안동지역의 향토음식을 활용한 관광체험 프로그램 개발 (Tour Experience Program Development a Utilizable Cooking Peculiar of an Andong Locality)

  • This research made an alternative plan about tour experience program development utilizable cooking peculiar of an Andong locality. First currently Andong region have an Andong bass fishing great meeting, an Andong international mask dance, an Andong apple expo, an Andong Korean beef miss choice meeting, an Andong Hahoe folk village dabbling in water festival, but Andong didn't have about food festival. This region will mask a planning about food festival after this. Second, an Andong have a rich tradition of confucianism and buddhism. For example, there are Bongieong temple and Dosan private school. Therefore it is necessary tour experience program development can join of food and culture. Third, in term original locality of mask dance, we can tour experience development program out of the traditional food festival and mask dance performance. Fourth, Andong have a traditional food (a bluff memorial service rice, Andong fermenting rice, Gunjin noodle) and a traditional Korean-style house(sueding, chirye artists). It is necessary the development of board and loading experience program.

유아의 창의적 사고 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effects of a Child Creative Thought Program)

  • This research was carried out to develop a program that would promote children's creative thought processes and also to ascertain the effect on their development. The creative thought program consists of three stages : at the first stage, information for the development of the program was gathered and the theoretical basic model established. Considering Divergent and Feeling Factors, the program was planned based on the William's educational curriculum as it was applied and tested in an actual life situation. At the second stage, in order to formulate an activity plan for the creative thought program, William's activity plan was analyzed. At the third stage, the activities which would be applied to the creative thought program in the actual situation were considered with teaching strategy, activity arena and creative thought factors. In conclusion, according to these research results, children's creative thought programs should not just promote Divergent Factors or limited areas of activities, but other activities which include Feeling Factors should be planned and more diverse creative thought programs developed. To design an education program that encourages efficient creative thought, various teaching strategies in creative thought education need to be developed. Teacher training for current teachers should be conducted and parents who have the most direct influence of their children - be made aware of the creative thought process in children. It needs to be stated that this research on creative thought programs is not a complete program: it needs to be further adjusted and supplemented. As development of the tools to evaluate Feeling Factors objectively and the application on the program due to insufficient time, a more continuous application of the program and further research and evaluation of its effects are required.

  • This paper presents the characteristics analysis of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors(IPMSMs). The development of this program is based on Matlab. In oder to achieve the development of the program, basis algorithm for IPMSMs analysis took advantage of equivalent magnetic circuit analysis technique. The equivalent magnetic circuit analysis for IPMSMs are based on a rotate synchronous d-q reference frame. The mathematical model of the d-q frame voltage equations is used frequently for the analysis of IPMSMs. This program can consider a cross saturation effect and a iron loss and mechanical loss, and provide fast analysis results of IPMSMs characteristics.

유아교사 대상 교사교육 실행 연구 동향: 2013~2023년 국내 학술지 중심으로 (Analysis of Research Trends Related to Early Childhood Teacher Education in Korea: Focusing on Domestic Journals From 2013 to 2023)

  • Objective: This study was conducted to identify trends in teacher education research for early childhood teachers in Korea from 2013 to 2023, aiming to provide practical data for early childhood teacher education research. Methods: For this purpose, 62 articles published in Korean journals were analyzed according to the specified criteria. Through the analysis, we closely examined research trends, educational practices, and trends in educational program development. Results: First, both quantitative and qualitative research have been conducted steadily since 2015. The majority of participants were childcare center teachers, and numerous studies focused on program development. Second, among the trends in teacher education practices, many studies aimed to improve teaching skills. Third, concerning the trend of teacher education program development research, various research methods were utilized, with quantitative research being conducted in 2015, 2020, and 2022. Particular, regarding independent and dependent variables, numerous studies focused on enhancing teaching effectiveness and educational knowledge. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the results, we offer implications for the education policy field and related organizations, along with recommendations for enhancing the guidance and support of early childhood teacher education in program development and implementation.

  • The Aim of this development is the management of a forecasting analysis program based on a real-time remote sensing data. Using this program it is possible to predict a failure of levee facilities in advance. therefor, it is necessary for making plans of a safety countermove. In this development we have researched the analysis method which could operate effectively the levee facilities using real-time monitoring data from a remote sensing system and the safety managerial program using the algorism from the analysis method developed.

헬기 엔진의 신규장착을 위한 지원 사례 연구 (A Case Study on Collaborative Activities for Newly Installation of an Engine in a Helicopter)

  • From the flight safety and the performance point of views, a new engine installation impacts an helicopter development or upgrade program significantly. More than a close relationship between an aircraft manufacturer and an engine manufacturer is necessary for the best integration work from the program initiation phase. In this paper, technical cooperation between aircraft and engine companies, and technical supports by the engine manufacturer for the T700/701K engine during the Surion development program are summarized. The applications of official technical program documents, US Mil-spec, France airworthiness regulations as the standard of the engine installation work, and engineering activities at each phase such as contract, design and manufacturing, flight clearance, ground and flight tests are described. This paper would be a cornerstone for the future domestic helicopter development program.

