콜센터 종사자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Call Center Employees)

  • Purpose - Although various studies have been conducted on the stress of service employees, there are still lack of studies regarding job stress and job satisfaction of call center workers. Especially there are quite few studies on the job stress according to employment type. This study focused on job stress and job satisfaction for call center employees and the correlation between the two factors and aimed to provide basic materials for seeking for the plans to reduce job stress and improve job satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - Frequency, percentage, and mean value were calculated through descriptive statistics in order to find out demographic characteristics, level of job stress, and job satisfaction. Differences in job stress according to employment type were calculated by using one-way ANOVA. Correlation between job stress and job satisfaction were identified through empirical analysis with Pearson's correlation coefficient. 150 materials were used for final analysis. The collected materials were analyzed to get statistics by using SPSS 20. Results - First, as for the job stress of call center workers, overall mean value was 2.54 in 4-point scales. Among the six sub-factors, job demands had the highest score, which was 2.67. Second, as for the job stress according to employment type, others showed higher score than mean value followed by contract job and full-time job in that order, in terms of job insecurity and organizational system. In terms of inappropriate remuneration, contract job showed higher score than mean value followed by others and full-time job. Third, as for the satisfaction with job, the mean value was 2.37 in 4-point scale and "very much satisfied" was only 3.3%. Lastly, in terms of job stress and job satisfaction, all sub-factors except for job demands showed significant correlation. The more job stress increased, the more job satisfaction decreased. Conclusions - First, as a result of analyzing job stress according to the employment type of call center workers, job stress increased more when the employment type was not full-time. Therefore, it was assumed that self-rescue efforts should be followed for effective employment management of call center business where contract employment takes most part as well as efforts to transfer them to full-time job. Second, decrease in job satisfaction of call center workers may affect the performance of an organization as well as service quality of the company providing the service. Therefore, various supports are required to decrease job stress and increase job satisfaction for call center workers through the expansion of rest area or break time. Third, I could recognize that there were lack of academic research on call center business in the whole service industry. Therefore, further research should be conducted more actively in the future. In particular, this study has special significance in the aspect that there were few studies on the job stress of call center workers according to employment type.

보육교사의 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인의 메타회귀분석 (A Meta-regression Analysis on related Protective Variables of Childcare Teacher's Turnover Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 지난 10년간의 보육교사 이직의도와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 이직의도를 억제하는 변인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였고 메타회귀분석을 통해 조사시기와 조사지역에 따른 변화추이를 검증하였다. 연구대상으로는 분석을 위해 효과크기 변환이 가능한 논문 33편을 선정하였다. 연구결과 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인군의 효과크기는 조직외면적, 직무, 조직내면적변인군 순으로 나타났고, 세변인군 모두 중간효과크기를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직외면적변인군의 하위변인은 근로시간의 효과크기가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 직무변인군의 하위변인은 교사효능감과 직무만족이 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직내면적변인군의 하위변인은 대인관계와 원장과의 관계의 관계가 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상, 조사년도에 따른 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인의 메타회귀분석 결과 모든 연구 개념들이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 변인들에 대한 상관분석 결과, 복지후생은 수도권외지역보다 수도권지역일 수록 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

방사선검사의 의무기록에 관한 요구도 분석 (Analysis of the Necessity of Medical Records Related to Radiological Examination)

  • The purpose of this study was to discuss the required items and feasibility of medical records of radiological examinations performed by radiological technologists at medical institutions. An online survey was conducted to a total of 10,000 radiation-related workers, of which 1,026 (10.3%) responded. As a research method, self-made questionnaires were used. The online survey was conducted from September 10 to September 20, 2021 for the survey period. For response data, a Chi-square test was performed according to demographic characteristics using SPSS 27.0 version (IBM Inc., Chicago, Ill, USA), and it was judged to be significant when the P value was less than 0.05. The reliability of the questionnaire response was found to be Chronbach α=0.933. More than 90% of the medical records related to radiological examinations are necessary, and they answered that a curriculum, remuneration curriculum, and legal system for medical records should be prepared. More than 90% of the respondents agreed with the proposal of the Radiological Technologist Independent Act for legal preparation, and most of the information required for medical records is currently recorded in DICOM images. According to the demographic characteristics, the medical record requirement for radiological examination, curriculum, continuing education, and legislation were found to be higher with higher education and higher with longer working experience. In addition, most of the radiology departments showed a high demand for medical records, so most of them responded positively to the medical records requirements for radiological examinations. This study analyzed the medical record requirements for radiological examinations, and as shown in the results, medical record requirements for radiological examinations was found that most radiological technologists felt need for the new law and supported it. In addition, if the information recorded in the DICOM image is used, it is considered that medical records could be easily prepared without additional work by the radiological technologists.

대학에서의 ERP교육의 문제점 및 개선방안 (Problems with ERP Education at College and How to Solve the Problems)

  • ERP는 신 경영혁신 기법으로 기업자원을 전사적으로 통합관리해 주는 전사적 자원관리라는 의미이다. 즉 영업에서 생산 출하에 이르는 기업의 모든 업무과정을 컴퓨터를 이용해 유기적으로 연결, 실시간으로 관리할 수 있도록 해주는 최신 경영시스템으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나 ERP를 도입하고자 하는 기업에서 ERP프로그램을 담당하는 실무자를 확보하기가 어려운 실정이며 이는 학교에서의 ERP교육을 통하여 실무자를 양성하는 것이 절실하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 교육현장에 있어서 전문 ERP교원의 부족과 현장 실습 프로그램의 효율적인 학습이 이루어지지 않아 기업에서 원하는 인재가 배출되지 않고 있는 현실이다. ERP에서 회계의 역할이 매우 중요하고 그 비중이 매우 크며 회계담당자의 역할이 점차 커지고 있기 때문에 전문 ERP 회계 담당자가 매우 많이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 따라 ERP교육에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하였고 각종 문헌 및 현재 대학에서의 ERP교육의 문제점과 그 개선방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 대학에서의 ERP교육에 대한 개선방안을 제시하면 첫째, ERP에 대한 선행학습이라고 할 수 있는 회계원리의 교육을 강화하여 이론적인 지식이 충분히 습득돼야 한다. 둘째, ERP프로그램을 업무에 활용할 수 있는 가상의 시나리오를 다양하게 만들어 학생들이 이 시나리오에서 발생한 사건과 사상을 파악하여 직접 ERP에 적용할 수 있는 능력을 향상시키도록 교육이 이루어 져야 한다. 셋째, 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 ERP는 영업, 구매, 인사, 급여, 생산, 등 전사적인 자원들이 모두 회계로 통합되는 현장회계가 가능한 시스템이다. 따라서 활동현장과 회계모듈이 유기적으로 결합되어 있다는 점을 주지하고, 각각의 부문 모듈이 별도의 프로그램으로서가 아닌 하나의 흐름으로 인식할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 ERP학습에 대한 향후 학생들이 느끼고 있는 교육의 효율성과 교수들이 느끼고 있는 교육의 효율성에 대해 파악하여 이 두 집단 간에 느끼는 효율성의 차이에 대한 연구가 필요가 것으로 사료된다.
