고도정수처리용 콘크리트 금속용사 피막의 내오존성 및 오존처리 후 부착강도 평가에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Evaluation of Bond Strength after Ozone Treatment and Ozone Resistance of Concrete Metal Spray Coating for Advanced Water Treatment)

  • 기존의 정수처리 방법으로는 제거되지 않는 물질이 발생함에 고도정수 처리 시설의 도입이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 오존을 이용한 고도정수처리 시설의 내부 방수 방식재는 오존의 산화력에 의해 열화되며 콘크리트까지 영향을 미쳐 내구성 저하의 원인이 된다. 본 연구에서는 내오존성 및 내화학성이 뛰어난 금속 패널을 기존의 시공법 보다 손쉬운 방법으로 시공하기 위한 방법으로 금속용사 공법을 이용하여 수처리 시설 콘크리트 구조물의 열화를 원천적으로 방지하기 위한 마감공법 개발 연구의 일원으로 용사금속 종류 및 피막의 표면처리 방법에 따른 내오존성 평가를 실시하였으며, 오존처리 후의 부착강도를 평가하였다. 실험결과 용사금속 Ti이 용사 후에도 내오존성이 뛰어난 것으로 나타났으며 표면처리 방법으로는 테프론계 봉공처리제를 사용하여 마감하는 것이 내오존성 및 부착성능 확보에 가장 적합한 방법이라 판단된다.

  • Establishment of the Quantum Hall Resistance(QHR) Standard as national resistance standard using a room temperature DCC resistance bridge is described. A simple method are used to obtain the current dependence and error of 10: 1 ratio of the bridge instead of the method using a cryogenic resistance bridge. Measurement uncertainty of the system is estimated as $0.14{\times}10^{-6}$ and it is confirmed that the QHR standard is agreed well with the QHR of other NMIs using the cryogenic resistance bridge within the uncertainty, More improvement about performance of the QHR device and 10: 1 ratio accuracy is still under progress.

Numerical study of ship motions and added resistance in regular incident waves of KVLCC2 model

  • In this study, the numerical investigation of ship motions and added resistance at constant forward velocity of KVLCC2 model is presented. Finite volume CFD code is used to calculate three dimensional, incompressible, unsteady RANS equations. Numerical computations show that reliable numerical results can be obtained in head waves. In the numerical analyses, body attached mesh method is used to simulate the ship motions. Free surface is simulated by using VOF method. The relationship between the turbulence viscosity and the velocities are obtained through the standard ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model. The numerical results are examined in terms of ship resistance, ship motions and added resistance. The validation studies are carried out by comparing the present results obtained for the KVLCC2 hull from the literature. It is shown that, ship resistance, pitch and heave motions in regular head waves can be estimated accurately, although, added resistance can be predicted with some error.

  • The present work develops a method of evaluating thrust deduction and wake for different loads of the propeller using the concerted application of the theoretical tools and experimental techniques. It also shows the applicability of the new method to the design of optimum hull form. Firstly, the problem of hull-propeller interaction was analyzed in terms of inviscid as well as viscous components of the thrust deduction and wake. The wavemaking resistance of a hull and propeller were mathematically represented by sources on the hull surface and sink on the propeller plane, respectively. The strength of sink was determined by utilizing the radial distributions of propeller load and nominal wake. The resistance increment due to a propeller and the axial perturbation flow induced by the hull in the propeller plane were calculated. Especially, the inviscid component of the thrust deduction was calculated by subtraction the wavemaking resistance of a bare hull, the wavemaking resistance of a free-running propeller and the augmentation of propeller resistance due to hull action from the wavemaking resistance of the hull with a propeller. The viscous components of the thrust deduction and wake were estimated as functions of propeller load which were established by the propeller load varying test after deduction the calculated inviscid components. Secondly, an analysis method of powering performance was developed based on the potential theory and the propeller load varying test. The hybrid method estimates the thrust deduction, wake and propeller open-water efficiency for different propeller load. This method can be utilized in the analysis of powering performance for the propeller load variation such as the added resistance due to hull surface roughness, the added resistance due to wind, etc. Finally, the hybrid method was applied to the optimum design of hull form. A series of afterbody shapes was obtained by systematically varying the waterplane and section shapes of a parent afterbody without changing the principal dimensions, block coefficient and prismatic coefficient. From the comparison of the predicted results such as wavemaking resistance, thrust deduction, wake and delivered power, an optimum hull form was obtained. The delivered power of the optimized hull form was reduced by 5.7% which was confirmed by model tests. Also the predicted delivered power by the hybrid method shows fairly good agreement with the test result. It is therefore considered that the new analysis method of powering performance can be utilized as a practical tool for the design of optimum hull form as for the analysis of powering performance for the propeller load variation in the preliminary design stage.

