On Concerning to the Bushing for the High Voltage Transformer and GCB & GIS which we have imported of all type owing to the insufficiency of internal production facilities and the want of technology, our research team succeeded in the development of the 72.5kV/1200A Gas Bushing for GCB & GIS. We carried out the dimensions & visual tests and the mechanical & electrical tests, and we have got the favorable test-results.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper analyzes the relationship between the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) and Corporate Value to estimate whether the characteristics of Firm can change this relationship. Design/methodology/approach - This paper utilizes the total 776 firms' data over the period 2014-2018, and develops a new ESG index which was estimated by PCA. Findings - First, the estimated ESG index implies that Large company has the highest value of CSR, while Medium sized and Small company have the relatively low one. And comparing to the case of 2014, the trend of ESG index in Large company does not decrease in 2018. Second, there is a clear and significant non linear relationship between CSR and corporate value, it implies that the U-shaped exists in the Korean Firms. Such a tendency is mush stronger in the Large company. Third, the new ESG index indicates that it takes more time to increase Firm value in the Medium sized and Small company while there is a high possibility of increasing value in Large company from the little gab between the threshold points and mean value of ESG. Research implications or Originality - The non linear tendency between the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Value is strongly affected by Firm size and the relative high quintile of ESG, but it is less affected by Firm history.

In the original design of K2 tank the Vertical Sensor Unit(VSU) was mounted to measure the attitude of the main gun to enhance the hit probability. In this research, as a part of efforts to reduce the cost of K2, it was theoretically simulated and evaluated to use the data from Inertial Navigation System(INS) for the calculation of the gun attitude instead of the direct measurement using VSU. It was found that the negative effect of INS approach is negligible and the elimination of VSU is technically possible and beneficial to the system.

The improvement of the reliability of weapon systems and the reduction of the total life-cycle cost based on the improving of the DT&E system for Company Organized weapon systems research and development are urgently required. The major advanced countries operate test and evaluation centers for military (U.S.), manage a large scale organization of IPT personnel (England) or conduct management of DT&E through a third party organization (France). Based on a survey of experts, an improvement of the DT&E policy in terms of reliability and objectiveness is needed, and management through a third party national defense agency and civilian agency such as the Surion development case is required. In addition, although it appears that efficiency improves when management of DT&E is performed by national defence agencies rather than civilian agencies, it is necessary to proceed by selecting a civilian agency based on competition in the case that it is difficult to select a national defence agency.

A software support system, called procurement engineering management support system (PeMSS), is currently under development through a joint research project. The procurement-related scenarios considered in this research is as follow: an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company receives an EPC project contract and starts the project to deliver the agreed system to the acquirer. In order to acquire the required equipments that the EPC company does not produce by itself, it eventually interacts with subcontractors, also called vendors. The EPC company responsibilities during the procurement activities are twofold. First, the EPC company has to guarantee that it has ordered the equipment, through issuing Purchase Order (PO), based on the requirements stated in the contract. Second, the EPC company has to verify that the received equipment designs, called Vendor Print (VP), meet the specifications in the PO, before finally acquiring the equipments. During our survey study, we discovered that EPC company takes a lot of time and effort to create PO and verify VP, mainly because these activities are performed manually by the responsible engineers. Therefore, we intent to support the above activities by developing a support system to the legacy procurement system that can trace the requirements from the contract to the PO and VP, among other functionalities. At the time of the writing of this paper, PeMMS is still under-development, thus, in this paper we focus on presenting the development steps of PeMMS using systems engineering theory and introducing the PO creation function. Wholly, PeMSS attempts to reduce the time and effort of engineers on the procurements activities while also increasing the quality of the procurement outcomes.

This technology Provides an economical Production of high value added goods applicable to electro chemicals by recycling of waste products in EGL(Electro Galvanizing Line). The waste products produced in EGL contain potassium chloride (KCI), nickel and zinc. Highly pure KCI and Zinc Chloride which are raw material of electro plating, can be produced by the development of the recycling process. The scope of this study ranges from laboratory experiments to pilot test in plant. We have developed the whole process of recycling technology such as purification method of waste products, fabrication methods of electro chemicals, basic design of plant, pilot scale production and evaluation of pilot goods, Developed electro chemicals were pure enough to satisfy the specification of steel company.

Practical problem-solving studies in a company or organization have provided great advantages for our university and students. For example, such studies can lead them to build a stronger relationship with local governments and companies as well as develop their research through collaborative studies. On the other hand, comments from companies or organizations that accepted our students showed that they did not always have advantages. This study seeks ways to establish a sustainable long-term internship program that can offer advantages for companies. Advantages and disadvantages of the internship are written by the company on the evaluated sheet. These feedback comments are analyzed by text-mining approach. It is shown that there are three types of company and organizations depending on their reasons for accepting students. Next, suitable internship programs for each type, including their period and expense distribution are presented.

본 연구는 물류산업에 있어 중심의 위치를 차지하고 있는 항만산업에서 컨테이너 터미널 운영 기업(Container Terminal Operating Company, TOC)들이 현재 처해 있는 경제 상황하에서 생존을 하기 위해 어떠한 모습으로 변화되어야 할 것인지, 그리고 21세기를 선도하기 위하여 TOC들이 반드시 갖추어야 할 역량이 무엇인가에 관한 체크리스트와 미래를 어떻게 대비해 나가야 하는가에 대한 로드맵(roadmap)을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 국내의 컨테이너 터미널 운영 기업들이 현재 처해있는 환경에 대한 새로운 인식을 통해 컨테이너 TOC들의 목표를 재 설정하고, 차세대 컨테이너 TOC의 모델을 제시한다. 그리고 이에 대한 추진과제를 설정하고 이렇게 설정된 과제들 중에서 정보시스템 부분에 대한 실행 계획 및 요소 기술, 추진 전략 등을 제시한다.

Microstructural changes of AlOOH doped UO$_2$pellet after annealing up to 216h have been observed and they were compared with those of the standard pellet. Grain and pore size of UO$_2$pellet increased with the addition of AlOOH and its effect was still validated during annealing. Densification rate was reduced by the addition of AlOOH and it was attributed to coarsened pores with spherical shape. Grain and pore growth was stopped and density increase was the least after 144h of annealing. The variation of pore size resulting from annealing has a linear relationship with that of grain size.

The research is done with reference to insurance industry. Three companies are taken for the study, first one is LIC, second is ICICI Prudential and third one is ING Vysya life insurance. The impact of advertising message was seen on the brand image of these companies. Six print ads were taken for each company and data was collected from five hundred and forty respondents and forming a sample size of thirty. Three questionnaires were prepared one for brand image before showing ad; second one for advertising message and third one for brand image after showing ads. Through this study these three companies were also compared on the ground of which company has the effect on its brand image by showing ads of that company before and after.
