The purpose of this study was to analyze majors trends and issues of e-Learning curriculum for human resource development in the corporate context. The e-Learning curriculum was chosen as the subject of research consists of 2,710 lectures that were given from 2007 to July 2009 for the recent three years by providing at Ministry of Labor and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. In order to investigate trends and issues, it was employed theme analysis which is one of the types of document analysis that approach a qualitative research methodology. As a result of this research, 7 major trends and issues in e-Learning curriculum for HRD in the field of corporate education were drawn; ① Strengthening expertise through learning of job related professional knowledge, ② Cultivation of common & essential knowledge for a job to increase work performance efficiency ③ Organizational management strategy for improving performance, ④ Organizational management and operational strategy for actively responding to environmental changes, ⑤ Leadership as a strategy for cultivating core personnel and field-centered practical leadership. ⑥ Creating a happy workplace through the work-life balance, ⑦ Strengthening global communication skill. Based on these analysis, practicals and theoretical implications of e-Learning professionals and HR researchers for HRD were suggested.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends on effortful control with a focus on those found in academic journals. This was done in an attempt to understand the conception of effortful control clearly and lay the foundations for future studies. An analysis was performed on frequencies by years, methodology, and content. Results showed that (1) 95 research articles on effortful control were published between January of 1999 and June of 2010. (2) Most research participants were school-aged children. (3) There were a number of ways that researchers have assessed the concept of effortful control, and the most frequently used measurement scale was the Rothbart's questionnaire for temperament. (4) The main content of the research was the relationships between effortful control and developmental domains (particularly, emotional and social development). More recently, researches examining environmental factors including family and peer environment have increased.

The global use of groundwater in coastal areas has increased. Events such as seawater intrusion (SWI) are expected to increase along with the acceleration of natural disasters owing to environmental changes such as climate change, resulting in large-scale damage worldwide. Current trends in the research of coastal groundwater and related natural disasters include testing and verifying technologies using major case studies from individual countries. We identified global research trends in coastal groundwater, related these trends to changing environments and climate, and confirmed the qualitative and quantitative growth of these studies. This study describes the theoretical background and techniques for coastal groundwater analysis and details regional-scale SWI indicators based on analytical and numerical studies. This review highlights recent technologies that consider uncertainty and promotes discussions on field data obtained using new technologies. Finally, the research findings and trends for a regional coastal aquifer in Korea are discussed to describe recent SWI approaches for groundwater resources.

이 연구는 국내 기록관리표준의 연구동향을 분석한 것으로 이를 위해 기록관리표준 관련 논문의 표제-주제어-초록의 키워드를 추출하여 상위빈도 키워드의 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 대상 기간은 2000년부터 현재까지이며 RISS와 ScienceON 등의 국내 학술논문 검색사이트에서 총 212편의 논문을 수집하여 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 2000~2010년까지는 아카이브 설계를 위한 OAIS의 연구, OAIS를 통한 디지털 기록 보존연구 ISO 표준의 분석 연구 등이 주로 진행되었고, 2011년 이후부터 지금까지는 기록경영인증, ISAD(G)의 RiC 전환 등의 연구가 진행되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구는 기록관리표준 연구의 국내 연구동향을 분석함으로써 연구 흐름을 파악하는 기초자료로 활용되며, 기존 기록관리표준을 연구할 때 참고자료로 역할을 할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 1991년부터 2003년까지 이용자연구 논문의 내용분석을 통하여 우리나라 이용자연구의 연구 방법과 연구동향을 제시한 것이다. 분석자료는 연구의 주제, 연구방법, 자료수집방법, 자료분석방법, 가설설정 등을 조사하였다. 이용자연구논문의 경우 1991∼2003년 가을까지 발표된 논문의 연 평균은 12.8편으로 나타났다. 연도별 발표량은 200l년이 24 편으로 가장 많고, 주제별 발표논문 현황은 정보이용행태, 이용자연구, 이용자 인터페이스, 도서관 및 정보이용교육, 온라인 목록 이용행태의 순으로 연구되었다. 연구방법은 문헌연구, 서베이 연구, 사례연구의 순서로 이루어지고 있으며, 자료 분석방법은 주로 기술통계를 사용하고 이용자연구자들은 카이자승(28.0%), 상관관계(22.7%), T-검증(17.35), 분산 분석(14.7%), 다변량분석(4.0%) 등을 사용하며, 연구자의 약 17%가 가설을 설정하고 있다.

