고령자의 신체특성을 반영한 전시시설 환경디자인 체크리스트 적용현황 비교분석 -한국과 일본을 중심으로- (Comparative Analysis of Environment Design Checklist at Exhibition Facilities Based on Physical Characteristics of the Elder - Focused on Korea and Japan-)

  • 본 연구는 증가하는 전시시설 고령관람자들의 신체 특성을 반영한 환경디자인 체크리스트를 이용하여 한국과 일본 전시시설의 적용현황을 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 한국과 일본을 대표하는 국·공립 박물관 8곳 (역사계 4곳, 미술계 4곳)을 선정하고 전시 시설을 직접 방문하여 체크리스트 적용 현황을 파악하였다. 전시시설의 공간범위는 진입공간, 전시공간, 교육활동공간, 공공서비스공간, 이동공간으로 구분되며 고령자의 신체특성은 감각영역(시각, 청각, 촉각, 후각, 미각), 운동영역(골격, 근력, 체력)으로 구분된다. 체크리스트에 근거하여 설치, 부분설치, 미설치로 구분하여 해당점수를 부여하여 평균값으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 한국과 일본 전시시설 모두 평균값 이상의 비슷한 수준으로 나타나 전반적으로 고령자의 신체특성을 반영한 환경디자인이 시설 내에 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 평가 점수가 낮게 나타난 전시공간과 교육활동공간은 대부분 권장항목으로 구성되어 있었고 대부분 부분설치 또는 미설치로 나타나 이에 대한 대비가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 세 번째, 고령자의 신체특성 중 감각영역(청각)에 해당하는 항목의 설치가 특히 미비한 것으로 나타났고 음성안내, 긴급호출벨, 보청설비 등 추가 시설이 보완이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 네 번째, 전시시설의 건립시기, 리모델링 시기에 따라 체크리스트 평가점수가 다르게 나타나며, 역사계와 미술계 전시시설의 특성에 따라서도 점수가 다소 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 상업지역 내에 위치한 공원은 이용행태가 일반적인 근린공원과 다를 수 있으며, 인근 상업시설의 영향을 배제할 수 없다. 본 논문은 중심상업지역에 위치한 근린공원을 대상으로 주변 현황과 여건 변화에 의해 나타나는 공원 이용행태의 특성을 규명하여 추후 공원 조성이나 재정비 시 필요한 개선점 및 보완사항을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 국채보상운동기념공원과 2.28기념 중앙공원은 인근 지역의 지가가 높고 노후화된 건축물이 적은 반면, 경상감영공원 주변 지역은 지가의 하락과 함께 상업시설이 전반적으로 쇠퇴한 것으로 조사되었으며, 이용자의 연령대는 젊은 층보다 노년층이 많이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 공원의 이용목적에 있어 세 공원 모두 공원 내 시설을 직접 이용하기보다는 주변 상업시설 이용과 관련된 간접적인 형태가 많았으며, 공원이용자의 계층적 특성이 주변 상업시설 이용자와 유사한 특성을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 공원 이용만족도를 결정하는 요인은 각 공원의 특성 및 이용계층의 차이에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 이에 공원 조성 및 정비에 있어 공원 외부 환경의 변화에 따른 이용계층의 영향을 필히 고려한 계획이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

농촌생활경험에 따른 귀촌자의 귀촌방식 및 주택마련 - 충북지역 귀촌자를 중심으로 - (The Patterns of Return and Getting Housing of Returners-to-village according to Their Experience of Rural life - Focused on Returners-to-village in Chungbuk Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide practical data for proposing the housing environment support policy, fit for returners-to-village. For the purpose, this study focused the patterns of returners-to-village according to their experience of rural life, and their ways of settlement like planning and getting land and house. The questionnaires were answered by 91 persons who were living in Chungbuk area, and were analyzed chi-analysis on their socio-demographic characteristics according to experience of rural life, preparation of settlement and construction. The ANOVA were used to analyze their pattern of return according to experience, the period for getting house, and their satisfaction level of house size. The results were as follows. First, the returners showed differentiated tendency according to their experience of rural life, in their age, family life cycle, education level and income source after return. The experience of rural life explained the purpose of return and the living pattern after return. Direct experience group was mostly occupational farmer; indirect experience group mostly pursued good health & green life; non experience group mostly pursued green life. Second, the experience of rural life also explained differentiated tendency of returning preparation. In raising money, direct experience group mostly raised it privately but indirect or non experience group mostly used bank loan. Third, the returners mostly constructed new houses; non experience group almost constructed newly, but there were cases to utilize existing or vacant house in direct experience group, and indirect experience group favored existing house or remodeling of vacant house.

