This research reviewed previous research related to Performance Measurement Models of Knowledge Management (PMMKM) in order to integrate their findings with more recent research and construct a new PMMKM. This new hypothetical PMMKM consists of an input sector, a process sector, an outcome sector, and an infrastructure sector. Each sector has three measurement items with the exception of the infrastructure sector which has two. Empirical analyses testing the overall performance model validity of the hypothetical PMMKM were favorable. However, it show be noted that the "share process" and "utilization process" items in the process sector merged into one single item. The same is true with the "individual outcome" and "organization outcome" items in the outcome sector found one single item. The study's results reveal three implications with respect to performance. First, there are derived integrated performance measurement sectors and items based on overall management process of knowledge management, which can be practically applied to the government related research entities. This became apparent after extensive review or previous theoretical studies related to the public sector and private sector. Second, weighted performance measurement of knowledge management using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) Analysis makes it possible to propose PMMKM in government sponsored research institutes. Finally, measuring performance to management knowledge, as shown in this study, will prove useful for inside and outside experts who propose specific guidelines and methodologies for Knowledge management at government sponsored research institutes.

The data-driven research environment is rapidly changing. Accordingly, domestic university libraries are also preparing to establish and operate research data management services to support university researchers. This study was designed to propose a research data management service to support researchers in science and technology specialized university libraries. In order to propose the service, 11 universities specializing in science and technology were selected from overseas and domestic universities and their research data management services were analyzed. Key categories were derived from analysis results, research data management, electronic research notebooks, and RDM training. In particular, the 'research data management' category included DMP, data collection, data management, data preservation, data sharing and publishing, data reuse, infrastructure and tools. And it consists of RDM guides and policies. The results of this study will be helpful in introducing and operating research data management services in science and technology specialized university libraries.

This paper presents a review on the operations research modeis for environmental management including water, land, and air poliution in the environmental chain and including waste treatment, reverse logistics, and product recovery in the supply chain for last 30 years. The integrated and globalized environmental issues have given OR professionals a lot of natural opportunities for an effective environmental management with mathematical programming and computer simulation tool.

The field of international management has consistently been recognized as one of the key research pillars in the grand scope of trade studies. In this paper, we conducted critical review on literatures of international management, which were published in Korea Trade Review from 1975 to 2019. Especially, this paper analyzed 'when did research results in the field of international management appear in Korea Trade Review for the first time?', 'how many papers in the field of international management have been published in Korea Trade Review so far?', 'what topics have the papers in the field of international management published in Korea Trade Review mainly described?', and 'what research methods have the papers in the field of international management published in Korea Trade Review adopted?' In particular, this paper compared the similarities and differences between the research issues in leading global journals and those of international management research papers published in Korea Trade Review. In addition, some implications for future research would be suggested regarding what characteristics of international management studies will be meaningful to be published in the Korea Trade Review.

In 2006, Korean Government decided to relocate the several Government bodies and public institutes. They include total of 49 central Government agencies, semi-government agencies, and 17 national research institutes. The completion of the relocation program has been set to be final in 2030. The target population for the city plan is set to be 500,000. The goal of MAC is first to complete the first phase of the program by 2014 within the budget. In order to achieve the goal, considerable time has been spent to properly establish the program management system. The success of MAC's Multi-function Program Administration System is too early to determine as it is still in progressive. The success depends on the operations not the development.

To effective a watershed management, it is necessary to have one or more quantitative measures that can be used to evaluate the relationship between pollutant sources and their impact on water quality. Such measurable quantities are termed indicators. Once an indicator has been selected, a target value for that indicator must be established that seek to distinguish between the impaired and unimpaired state of the waterbody. Various factors will be considered for the selection of an appropriate watershed management indicator. For example, available data, application, management conditions, cost, etc. This paper lists various factors that should be addressed in choosing a watershed management indicators and investigates applicable indicators during watershed management period.

With the rapid development of China economy, many engineering projects with large scale and investment were constructed in China and some were the biggest ones in the world. With the development of engineering practice, great progress in the research of engineering management of China was made and a large number of research findings were embodied in content of research papers and were represented by technical words. To know the state of arts in the research field of engineering management in China, three major parts, namely title, abstract and keywords of research papers in last five years from three representative Chinese journals about engineering management were chose as research materials. Unlike western languages, there are no delimiters between the words of Chinese, so the maximum matching and frequency statistics (MMFS) method, a text segmentation technique of text mining Chinese, was presented to extract the features consisting of technical words, phrases and words from the research materials. Recent research and developing trend of engineering management in China were found by comparing and analyzing the difference of technical words in the research materials of last five years.

Many R&D organizations have interests on knowledge management system(KMS) to organize and utilize their knowledge resources. Currently, for research collaboration and knowledge management R&D organizations use either a specialized knowledge management system or a set of general application systems such as basic messaging system and document management system. The objectives of this paper are to identify important functionalities of knowledge management systems based on team characteristics and knowledge process of research teams in research organizations and to provide implications to design and implement knowledge management system for R&D teams. Survey results show that research teams perceive communication, collaboration and connection functionalities are important when their team sizes are large or they are distributed. During knowledge capture process, they need personalization of knowledge to reduce information overload.

The Korean Family Resource Management Association(KFRMA) celebrated its $20^{th}$ anniversary in 2016. KFRMA has tried to improve the quality of family life through research and education since it was formed in 1996. The purpose of this study was to show the contributions of this association and to suggest the future direction. For these purposes, this study showed the process of development through themes of 40 symposiums and it analyzed the research trends among articles published in the Journal of KFRMA. Based on this evaluation, this study suggested an expansion of the research area, the identification of family resource management relating to family policies or healthy family services. Support for leading research projects and the training of healthy family specialists are needed in this association for next 20 years.

Knowledge Management System is defined as an Information system to support the integrated knowledge management process for maximizing value of the knowledge assets in organizations. From that point of view, the system performance - the usage level of the system and user satisfaction - can be an available measure of the knowledge management system success. Many previous research were focused on the application of a new technological component for knowledge management processes or the construction of the overall system architecture in spite of the importance of the system performance. The purpose of this study is to Identify the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. To do this, we conducted an exploratory case studies of eight companies. We applied theories of information system success to knowledge management system and investigated some specific strategic components as additional affecting factors. Finally, we proposed research model and ex propositions regarding the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. The implication of the findings and future research directions were discussed.