저자동시인용분석 기법은 특정 분야의 연구 주제와 동향을 파악하는 수단으로 널리 사용되어왔다. 그러나 저자동시인용분석 기법은 인용 지체 현상 때문에 최근 동향을 나타내거나 활동적인 현역 연구자를 파악하기에는 다소 한계가 있음이 알려져 있다. 이 연구에서는 최신 연구 동향을 분석함과 동시에 활동적인 연구자를 파악하기위한 새로운 방법으로 서지적 저자결합분석 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 Kessler가 제안한 서지결합에 기반을 두되 분석 단위를 문헌이 아닌 저자로 삼고 있다. 즉 서지적 저자결합분석 기법은 같은 저자를 인용하는 저자끼리는 연구 주제가 유사할 것이라는 가정에 근거한 분석 기법이다. 저자동시인용분석 기법을 사용한 기존 연구의 분석 결과를 서지적 저자결합분석을 적용한 경우와 비교해 본 결과, 제안된 기법이 저자동시인용분석 기법에 비해서 최근 연구 동향을 더 잘 반영하며 활동적인 현역 연구자 위주의 해석을 가능케 하는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 우리나라에서의 디지털 아카이브와 보존 연구 동향을 분석하여 그 간의 성과와 앞으로의 방향을 제안하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 최대한 넓은 범위에서의 연구동향을 확인하기 위해 배경 학문을 불문하고 디지털 아카이브나 보존 관련 키워드를 포함하는 연구논문 115건을 수집하였다. 이를 일반 연구, 정책 연구, 기술 연구와 디지털 자원 유형별 연구의 4가지 주제영역별로 범주화하여 연구의 내용을 분석하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 외 생태자산 관련 연구 경향을 파악하는 것이다. 생태자산과 의미가 유사한 12개 키워드와 연관 있는 분야 및 영역들을 확인하면서 연구흐름을 이해하고자 하였다. 우리는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 방대하게 이루어지고 있는 국내외 연구들을 분석하였다. 키워드 네트워크 분석은 정보의 구조적 흐름을 이해하고 방향성을 파악하는데 유용하다. 국외 연구들은 지속가능성을 중심으로 보전, 경제적 평가, 관리, 정책 분야로 연결되는 것을 보았다. 국내연구 분석은 문헌자료가 적어 다양한 흐름들을 확인하기 어려웠으나 지역의 활성화를 위해 경제적인 가치를 확인하고자 하는 연구들이 있었다. 이 연구는 향후 국내 생태자산 관련 연구 방향들에 설정하는데 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구는 기록관리학 전문학술지인 "Archivaria" 학회지에 발간된 연구논문을 분석하여 북미를 중심으로한 국외 기록관리학 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이 연구에서는 2009년부터 2014년까지 최근 5년간 "Archivaria" 학술지에 실린 75편의 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 연구자별 분포, 주제영역별 키워드 분포를 조사하였다. 내용분석을 통해서는 연구논문의 핵심 키워드들을 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 기록관리학의 주요 주제영역에 대한 국외 기록관리학 연구의 내용과 특성을 파악하고 우리나라 기록관리학 연구와 비교 분석하였다.

Digital twins are one of the promising digital technologies used to facilitate digital transformation. Therefore, it needs to continually be developed remain relevant in industry and academia. Consolidation of research is required to create a common understanding of the topic and to ensure that future research is built upon a solid foundation. Based on a bibliometric review and a thematic analysis of 217 publications on digital twins from the past two decades, this paper creates and analyzes a visual knowledge map and proposes areas for further research. To comprehensively analyze the development trends and research trends of digital twins, we performed statistical analysis of the relevant literature on digital twins within the core collection database of Web of Science. Through our research, we have shown that the current situation, trends, and hotspots of digital twin research were analyzed via CiteSpace. This study demonstrates that research on digital twins is rapidly growing in popularity, that the output of the research depends largely on the core group of authors conducting it, and that digital twins warrant cross-domain and cross-disciplinary research pathways.
