풍력 발전단지내 아두이노를 활용한 스마트 다기능 대지 고유 저항 측정 장치 개발 (Development of Smart Multi-function Ground Resistivity Measuring Device using Arduino in Wind Farm)

  • 기존의 대지저항률과 접지저항 현장 측정 방식은 일정한 간격의 측정전극을 설치하여 전류를 인가하여 대지의 저항값에 따른 전압강하를 측정하게 되는데 현장 대지의 층상 구조가 특이성을 갖게 되면 역산 시 경계 조건의 오차를 발생하게 되고 접지 설계 시 중요한 대지저항률 분석이 시뮬레이션 상과 많은 차이를 보이게 된다. 본 연구는 정보통신 융합환경에서 아두이노 모듈과 스마트 접지 측정 기술를 활용하여 대지의 층상이 특이성을 갖는 구조라도 신뢰할 수 있는 스마트 대지 저항 측정장치를 개발하여 대지저항을 분석하고 데이터를 축적하여 대지의 경년변화를 예측한다. 현장의 지형적인 특성을 고려하여 접지저항과 대지저항 측정 시 각도와 거리를 정확하게 위치시켜 보조전극을 설치할 수 있는 접지저항 측정장치 및 측정방법을 제안한다. 정확한 접지저항 값을 선정할 수 있게 하기 위해 설치된 전극을 통해 접지저항 값뿐만 아니라, 대지저항률을 취득할 수 있어 유사지역에 전기시설물 설치 시에 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 신뢰성 높은 데이터를 활용하고 현장의 대지구조를 분석하여 공사비용 뿐 아니라 접지설계에서 중요한 비중을 차지하는 대지에 대한 정밀한 분석으로 전위상승 등의 접지설비설계에서 많은 활용이 기대된다.

마와 인조섬유 교직물의 물성 및 평가 (The Evaluation of Physical Properties and Hand of Bast/Man-Made Fiber Mixed Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical properties and the hand of bast/man made fiber mixed fabrics compared to linen. The mixed fabrics were made by rayon, polyester and modal fiber as warp yarn, and ramie, flax, rayon/flax and cotton/flax as weft yarn. The crease resistance, drape, tensile strength/extension, water absorbancy and warmth retention were measured for test fabrics. The mechanical properties were measured by Kawabata system, and the hand value was calculated by previously developed equation. The results obtained from this study were as follows: The crease resistance and drape properties of bast/man made fiber mixed fabrics were improved compared to those of linen. The tensile strength of polyester/bast fiber mixed fabrics increased compared to those of linen, but rayon/bast and modal/bast fiber mired fabrics decreased. The extension of all mixed fabrics was increased compared to that of linen. The rayon/ramie and modal/ramie mixed fabrics showed lower warmth retention than linen. The mixed fabrics used rayon and modal as warp yarn showed higher water absorbancy than linen. The Koshi and Hari hand value of all mixed fabrics showed lower than those of linen. Fukurami hand value showed little difference between mixed fabrics and linen. Shari, Kishimi, and Shinayakasa hand value of rayon/bast and modal/bast fiber mixed fabrics showed higher than those of linen.

  • In case of a difference exist between the experimental value and estimated value of back-emf, there can be a difference of turn number or residual flux density of permanent maget of the motor. In order to presume the turn number, the average length for each coil is used to calculate the resistance. However in producing the motor, doc to the tension of coil, the outer diameter of coil becomes smaller, and then the resistance estimated by average length for each coil is not correct. Therefore in this paper, through the comparison of experiment value and estimated value of inductance, a method of presuming the turn number and PM's residual flux density of an IPM motor is presented. The inductance of IPM motor changes with the rotor position, therefore the rotor part is taken out and then the inductance in open circuit condition is measured. In the analytical calculation, 3D FEM(Finite Element Method) is used, which can consider the leakage flux of end turns in frinzing effect.

An Algorithm for Calculating the RMS Value of the Non-Sinusoidal Current Used in AC Resistance Spot Welding

  • In this paper, an algorithm based on a model analysis of the online calculation of the root-mean-square (RMS) value of welding current for single-phase AC resistance spot welding (RSW) was developed. The current is highly nonlinear and typically non-sinusoidal, which makes the measuring and controlling actions difficult. Though some previous methods focused on this issue, they were so complex that they could not be effectively used in general cases. The electrical model of a single-phase AC RSW was analyzed, and then an algorithm for online calculation of the RMS value of the welding current was presented. The description includes two parts, a model-dependent part and a model-independent part. Using a previous work about online measurement of the power factor angle, the first part can be solved. For the second part, although the solution of the governing equation can be directly obtained, a lot of CPU time must be consumed due to the fact that it involves a lot of complex calculations. Therefore, a neural network was employed to simplify the calculations. Finally, experimental results and a corresponding analysis showed that the proposed algorithm can obtain the RMS values with a high precision while consuming less time when compared to directly solving the equations.

