유도무기체계 품질 및 신뢰성 제고를 위한 개발단계 국방규격화 프로세스 개선 방안 (A Proposal to Improve Standardization Process on Defense R&D for Quality and Reliability of Missile System)

  • To achieve designed quality and reliability from R&D to force integration, an establishment of precise and distinct specifications and standards are required. However, the recent process of R&D standardization on defense acquisition system, has brought plenty of corrections on specifications and standards that may cause not only difficulties to production line and retardation to the military forces, but also a degradation of provided weapon systems. Therefore, a technical review should be performed by the developer, the producer, and the client, establishing the standard that include mass production requirements as well as clients' requirements. This paper propose a specified solution on process of R&D standardization, by applying a substantial FCA(Functional Configuration Audit) and PCA(Physical Configuration Audit) which implies participation of related agencies. By the improved PCA, 2,023 corrections on 74 types of QAR(Quality Assurance Requirement)s and 12,715 corrections on drawings are identified.

  • In this paper, we survey recent trends of International Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) organizations such as the International Committee on GNSS (ICG), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Maritime Organization (IMO), and International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and investigate their impact on the maritime and aviation sectors. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. ICG develops a variety of satellite navigation enhancement systems. ICAO establishes international aviation regulations and standards to enhance aviation safety and security. IMO establishes international shipping conventions and rules to protect and regulate the shipping environment. Lastly, ITU establishes international communication regulations and standards. Investigation of such international organizations plays an important role in increasing the efficiency and reliability of GNSS systems. Each international organization promotes international cooperation, improvement of service quality, assurance of security, compliance with international regulations, and technological innovation and development. In the future, interoperability and compatibility with new satellite navigation systems and other GNSS and satellite navigation enhancement systems must be secured, so and thus investigation of international organizations must be conducted first.

  • This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate service quality of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) service providers. For this, we first conceptualize five dimensions of 3PL service quality (i.e. tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). We then apply the AHP method to determining the relative weights of five service quality dimensions and eventually selecting the best 3PL service provider. To implement this idea in practice, we conduct an empirical study on four companies providing 3PL services in Korea.

온라인 교육사이트의 서비스품질 측정을 위한 SERVPERF와 KS-SQI모형의 비교 (A Comparison of SERVPERF and KS-SQI for the On-line Education-website Service Quality Measurement)

  • 본 연구는 국내의 중 고교생이 많이 사용하는 온라인 교육사이트의 서비스품질을 측정하는데 있어서 SERVPERF모형과 KS-SQI모형 중에서 어느 것이 더 적합한지를 비교 분석하였다. AMOS7을 이용하여 분석한 결과, SERVPERF모형에서 서비스품질은 신뢰성, 유형성, 반응성, 공감성, 확산성으로 측정하는 모형으로 나타났다. 또한 KS-SQI모형의 서비스품질은 본원적 서비스와 예상외 서비스로 구성된 성과차원과 신뢰성, 친절성, 적극지원성, 접근용이성, 매체유형성으로 구성된 과정 차원으로 구성된 측정모형으로 나타났다. 두 모형간 비교에서는 KS-SQI가 경로분석에 대한 모형적합도 측면에서 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

Influencing Factors of the International Payment Service Quality at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

  • International payment is an essential part of the economy, which is beneficial to both commercial banks and trading enterprises. Moreover, service quality, which has been a key point of discussion for decades, relates to customer satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing international payment service quality at the Join Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) from 2015 through 2019. This research deploys both quantitative and qualitative methods to discuss the effects of these components. Statistical data was examined through different tests, including reliability analysis, correlation, and regression analysis by SPSS 16.0. The authors obtain and analyze 157 valid responses from customer surveys, then by applying an integration SERVPERF and PSQM model, identify five main components: Reliability, Tangibles, Assurance, Convenience, and Responsiveness, which explain how the customer perceives the service quality of international payment activities at BIDV. The results show that these five factors have a positive relationship with service quality, in which, Reliability has the most significant impacts on service quality level. Besides, the findings not only contribute to the literature but also give some practical implications for BIDV to improve its international payment service quality and help them to obtain customer satisfaction in the fast-changing environment.