  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), which were used for military purposes, are gradually expanding their application fields under the influence of electrification and digitalization. Starting from the field of aerial imaging and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission, nowadays the possibility of Urban Air Mobility (UAM), which transports passengers and cargo with drones, is widely under discussion. In order to occupy the rapidly growing global unmanned aerial vehicle market in advance, it is necessary to secure core technologies and develop key UAVs components based on the new technologies. In the navigation field, it is necessary to secure a precise position with guaranteed reliability and continuity, unrelated to the operating environments. The reliability and continuity should be secured in the algorithm level and in the H/W component levels also. In order to achieve this technical goal, the Ministry of Science and ICT has launched the 'Unmanned Vehicle Core Technology Research and Development Program' in 2019 to support the R&D on the unmanned vehicle technologies. In this paper, authors introduce the unmanned vehicle core technology research and development program to the related researchers. The authors summarize the backgrounds of the program and show the technological tasks and objectives on the sub-programs in the unmanned vehicle navigation program. We present the program schedules especially focused on the test and evaluation of the developed technologies and components.

외식산업 관리자를 위한 효과적인 교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Management Development Program for manager in food industry)

  • One of the most important issues faced by manager of food industry is the lack of management development program. This study on the management development program was to take a look at the training problem for the food industry of Korea through secondary data or literature, and with conceptual framework designed based on the literature review, examined what is effective management development program for manager in food industry. The purposes of this study are : (1) Identifying the factor to management development program. (2) Provision of a executive management development program. The conclusion and suggestion obtained from this study can be summarized as followed. First, it has shown that there is big difference between the present training level and future training need level on three training contents. Second, there were differences in three training contents especially according to operation type and organization size. Third, job satisfaction factor, training satisfaction factor, training aid factor, training effectiveness factor has correlated each other. From this study, we could get several strategies and programs for management development.

연구 참여 경험을 통한 과학 교사의 전문성 발달 과정 탐색 (Exploring Professional Development of Science Teachers through the Research Experience for Teachers Program)

  • 본 연구는 첨단과학 교사연수센터에서 실시한 교사연구경험(Research Experience for Teachers, RET) 프로그램에 참여한 세 명의 과학 교사들을 대상으로 한 사례 연구이다. 교사들은 RET 프로그램이 진행되는 6개월 동안 과학자의 연구실에서 실험 수행 경험을 하였으며, 이 경험을 토대로 학교에서 적용할 수 있는 교수 자료를 개발하였다. 교수법적 내용 지식(Pedagogical Content Knowledge, PCK)을 교사가 전문성을 갖추기 위해 가져야 할 지식으로 규정하고, RET 프로그램을 경험한 후에 나타난 교사들의 전문성의 변화와 그들의 전문성 발달에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 3명의 참여 교사들은 RET 프로그램에 참여함으로써 과학 교수 지향, 과학 지식, 학생 지식, 교수 지식, 그리고 자원 지식과 같은 PCK 요소들의 통합된 발달을 보였다. RET 프로그램을 통해서 발달한 PCK 요소들은 학교에서의 교수 실행에 반영되었으며, 시간이 지날수록 교사들이 자신의 PCK 발달을 더욱 명확히 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 참여 교사들이 RET 프로그램을 통해서 진정한 맥락인 과학자의 연구실에서 ‘합법적인 주변 참여’를 통해서 학습했기 때문에 실제 과학의 과정을 알 수 있었으며, 교수 자료를 개발하는 동안에 새롭게 발달한 PCK요소들과 교사가 이미 가지고 있던 PCK의 통합으로 그들의 PCK가 학교 현장의 실행으로 이어지도록 발달하였기 때문이다. 한편 참여 교사들에 따라서 전문성 발달 요소와 양상에 차이가 있었는데, 이는 RET프로그램에 참여할 때 교사들이 가진 목적이나 그들이 가지고 이미 가지고 있던 PCK의 차이에 기인한 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 연구 경험 제공을 통한과학 교사들의 전문성 발달 프로그램 개발에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

지역기반 사회환경교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구-생태보전시민모임 숲속 자연학교 사례- (A Case Study of the Community-based Nonformal Environmental Education Program Development-On the Case of the Nature School in the Forest-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the program development process of a nonformal environmental education(EE) program in detail. For the purpose, following research questions were answered in "the Nature School in the Forest" program in Eco-Club 1) What is the program development process? 2) What is the role of staffs, program developers, in the program development process? What are the meanings of their pedagogical approach? 3) With the findings of this study, how is the researcher able to develop ground theory for community-based nonformal EE, and to promote theoretical discussion for field improvement? The data were mainly gathered through participation observation and unstructured interview. And the data were analyzed by qualitative techniques such as clustering, factoring, noting pattern and themes, seeing plausibility, making metaphors, and building logical chain of evidence. The following conclusion comes out of the findings of this study. "The Nature School in the Forest" program is a educational device which the community-based NGO chose as a strategy to change individuals and community with its ideological purpose. And the program development process was the contiuous group decision-making process among staffs and volunteers. Consequently "the Nature School in the Forest" program is a circulated process of the voluntary activists training and their participation in program operation.