  • 고추의 16개(個) 도입계통(導入系統)에 대(對)해서 내건성(耐乾性)을 알기 위(爲)하여 발식(鉢植)한 고추를 단수처리(斷水處理)하고 일정기간후(一定期間後)에 엽(葉)의 WSD치(値)를 측정(測定)해서 내건성(耐乾性)을 평가(評價)하였으며 성숙엽(成熟葉)의 기공밀도(氣孔密度)를 조사(調査)하여 WSD치(値)와의 상관(相關)을 구(求)하였다. WSD치(値)로부터 내건성(耐乾性)이 강한 계통(系統)의 순위(順位)는 No.3446, C. chaconce, Gogoshari, 팔방(八房)이였다. 성숙엽(成熟葉)의 기공밀도(氣孔密度)와 WSD치(値)와의 상관(相關)(r=0.581)이 인정(認定)되었다.

전기자동차 무선 충전용 스파이럴 인덕터의 해석 및 설계 기법 (Analysis and Design Technique of a Spiral Inductor for a Wireless Charging of Electric Vehicle)

  • 전기자동차를 무선으로 충전하기 위하여서는 전기에너지를 전송하기 위한 코일이 꼭 필요하다. 코일의 형태는 기본적인 원형 코일에서부터 두 코일 간의 커플링 효과를 높이기 위한 DD 형상의 코일 등 여러 종류가 있다. 하지만 코일 간 커플링이 좋은 DD 형상의 코일은 송수신 측 전력변환장치의 구조가 복잡해지는 단점이 있어 사용에 제한이 있다. 본 논문에서는 자유공간에서 2개의 코일을 이용하여 무선으로 전력을 전송할 때 제작이 편리한 스파이럴 인덕터의 인덕턴스 값을 계산하고 적절한 크기의 인턱터를 설계하는 방법을 제시하였다. 공진기에서 XLm 값이 부하저항 값과 비슷하여질 때 bifurcation 현상이 나타나므로, 이 현상이 덜 일어나도록 XLm 값을 최소부하저항 값과 같도록 선택하여 공진기에 필요한 인덕턴스 값을 계산하였다. 계산된 인덕턴스 값을 스파이럴 인덕터로 구현하기 위하여 스파이럴 인덕터에서 인덕턴스 값과 인턱터의 크기, 턴 수, 총 코일 길이와의 관계를 알아보았다. 또한, 두 개의 코일의 수평 이격에 따른 결합계수 k 값의 변화를 알아본 후 적절한 인덕터를 선정하였다.

탄성기반에서 과도 열탄성 접촉에 대한 열 접촉 저항의 영향 (Effect of Thermal Contact Resistance on Transient Thermoelastic Contact for an Elastic Foundation)

  • The paper presents a numerical solution to the problem of a hot rigid indenter sliding over a thermoelastic Winkler foundation with a thermal contact resistance at constant speed. It is shown analytically that no steady-state solution can exist for sufficiently high temperature or sufficiently small normal load or speed, regardless of the thermal contact resistance. However the steady state solution may exist in the same situation if the thermal contact resistance is considered. This means that the effect of the large values of temperature difference and small value of force or velocity which occur at no steady state can be lessened due to the thermal contact resistance. When there is no steady state, the predicted transient behavior involves regions of transient stationary contact interspersed with regions of separation regardless of the thermal contact resistance. Initially, the system typically exhibits a small number of relatively large contact and separation regions, but after the initial transient, the trailing edge of the contact area is only established and the leading edge loses contact, reducing the total extent of contact considerably. As time progresses, larger and larger numbers of small contact areas are established, unlit eventually the accuracy of the algorithm is limited by the discretization used.

용접품질 향상을 위한 저항 스폿 용접용 인버터의 동저항 특성을 이용한 새로운 제어기법 (A Novel Control Method of Resistance Spot Welding Inverter using Dynamic Resistance Characteristics for Weld Quality Improvement)

  • This study proposes a new control method for a resistance spot welding inverter to improve weld quality. The proposed method is based on the dynamic resistance characteristics of steel sheets to be welded. A point in the second peak value of the dynamic resistance occurs during one shot of the welding current flow. A constant voltage control is applied from zero to the peak point, and a constant current control is adopted from the peak point to the end of the shot. The mixed mode control of the constant voltage and current guarantees high weld quality. Experiments are conducted with a 5 kA power supply and 0.5 mm steel sheets to compare quality. Experimental results show that weld quality is improved more than 10 times that of the conventional control method.
