This study aims at discovering the reasons why some customers do not want a relationship. In line with this observation, this paper explores customers' future relationship intentions according to the reasons identified. Based upon a qualitative methodology by way of in depth interviews, we have identified seven factors (e.g., passive loyalty, negative experience, relevance, negative indifference, positive indifference, and emotional value) that lead a consumer not wanting to maintain an ongoing relationship with a company. In Study 2, the author attempts to reveal the effects of each factor over time. The findings show that psychological motivations are useful in improving CRM performance.

The purpose of this article is to introduce ocean energy and its application. In recent years, the energy consumption and requirement of fossil resources are increased due to the advanced life style. But, the amount of fossil fuels have limitation. Also, it is difficult to construct new large power plant facilities for the production of electric energy. Therefore, the necessities to study and to find out other energy resources are increased more and more. In the ocean, the efforts of using tide, wave, tidal current and thermal energy are should be attempt. To satisfy the needs, corporation is required among the government, research institute, university and company.

Small sized companies have not been successful in systematically applying statistical process control because of insufficient human resources. In this paper we present a case study of automatic checking system for a small sized company which produces various types of gears. A systematic way of automatically measuring gears is proposed and statistical analysis methods are presented. To reduce variation in the measurement data, a standard operating procedure is also proposed. This case study can be helpful to quality assurance practitioners of small sized companies who are willing to develop checking or inspection systems for their products.

오늘날 다변하는 한전의 전력 IT 환경에서는 전력 IT 가치를 최적화 할 수 있는 새로운 설치 기준검토가 필요하다. 기존 환경에서는 유연하지 못한 설계 때문에 통신설비를 적절한 시간 내에, 합리적 비용으로 구축한다는 것이 현실적으로 어려웠다. 그러나, 현재 통신기기 제작업체의 '모듈식 표준화'를 통해 통신실 설치요건을 최적화 할 수 있는 여건이 마련되고 있다. 이와 같은 새로운 환경에서 전력 IT 가치를 높여 주는 핵심 요인은 확장성을 고려한 모듈화 및 표준화이다. 본 연구에서는 통신실 구성 요소들의 모듈화와 랙 단위 중심의 시스템 통합을 위하여 통합시스템 표준지침과 그 규격 설정에 목적을 두었다.

경제수준의 향상되면 안정적인 전력공급에 대한 국민의 기대는 증가된다. 최근 몇 년 동안 유가의 급등으로 리비아 경제 여건은 좋아지고 있으며 이에 따라 안정적인 전력공급에 대한 관심도 증가하고 있다. 최근 리비아(Libya) 수도 트리폴리(Tripoli)에서는 낙뢰에 의한 송전선 사고로 대규모 정전이 발생하였으며 이에 대한 대책수립이 요구되고 있다. 현재 한전에서는 송변전 및 배전분야에서 리비아 전력청(General Electric Company Of Libya)에서 발주한 용역을 수행중이다. 이에 따라 리비아 전력청에서는 리비아 220kV 송전선로의 뇌 사고율 분석 및 저감방안에 대한 검토를 요청하였으며 본 논문에서는 그 검토 결과를 설명하고자 한다.

The life time of PV module is semi-permanent. But, because of installation and module fabrication process, its important part can not be finished. In this paper, we analyze 15 years old modules made from different company. Among the PV modules, the maximum power drop ratio was 12.23% minimum and 80.63% maximum. Also the effect of solar cell's short circuit current difference was analyzed. The PV module exposed about 65days, its the maximum power drop ratio was 1.29% minimum and 23.43% maximum. It is for reduction of current value. And the reason for current reduction was due to reduction of parallel resistance of solar cell. To prevent early degradation, it is need to have attention to fabrication, installation and maintenance.

As the modern technology of continuous casting plant is focused on improvement of slab quality, the control system of strand driven roll which has positive effect is investigated in this paper. An irregular distribution of withdrawal force gives rise to horizontal crack in high and middle grade carbon steel. Based on the basic understanding on design concept of high technology company, monitoring the withdrawal force distribution of strand driven roll and analysis of the control system was Performed at continuous casters of POSCO. The control algorithm of withdrawal force distribution for A.C motor vector control, which was derived from above study and had been applied for POSCO Kwangyang 1-4 continuous casting plant, is presented.

This paper presents the potential of in-vehicle data recorder system for monitoring aggressive driving patterns and providing feedback to drivers on their on road behaviour. This system can detect 10 risky types of drivers' driving patterns such as aggressive lane change, sudden brakes and turns with acceleration etc. Vehicle dynamics simulation and vehicle road test have been performed in order to develop driving pattern recognition algorithms. Recorder systems are installed to 50 buses in a single company. Drivers' driving behaviour are monitored for 1 month. The drivers' risky driving data collected by the system are analyzed. Aggressive lane change in 50km/h below is a cause in overwhelming majority of risky driving pattern.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic information on exporter's coordination methods from the attitude of agro-food exporters. The implications are; Firstly, most of exporters believe that the agro-food export raises farmer's competitiveness rather than it does the farmhouse's income increase. Secondly, The stabilization of the farm-gain income by exporting agricultural products are most important in order to reinforce the cohesion between farmers and exporters. Thirdly, the exporters intend to participate in establishing and operating a large-scale producers' organization and marketing company under export polices. So, it is necessary that the government drive to coordinate the exporters and producers.
