In commemoration of Vol. 30, Issue 1, our journal prepares four review articles and two original papers. The first review article provides guidelines for medical treatment for emergencies in an aircraft furing flight. This guideline addresses the resources and medical equipment available to physicians on board, common medical conditions, how to deal with them, including legal issues. The second review article covers historically meaningful animals that have contributed to aerospace research and the role of a veterinarian. The third one describes cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and vestibular physiological effects of microgravity on the human body. As we are about to enter an aging society, the fourth review article introduces guidelines for safe overseas travel for senior passengers. The role of the aviation medical examiner is to maintain aircrew's health and to help them work long and healthy. In this regard, Choi et al. analyzed the physical examination data and sick leave data of an airline. Han et al. investigated the aerospace medical examination data of the Republic of Korea and suggested a solution to some common health problems of the crew.

Carbon fibers are a new breed of high-strength materials. The existence of carbon fiber came into being in 1879 when Edison took out a patent for the manufacture of carbon filaments suitable for use in electric lamps. However, it was in the early 1960s when successful commercial production was started, as the requirements of the aerospace industry for better and lightweight materials became of paramount importance. It is stipulated in Article 22, Paragraph 3 of Tourism Promotion Law that those who do not work for tourism can not use trade name including "Kwan Kwang" or terms similar with it, and even signs with Kwan Kwang or terms similar with it at a business establishment. The stipulation is, however, away from a reality. It only has a sort of apparent meaning even though it is the positive law. However, times are changed and are changing. A rule should reflect the stipulation suitable for contemporary culture. A term, restructuring, exists in the law related to tourism which is connected with tourist industry. In other words, there are many assumed stipulations away from the practical aspect, because of wrong systems. However, what does the restructuring mean in the law related to tourism\ulcorner The thing is to make new system or base appropriate to the present situation, and to study improvement ordinances in Article 12 of Tourism Promotion Law and stipulations for those. In order to do these, the contents of Tourism Promotion Law from Article 1 to 60 and stipulations of law related to tourism law should be studied. In doing so, limited paper could not cover all.cover all.

프랙탈 기하학의 계면 전기화학에로의 응용과 관련하여 프랙탈 표면을 향한 이온/원자 확산의 속도론에 대하여 다루었다. 우선 프랙탈 기하학의 기본 개념에 대하여 설명하였고, 이를 바탕으로 이온/원자의 확산 현상과 관련하여 다양한 전기적 입력하에서 전극 표면의 프랙탈 특성에 기인하는 특수한 반응 양상이 설명되었다 Chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry및 linear sweep/cyclic voltammetry 실험시에 각각 관찰되는, 전극의 프랙탈 차원이 포함된 일 반화된 Cottrell, Sand 및 Randles-Sevcik 관계를 이론적으로 유도하였고, 그 의미에 대하여 설명하였다

프랙탈 기하학의 계면 전기화학에로의 응용과 관련하여 프랙탈 전극의 임피던스 거동에 대하여 다루었다. 우선, 전기화학적 임피던스 측정시에 자주 관찰되는 constant phase element (CPE)를 간략히 설명하였고, 이와 관련하여 de Levie가 제안한 transmission line model에 대하여 다루었다. CPE현상의 해석을 위하여 Nyikos 와 Pajkossy가 제안한 프랙탈 기하학을 이용한 접근 방법을 소개하였고, 또한 프랙탈 차원과 CPE exponent 사이의 관계를 이론적으로 유도하였다 마지막으로 rough혹은 porous전극의 임피던스 거동을 설명하기 위해 제안된 여러 가지 프랙탈 모델들에 대하여 설명하였다.