Service Quality and Information Value of Online Travel Chat - A Case from KTO's 1330 Chat

  • Tourism businesses use chat services to provide immediate customer support and to help users navigate within a website, but there are more outcomes of this interaction that should be examined. The current study aimed to discover if the online travel chat service quality and information value of the online travel chat service lead to user satisfaction with the service and visit intention to a recommended destination by Korea Tourism Organization's 1330 Live Chat. The results indicate that information value (functional and innovation) and online travel chat service quality (reliability, assurance, and security) lead to satisfaction with the live chat service and visit intention to a recommended destination. The results can benefit practitioners who want to expand and improve their customer service interaction and recommendations, and to scholars who study the relationship between customer services in tourism recommendation and sales context.

  • ITS 장비의 체계적인 성능평가는 그 장비의 성능을 일정 수준 이상으로 유지하여 수집 가공 제공 정보의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 단계로 매우 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 2001년의 "교통체계효율화법"에 ITS 장비의 성능평가와 관련하여 법적 근거가 마련되어 있음에도 불구하고 ITS 장비에 대한 검 교정이 체계적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 체계적이고 효율적인 ITS 장비의 검 교정체계 구축을 위한 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외의 유사 사례와 ITS 이외 분야의 모범사례를 분석하여 검 교정체계 현황 및 절차 등을 개관하고 정책적인 시사점을 분석하여 제시한다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 서비스 품질요인이 고객이용만족에 미치는 영향 : 인지된 커뮤니티 유형의 조절효과 (The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in a Internet Shopping Mall : The Moderating Role of the Internet Community Type)

  • This study aims to identify service factors that satisfy customers in the internet shopping mail context. The study examines the relationship between service qualify and customer satisfaction, and explores the moderating role of the internet community type (i. e., transaction community group, interest community group and fantasy community group). By analyzing 188 questionnaires, we found that out of the five service quality dimensions, only reliability, tangibility, assurance and responsiveness dimensions have positive effects on customer satisfaction. We also found that there is a significant difference in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction by the perceived type of internet community implications of the findings and future research directions are discussed.

방문요양서비스 이용자가 지각한 서비스의 질 측정을 통한 중요도와 성과도 분석 (An analysis on the importance and performance of home help service through measuring service quality perceived by its users)

  • 본 논문은 방문요양서비스를 이용하고 있는 대상자 중심의 서비스 평가를 바탕으로 중요도와 성과도 분석을 통해 관리전략을 제시하였다. 연구대상은 강원도 S시에 소재한 3개소의 재가장기요양기관에서 서비스를 받고 있는 대상자로 하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 기초통계, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 방문요양서비스 중요도는 총5점 만점에 4.55점으로 나타났고, 성과도는 4.26점으로 나타났다. 집중개선영역은 '신속한 서비스 제공'과 '안심하고 서비스 제공'으로 나타났고, 유형성의 4개 속성, 신뢰 확신성의 4개 속성, 대응 공감성의 1개 속성은 개선고려 영역으로 나타났으며, 신뢰 확신성의 3개 속성, 대응 공감성의 5개 속성은 강점유지영역으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 방문요양서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 우선적으로 집중개선영역의 성과향상이 필요하며, 서비스 제공자의 지속적인 교육과 훈련을 통한 전문성의 확보와 규칙적인 대상자 중심의 서비스 평가를 통한 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

대용량 기후모델자료를 위한 통합관리시스템 구축 (Development of Climate & Environment Data System for Big Data from Climate Model Simulations)

  • In this paper, we introduce a novel Climate & Environment Database System (CEDS). The CEDS is developed by the National Institute of Meteorological Sciences (NIMS) to provide easy and efficient user interfaces and storage management of climate model data, so improves work efficiency. In uploading the data/files, the CEDS provides an option to automatically operate the international standard data conversion (CMORization) and the quality assurance (QA) processes for submission of CMIP6 variable data. This option increases the system performance, removes the user mistakes, and increases the level of reliability as it eliminates user operation for the CMORization and QA processes. The uploaded raw files are saved in a NAS storage and the Cassandra database stores the metadata that will be used for efficient data access and storage management. The Metadata is automatically generated when uploading a file, or by the user inputs. With the Metadata, the CEDS supports effective storage management by categorizing data/files. This effective storage management allows easy and fast data access with a higher level of data reliability when requesting with the simple search words by a novice. Moreover, the CEDS supports parallel and distributed computing for increasing overall system performance and balancing the load. This supports the high level of availability as multiple users can use it at the same time with fast system-response. Additionally, it deduplicates redundant data and reduces storage space.