체계중심병원설계를 위한 공조실 면적 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on Area Planning of Air Conditioning Room for Hospital Design Focused on System)

  • Purpose: As the improvement in quality of medical environment and the spatial consideration for the prevention of infection in the hospital have become increasingly important in the recent years, specific and practical planning for air conditioning room's area has become a major issue accordingly. However, the air conditioning room tends to be discussed focusing on technical factors such as air conditioning systems that are irrelevant to building plans, while discussions of most departments related to the medical functions have actively taken placed. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the factors influencing the planning for the air conditioning room area, and through subsequent analysis of the area of the air conditioning room, to propose a way to improve effective planning for the air conditioning room area. Methods: This study examines the case hospitals that fall into two types: each floor supply system and concentrated supply system, and compares and analyzes the air conditioning room area-related factors and the characteristics of changes in the interior of air conditioning room before and after remodeling through air conditioning floor plan of those case hospitals. Results: The air conditioning room can be classified into the net area of the functional space such as duct passages, and the public area such as aisle space, and of those the public area is an important factor in calculating the area of the air conditioning room. The public area of the air-conditioning room should not be planned considering only the spaces for mobile passage or maintenance activities, but should be planned taking into account internal changes such as expansion and replacement of equipment in the future from the beginning. Implications: When planning a medical facility, it is used as basic data for the planning of the air conditioning room area, which is a significant fixed factor in the initial setting.

가청화를 이용한 돔형 체조연습장의 음향 성능평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Valuation of Acoustic Performance about Dome-typed Gymnastics Training Floor utilizing Auralization)

  • In case of indoor gymnastics training floor, in view of its characteristics, since it is simultaneously required the related smooth communication between the coach and the player, also the acoustic performance regarding to the Clearness of Music, besides the sport activity, the consideration about the acoustic character has entered the stage as an indispensable element. On such viewpoint, on the object of the recently built dome-typed gymnastics training floor, after making the optimized acoustic design with the remodeling through acoustic simulation, by means of measurement and valuation on human's psychological(sensual) degree utilizing Auralization that enables to experience the virtual sound field at the stage of design, this thesis has attempted to survey of the acoustic satisfaction degree and its reaction about the gymnastics training floor. As the result of investigation about the research on the space of object, it could be known that the valuation regarding to the acoustic performance of 'After-Improvement' was distinctly more refined than that of 'Before-Improvement'. It is now considering that such result of the study can be utilized as the useful data which enables to improve the retrenchment effect of the construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the prediction control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor sport gymnasium is planning to build for the near future.

  • 기존의 통신 시스템은 일반적으로 Line-of-Sight (LOS)가 없을 경우 레일레이 분포를 따르는 진폭 특성을 갖는다. 그러나 Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN)을 위하여 IEEE 802.15.3a 의 표준안으로 제안된 Ultra Wideband (UWB) Multi-Band Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MB-OFDM) 시스템의 경우에는, 측정결과 클러스터와 클러스터 내의 레이의 진폭 특성이 독립적으로 로그노말 분포로 해석될 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이를 기반으로 기존의 Saleh-Valenzuela 채널 모델의 수정을 통하여 MB-OFDM 시스템의 채널을 모델링 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 RF 주파수 호핑을 위하여 MB-OFDM 시스템의 채널 모델을 성형, 각 채널 모드에 따른 성능 및 전송률에 따른 성능을 확인한다.

공간구문론을 이용한 농업공동시설 입지 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Maintenance Plan of Common Farming Facility Using Space Syntax)

  • With a view to creating beautiful farm villages, this study aims to exploit space syntax and thereby establish a systematic plan for refurbishing common farming facilities in farm villages by expanding a remodeling plan that has so far been focused on farm houses to cover different villages as well as in spatial scope. For this purpose, the study has extracted a system of categories for common ownership facilities in farm villages and applicable elements needed for collaboration in the space of joint production by performing a comprehensive analysis of related literature for the purpose of researching the distribution of common farming facilities. Based on such categorization of applicable elements, the study conducted a field survey of the four types of farm villages such as suburban area (Hwaseong), inland farming-centered area (Jeungpyeong), coastal & plain area (Goheung), and mid-mountain area (Gangneung), through group discussions by participating researchers and field pilot surveys. Also, space analysis has come up with measurements based on the five criteria of integration, local integration, control, connectivity, and spatial depth. And a plan for type-specific remodelling of common farming facilities has been drawn up through standardization based on the values in integration for different villages and spatial depth for common farming facilities. The significance of the current study consists in identifying how the location of common farming facilities influences the characteristics of different villages in terms of spatial structure and then drawing up guidelines for planning their placement.