Personal health and environment is being aimed recently to show increase in preferences of eco-friendly cosmetics with longing of clean nature, and environment on pure plant ingredients. This study has the purpose of inquiring components and types of magazine advertisement in eco-friendly cosmetics and to analyze the model characteristics. The standards of analysis were classified as product, face, background, article, arrangement of colors, image, and eco-friendly factors. The results of this study are as follow. First, in inquiring the general characteristics of the magazine advertisement in eco-friendly cosmetics, the results were shown as the order of attention on product, face, background, article, arrangement of colors, image and eco-friendly factors. Second, in inquiring the components and types of magazine advertisement in eco-friendly cosmetics, the results showed an attentive difference in product, face, background, article, arrangement of colors and eco-friendly factors. Third, in inquiring relationships of model characteristics between domestic and foreign eco-friendly cosmetics, the results showed lots of domestic cosmetics advertising direct advertising, product type emerged was a lot of character type emerged. International cosmetics advertising, indirect advertising and highlighting the many articles that appeared prominently type is characterized.

To investigate the technology trends in organic farming using journal article analysis, total 2,378 published articles in organic farming between 1974 and 2014 were analyzed. The number of the articles published in organic farming has been steadily increased since 2006. As for category, articles in the field of producing the safe organic products and management (A) were published relatively dominantly, especially division of nutrient and soil management (AA). In the foreign countries, lots of articles in environmental assessment and safety field (B) were published than Korea. the main institutes published the articles in organic farming were Swedish University, Sweden and US department of Agriculture, USA. In case of Korea, the articles in the field of environmental assessment and safety (B) were relatively merely published, especially division of environment in organic farming (BA). With this study, more research based on the environment and safety fields in organic farming should be focused on.

Transfer pricing is a matter of concern for countries. It affects the interests of the parties involved in the commercial transaction. Through manipulation of prices in transactions, businesses take advantage of tax rates in a country to adjust profits for economic gain. This affects the fairness and rationality of economic transactions between related parties. The article uses a two-year time series from 2018 to 2019 of 50 foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam. The article uses ordinary least squares to test the hypotheses of the research model. The article uses four independent variables related to ownership structure affecting transfer pricing decisions including total ownership, organization ownership, concentration ownership, and area ownership. Research results show that two variables have a positive influence on transfer pricing decisions including total ownership and organization ownership. Organization ownership has a higher degree of influence than total ownership. To be able to control transaction activities related to transfer pricing, Vietnam's state management agencies need to pay attention to perfecting the legal framework based on supplementing and amending regulations related to transfer pricing. Legal regulations need to be regulated based on international common practices to ensure uniformity on a global scale.

This article highlights the importance of design in the formation of worldview paradigms in global culture. The research aims to investigate the design development as a part of the culture and its significance in the social development of society and worldview standards. The article uses general scientific methods of cognition, showing the transformation of design in the social and cultural sphere based on scientific and business literature. The research results show the chronology of design development as a factor determining the development of society and its worldview. In particular, the epoch of modernism, classical functionalism, postmodernism, post-industrialism, and digital design show their own particularities of design development. Furthermore, the article reveals the peculiarities of design development and its requirements depending on the development of society, progress, and civilization in general. The question of current and future trends in the development of design as a factor of worldview paradigms in the culture is based on digitalization, globalization, and the formation of design as an independent entity that determines man's place in the world and society.

The article aims at studying the institution of human rights and civil freedoms with due regard to the anthropological approach in the theory of law. To the greatest extent, the provisions of non-classical legal science are confirmed in the Anglo-Saxon legal family, which endows the judge with law-making functions. In this regard, the role of a person in the legal sphere is increasing. The main research method was deduction used to study the anthropological approach to the institution of human rights and freedoms. The article also utilizes the inductive method, the method of systematic scientific analysis, comparative legal and historical methods. To solve the task set, the authors considered the legal foundations and features of human rights and freedoms in the modern world. The article proves that the classical legal discourse, represented by various types of interpretation, reduces the rule of law to the analysis of its logical structure and does not answer the questions posed. It is concluded that the prerequisite for the anthropological approach in the theory of law is the use of human-like concepts in modern legislation (guilt, justice, peculiar ferocity, child abuse, willful evasion, conscientiousness).
