To meet the demand of higher handling capacity, a mixed-flow submersible deep well pump was designed and tested. The main hydraulic components are made of plastics, which is free of erosion, light-weight, and environment-friendly. To simplify plastic molding process, and to improve productivity, an axial-radial guide vane was proposed. To clarify its effect on the performance, a radial guide vane and a space guide vane are developed as well. By comparison, the efficiency of the pump equipped with the axial-radial guide vane is higher than the radial guide vane and is lower than the space guide vane, and its high efficiency range is wide. The static pressure recovery of the axial guide vane is a bit lower than the space guide vane, but it is much larger than the radial guide vane. Taking the cost and molding complexity into consideration, the axial-radial guide vane is much economic, promoting its popularity for the moderate and high specific speed submersible deep well pumps.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a Cancer Patient Guide with patients involvement using evidenced based practice research. The purpose of this patient guide was to help patients undergoing chemotherapy to manage their nausea and vomiting based on evidence. Methods: The design of the research was a methodological study. The participants consisted of seven cancer patients who were asked about their ' need for nausea and vomiting management, and secondly, 16 expert & 15 cancer patients to evaluate the Cancer Patient Guide using the DESCERN tool. Results: 1) Sixty-four relevant research evidences based articles were reviewed. 2) Patients were interviewed as to their needs in controlling nausea and vomiting. 3) The preliminary Cancer Patient Guide utilizing the research evidenced and the cancer patients interviews was then evaluated and revised by the experts and cancer patients. Lastly, the Cancer Patient which included an overview of chemotherapy, pathophysiology of nausea & vomiting, pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions was finalized with each intervention supported by research evidence and patients' narratives of their experience. Conclusion: The Cancer Patient Guide was developed using evidenced based research and cancer patients in-put and be used to improve patients' self-management skill of nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy. The guide t also provides evidence based patient friendly information and contributes as a baseline data for developing and evaluating evidence-based guide for patients.

The purpose of this research is to determine the hardness of guide hole. A guide pin and a guide hole of SSD(Solid State Drive) tester used to mount SSD in a fixed position accurately. The guide pin and guide hole are worn by friction due to repeated operation, and the wear is concentrated on the guide hole made of weak material rather than the guide pin made of relatively strong material. Because of that reason, it is often overdesigned in the design stage because it can lose its function. If the guide hole is made soft, the manufacturing cost will decrease, but the accuracy will decrease due to wear caused by repeated friction. If the guide hole is manufactured excessively, the manufacturing process becomes complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. It is essential to design a guide hole, but since there is no standard or verified data that can be referenced, it is difficult to design. Experimental device which guides in the same way as the SSD tester is used for this research, and three types of anodizing state are experimented for different hardness. Also, weight of COK(Change over Kit) were analyzed by measuring the wear amount and state of the guide hole according to the number of repeated attachment and detachment.

This study reviews the rating system of hotels and restaurants regulated by french gouvernment and compares the french guide books of worldwide reputaion : Guide rouge of Michelin and Guide France of Gault-Millau. The apparatus of gouvernment and the inspectors deciding the grades, the processes and the prior conditions needed for obtaining the adequate grades are mentioned. So it will be a help to understand the present system of hotels and restaurants in France. The publishing firms like Michelin and Gault-Millau not only encourage the trvel and F & B industry by estimating the hotels and restaurants and publishing the results, but also informe the consumer. Ultimately, the guide books would like to play an important role in improving or making better the levels of the tourism and the gastronomy. They support continuously the publishing of guide books with the qualified persons and financial aid. Especially, Michelin doesn't insert the advertisement in his publications. In publishing the guide books, it can be one of the most important points for proving his independence of hoteliers, restaurateurs and the others. The seconde point is impartial, clear and rigid inspection that doesn't admit any corruption. Now is the moment in korea to promote the tourism and the gastronomy by publishing the credible books like 「Guide rouge」 and 「Guide France」in order to present Korean attrations and epicurean foods.

This research investigates contact angle of Linear Guide Way through a experimental result and theoretical analysis. Since last ten years, most of researchers who concerned with the precision machinery and semiconductor device production etc. so the researches about Linear Guide Way have been unnoticed. The precision machinery and semiconductor device production system has the principle which transfers the mechanical moving to accuracy position control. The Linear Guide Way system has the principle which transfers mechanical moving to accuracy position control is very important to improve performance of the precision machinery and semiconductor device production system. So, In this research, in order to improvement for producing Linear Guide Way, bearing loading analysis and contact angle change through Linear Guide Way theoretical analysis and bearing modeling. Through this study, we may expect that there will be more improvement for producing Linear Guide Way.

With the increased development of the dining sector, several restaurants have emerged and are becoming more advanced. Since the Michelin Guide Seoul publication in Korea, the fine-dining market has attracted attention from guests. Moreover, the number of customers visiting fine-dining restaurants has increased comparatively. However, it has been a mere 6 years since the publication of the Michelin Guide Seoul, and domestic materials and research related to the Michelin Guide are insufficient. Therefore, this research examines the factors responsible for restaurants to gain Michelin stars, and the effect of the Michelin guide on customers to select restaurants. Customers who have visited and experienced the star restaurants were interviewed, as well as the owner chefs and personnel managing the restaurant. The interviews were conducted from August to September 2020 using the Colaizzi method. The survey was designed to extract meaningful sentences or phrases from the participant interviews, categorize general and abstract statements into topic clusters, and describe the essential experience. This research aimed to determine the effect of the Michelin guide on customers for a selection of the restaurants and star restaurants. It is important to understand the development of Michelin restaurants and the effective factors which make customers choose the restaurants. Also, results of this study will be a future guide for the possibility of developing domestic fine-dining restaurants, normal restaurants, and the food service industry.

The linear motion (LM) guide using ball bearing has many advantages compared with conventional sliding guides. Therefore, LM guide using ball bearing has been used widely to increase the accuracy of the position of a system. This research investigates dynamic characteristics of LM guide through mainly linear analysis. Linear analysis is accomplished by Lagrange equation and finite element method. And another trial that is nonlinear analysis about one mode of LM guide(bouncing mode) from Hertzian contact theory is accomplished in the latter half of this research. Through nonlinear analysis we could observe the softening characteristic due to the Hertzian contact nonlinearity.

We have studied several light guide concepts for light-valve projection engines. The aim of the light guide is to replace the array of lenses and mirrors in conventional transmission-type projection engines. Volume, cost and weight can be reduced, at a similar or better performance level. Results of a first prototype are discussed.

The number of high-rise buildings has increased year after year, with there currently being 5 projects in progress to construct buildings higher than 100 stories in Seoul alone. The construction cost for such high-rise buildings is significantly higher than the cost for a conventional low-rise building, while maintenance costs are expected to be two to three times higher. To reduce the maintenance cost of a high-rise building, there is the need for a guide rail to be used for maintenance, which is why there is the need for research on the guide rail system. For this reason, as preliminary research to develop a guide rail, this study aims to derive the factors increasing construction cost by taking the installation of a guide rail into account. This is expected to lay the groundwork for the design and construction of guide rails for high-rise building maintenance.

In this paper, we have developed the application of a remote multi-lingual video guide that allows interaction with Set Top Box of a thin client by using the WebRTC, an web browser-based communication method. A server accesses a web camera in conjunction with digital information display of a thin client connected remotely and is exchanged guide information with user. This server can be played in thin client STB using virtualization based the high-quality video compression technology. Further, it is not dependent on the performance of the STB and provides a video guide remotely.
