동시단어분석을 이용한 품질경영분야 지식구조 분석 (The Analysis of Knowledge Structure using Co-word Method in Quality Management Field)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the behavioral change of knowledge structures and the trends of research topics in the quality management field. Methods: The network structure and knowledge structure of the words were visualized in map form using co-word analysis, cluster analysis and strategic diagram. Results: Summarizing the research results obtained in this study are as follows. First, the word network derived from co-occurrence matrix had 106 nodes and 5,314 links and its density was analyzed to 0.95. Average betweenness centrality of word network was 2.37. In addition, average closeness centrality and average eigenvector centrality of word network were 0.01. Second, by applying optimal criteria of cluster decision and K-means algorithm to word co-occurrence matrix, 106 words were grouped into seven clusters such as standard & efficiency, product design, reliability, control chart, quality model, 6 sigma, and service quality. Conclusion: According to the results of strategic diagram analysis over time, the traditional research topics of quality management field related to reliability, 6 sigma, control chart topics in the third quadrant were revealed to be declined for their study importance. Research topics related to product design and customer satisfaction were found to be an important research topic over analysis periods. Research topic related to management innovation was emerging state and the scope of research topics related to process model was extended to research topics with system performance. Research topic related to service quality located in the first quadrant was analyzed as the key research topic.

텍스트마이닝을 이용한 정보보호 연구동향 분석 (Research Trends Analysis of Information Security using Text Mining)

  • With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.

MSC 분류 항목의 변화를 통한 수학교육 연구 주제에 대한 성찰 (Reflection on research topics in mathematics education through changes in the MSC code)

  • 본 연구는 수학 주제 분류(Mathematics Subject Classification, MSC) 2020을 기반으로 국내외 수학교육 연구결과물의 주제별 논문 수를 분석하여, 우리나라 수학교육 연구 주제에 대한 성찰을 목표로 한다. 연구를 위해 zbMATH Open 데이터베이스에서 6235개의 국외 논문 정보, 국내 학술지에서 327개의 논문 정보를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 국내외 논문의 분류코드별 분포에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 그러나 세부적으로 살펴보면, 국내 논문은 특정 연구 주제에 집중하는 경향이 있었고, 이러한 경향은 연구 주제의 다양성 부족과 국제적 연구 동향과의 연계 부족을 시사하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 국내 수학교육 학술지에서 MSC2020 분류 정보를 체계적으로 제공하고, zbMATH Open 등과 같은 국외 사이트에서 국내 논문의 검색 가능성을 높여야 한다. 이를 통해 연구자들이 더 다양한 주제를 탐구하도록 안내하고, 국제적 연구 동향과의 연계를 강화하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 국내 수학교육 연구의 다양화를 기대한다.

일본내 연구동향 (6편중 제3편) (Some Research Topics of Ben′s Laboratory at Nihon University in Japan)

  • This paper presents some research topics for advanced composites which have been conducted in Ben laboratory, College of industrial Technology, Nihon University. The topics are applications of shape memory alloy(SMA) to composite structures, dynamic responses of CFRP and GFRP structures, fabrication of new type of GFRP, fatigue and weatherability strength of CFRP and new concept of joint for FRP structures, respectively.

아동·가족학분야 진로 탐색: 교육과정과 학술지 연구주제 분석을 중심으로 (Career Exploration in Child and Family Studies: Focus on Curricula and Research Topics)

  • This study analyzes child and family department curricula at domestic universities and research topics in articles found in related representative domestic journals. Curricula were collected from the web pages of 26 out of 90 departments of 77 universities. Research topics were collected from the Family Environment Research, Journal of Child Studies, and Journal of Korean Association of Family Relations published from 2000 to February 2015. From those journals, the number of articles related to child studies were 1,843 and family studies 1,239. Among those articles, 6,593 keywords related to child studies and 4,748 keywords related with family studies were collected and analyzed. The results of this study were: first, we found four types of curricula provided by Child and Family Departments such as Child Studies, Child and Family Studies, Home Economics Education, and Family Welfare. Second, the identified research topics in child studies were child development, education & childcare, parent education, counseling & therapy, cross cultural study, instrument development, and policy. Family research topics were also categorized by individual family members, child rearing & education, family dynamics & problems, families & culture, work & family, family formation, dissolution & diversity, family practice, family theories & methods, and midlife & later years. We suggest several future careers in child and family studies based on these findings.

『한국기록관리학회지』 논문의 연구 주제 분석 - 2001년부터 2017년까지 - (An Analysis of the Research Topics of the Academic Papers Published in the Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management: From 2001 to 2017)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 『한국기록관리학회지』에 게재된 논문의 연구 주제를 분석하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 해당 학회지의 창간호(2001년)부터 최근(2017년)까지 발표된 논문 390편을 대상으로 해당 논문의 저자가 부여한 한글 키워드 875개를 수집하였다. 수집된 키워드는 NetMiner V.4를 이용하여 이들 연구 주제의 양적측면, 영향력 측면, 그리고 확장성 측면을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 연구 주제의 양적인 측면에서는 '기록정보서비스', '전자기록물', '역사기록물', '아키비스트', '국가기록원' 순으로 나타났고, 영향력 측면에서는 '기록정보서비스', '전자기록물', '평가', '지역기록물', '검색시스템' 등의 순으로 나타났고, 확장성 측면에서는 '기록정보서비스', '아키비스트', '전자기록물', '아카이브', '메타데이터'등의 순으로 파악되었다.