전임상 혈관분석을 위한 초분광 이미징 시스템의 활용 (Application of Hyperspectral Imaging System to Analyze Vascular Alteration for Preclinical Models)

  • 본 논문에서는 초분광 이미징시스템을 이용하여 획득된 헤모글로빈 포화이미지와 다양한 이미지프로세싱을 통해 얻어진 실시간 혈관 변화과정을 마이크로미터/밀리초 부터 밀리미터/시간에 이르는 시공간 해상도로 제공하여, 다양한 질병에 기인한 혈관의 생성 및 변화 등과 같은 고유한 생리적 특성뿐만 아니라 혈관간의 산소이동, 혈관질환의 치료효과의 검증 등 다목적 영상장비로의 개발이 가능하다. 이는 질병으로 인한 혈관의 변이과정을 관찰하기 위해 최근 다양한 임상 및 전임상 영상장비들이 개발되고 있으나 높은 개발비용과 환자들이 감수해야하는 위험부담에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 해상도와 제한된 만족도를 제공한다 한계점을 극복할 수 있다. 새로운 혈관의 생성 및 기존의 모세혈관 변화는 암 전이 및 발전과정 뿐만 아니라 다양한 질병의 종류에 따라 다른 특성을 보이며 이를 통한 생리학적 분석이 가능하므로 혈관의 연구를 통한 질병종류 및 유무의 판단은 진단 과정의 핵심 요소이며 새로운 치료법의 효과를 평가할 수 있는 중요한 근거가 될 것으로 기대한다.

Clinical efficacy of intermittent magnetic pressure therapy for ear keloid treatment after excision

  • Background: Keloids are benign fibro-proliferative lesion, related to excessive inflammatory reactions in certain anatomical areas, including the auricles. Their specific etiology remains unclear; nonetheless they exhibit tumor-like characteristics of significant recurrence and cause emotional distress, even with various treatment strategies. We applied intermittent magnetic pressure therapy on ear keloids in combination with surgical excision, and present its effectiveness herein. Methods: Ear keloid patients were treated with surgical excision followed by magnetic pressure therapy. The keloid tissues underwent excision and keloid marginal flaps were utilized for wound closure. Intermittent magnetic pressure therapy was applied 2 weeks after the surgical procedure. The pressure therapy consisted of a 3-hour application and 2-hour resting protocol (9 hr/day), and lasted for 6 months. The results were analyzed 6 months after the therapeutic procedures, using the scar assessment scale. Results: Twenty-two ear keloids from 20 patients were finally reviewed. Among the keloids that completed the therapeutic course, 20 ear keloids out of 22 in total (90.9%) were successfully eradicated. Two patients (2 keloids) exhibited slight under-correction. Postoperative complications such as wound dehiscence or surgical site infection were not noted. The scar assessment scale demonstrated a significant improvement in each index. The intermittent pressure therapy led to patient compliance, and avoided pressure-related pain and discomfort. Conclusion: Excision followed by intermittent pressure application using a magnet successfully reduced the burden of fibro-proliferative keloids, and had good patient compliance. The role of intermittent pressure application and resting should be studied with regard to keloid tissue remodeling.

국민임대아파트단지의 거주실태 및 커뮤니티의식 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study on the Residential Conditions and the Community Consciousness of the National Rental Housing)

  • The purpose of the study is to provide basic data to be useful for living environment of National Rental Housing, through comparative analysis of residential conditions, community consciousness of residents, characteristics of 3 complexes, whose residents have lived more than 3 years, different in area and size. Deungchon 11 Complex in Seoul, Eui-wang Naeson Complex, and Incheon Samsan 4 Complex are chosen for the investigation and the survey and 242 copies of the questionnaire are analyzed for the final result. Analyzing the contents of the survey results are as follows those deriving conclusions and suggestions. 1) Housing and construction standards are required to reconsider for enhancing of community consciousness and housing satisfaction of residents of National Rental Housing. 2) Spending on residential move, and minimize the unnecessary expense of low-income housing need to do to promote stability. 3) Facilities and equipments for residents are needed considering barrier-free design which introduces universal design. 4) Welfare facilities such as culture space and after-school classroom for teenagers are needed. 5) By using the broadcast media actively pro-mote, various layers are encouraged moving into National Rental Housing, through the concept of housing opportunities for change. 6) In short-term, community space are need remodeling and various activity programs are developed to induce activation of community facilities. In long-term, users considering a community facility plan, actively promoting activities, methods and operating system support for the government in the continuing policy and management is needed, when the National Rental Housing are planned to build. Therefore, the organic aspects such as the development and operation of the community program as well as the physical aspects such as the community space and facilities for the active community of the National Rental Housing are constantly considered in the follow-up studies.
