing the effects of these festivals. The 'World Ceramic Exposition 2001 Korea' which took place from August 10th to October 28th was selected as a case study for the linkage plan of Cultural Tourism Festivals among local governments. Data were collected from a random sampling of visitors to 'World Ceramic Exposition 2001 Korea' from 24 to 28 October, 2001. 369 samples from a total 375 respondents were used for the final analysis. The contents of the questionnaire consisted of the cognition and satisfaction about the effects of the festival linkage among local governments and the preference of festival linkage types. The results of the analysis showed that not only festival staff but also visitors recognized the necessity of linking festivals among regions. Both visitors and festival staff had a positive attitude about the effects of the linked festival. In addition, they highly rated the 'World Ceramic Exposition 2001 Korea' as a successful festival. Visitors were satisfied with the festival. Furthermore, the number of visitors was more than staff expected. The organizing committee and staff considered the 'World Ceramic Exposition 2001 Korea' as a successful festival. The successful evaluation of the 'World Ceramic Exposition 2001 Korea' was related to the successful linkage of the festival. This study originated in the increased necessity of linking cultural Tourism Festivals among local governments. Since it is a transcendental study, it is not only significant but also limited. However, in the near future, more varied case studies about the linkages of Festivals will be conducted and these will generalize the results of this study and test the effectiveness of the linkage plans through positive analysis. For the effective linking of festivals among regions, it is necessary to study the definition of factors that affect visitors satisfaction, and determine which methods will improve visitors satisfaction.
