  • It has been passed around two decades since the CM is introduced in December 1996. And 20 years have passed. Construction Technology Management Act is the enacted of 1987, since Independence Hall fire in 1986. In the meantime, basic background and operational rather than the development of regulations that skewed had a voice of concern. Accordingly, Ministry of land is promoting a full-scale revision that Construction Technology Promotion law as switching to promote and support the necessity from Regulatory and management-oriented paradigm. In this paper, according to the Construction and Technology Promotion law amended in the course of doing business, was conducting research for drawn counterstrategy through SWOT analysis that was not the side of owner but CM company.

가족친화지수 추세분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Transition of the Family-Friendly Index)

  • This study analyzes the transition of the Family-Friendly Index from 2007 to 2012. This index was developed using a questionnaire survey that is distributed to listed companies and public institutions every year by the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family(MOGEF) and the Family-Friendly Support Center. The Family-Friendly Index contains an introduction to and the practical use of family-friendly regulations and programs, such as flexible working systems, parental leave, family leave, EAP, and family-friendly culture. The number of companies involved in the Family-Friendly Index is increasing every year, and has increased from 41.7 in 2007 to 58.9 in 2012. In particular, family-friendly companies testimonialized by the MOGEF are using more family-friendly programs than other company.

  • The aim of the research is analyzing the performance of the concrete IoT management system invented with similar technique from 'G' company to certify the performance of CIMS. As a results, the compressive strength assessing performance was compared. Since both systems assess concrete compressive strength with maturity method based on measured concrete temperature, both systems measured concrete temperature similarly, and maturity was calculated similarly. Therefore, the assumed compressive strength values were similar for both systems. Therefore, through the test, compressive strength assessing performance of CIMS was considered as a similar level of the 'G' company's system. Furthermore, it is considered that the CIMS has an additional advantage of reusability, adding capability of additional sensor, and wider range of Bluetooth communication.

  • The trends of research for concrete in recent days are the high performance, high flow, ultra high strength and high durability. These are being researched with a construction company and a materials company. Anyone have to use the good quality sand, gravel, high quality chemical compound and silica fume for ultra high strength concrete as yet. This paper was researched with the domestic materials, not use the high price silica fume for the development 100MPa ultra high strength concrete with laboratory tests and mock-up test.

  • Recently, in the shipping companies have been employing prudently in order to prevent from sea accidents occurred by human factors. Also the students of merchant marine universities are choosing prudently the shipping companies when taking a job. But many qualitative and quantitative factors are considered in decision making for the employment and the choice of a company. FSM(Fuzzy Structural Modeling) has been widely used in modeling the system composed of such qualitative and quantitative factor. In this paper, a case study is discussed for the analysis of the consciousness of the employment of shining companies and students' choice of such company in maritime university using FSM. Also this paper proposed the planes for educating and recruitment guiding the student in maritime university.

  • Today, the form of competition among companies quickly changes in new paradigm. In the past company activity was performed independently, but now dependently. With global age, that change is essential, the introduction of a system that integrates a series of courses is needed for the success of members. Nevertheless, those change are very slow in construction industry, that causes a lot of loss in project process. Construction industry produce structures with collaboration of other industries. There are difficulties that only one company make it, alone. In this trend, cooperation is essential. but the process of original brings a lot of loss From this perspective, this study will prove dependencies of construction industry. Draw out each factor from industrial cooperation, those analyze correlation with system dynamics. In conclusion, this study performs a basic research about 'Integrated Management System' of construction project.

Power Quality Optimal Control of Railway Static Power Conditioners Based on Electric Railway Power Supply Systems

  • Aiming at the negative sequence and harmonic problems in the operation of railway static power conditioners, an optimization compensation strategy for negative sequence and harmonics is studied in this paper. First, the hybrid RPC topology and compensation principle are analyzed to obtain different compensation zone states and current capacities. Second, in order to optimize the RPC capacity configuration, the minimum RPC compensation capacity is calculated according to constraint conditions, and the optimal compensation coefficient and compensation angle are obtained. In addition, the voltage unbalance ${\varepsilon}_U$ and power factor requirements are satisfied. A PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm is used to calculate the three indexes for minimum compensating energy. The proposed method can precisely calculate the optimal compensation capacity in real time. Finally, MATLAB simulations and an experimental platform verify the effectiveness and economics of the proposed algorithm.

  • 우리나라의 기업들은 급속한 기술 발전에 따라 단순히 제품을 많이 생산하는 것이 아니라 고객의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해서 제품의 품질을 높이는 쪽으로 목표가 변화하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 변화를 충족시키기 위한 품질보증에 관한 국제표준을 준수하거나 인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 늘어나고 있으나, 단순 외부 검증 및 위탁을 통한 작업만 일시적으로 수행되는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 품질관련 국제표준 ISO9000과 조직에 관한 연구를 수행하여 기업의 품질을 보증하기 위한 조직의 구성과 역할 등에 대한 내용을 제시하였다.

  • We have developed 154kV OF cable accessories from 1987. 4 to 1990. 10 by doing assembly design, investing equipment, manufacturing inspecting parts, type testing in labortary, in our company, in KEPCO. The one of those accessories. Oil Stop Joint, has been developed by using Shield Metal Embeded Type Epoxy Unit. This is More reliable than old type.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 송전선로에 주로 적용하고 있는 역상수직 2회선 배열을 기본 모델로 하여 다양한 저감 설계기술 적용시의 FRF(Field Reduction Factor)를 구하는데 중점을 두었다. 검토한 결과로는 신규선로 저감기술로서는 송전선로의 경우 지상고 증가, Compact Tower개발, Diamond Tower의 채용, 일부 구간의 Transposed 선로배치 등이 우리나라에서 적용 가능한 후보군으로 분석되었다.
