Project manager plays a very important role in the success of any project. The primary duty of the project manager is to combine the outcomes or results of the various processes and activities of project management into a systematic project management strategy or plan for the project. In the construction industry, a lack of motivation is an urgent problem for many project managers in construction and engineering projects. Lack of motivation affects the quality and productivity of jobs, reducing profits and growth for companies, businesses, contractors or organizations that rely on human resources. The reasons for this lack of motivation are diverse ranging from salary to culture to life and working environment, among others. Through surveys and data analysis using Cronbach's Alpha reliability and EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis), our research scaled the factors affecting work motivation of project managers in the construction industry in Vietnam. The research results identified six major groups of relevant factors including (i) salary and benefits, (ii) work environment, (iii) promotion opportunities, (iv) organizational culture, (v) interest in the job, and (vi) relationship with the organization. From there, this paper contributed useful information as well as measures for businesses, companies, contractors or organizations in the construction industry.

With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and value of internet banking should be improved through reinforcing customers' trust in internet service quality.

본 연구는 수출을 기반으로 성장을 하는 우리나라 벤처 기업의 수출성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 분석의 틀을 마련하기 위하여 관련기관이 연구보고서, 논문, 그리고 발표 자료에 대한 문헌 조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 연구 분석의 틀을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 관련 전문가들과 관계자의 자문을 통하여 설문을 작성하였으며, 2005년 12월 현재 수출 실적이 있는 700개 업체를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며 (2006.5.10${\sim}$5.31), 전화면담으로 269부, 직접방문으로 162부, 우편조사로 87부 등 총 518부가 회수되어(회수율 74%), 이 중에서 자료로써의 신뢰성이 낮거나 분석의 편의성을 따져 19부를 제외한 500부를 실제분석 자료로 사용 하였다. 설문지의 분석은 SPSS로 이루어졌으며, 측정항목들의 적절성을 평가하기 위하여 신뢰성 분석과 타당성 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 각 특정범주에서 추출된 요인들이 중소벤처수출 기업의 수출무역의 수출전략 및 성장성에 미치는 영향을 각각 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다.

Recently, due to external environment like the changes in health policy and various healthcare accreditations, along with hospital's internal efforts to improve the quality of medical services, demands for the development of medical information systems are increasing. Some examples are clinical information like DUR (Drug Utilization Review), CVR (Critical Value Report), and automatic benefit processing by treatment purposes, or hospital DSS (Decision Support System) on overall medical practice. Such systems act as a guide in making clinic judgments during practice or in other medical practice, and their effects on the medical treatment improvements are being proven by previous studies. In the reality of increasing attention in the effects of medical treatment improvement, studies related to hospital DDS were mostly focused on clinical, technical, and engineering points of view, and studies focusing on the user viewpoint are very limited. In order to verify the effects of DSS on practice improvements and hospital's management performance, this study used a research model constructed to verify how SERVQUAL of hospital DSS affects hospital management performance in BSC (Balanced Score Card) point of view. To empirically verify the research model, a questionnaire was conducted on the basis of "K-University Hospital's DSS" on clinicians and hospital employees related to system development, and the relationships between the factors were analyzed through path analysis. As a result of path analysis, excluding reactivity, tangibility, confidence, reliability, empathy among service qualities, had partially significant effects on management performance factors (learning and growth, internal process, financial affairs). This study is to prepare the theoretical ground on the management performance analysis of hospital DSS, and suggest the service quality of the system that should be considered in the planning and development stages for improved system.

Purpose - As environmental issues, along with the growth of companies, are accelerating, social interests in eco-friendly management that requires corporate social role and responsibility are increasing. The eco-friendly management activity reflects the changes in environmental awareness of consumers. Therefore, the eco-friendly images of companies influence consumers, and the establishing of eco-friendly management strategy has become a very important factor in the greenmarket. In this regard, this study examined the impacts of green leadership and environmental attractiveness on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance towards the employees of franchisee headquarters. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted towards the 800 headquarters among 2,600 brands that are registered with the Fair Trade Commission of Korea by mail. Among the total of 162 questionnaires collected, 7 respondents were excluded for their incompletion, and thus 155 responses were used in this study. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. Frequency analysis was carried out to understand the general characteristics of the subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement. Correlation analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between constructs, and structural equation modeling to examine the structural relationships among the constructs. Result and Conclusions - First, green leadership had a positive impact on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Second, environmental attractiveness had a positive effect on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Finally, strategic environmental marketing and tactical environmental marketing had positive impacts on environmental performance. This study can be recognized for proposing new perspectives on eco-friendly management strategy for firms to be able to win competitive superiority and performance by embedding awareness of the importance of environmental market and suggesting practical implications on understanding of environmental attractiveness, strategies and tactics of environmental management, and environmental performance in the franchise industry.

