This paper proposes an automatic bandwidth control method for the performance improvement of Binary Amplitude Shift Keying (BASK) system for Giga-Bit Modem in millimeter band. In order to improve the performance of the BASK system with a fixed bandwidth, the proposed method is to adjust a bandwidth of low pass filter in receiver using the fuzzy system. The BASK system consists of a high speed shutter of the transmitter and a counter and a repeater of receiver. The repeater consists of four stage converters, and a converter is constructed with a low pass filter and a limiter. The inputs to the fuzzy system are the reminder and integral of remainder of counter, and output is a bandwidth. We used a Viterbi algorithm to find the optimum detection from the output of the counter. Simulation results showed that the proposed system improves the performance compared to the fixed bandwidth.

With the advance of Smart TV technologies, TV watchers can enjoy the Internet and games while watching TV programs. Besides retrieving with some keywords in the Internet, people may want to access local information such as notifications from town, messages from children's schools, shopping information from local marts, and even reminder messages for visiting from hospitals while watching TV without using web-browser. In this paper, we introduce the daily life notification service scenarios and its functional and non-functional requirements. Furthermore, we also propose a system that provides the notification services, consists of smart TV apps and server systems. We also introduce the system architecture and the component design of the system. Our work will help smart TV service developers because this paper will give them some service scenarios, requirements, and system architecture and its component design.

This paper is written for the aim of the system improvement to the activation of industrial man power in fisheries on the basis of '73 military special except system (MSES). As the results of the purpose, several points to be improved are as follows : 1. It is necessary to reminder on the important of man power maintenance by the cooperative system between industry and school. 2. MSES should be known to the people broadly and positively through the Korea pelagic fishery association and related industry, for example, their internet homepages. 3. The students should be opened the choice opportunity to applicant to lower license grade than their general study level. 4. More companies will be relaxed the restricted items upon new criteria about the nominated companies, revised system on March 27, 2001. 5. If any nominated company has unemployed man power under the system, it entrust the power of attorney in military office to other recommended authority or association for the purpose of the prompt performance to other nominated companies.

Many children have died (Heat stroke deaths) in the U.S. after being left alone in cars during hot weather, especially summer season. According to related report, more than 800 children have died of heat stroke from being trapped in a hot car since 1998. The regulation party, government has started to make not only technical regulation to prevent tragedy but also legislate to punish. However the 75% of accident has occurred unintended by their parents. So punishment is not the best solution for this case. So in this study, we analyze the trend of regulation and technology to save occupant who remained back seat. And finally we propose a countermeasure to prevent heat stroke deaths.

This study is conducted to improve efficiency of thermal storage tank. The thermal storage tank was designed to store heat energy that obtained from solar or the others heat sources. However, it has difficulties in storing heat with uniform temperature through the entire tank with respect to vertical direction. This kind of maldistribution of the supplied heat to the storage tank effects on the system performance. In this study is focused on utilization of the thermal stratification to improve thermal comfort for people in the house. To enhance temperature stratification of the tank, a distributor was designed and Installed in the middle of the tank. The distributor is supplies hottest water to the top side of the tank which is very close to inlet of the supply line to the heating load. The hottest water that is accumulated on top side of the tank is firstly supplied to the load with higher temperature. Reminder water takes a little time to warming up until desired supply temperature reached. This kind alternating selection of the supply temperature is improve thermal comfort with moderated system performance.

Objective : The purpose of this study was conducted to find correct head and neck patterns, manual contact. verbal commands with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF). Method : This is a literature study with books, seminar note and book for PNF international course. Result : Keep the information of the biomechanics and neural science in head and neck patterns and emphasize that manual contact, verbal commands and visual stimulus. Manual contacting for movement guide and stability of the $C_0/C_1$ verbal command and visual stimulus for correcting of the $C_0/C_1$ movements. Conclusion : In reminder for PNF learning, begin with head and neck and upper trunk patterns. In that time, Knott and Voss(1968) had not enough information about biomechanic movement components and neural science movement components. But Knott and Voss(1968) emphasized that head and neck patterns relate with trunk, upper extremities and lower extremities directly. Alar ligaments are relaxed with the head in neutral and taut in flexion. Axial rotation of the head and neck tightens both alar ligaments. The right upper and left lower portions of the alar ligament limit left lateral flexion of the head and neck. Therefore, head and neck patterns has to be modify. When head moving, eye and vestibular stimulus will be change. During head and neck patterns, must be consider about stimulus of eye system and vestibular system also.

