This study aims at investigating the effects of digital accounting implementation on audit performance of tax auditors in Thailand through audit competency and audit report as the consequence. In addition, it examines the effects of audit learning, digital culture, and stakeholder expectation on digital accounting implementation. The key informants were Thailand's tax auditors. The data was collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to 349 tax auditors throughout Thailand. The response rate was 20.53%. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) is applied to test the research relationships. The results of this study show that digital accounting implementation has an important effect on its consequence, namely audit competency, audit report, and audit performance. Similarly, audit competency and audit report affect audit performance. Testing the antecedents of the research relationships, namely audit learning, digital culture, and stakeholder expectation, the result reveals that only digital culture affects digital accounting implementation. Accordingly, digital accounting implementation plays a vital role to enhance audit competency, audit report, and ultimately lead to attaining audit performance. Furthermore, the results are beneficial for the auditing practitioners and regulators, allowing them to draw on these results to develop training programs to enhance professional audit efficiency.

This study evaluated the completeness of patient care report (PCR). A retrospective quality analysis was conducted using raw data of 122,140 EMS activity reports prepared by paramedics in Gyeonggi-do from April 1 to May 31, 2021. In all, 67,830 cases of normal transfers were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22, and statistical significance was set at p<0.5. The 119EMT_2 certificate was omitted in 50,037 (73.8%) cases, followed by time-related items in 1,227 (1.8%) cases. In the primary assessment of vital signs, systolic blood pressure was omitted and erroneous in 1,218 (1.9%) and 1,129 (1.8%) cases, respectively. In the secondary assessment, the completeness of all vital sign items was approximately 70%. Advanced emergency care and online medical control (OLMC) reporting showed discrepancies in all items. As the severity of the patient's condition increased, the errors in the Patient care report (PCR) also increased, at a significant level (p= .00). Paramedics must be aware of the importance of completing the activity report.

Objectives: This case report aims to report the clinical effectiveness of the combination treatment of Korean medicine on abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods: The patients who diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding complained of menometrorrhagia, dizziness, lower abdomen pain and general weakness. They received combination treatment of Korean medicine during hospitalization. The treatments included Guibi-tang-gamibang, acupuncture, moxibustion and pharmaco-acupuncture. Results: After the treatment, abnormal uterine bleeding stopped and the clinical symptoms such as dizziness, lower abdomen pain and general weakness were improved. Conclusions: This case report shows that the combination treatment of Korean medicine with Guibi-tang-gamibang may be effective for treating abnormal uterine bleeding.

Ameloblastic fibro-odontoma is a rare benign mixed odontogenic tumor with histologic characteristics of ameloblastic fibroma and complex odontoma. As with ameloblastic fibroma, it may be asymptomatic or found because of painless swelling and delayed eruption of associated tooth. This report presents a case of ameloblastic fibro-odontoma in the posterior mandible of a 14-year-old girl and analyses its clinical features and radiographic features on plain X-ray film and CT images. This report presents the survey findings on the proportioning of ready mixed, concrete mixtures. According to this report, the W/C ratio and S/A ratio, based upon the type 25-210-12, in mix proportion of ready mixed concrete are 53% and 45% respectively. The problems to be improved, coming out in this study, are (1)using the adequate quantity of cement (2) alternation of mix design cope with the change of kinds of aggregates (3)large standard error in the mix proportion.

Brodie abscess is a localized form of chronic or subacute osteomyelitis that occurs most often in the long bones of the lower extremities of young adults. Involvement of the flat or small bones is less common. And there is no report of Brodie abscess which has two different lesion. We report a case of Brodie abscess of talus and distal tibia.

This is a report of pulmonary actinomycosis which has been treated with long chemotherapy under the misdiagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis for 14 years and has finally diagnosed by the specimens of excised lung. Pulmonary actinomycosis is very few in recent report by the use of penicillin and sulfonamide, but for the difficult differential diagnosis with pulmonary tuberculosis and carcinoma, It is a choice of treatment for resect for the localized lesions.

In a car accident in Kyongju, each of the two occupants insisted that he was not driving the car. The accident was investigated to determine who the driver is through careful review of the collision report, the statements of accident and witness, photographs taken at the scene, and the expert report of the National Institute of Scientific Investigation. The accident was reconstructed based on the physical principles, injuries of occupants, damages of the involved vehicles and their final stops. A mistake was found in the expert report.

The Mediastinal lipoma is an uncommon tumor in the literature. The literaure concerning mediastinal lipomas began with the first case report by Fothergill in 1781 and about 120 cases had been reported till 1969. We experienced one case of huge mediastinal lipoma, which was 885gm in weight, The mass was successfully removed through the right posterolateral thoracotomy and pathologic report confirmed pure adipose tissure. The patient`s postoperative course was uneventful and he was discharged on the 17th day.
