Recently, statistical analysis tools have been changed to the applications on the World Wide Web that access data stored in databases. On-line analytical processing(OLAP) is a class of technologies that give users statistical information with multidimensional views of data in databases. In this paper, we introduce the concept and requisites of OLAP system, and we propose some research issues.

The adoption of cladding panels as dissipation device is a sort of passive control "ante litteram" for residential and commercial buildings. This paper gives details on the current technology outlining the difference between buffer panels and cladding panels. The discussion of robustness and resilience of the resulting system is afforded. It is shown that the strength of such solution, originally related to economy and light weight, is mainly associated with the respect of the main robustness requisites, as well as the short time it requires for removal and replacement (resilience).

The fisherman has been playing the roles of forming the fisheries village and surviving the fisheries production. Therefore, we should understand the nature of the fisherman's successor-cultivation which has been performed in order to maintain equlibrium between the fisheries economy and the national economy. Thesedays, fisherman's successor-cultivation mainly has been undertaken by the government in order to facilitate forming the economic foundation of fisherman's successor who has intended to choose "fisheries" as his own occupation in the future. From the above-mentioned, we find the meaning of the undertaking as both securing the foundation of living permanently and having the worth-while life of a professional fisherman by the survival and growth of his own business. And then, choosing the "fisheries" as an occupation, the successor should be satisfied with the requisites of occupation: 1) maintaining one's living, 2) working out one's individuality, 3) fulfilling one's social role-through engaging in the fisheries. Therefore, in order to have these requisites satisfied, I intend to suggest the followings : Firstly to maintain one's living, the environment of fisheies village should be kept in good condition to facilitate the successor's economic performance. Secondly to work out one's individuality, the fisheries' educational system should be adjusted to improve fisherman's ability. 1 hope to institute "the course of regional fisheries management" in fisheries high school and junior vocational collage, and "the school of fisheries management" for the learning of advanced fisheries knowledge. Thirdly to fulfill one's role, the opportunity actively participating in decision-making of the village's affair should be prepared more sufficiently, and the present fishing-centered fisheries system should be reformed into the fish-farming-centered fisheries system. To do this, the long-perspective vision is necessary. These three suggestions are come out from the macro-view point. Meanwhile the fisherman as an individual to improve his business is from the micro-view point. That is, the public aid, financial and legal, should be prepared. The above-mentioned suggestions are necessary to equalize fisherman's social status with other professional's especially from the result of improving the successor's economic force. Therefore, the principle of cultivating the fisherman's successor should be the principle of social equilibrium. be the principle of social equilibrium.

본 연구는 정부의 정책패러다임이 '질 좋은 창업' 으로 이행되고 있는 추세 속에, 질 좋은 창업의 개념 정립을 시도하고 이를 통해 질 좋은 창업이 창출 될 수 있는 서식지 모형을 제시하고 있다. 연구결과, '질 좋은 창업' 에 대한 직설적 논의는 정책적으로는 태동하였지만 이론적으로는 아직 충분하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 성공창업에 대한 연구는 부분적으로 진행 된 바 이러한 선행연구를 참조하고 미국의 대학창업교육 현황 분석을 통해 질 좋은 창업의 개념을 이론적으로 정립하고 이의 달성조건을 모형으로 제시하였다. '질 좋은 창업' 달성 모형 핵심은 질 좋은 창업성립요소 확보, 이의 혼합을 통한 준비과정, 그리고 이의 실행을 주도하고 지원하는 실행생태계였다. 이러한 모형은 이미 미국 대학교육에서 방대하게 실행되고 있다. 특히 미국 노스캐롤라이나주립대의 TEC 프로그램 사례분석을 통해 이를 검증한 '질 좋은 창업육성 시스템' 을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 교사관점에서 초등학교의 지역 위치에 따른 온라인 방과후학교에 대한 요구차이를 파악하여 지역간 우선적으로 추진해야 하는 정책적 사안에 대한 요구도를 도출함으로써, 온라인 방과후학교 프로그램 도입을 위한 단초를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위한 논의를 체계화하기 위하여 방과후학교 운영 경험이 있는 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시(n=155)하였다. 이후, 교사가 인식하고 있는 요구와 우선순위를 IPA모형 매트릭스로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 수도권의 경우 '온라인기반교육환경', '행정 운영 효율성', '전문강사 수급'의 대한 요구가 높았다. 반면 비수도권의 경우, '전문 강사 수급', '우수 콘텐츠', '온라인기반교육환경'이 높은 수준의 향상 요구도를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 온라인 방과후학교 도입 시, 실질적이면서도 실천가능한 정책을 입안·추진하는데 시사점을 제시할 것이며, 지역별 방과후학교 온라인 프로그램 운영 활성화 및 운영체제 개선을 위한 기초 자료로 참고할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The one of important requisites for fabricating molecular electronic device is the single crystal direction of bottom substrate nowadays. [1,2]. We obtain the optimum SAM result when the Au crystal is <111> structure for Self-Assembled molecular. To get the <111> crystal Au, we generally repeat heating and cooling course after evaporating Au [3]. However, we can fabricate <111> crystal Av thin film except post treatment because we simultaneously evaporate and anneal using Effusion Cell. In this paper, we study on thin film growth of <111> crystal Au as bottom electrode which is essential for Self-Assembled molecular by Effusion Cell and analyze crystal structure, thickness, surface conductivity and so on as each process condition.

