ERP is an essential information system (IS) that many companies are operating on the basis of this solution. Since ERP is a very important system that is used in business operation and provides quantified information about the efficiency and productivity of the business activities, difference of competitiveness between companies that have successfully implemented ERP and those that do not have is very large. According to a survey done by a global consulting firm, far less than half of the companies are evaluated as successfully internalizing ERP into their organizations. Therefore, there is a need for an accurate assessment of ERP usage and an improvement of ERP based on it and the need become to increase largely. However, in reality, there is neither the systematic evaluation methods or any research about this topic. This study proposes a framework for evaluating the routinization of ERP throughout the life cycle of the ERP based on both the literature in the enterprise architecture, ERP lifecycle, ERP success areas, and actual experience of the authors in ERP implementation. The proposed framework intends to satisfy the following functional requirements : 1) the entire lifecycle of ERP should be evaluated; 2) evaluation of ERP should be performed from the enterprise-wide perspective; 3) evaluation should focus on the core activities of the organization; and objective evaluation criteria should be used in the evaluation.

It has become important to manage plant data effectively and to share these data among different organizations that are located in different places and participate in a variety of lifecycle phases. ISO 15926 is an international standard for integration of lifecycle data for process plants including oil and gas facilities. This standard consists of several parts providing a generic data model, reference data, and implementation methods. iRINGTools is a tool developed for the exchange of plant design data. This tool supports the implementation methods specified in ISO 15926. In this paper, the exchange of plant design data using iRINGTools is investigated. For this, sample P&ID data was modeled and data exchange experiment was performed. From the experiment, a data exchange procedure based on ISO 15926 is established and design data types that can be practically exchanged using ISO 15926 were identified.

소프트웨어 개발 시, 생명주기의 프로세스 개선에 저해 요인이 되는 결함이 다수 존재한다. 생명주기의 저해 요인을 제거하고 동시에 체계적으로 이를 관리하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 위험요소의 관리방안을 제안한다. 유사한 프로젝트를 수행 시 영역 전문가의 지식을 활용한 결함요소의 상태전이를 관리하여 발생되는 문제점을 예측, 대비할 수 있게 하여, 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발시 발생하는 위험요소 관리에 대한 결함의 전이를 찾아내고, 예방 및 원인을 식별하고자 한다. 또한 이를 정량화 하여 전이단계를 제시한다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically how to balance advertising expenditure before and after launch with regard to the direction of word of mouth in the motion picture industry. The vector auto-regression model is applied to assess the dynamic impact of advertising and word of mouth on sales. Empirical data, including advertising, word of mouth, and sales (the number of entries) of 83 movies are used for analysis. The research results show that for a movie having more positive word of mouth in the pre- and post-launch periods, it is worthwhile to spend the advertising budget in the pre-launch period only and to spare it in post-launch period. However, it is worthwhile to spare the advertising budget in the pre-launch period for movies having less positive word of mouth before and after launch, and to concentrate spending in post-launch period instead. Mangers who handle products and services facing shortened lifecycles, such as games, eBooks, and digital music contents, need to check the quality of pre-launch word of mouth for their advertising budget decisions in the pre- and post-launch periods and spend more of the advertising budget in the post- (pre-) launch period if pre-launch word of mouth is negative (positive). For products and services with a shortened lifecycle, it is recommended to spend more of the advertising budget in the post- (pre-) launch period if pre-launch word of mouth is negative (positive).

컨텍스크 기반 미들웨어는 응용 도메인에서 실제 상황을 구현할 수 있다. 전형적으로 실제 위치를 환경에 메핑시킴으로서 실제상황을 가변적으로 변화시킬 수 있다. 또한 실제 위치에 센서와 actuator 를 이용한 서비스의 라이프사이클을 원격지에서도 가변적으로 변경할 수 있다. 이 시스템은 CAMUS[1] 시스템에서 라이프 사이클 관리를 OSGi 기반으로 한 내용을 구현하였다. OSGi 는 홈 네트워크 관련 개방형 시스템 게이트웨이 시스템으로서 OSGi 를 이용함으로써 다양한 유비쿼터스 통신, 가정, 컴퓨터 시스템간의 쉽게 라이프 사이클 관리를 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 연구는 중소 제조기업에서 실무 활용에 괴리가 있었던 UX 디자인 프로세스의 이론적 지식을 실제 제조 프로세스의 최적화 모델에 매핑하기 위해 체계화된 UX 방법론을 선택하여 도입하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 국내·외 학계의 이론을 바탕으로 대표적인 UX 디자인 프로세스 7개 모델을 속성과 단계별 결과물에 따라 분석하였다. 이후 국내 18개 기업과의 인터뷰, 관찰을 통해 현장에서 실제로 수행 중인 실무 프로세스를 분석하고 이론과 실무의 동질성, 차이점, 방법론을 비교하였다. 이를 기반으로 이론-실무 통합 방법론 100개를 도출하여 PLUS 프로세스 6단계에 따라 최적화된 UX 방법론 유형을 분류하였다. 이후 기업별 인터뷰를 통해 각 방법론을 적용했을때 자사 프로세스와의 일치성, 자사 리소스의 한계, 특성 등을 파악하고 분석하여 국내 기업의 니즈를 반영하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 UX 방법론의 표준 플랫폼을 제안하여 UX 디자인 프로세스의 상용화를 목표로 하는 기초연구로써 국내 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