현재 보건소를 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 예방접종 등록사업은 향후 전국의 민간의료기관에 확산 적용되어 공공보건의료기관과 민간의료기관이 상호 연계되고 데이터가 통합, 운영됨으로써 국가예방접종사업이 완성될 수 있다. 따라서 민간의료기관에 기반한 예방접종 사업의 정보화 추진에서의 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 예측하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 성공전략을 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그 중에서도 민간의료기관이 Non-chart system의 예방접종 모듈을 분석하여 예방접종 전산화를 위한 기본적인 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하고 공공보건의료기관과의 통합적 연계운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것은 예방접종전산등 곡사업의 핵심사업과제중의 하나이다. 예방접종 정보관련 프로그램을 평가하기 위하여 현재 민간의료기관(내과, 소아과, 산부인과 및 가정의학과)에서 주로 사용하고 있는 4개 보험청구 및 진료기록관리 프로그램인 Non-chart system과 현재 보건소에서 사용하고 있는 예방접종등록정보 프로그램인 (주)포스테이터의 보건소정보시스템과 (주)미드컴퓨터의 예방접종등록시스템 두가지를 대상으로 하였다. 분석의 표준은 현재 보건소에서 사용하고 있는 예방접종 관련 소프트웨어를 중심으로 하여 민간의료기관의 예방접종관련 프로그램 및 관련 모듈을 분석하였다. 모듈의 분석은 보건소정보시스템 및 예방접종 등록 프로그램을 기본으로 하여 예방접종 업무의 흐름과 활용 및 기능에 따라 분석하였다. 접수 및 신상등록에 있어서 기본적인 자료의 입력내용이 민간의료기관의 내용을 기준으로 보완됨이 바람직할 것으로 보여지는 데 특히 추후 검색과 리마인드(reminder) 및 리콜(Recall)기능의 이용을 대비하여 E-mail주소 등 개인신원의 내용을 충분히 파악할 필요가 있다고 판단된다. 예방접종 예진부분은 모든 프로그램에서 누락되어 있는데 필수적인 예진표의 내용을 반드시 포함시킬 필요가 있다. 개인의 접종기록 및 검색은 개인별 접종표 화면이 출력과 필수적인 접종내역란이 구성으로 접종표 형식이 단순화되어 사용하기에 편리하게 구성되어야 할 것이다. 접종대상 및 실적보고 서식 출력은 법령에 따라 Non-chart system을 이용한 자동화된 전산처리가 가능하여야 하며 자동화된 출력서식의 모듈이 제공되어야한다. 예방접종 증명서 발급기능은 2005년 이후부터 초등학교 입학시 예방접종증명서 제출 의무화가 예정되어 있으므로 예방접종 증명서의 발급기능이 추가되어야 한다. 접종자료의 전송기능으로는 의료보험의 EDI 청구를 위한 전송기능을 이용한 기능이 추가되어야하며 추후 예방접종 자료의 DB변환과 더불어 전송될 수 있는 기능이 추가되어야 한다. 리마인드(Reminder) 및 리콜(Recall)기능은 예방접종 등록사업의 필수적인 부분이며, E-mail을 통한 방법, 전화 또는 편지를 발송하는 방법 등이 추가되어야한다. 백신의 등록 및 재고관리 기능은 다양한 제약회사의 백신생산 및 백신의 효율적인 공금과 유효기간내 접종 등 관리와 견제되므로 백신등록 추가기능이 필요하며 아울러 연령별, 용량별, 백신종류별 등으로 구분되어 기록될 필요가 없었다.