The rf plasma chemical vapor deposition is a common method employed for diamond or amorphous carbon deposition. Diamond possesses the strongest bonding, as exemplified by a number of unique properties-extraordinary hardness, high thermal conductivity, and a high melting tempera tore. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the synthesis of semiconducting diamond and its use as semiconductor devices. An inductively coupled rf plasma CVD system for producing amorphous carbon films were developed. Uniform temperature and concentration profiles are requisites for the deposition of high quality large-area films. The system consists of rf matching network, deposition chamber, pumping lines for gas system. Gas mixtures with methane, and hydrogen have been used and Si (100) wafers used as a substrate. Amorphous carbon films were deposited with methane concentration of 1.5% at the process pressure of S torr~20 torr, and process temperature of about $750^{\circ}C$. The nucleation and growth of the amorphous carbon films have been characterized by several methods such as SEM and XRD.

Magnesium alloys are very attractive materials for appling to the development of autemobile parts or electric goods where light weight and higher stiffness. Due to higher ratio of strength vs. weight and stillness vs. weight, various magnesium alloys are well applied in much weight saving design applications though extrusion or die-casting process. However for the requisites of higher strength and weight savings, some new fabrication processes has been and it can be realized though the aid of injection modeling technology. To obtain the parametric data base for the injection molding process, various experiments were executed for AZ91D magnesium alloy. This paper propose the optimum condition of injection temperature, first and second pressure. the process was lined-up successfully often changing the injection unit. fluid pressure system from the conventional plastic injection molding process.

이 논문은 ${\lceil}$제2차 건설산업 진흥 기본계획의 기본과제와 중점과제을 검토하는 것이다. 우선 외환위기 이후의 건설 산업환경과 여건을 살펴보았고 이를 기초로 2차 기본계획이 수립되는 기간의 건설산업정책의 기본방향과 중점과제를 도출하였다. 그결과 건설산업 정책은 과거의 온정주의에 근거하여 건설산업을 구성하는 업체들의 형평성을 제고하는 것에서부터 경쟁에 근거한 효율성을 제고하는 것으로 전환되어야 하며 건설업체에 대한 엄격한 평가와 무제한적인 경쟁과 그리고 건설공사의 품질에 대한 무한 책임을 담보하는 국제기준(Global standard)의 건설산업이 형성될 수 있는 기반을 조성하여야 하고 이를 고려한 건설산업의 정책과제는 첫째, 건설산업의 효율성의 제고, 둘째, 국제규범의 건설체계의 구축, 셋째, 건설산업의 세계화 기반의 조성하는 것이고 이를 달성하기 위해서는 건설기술개발(정보화 포함), 건설인력육성, 건설공사 안전${\cdot}$환경 및 품질확보, 중소건설업 및 중소건설 용역업의 육성, 건설공사의 생산성 향상, 건설자재의 품질향상 및 규격표준화, 건설사업관리제도의 발전 등이 이루어져야 한다.

이 논문은 김정근과 그의 동조자들이 주장하는 디지털도서관의 여러 가지 사상과 주장을 검토하고 이를 단초로 삼아 우리나라에서 디지털도서관과 관련된 여러 가지 전개양상을 분석하고 있다. 그리고 그러한 전개양상을 토대로 현단계의 디지털도서관의 개발과 연구에 필요한 과제를 도출하게 된다. 주요한 논의는 디지털도서관의 기본요건, 디지털도서관의 운영체제에 관한 것들이다. 더불어, 디지털도서관을 체계적으로 연구개발하기 위한 토대로서 디지털도서관학의 설정을 제안하고 있다.