한국산업경영시스템학회지 연구 주제의 토픽모델링 분석 비교: 1978년~99년 논문을 중심으로 (Topic Modeling Analysis Comparison for Research Topic in Korean Society of Industrial and Systems Engineering: Concentrated on Research Papers from 1978~1999)

  • Topic modeling has been receiving much attention in academic disciplines in recent years. Topic modeling is one of the applications in machine learning and natural language processing. It is a statistical modeling procedure to discover topics in the collection of documents. Recently, there have been many attempts to find out topics in diverse fields of academic research. Although the first Department of Industrial Engineering (I.E.) was established in Hanyang university in 1958, Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers (KIIE) which is truly the most academic society was first founded to contribute to research for I.E. and promote industrial techniques in 1974. Korean Society of Industrial and Systems Engineering (KSIE) was established four years later. However, the research topics for KSIE journal have not been deeply examined up until now. Using topic modeling algorithms, we cautiously aim to detect the research topics of KSIE journal for the first half of the society history, from 1978 to 1999. We made use of titles and abstracts in research papers to find out topics in KSIE journal by conducting four algorithms, LSA, HDP, LDA, and LDA Mallet. Topic analysis results obtained by the algorithms were compared. We tried to show the whole procedure of topic analysis in detail for further practical use in future. We employed visualization techniques by using analysis result obtained from LDA. As a result of thorough analysis of topic modeling, eight major research topics were discovered including Production/Logistics/Inventory, Reliability, Quality, Probability/Statistics, Management Engineering/Industry, Engineering Economy, Human Factor/Safety/Computer/Information Technology, and Heuristics/Optimization.

토픽 모델링을 이용한 전기차 연구 동향 분석 (The Analysis of Research Trends in Electric Vehicle using Topic Modeling)

  • 환경 문제와 에너지 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 전기자동차를 도입함으로서 이에 따른 연구가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 전기 자동차 분야의 연구 동향을 전체적으로 파악기 위해서는 방대한 데이터를 체계적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 SCIE 데이터베이스에서 수집한 36,519편의 전기 자동차 관련 논문을 바탕으로 LDA주제 모델링을 수행하여 전기 자동차 분야의 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석하고 주요 연구 주제를 파악하였다. 데이터 분석 결과, 총 10개의 주요 주제가 도출되었으며, 이 중 3개 주제는 상승 추세를 보이는 핫 토픽으로 확인되었으며 그 분야는 Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure, Energy and Environmental Policy, Optimization and Algorithms이었다. 그러나, 5개 주제는 하락 추세를 보이는 콜드 토픽으로 분류되었으며 그 분야는 Battery Temperature and Cooling, Battery Materials and Chemistry, Motor and Mechanical Design, Control Strategies and Systems, Battery Components and Materials이었다. 본 연구에서는 전기 자동차 분야의 최신 연구 동향을 이해하는 데 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하였으며, 전기자동차 관련 연구자가 연구 주제 선정에 필요한 유용한 정보를 제공하였다.

Capturing research trends in structural health monitoring using bibliometric analysis

  • As civil infrastructure has continued to age worldwide, its structural integrity has been threatened owing to material deteriorations and continual loadings from the external environment. Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) has emerged as a cost-efficient method for ensuring structural safety and durability. As SHM research has gradually addressed an increasing number of structure-related problems, it has become difficult to understand the changing research topic trends. Although previous review papers have analyzed research trends on specific SHM topics, these studies have faced challenges in providing (1) consistent insights regarding macroscopic SHM research trends, (2) empirical evidence for research topic changes in overall SHM fields, and (3) methodological validations for the insights. To overcome these challenges, this study proposes a framework tailored to capturing the trends of research topics in SHM through a bibliometric and network analysis. The framework is applied to track SHM research topics over 15 years by identifying both quantitative and relational changes in the author keywords provided from representative SHM journals. The results of this study confirm that overall SHM research has become diversified and multi-disciplinary. Especially, the rapidly growing research topics are tightly related to applying machine learning and computer vision techniques to solve SHM-related issues. In addition, the research topic network indicates that damage detection and vibration control have been both steadily and actively studied in SHM research.

국방기획 관리업무의 기획단계에서 국방개혁 2020 추진과제들에 대한 계층분석적 의사결정 적용 (Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process of Defense Innovation 2020 Advanced Topics in Plan Step of Defense Planning Management Afftair)

  • 21세기 선진 정예 강군을 위해 군이 지향해야 할 국방개혁 2020의 과제들은 2020년 전후 국방환경과 국방개혁 4대 중점사항을 토대로 총 21개 대과제와 80개 소과제를 선정하여 국방개혁을 추진해 나간다는 내용을 주요 골자로 하고 있다. 국방기본정책서를 기초로 추진하게 될 '국방개혁 2020' 은 기획단계인 초기단계로서 과제들에 대한 의사결정이 필요로 하나, 군은 현재 2단계인 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 기획과 예산을 연결시켜 의사결정을 구체화하고 있다. 과제들의 우선순위에 대한 의사결정이 계획단계에 이르러서야 비로소 결정되기 때문에 최초 기획단계부터 의사결정이 이루어진다면 현재보다 효율적인 과제수행이 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구는 국방부에서 발표한 '국방개혁 2020' 추진과제들을 가지고 기획단계에서부터 계층분석적 의사결정방법을 적용하여 과제들의 대한 그룹의사결정을 실시하였다. 또한, 추진과제 들의 가중치가 동일할 경우 15개 과제들의 가중치가 어떻게 변화하는가에 대한 민감도 분석을 실시하였고, 내 외부 평가자들의 과제들에 대한 가중치를 그룹의사결정을 통해 분석함으로서 과제들의 우선순위를 제시하였다.
