  • The amount of digital data a is explosively growing, and these data have large potential values. Countries and companies are creating various added values from vast amounts of data, and are making a lot of investments in data analysis techniques. The privacy problem that occurs in data analysis is a major factor that hinders data utilization. Recently, as privacy violation attacks on neural network models have been proposed. researches on artificial neural network technology that preserves privacy is required. Therefore, various privacy preserving artificial neural network technologies have been studied in the field of differential privacy that ensures strict privacy. However, there are problems that the balance between the accuracy of the neural network model and the privacy budget is not appropriate. In this paper, we study differential privacy techniques that preserve the performance of a model within a given privacy budget and is resistant to model inversion attacks. Also, we analyze the resistance of model inversion attack according to privacy preservation strength.

  • We developed the multiplex LAMP assay using 16S rRNA, femA and mecA genes for direct detection of the methicillin resistance in Staphylococci from positive blood culture. To simultaneously recognize Staphylococci genus, S. aureus and methicillin resistance, three sets of six primers for 16S rRNA, femA and mecA were designed, respectively. The performance of LAMP assay was affirmed using VITEK system for the phenotypic methods of identification and for oxacillin and cefoxitin antimicrobial susceptibility. The optimal condition for LAMP assay was obtained under $64^{\circ}C$ for 50 min. The detection limit was determined to be of 20 copies and CFU/reaction ($10^4CFU/mL$). For clinical application of comparison with phenotypic methods, the sensitivity and specificity of the LAMP with femA gene for detecting S. aureus was 95.31% and 100%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of the LAMP with mecA gene for detecting methicillin resistance was 98.46% and 100%, respectively. The multiplex LAMP assay with femA and mecA gene successfully detected all of MRSA (38 isolates) isolates from 103 Staphylococci in blood cultures. The LAMP assay developed in this study is sensitive, specific, and of excellent agreement with the phenotypic methods.

  • Cadmium and salt exposure to crops is considered vulnerable for production as well as consumption. To address these challenges, the current study aimed to mitigate the toxicity induced by salt and cadmium in soybean plants through the application of bacterial strain Bacillus safensis KJW143 isolated from the rhizosphere of oriental melon..The bioassay analysis revealed that KJW143 is a highly salt-tolerant and cadmium-resistant (Cd) strain with an innate ability to produce melatonin, gibberellin (GA3), Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA), and organic acids (i.e., acetic, succinic, lactic, and propionic acids). Soybean plants at 20 days old were treated with KJW143 in a different form (pellet, broth, and together) and their effect on plant performance was investigated. Inoculation with KJW143enhanced plant biomass and growth attributes in soybean plants compared to the control (non-treated). In particular, we observed that only pellet-treated showed 65%, 27.5%, and 28.7% increase in growth (shoot fresh weight) compared to broth, broth with pellet, and control. In addition, bacterial strain KJW143 treatment (only pellet) modulated the physiochemical apparatus of soybean plants by increasing glucose (390%), arabinose (166%), citric acid (22.98%) and reducing hydrogen peroxide (29.7%), catalase (32.1%), salicylic acid (25.6%) compared to plants with combined stressed plants (cd and salinity). These findings suggest that bacterial strain KJW143 could be usedas a biofertilizer to minimize the probable risk of heavy metal and salinity stress on crops.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a new material called polyketone to overcome the limitations of polyurethane, which is currently used as a compression member in the field of earthquake-resistant structures. Although existing polyurethane has excellent elastic properties, it tends to be insufficient to recover the displacement that occurs in the structure. On the other hand, polyketone has excellent strength performance and is attracting attention as an eco-friendly material. In order to evaluate the compression properties of polyketone, which has these advantages, we would like to conduct a comparative experiment with polyurethane that was previously used. The speed dependence of polyketone was identified through simple compression experiments and experimental speed changes under repeated loading conditions, and additional compression behavior was applied to confirm compression behavior characteristics. Polyketone showed compressive strength about 10 times higher than that of polyurethane, and its excellent recovery characteristics were demonstrated by its deformation recovery ability about 14 times higher at relatively small displacements.

  • This study was conducted in the greenhouse of the Citrus Research Institute of the Rural Development Administration with the aim of analyzing electron transfer efficiency in citrus under high temperatures caused by climate change and selecting photophysiological indicators to identify high temperature resistant varieties. The "Shiranuhi" cultivar showed no change in maximum fluorescence or Origin-Jump transition stage due to the heat treatment. However, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, such as RC/CS, ABS/CS, and ETo/CS, increased. Consequently, it was judged that there was no decrease in photosynthetic performance due to high temperature. However, compared to mandarin orange, "unshiu Marcow" was found to have damage to the photosynthetic apparatus due to a significant increase in chlorophyll fluorescence in the O-J transition stage. It was also evaluated as Group III, with the lowest level of high-temperature resistance even in the high-temperature stress index analysis using PI ABS, making it the most vulnerable to high temperatures among the five varieties tested. In conclusion, chlorophyll fluorescence reaction analysis can be used for heat cultivation technology by selecting resistant varieties and identifying the appropriate temperatures.