According to the system dynamics model of this study, if there is a significant network effect on vehicle operating costs, it is difficult to achieve the shift to AFV even in the long term without a policy intervention because the car market is locked in to the current structure. Network effect can be caused by an increasing return to scale in fuel supply sector as well as in maintenance service sector. It is also related to the fact that the reliability and awareness of consumers on new products increases with the growth of the market share of the new products. There are several possible policy options to break the 'locked in' structure of car market, such as subsidy on vehicle price (capital cost), subsidy on fuel (operating cost) and niche management policy. Combined policy options would be more effective than relying on a single policy option to increase the market share of AFV.

The rapid growth of air conditioning load has become a main reason of peak load increase in summer. In connection with this, we surveyed the load management projects of utilities world wide and their detailed activities. This study is to develop a remote load control system using computer and radio communications. We finished the field-test of this system on August 1995 in Seoul area. During the field-test, the remote load control of air conditioners was proved to be well-timed. Two control modes, group control and all control, are available for the user to select. The transmission reliability of the load control signal was very good and the functions of system hardware as well as the software were excellent. So we confirmed the applicability of the load control system including the pager communication network. In this paper, detailed information on the system functions and experimental results are described.

A new cultivation diary system based on environment sensor data and Web 2.0 with Flex is suggested, to improve the previous system using the subjective data of cultivators. The proposed system is designed by applying an object-oriented model called mini-architecture, in order to enhance the reliability of software as well as promote stability to overall system design. The environment sensor data such as temperature and humidity are used to develop the new reliable diary. Also, an active interface based on Web 2.0 and Android as the user GUI are implemented to maximize the convenience while recording the cultivation diary. The result of the performance evaluation shows that the data from sensors has 99.1% of correlation with that of analogue.

Purpose: The primary objective of this study was to examine the influence of economic democratization on economic development from diverse perspectives. Research design, Data methodology: Justification of the qualitative literature methods used in this study is essential, as extensive descriptions, justifications, and explanations of the methods used allow researchers to increase the reliability of their studies for specific or specified audiences. Initially, the concept and principal attributes of economic democratization were scrutinized, followed by an exploration of its manifold effects on economic development. Results: Consequently, this study facilitated a comprehensive comprehension of how economic democratization fosters economic growth and advancement in contemporary society. Additionally, the study deliberated on the constraints and hurdles of economic democratization, proposing policy recommendations for future mitigation. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study is anticipated to furnish foundational data for regional economic development to both academia and policymakers. It achieves this by thoroughly evaluating the impact of economic democratization on economic development and delving into the dynamic interaction between democracy and economic progress.

체계의 신뢰도 향상을 위한 활동으로 고장 보고, 분석 및 고장 수리체계 (FRACAS: Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System)가 다양한 산업 분야에서 적용되고 있다. FRACAS는 식별된 고장에 대한 원인 분석과 적절한 시정 조치, 결과 검증을 반복 수행하는 활동으로 신뢰도 향상에 효과적이지만, 기존의 개발 환경에 통합 운용하기에는 프로세스, 데이터 수집 및 관리 등 여러 가지 측면에서 제약사항이 있다. 국내 방산분야에서는 FRACAS 적용의 어려움을 해소하기 위해서 FRACAS 시스템 개발 및 프로세스 개선에 관한 연구가 진행되었지만, 대부분이 운용/유지 단계에 집중되어 있다. FRACAS는 총 수명주기 체계관리(TLCSM: Total Life Cycle System Management) 관점에서 운용되어야 하므로, 개발 초기인 설계 단계부터 FRACAS를 적용할 수 있도록 참조 아키텍처에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방 무기체계의 전 수명주기에 걸쳐 FRACAS를 효과적으로 적용하기 위해, 체계 수명주기 단계와 FRACAS Closed-Loop 프로세스, FRACAS 필수 요소 등을 고려한 TLCSM 기반의 통합 아키텍처 구축에 대해 연구하였다. 제시된 아키텍처는 함정 전투체계 사업에서 FRACAS 수행 시 참조 모델로 활용하였다.