  • Contact resistance of interface between the channel layers and various S/D electrodes was investigated by transmission line method. Different electrodes such as Ti/Au, a-IZO, and multilayer of a-IGZO/Ag/a-IGZO were compared in terms of contact resistance, using the transmission line model. The a-IGZO TFTs with a-IGZO/Ag/a-IGZO of S/D electrodes showed good performance and low contact resistance due to the homo-junction with channel layer.

Amblyseius cucumeris 및 Amblyseius fallacis에 대한 저독성약제 선발 (Selection of low toxic insecticides for phytoseiid predatory mites, Amblyseius cucumeris and Amblyseius fallacis)

  • 최근 경제작물 재배를 위해 시설재배 면적이 증가되고 있으며, 해충방제를 위해 사용된 농약의 부작용 문제로 인하여 농약과 천적의 조화로운 사용을 강조하는 해충의 종합적 방제 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 시설재배지에서 많은 피해를 주고 있는 점박이응애 및 총채벌레의 천적인 Amblyseius cucumeris와 Amblyseius fallacis에 대해 저독성약제를 선발하기 위해 2가지 생물검정기술 (slide dipping method, potter spray tower method)을 이용하였다. Potter spray tower method로 살포된 약제는 살충작용과 기피효과를 보였으며, 기피효과를 보이는 살충제는 slide dipping method 에 의해 살충율을 효과적으로 평가 할 수 있었다. 1994년에 선발 개발된 permethrin 저항성계통 A. fallacis 상품의 저항성 안정성을 평가한 결과 1999년 현재 같은 피레스로이드계통인 deltamethrin에 대한 저항성 감소는 보이지 않았으며, permethrin 저항성계통에 대해 imidacloprid, fipronil, chlorfenapyr, abamectin, spinosad 등의 약제가 비교차저항성을 보였다.

  • It was investigated fire resistance properties and mechanical properties of high strength concrete column using ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composites) permanent form by KS F 2257 Methods of fire resistance test for elements of building construction and compression test for application of precast concrete column method of high rise building in this study. As a test result, it was appeared that ECC permanent form is available as fire resistance method of high strength concrete and new precast concrete construction method for facilitating construction of high rise building.

  • By now, we have been analysing the resistance values on 3 dimensional structure using experimental statical method or theoretical modeling, while devices miniaturizing reveals the limitation of the traditional methods to calculate 3 dimensional resistance. In addition, 2 dimensional analysing can not produce 3 dimensional characteristic following miniaturizing. To solve the limitations , we must do high level modeling of semi-conductor process. In this thesis, we analyzed the Laplace equation that is the basic and important for 3 dimensional structure resistance with computer simulation method and on the basis of this, analyzed the characteristic of resistance of 3 dimensional structure communication semiconductor device.

Hydrodynamic Hull Form Design Using an Optimization Technique

  • A design procedure for a ship with minimum resistance had been developed using a numerical optimization method called SQP (Sequential Quadratic Programming) combined with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique. The frictional resistance coefficient was estimated by the ITTC 1957 model-ship correlation line formula and the wave-making resistance coefficient was evaluated by the potential-flow panel method with the nonlinear free surface boundary conditions. The geometry of the hull surface was represented and modified by B-spline surface modeling technique during the optimization process. The Series 60 ($C_B$=0.60) hull was selected as a parent hull to obtain an optimized hull that produces minimum resistance. The models of the parent and optimized hull forms were tested at calm water condition in order to demonstrate the validity of the proposed methodolgy.

  • This paper presents a new method for estimating rotor resistance of induction motor. The rotor resistance changes dramatically with temperature and frequency. Speed is controlled by PID as it is simplest and most intuitive control method. The change in rotor resistance has a great influence on the performance of IM. In this paper rotor resistance is estimated using Non Linear Disturbance Observer. The model uncertainty and system non linearity are treated as disturbance in this method. Using NDO it does not require an accurate dynamic model to achieve high precision motor control. Controller with NDO has more superior tracking performance. Simulation results are presented to show the validity of the proposed controller.