  • As the development of construction technology and new materials, building requirements has been varied gadually. Comfortable environment and serviceability of production activity and energy conservation are being dealt with very seriously. Recently localization of engineering technology of Power Plant, however, construction materials and domestic technology are being developed forcingly. According to above topics this thes is going to study roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and evaluate adiabatic performance and evaluation of properties of waterproofing materials and energy conservation. The results of studying and evaluating of roof waterproofing, thermal insulation and adiabatic performance of Power Plant are as follows. 1. Sheet waterproofing method is better than that of asphalt waterproofing method in that adaptability of wearhertight, thermal resistant, contraction and expansion. 2. It is required to replace polyurethane or ethylene used as thermal insulation with rock wool which is noncombustible materials. 3. It is recommended to usd outer insulation method than inner insulation method due to superioty of outer insulation method. Efficiency of insulation materials used in power plant is generally good except perlite mortar used in the power plant(YGN 1-2, GRI 1-2).

  • Highly dispersive S-boxes are desirable in cryptosystems as nonlinear confusion sublayers for resisting modern attacks. For a near optimal cryptosystem resistant to modern cryptanalysis, a highly nonlinear and low differential probability (DP) value is required. We propose a method based on a piecewise linear chaotic map (PWLCM) with optimization conditions. Thus, the linear propagation of information in a cryptosystem appearing as a high DP during differential cryptanalysis of an S-box is minimized. While mapping from the chaotic trajectory to integer domain, a randomness test is performed that justifies the nonlinear behavior of the highly dispersive and nonlinear chaotic S-box. The proposed scheme is vetted using well-established cryptographic performance criteria. The proposed S-box meets the cryptographic performance criteria and further minimizes the differential propagation justified by the low DP value. The suitability of the proposed S-box is also tested using an image encryption algorithm. Results show that the proposed S-box as a confusion component entails a high level of security and improves resistance against all known attacks.

  • The impact response and damage of CLAS panel was investigated experimentally. The facesheet material used was RO4003 woven-glass hydrocarbon/ceramic and the core material was Nomex honeycomb with a cell size of 3.2mm and a density of 96 kg/$\textrm{m}^{3}$. The shield plane used was RO4003 and 2024-T3 aluminum. Static indentation and impact test was conducted to characterize the type and extent of the damage observed in two CLAS panels, and the performance of antenna used in a wireless LAN system. Correlation of peak contact force, residual indentation and the delamination area shows impact damage of the panel with an aluminum shield plane is larger than that of the panel with RO4003 shield plane, although tile former is more penetration resistant. The damage was observed by naked eye, ultrasonic inspection and cross sectioning. The shape and size of delamination was estimated by ultrasonic inspection, and the area of delamination linearly increases as impact energy increases. The performance of impact damaged antenna was estimated by measuring return loss and radiation pattern.

  • The diamondlike (DLC) films were deposited by RF plasma CVD system which had cathode consisting of mesh sheet, for the purpose of a protection from wear of OPC surface of the electrophotographic photosensitive body. Material charateristics and tribological properties of the films were also investigated and finally copying performance was evaluated with DLC deposited OPC samples. The surface resistance of the DLC film unaffected by the surface potential of the OPC was about $10^{11}{\Omega}$ and its hardness was about 1200 kg/$\textrm{mm}^2$. In this case the film showed typical material strcture of dimondlike hydrocarbon. The friction coefficient of the film was lowered to 0.2~0.3 at the optimum condition in this investigation and their wear resistant was inproved by DLC-deposition on the OPC surface. DLC-deposited OPC samples with a good copying performance without image flow and draft could be obtained at some depositing conditions.

  • This trial was conducted at two locations to compare forage yield, plant height, disease reaction, lodging and maturity of oat(Avm sativa L.) cultivars introduced from Western Australia in comparison with the control cultivar of oat 'Cayuse" over a period of 3 yr. At Suweon, Swan and Murray cultivars gave the highest forage yield, followed by Winjardie and Hay cultivars during 3 years of trial, but Cayuse cultivar gave the lowest forage yield. At Sunghwan, Hay and Swan cultivars tended to forage yield more than other cultivars, but Cayuse cultivar was among the lowest yielding. AU the cultivars in the trial were moderately resistant to BYDV and lodging at two locations although differences exist among cultivars. Murray cultivar was early in maturity, while Swan, Hay and Winjardie cultivars showed medium, and Cayuse cultivar was later. Murray and Swan cultivars were tall in height and gave a higher dry matter percentage of 18~20% at harvest. The results of the trial indicated that Swan and Murray cultivars could be recommended as the national recommended forage oat cultivar when forage performance was considered.ered.
