사용후핵연료 최종처분을 위해 심층처분은 세계적으로 가장 선호되는 방법이다. 이를 위해 선진국들은 자국 여건에 가장 잘 부합되는 고유의 처분시스템 개발에 주력하고 있거나, 일부 확보하여 상용처분사업에 적용하고 있다. 현재까지 알려진 대부분의 심층처분시스템은 공학적 및 천연방벽으로 구성된 다중방벽시스템이다. 이들 처분시스템은 수 천 년 ~ 수 십만 년 이상의 성능기간이 대하여 성능 안전성의 입증이 확인되어야 후속 상용처분사업에 적용 가능하다. 입증 현안과제들은 처분시스템의 상능 안전성 확보를 위해 수행되는 모든 행위 즉, 조사, 분석, 해석, 평가, 설계, 건설, 운영 및 폐쇄에 이르는 전 과정에 있어서 추진 과정과 결과에 대한 실현 가능성과 실증에 필요한 내용들이 해당된다. 이를 위해 대부분의 선진국들은 자국내 분포하는 대표적인 선호암종 지역에서 지하연구시설(URL)을 건설하여 실증 시연프로그램을 수행하거나 완성단계에 있다. 이 과정과 결과들은 후속되는 최종처분장 부지선정 과정에 평가기준으로 활용될 것이며, 최종처분시설의 성능 안전성평가에 필수적으로 적용하게 된다. 지하연구시설은 또한 규제-일반대중-전문가 등 다양한 이해당사자들로 하여금 심층처분의 안전성 수준에 대한 이해제고와 토론의 마당으로서 핵심적인 역할과 기능을 할 것으로 기대된다.

일반적으로, Thyristor와 같은 반도체 소자는 수명이 반영구적이라고 알려져 왔으나, 실제로는 사용 시간이 지남에 따라 열화 과정을 가지는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이는 소자 제조 공정상의 결함이나 가공 불량, 소자 접합면에 존재하는 물리적 불균질성 등이 원인이 되는데 이들 원인으로 인해 반도체 소자내에 취약부위가 존재하게 된다. Thyristor 소자 응용 시스템에 있어서, 운용 중 발생되는 전기적 물리적 스트레스는 Thyristor 소자내의 취약부위에 집중되는데, 시간이 지남에 따라 취약부위가 확산되고 열화가 가속되어 갑작스런 소자 파손으로 이어지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 Thyristor 소자의 열화 과정을 이론적인 측면에서 해석하고, 실제 산업현장에서의 Thyristor 열화 발생 사례를 중심으로 대용량 Thyristor의 열화 평가방법에 대하여 고찰한다.

There are many applicable services such as remote metering, load control, distribution line automation, Pole transformer Monitoring having their own networks in the electric power company. The application of the optical network technology as the back-born network to the Automation Systems in KEPCO is potentially beneficial in reliability, speed, and expandability. The 1-core and 2-core optical modems were developed and used by the Distribution Automation System. But, They had some disadvantages and advantages. So, We designed the new optical modems applied each advantages. This paper presents some of design efforts and test results for the multi-channel optical modem at KRPRI.

Since the restructuring in electricity industry, single utility company, KEPCO, was being unbundled horizontanly and vertically, which resulted in 6 generation companies. Hence, electricity statistics system leaded by KEPCO is no longer efficiently sustainable. By introduction of electricity market, the importance of statistical information is getting higher and higher. From now on, the leading role played in statistical system in electricity field should be switched from KEPCO to government. This paper looks into change in statistical work driven by electricity and provides alternatives applicable to new electricity market. In addition, this paper provides new standard form for the collection of statistical data and construction of statistical system.

GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) 내부에서 부분방전 신호를 검출 할 수 있는 UHF(Ultra High Frequency) 센서를 제작하고 그 특성을 조사하였다. UHF 센서는 GIS 내부에서 전기적, 기계적으로 안정된 형태로 제작되었으며, 영국의 NGC(National Grid Company)에서 제시한 규격을 충분히 만족함을 확인하였다. 부분방전 신호가 발생되는 모형 GIS 내에 UHF 센서를 장착하여 실제 부분방전 산호가 잘 측정됨을 확인하였다.