With a steep increase of the global disaster relief efforts around the world, the relief supply chain and humanitarian logistics play an important role to address this issue. A broad overview of operations research ranges from a principle or conceptual framework to analytical methodology and case study applied in this field. In this paper, we provide an overview of this challenging research area with emphasis on the corresponding optimization problems. The scope of this study begins with classification by the stage of the disaster lifecycle system. The characteristics of each optimization problem for the disaster supply chain are considered in detail as well as the logistics features. We found that the papers related to disaster relief can be grouped in three aspects in terms of logistics attributes: facility location, distribution model, and inventory model. Furthermore, the literature also analyzes objectives and solution algorithms proposed in each optimization model in order to discover insights, research gaps and findings. Finally, we offer future research directions based on our findings from the investigation of literature review.

홈 네트워크 서비스의 활성화와 더불어 홈 네트워크 제어를 포함하는 다양한 서비스가 홈 게이트웨이를 중심으로 제공되고 있는데, 이러한 다양한 서비스의 지속적인 제공과 업그레이드 등을 위해서는 개방성 및 확장성을 갖춘 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼 (Service Delivery & Management Platform)이 필수 요소가 된다. 서비스 분배관리 플랫폼은 홈 게이트웨이를 관리하는 기능 뿐아니라. 홈 게이트웨이상에 다운로드된 서비스의 라이프 사이클을 관리하는 방법을 제공한다. 서비스 제공자는 개발한 서비스 응용을 서비스 플랫폼에 등록하고, 서비스 분배라는 행위를 거쳐 홈게이트웨이의 프레임워크상에 다운로드되며, 해당 서비스 응용은 설치와 동시에 구동되면서 서비스 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 본 고에서는 홈네트워크 서비스 분배관리를 제공하는데 있어서, 서비스 사용자의 요구에 의한 pull 방식의 서비스 제공 방법과 시스템 관리자에 의한 push 방식의 서비스 제공 방법을 지원하는 서비스 분배관리 시스템의 구조 및 시나리오에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

RUP(Rational Unified Process) 객체 지향적이며 사용사례 및 아키텍처 중심의 반복적인 개발방법론이다. 이전에 수행된 대부분 공공분야의 대규모 소프트웨어 개발은 폭포수형 개발 프로세스를 적용하였으나 최근에는 소프트웨어 개발에 따른 위험을 최소화 하고 품질을 향상하기 위하여 RUP와 같은 반복 개발방법의 적용을 시도하고 있다. 그러나 대규모 복합 체계의 개발 프로세스와 그 일부인 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스로서 RUP를 적용한 국내의 연구 자료는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 RUP를 기반으로 복합 체계의 일부인 소프트웨어를 개발하는 프로세스를 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내 CIS 소프트웨어 개발 사례를 통하여 체계개발 프로세스와 통합된 RUP프로세스를 제시하고 기존의 폭포수형 프로세스 및 RUP와 비교 경가론 한다. 된 논문의 연구결과는 공공기관에서 대규모 복합체계의 소프트웨어를 개발하는 경우에 RUP 기반 프로세스의 조정, 개발관리에 있어서 위헌의 최소화와 최종 제품의 품질향상에 기여한 것으로 믿는다.

Nowadays usage of different applications of identity management IDM demands prime attention to clarify which is more efficient regarding preserve privacy as well as security to perform different operations concerning digital identity. Those operations represent the available interactions with identity during its lifecycle in the digital world e.g., create, update, delete, verify and so on. With the rapid growth in technology, this field has been evolving with a number of IDM models being proposed to ensure that identity lifecycle and face some significant issues. However, the control and ownership of data remines in the hand of identity service providers for central and federated approaches unlike in the self-sovereign identity management SSIM approach. SSIM is the recent IDM model were introduced to solve the issue regarding ownership of identity and storing the associated data of it. Thus, SSIM aims to grant the individual's ability to govern their identities without intervening administrative authorities or approval of any authority. Recently, we noticed that numerous IDM solutions enable individuals to own and control their identities in order to adapt with SSIM model. Therefore, we intend to make comparative study as much of these solutions that have proper technical documentation, reports, or whitepapers as well as provide an overview of IDM models. We will point out the existing research gaps and how this study will bridge it. Finally, the study will propose a technical enhancement, everKEY solution, to address some significant drawbacks in current SSIM solutions.
