국가과학기술지식정보서비스(이하 NTIS)에서는 국가R&D과제정보를 제공하고 있다. 과제정보는 '과제명', '과제수행기관', '연구책임자명' 등의 메타정보와 '연구목표', '연구내용', '기대효과'와 같은 과제를 설명하는 텍스트들로 구성되어있다. 과제정보 100만건을 대상으로 검색한 결과목록에서 '연구목표' 나 '연구내용' 등을 모두 확인하여 원하는 과제정보를 찾기 위해서는 많은 시간이 필요하다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 국가R&D 과제정보 내에서 장문의 텍스트로 구성된 부분을 요약하는 과제정보 요약 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 한국어의 언어학적 특징을 분석하여 전처리기를 구축하고 전처리된 텍스트 정보를 처리하기 위한 자연어 처리 기술 기반 과제정보 요약 모델을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 장문으로 구성된 과제정보를 압축 및 요약된 형태로 제공하여, 이용자들이 요약정보만으로도 전반적인 내용을 쉽고 빠르게 유추하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

Compared to research on the success of IT projects in general, research on the management of conflict in IT teams and its impact on project success is insufficient. This research performed a comparative study to analyze the nature and evolving phenomenon of conflicts in IT project teams. This study aimed at; First, Why a conflict is created within and around an IT project team. Second, What is the phenomenon of conflict evolution, diffusion, and/or resolution? Third, How the differences in conflict management style affects the IT project performance? Three propositions were drawn from the analysis of two intensive analysis of conflict cases and their comparison. Proposition 1 : Both 'the method of pointing out a problem' and 'the pointed-out contents' can be the trigger of conflicts around an IT project. Proposition 2 : While the focus of attention of one party is 'the method of pointing out a problem', if the other's and focus of attention of one party is 'the pointed-out contents', that is, if the focus of attention mismatch, the conflict can be amplified. Proposition 3 : According to the temporal nature of the relationship, e.g., short-term versus long-term, the way people approach and deal with the conflict differs.

Recently, Korean construction industry is moving from quantitative growth to qualitative growth. Among the changes in the construction industry, the competency of the project manager who represents the construction project as well as the construction company has been referred to as a factor that effects qualitative growth. This research utilized previous research analysis and expert interview in order to extract essential competency factors of a construction project manager. DEMATEL method was utilized to analyze the quantitative and objective causal relationship between the competency factors. The causal relationship of the competency factors were visualized through Digraph (directed graph) and competency areas of the project manager that requires strengthening were also suggested. Analysis result showed that the important competency categories of a project manager were Internal & External Communication, Project Management Body of Knowledge, and Inspirational Leadership. The analysis results of this research can be utilized in developing competency enhancement method for future project managers and as a basic data in developing an education program.

90년대에 들어서면서부터 미래원천기술 개발에 필요한 양성자원 및 중성자원의 중요성이 부각됨으로써, 이에 적합한 고에너지(수백 MeV${\sim}$수 GeV) 및 대전류(수십 mA)의 대형 양성자 가속기가 개발되어 반도체 생산, 의료장비 등 여러 분야에 널리 적용되고 있는 추세이다[1, 2]. 이에 양성자 사업단은 21세기 미래 원천기술을 개발하고 산업경쟁력을 제고하며 공공복지를 증진시킬 수 있는 양성자가속기를 개발하여, NT, BT, IT, ST등 중요 국가과학기술분야의 발전기반을 확충하기 위한 프론티어 사업목표로 하고 있으며 이에 부응할 수 있는 양성자 가속기 연구센터 건설계획을 설정하여 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 양성자가속기 연구센터 지원시설 건축설계의 일환으로 수행되고 있는 전기, 소방, 통신 및 방범설비 설계과정에서 각 설비설계시의 주요기능 및 특징에 관해 기술하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성에 미치는 교육만족도의 영향력을 검증하고 이 관계에서의 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구에 활용된 자료는 한국노인인력개발원에서 실시한 2010년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사 원자료이며, 1,220명이 분석대상이다. 연구방법은 기술분석과 단순상관분석을 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석으로 연구모형을 검증하고, Sobel test를 통해 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 노인일자리사업의 교육만족도는 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교육만족도는 사업효과성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직무만족도를 매개로 하여 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성을 높이기 위해서는 참여 노인에 대한 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 향후 교육프로그램의 발전방향에 대해 제언하며, 직무만족도 또한 고려해야 함을 제시하였다.

This paper presents a method for solving project planning problem which the opinions of experts greatly disagree in each activity processing time. Triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs) are used to represent activity times of experts. And we introduce a pessimistic project planning with major TFNs and an optimistic project planning with minor. TFNs, and illustrate the approach using a combination of the existing composite and the comparison methods, which is used to solve the complex project planning problem.