In Korea, 1, 357 tonnes of benzoyl peroxide was produced as a white granule with purities ranging 22 to 95％ in 2001. 75% of benzoyl peroxide is mainly used in the manufacture of expandable styrene polymer and other resins as initiators of polymerization and also been used in the treatment of acne vulgaris and the medical product contains mainly 5 to 10% of it. A very small portion of benzoyl Peroxide is used as flour bleaching agent, Potential human exposure from workplaces is expected to be negligible because this chemical is produced in closed system in only one company in Korea and when a production facility monitors its workplace for the worker exposure annually, the concentration of airborne aerosols at the personal sampling has been less than 1mg/㎥.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials for the brief patterns and design development for the elderly women to select number 1 to 3 brands according to their brand preference surveying the elderly women with average shapes, and to compare and analyze the exterior fit and functionality. Accordingly, this study proposed basic materials needed for panty pattern suitable for average shapes of the elderly women. The results of the study are as follows: 1 . Looking into the style, they preferred white the best. Regarding the patterns, almost half preferred patterns and rest of them did not. With the panty with patterns, they wanted small and implicit flower patterns. The design they liked was midi, maxi and then mini in order. When looking into the brands, they preferred 'Company B', 'Company SS', 'Company SY', and then market products. The reason why they selected those panty was feeling of fitness, price and then material. 2. To classify the figures of elderly women, we grouped the subjects with strata method using minimal dispersion method. Type 1 is the average, type 2 is for obese women and type 3 is slender women. 3. 3 brands were selected that were produced using CM 40's and elderly women preferred best. When executing wearing test on two elderly women who have average figure according to the body measures in previous study and body measure of Size Korea total exterior evaluation score was Company A, B and C in order.

As the construction of multi-family housings, especially apartments, has been increased since 1970s, the multi-family housing becomes one of the main housing types in Korea. With the increase of multi-family housings, managing them becomes an important issue. Since 2010, the government has made a lowest price award system by a competitive bid compulsory to promote the development of housing management systems. Although competitive bids were implemented, the maintenance company was finally selected by the price without any other consideration. Consequently, the quality of management service was not enhanced. The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement scheme of multi-family housing management system. In this study, the bidding data of "K-apt", the bidding method and the successful tendered price are analyzed. The results of analyzing bidding materials, the proportion of applying a lowest price system was 67.7%. Also many diverse ways to select the best management company were used, but most of these ways were violate the law and guidelines of Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs. It meant that the lowest price award system was not implemented by strict standards and didn't correspond with the needs of residents of apartment. This condition made the housing maintenance quality low and deteriorated the management industry development. To enhance this condition, a new standard to select the management company, which are included contents of quality of managing quality, management expenses and companies' soundness, is necessary.

Mobile social network is becoming more and more popular with respect to the development and popularity of mobile devices and interpersonal sociality. As the amount of social data increases in a great deal and cloud computing techniques become developed, the architecture of mobile social network is evolved into cloud-based that mobile clients send data to the cloud and make data accessible from clients. The data in the cloud should be stored in a secure fashion to protect user privacy and restrict data sharing defined by users. Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) is currently considered to be a promising security solution for cloud-based mobile social network to encrypt the sensitive data. However, its ciphertext size and decryption time grow linearly with the attribute numbers in the access structure. In order to reduce the computing overhead held by the mobile devices, in this paper we propose a new Outsourcing decryption and Match-then-decrypt CP-ABE algorithm (OM-CP-ABE) which firstly outsources the computation-intensive bilinear pairing operations to a proxy, and secondly performs the decryption test on the attributes set matching access policy in ciphertexts. The experimental performance assessments show the security strength and efficiency of the proposed solution in terms of computation, communication, and storage. Also, our construction is proven to be replayable choosen-ciphertext attacks (RCCA) secure based on the decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman (DBDH) assumption in the standard model.

Purpose - Generally, the consumer's decision-making process for restaurant selection is simple and familiar. However, online information becomes important because the decision-making process of consumers becomes complicated in new restaurants and special situations. Because consumers can search for information online, information retrieval is now possible in selecting new restaurants. In particular, consumers often make decisions based on online information when making restaurant reservations. Research design, data, and methodology - All items were measured based on previous studies. The data were collected from customers who had visited the store by visiting the web page of the food service franchise within the last 3 months for the panel of the online survey institute. The questionnaires were surveyed from July 2 to July 11, 2018 for about 10 days. A mail and a message were sent to 2,000 people, and 310 people were asked to complete the questionnaire. Total of 303 data were used in the questionnaire, excluding 7 insufficient data. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Consensus, vividness, and neutrality have positive effects on enjoyment. Consensus have positive effect on anxiety, but vividness and neutrality did not have significant effect on anxiety. Also, enjoyment has a positive influence on intention to visit, and anxiety has a negative influence on visit intention. Conclusions - First, franchise companies online advertising in a variety of ways, but they are mixed with other customers' WOM and offered to consumers. In this case, the information provided by the company may be distorted. Therefore, a restaurant franchise company needs to operate an official online channel to provide accurate information to its customers. Second, it is necessary to make contents so that other customers can participate in online channels of food service franchise companies. Third, food service franchise company should produce enough online contents to experience indirectly even if the customer does not visit the store directly. Fourth, food service franchise company needs to prepare a way for many customers to participate in many official contents.