우리는 자동차 소유자에게 자동차 소모품의 교체 주기를 알려주는 자동차 유지관리 지원 장치를 제안한다. 소모품 교체 주기를 놓친다면 차량의 상태가 악화되기 때문에 권장 기간 내에 소모품을 교체하는 것이 중요하다. 자동차 유지관리 지원 시스템은 설치된 차량의 주행 거리를 기준으로 차량 소유자가 정하는 교체 시간을 알려준다. 이 시스템은 On Board Diagnostics-II 포트에 노출된 Electronic Control Unit과 계기판 사이의 통신을 위해 Controller Area Network 인터페이스에서 획득한 속도 정보를 통합하여 차량 주행 거리를 계산한다. 이를 통해 시스템에 추가 배선이 필요하지 않다. 시스템의 주행 거리를 차량의 계기판과 비교하여 시스템의 오차가 0.28%에 불과하다는 것을 확인하였다. 자동차의 일반적인 조건으로는 무시할 수 있는 15mW를 소비하는 저전력 모드로 자동으로 진입해 점화 스위치가 꺼졌을 때 차량 배터리가 방전되는 것을 방지한다.

산림 속 자연환경 조건에서 자생하던 야생 산삼은 수백 년 동안 인간의 간섭과 지혜가 더해지면서 지금의 재배 인삼으로 이어져 오고 있다. 인삼농업은 우리나라 여러 지역에서 계승해 오고 있지만, 금산 지역 인삼농업은 역사성과 전통지식 시스템, 농업생물 다양성, 농업경관 등 세계중요농업유산 지정기준에 적합하다는 평가를 받아 2018년 국제연합 세계식량기구(FAO)로부터 세계중요농업유산(GIAHS)으로 지정 받았다. 금산 지역 전통인삼농업은 장기간(10~15년)의 사이클이 여러 번 반복되면서 구축된 지속 가능한 토지 이용 방식인 '순환식 이동 농법'을 계승해 오고 있으며, 경작지의 향과 바람의 순환을 중시한 재배지 선정 지혜를 보유하고 있다. 또한 선인들의 지혜와 지식이 고스란히 담긴 인삼재배지 예정지관리 기법 등 전통적 지식체계를 현재까지 유지하고 있다는 점이 농업유산가치로 높게 평가받은 것이다. 2023년 12월 현재 세계중요농업유산으로 지정된 곳은 26개국 86개소인데, 금산 지역 인삼농업이 인삼 작물로서는 세계 최초이자 유일하게 지정 받았다. 이것은 대한민국이 고려인삼 종주국으로서의 위상을 확보한 매우 의미 있는 역사적 기록이라 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 1990년대 들어 점차 심각해지고 있는 산재장애인의 재취업실태를 살펴보고, 재취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀, 산재보험 재활서비스 체계의 강화하기 위한 개입방안을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 1996년과 1997년 산재보험 장해보상금 종결자 중 신규장해판정자 1,060명이며 조사방법을 전화면접조사를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 주요 결과를 보면, 첫째, 산재장애인의 재취업율은 자영업을 합쳐 약 28.6%로 전체 응답자의 약 1/3에도 못미치는 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 신체적 손실을 나타내는 장해등급 뿐만 아니라 일상생활능력정도 역시 재취업에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 재취업에 있어 신체적 손상을 보완해 줄 수 있는 재활공학서비스의 중요성을 보여준다. 셋째, 재취업에 있어 신체적인 요인뿐만 아니라 자신의 장애를 수용하는 시기나 자신의 장애를 인식하는 점도 등과 같은 심리적인 요인도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 재취업에 있어 사회심리적 재활프로그램의 필요성울 확인할 수 있었다. 넷째, 직업재활서비스 이용여부는 재취업에 유리한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 현재 장애인 직업재활프로그램의 비효과성 측면과 더불어 직업재활프로그램의 저조한 참여에서 기인한 결과로 보인다. 이러한 결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 함의는, 우선적으로 현재의 산재보험에서 투자하는 재활사업비를 확대하는 방안이 필요하며, 재활공학서비스의 연구개발사업을 활성화시키고, 현재의 산재보험 직업재활훈련체계를 재정립하고 프로그램 개발하는 등의 노력과, 사회심리재활서비스의 산재보험 수가화를 통한 확대, 개별상담원 도입 등의 방안 등을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 필요가 있다는 점이다.
