영상처리를 이용한 향균성 시험방법 신뢰성 개선 (Enhancing Reliability of Antibacterial Test Methods using Image Processing)

  • 본 논문에서는 군에서 사용하는 텍스타일 재료에 대한 항균성 시험방법의 신뢰성 확보 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 항균성은 일반적으로 세균의 증식을 억제하고 유해한 균을 제거하는 것을 말하며, 항균성을 측정하는 시험방법은 텍스타일 재료의 특성과 형태에 따라 다양한 방법이 있다. 항균성 시험방법인 KS K 0693 '텍스타일 재료의 향균성 시험방법'에 따르면, 콜로니 수를 측정할 때 시험자가 육안으로 세어 측정한다. 이때 시험자의 숙달수준에 따른 측정오차가 발생할 가능성이 크며 자동화되지 않아 비교적 시간이 오래 걸린다. 이러한 단점을 개선하기 위해 영상처리 기술을 적용하여 향균도를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. 시험자료는 '방탄헬멧 부유대조립체 완충패드'의 외피소재를 대상으로 하고, 공인시험기관에서 발급된 시험 성적서에 첨부된 배양배지 영상을 사용하였다. 배양배지 영상을 전처리 한 후 분할 및 이진화 처리 후 영상 내 입자의 수를 세어 콜로니수를 확인하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법을 적용한 항균도 측정결과와 기존 시험방법의 측정결과를 비교한 결과, 제안하는 방법은 기존의 시험방법을 통한 항균성 측정결과 대비 0.9%p 정도의 차이를 보였다. 제안하는 방법은 측정자의 오차를 제거하여 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있으며 측정 시간이 짧다는 장점이 있다.

Dictyostelium discoideum Ax2 as an Assay System for Screening of Pharmacological Chaperones for Phenylketonuria Mutations

  • In this study, we developed an assay system for missense mutations in human phenylalanine hydroxylases (hPAHs). To demonstrate the reliability of the system, eight mutant proteins (F39L, K42I, L48S, I65T, R252Q, L255V, S349L, and R408W) were expressed in a mutant strain (pah-) of Dictyostelium discoideum Ax2 disrupted in the indigenous gene encoding PAH. The transformed pah - cells grown in FM minimal medium were measured for growth rate and PAH activity to reveal a positive correlation between them. The protein level of hPAH was also determined by western blotting to show the impact of each mutation on protein stability and catalytic activity. The result was highly compatible with the previous ones obtained from other expression systems, suggesting that Dictyostelium is a dependable alternative to other expression systems. Furthermore, we found that both the protein level and activity of S349L and R408W, which were impaired severely in protein stability, were rescued in HL5 nutrient medium. Although the responsible component(s) remains unidentified, this unexpected finding showed an important advantage of our expression system for studying unstable proteins. As an economic and stable cell-based expression system, our development will contribute to mass-screening of pharmacological chaperones for missense PAH mutations as well as to the in-depth characterization of individual mutations.

기업 재무비율 분석을 토대로 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Enterprise Value and Corporate Tax on Credit Evaluation Based on the Corporate Financial Ratio Analysis)

  • 오늘날 경영환경은 국가의 신용도나 기업의 신용등급이 사회적으로 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국제 거래에 있어서도 중요하게 부각되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이처럼 국내외에서 신용평가의 중요성 및 신뢰성이 중요해지는 시점에서 본 연구는 기업의 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성의 재무비율을 분석하여 그 재무지표들이 기업가치 및 법인세에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 더불어 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향도 함께 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2017년도 코스피 유가증권상장기업 465개 기업을 대상으로 해당 기업의 재무비율을 계산하여 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한 추가 연구를 통해 K-IFRS 도입 첫해인 2011년부터 최근까지인 2018년까지의 8년간 KOSPI 유가증권 상장기업의 재무자료를 시계열 분석하여 신뢰성 및 일관성있는 결론을 도출하려고 노력하였다. 연구 결과 각 재무비율인 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성을 나타내는 변수들 간의 유의수준도 손익성장성을 제외하고는 99%에서 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 연구 가설의 검증 결과 코스피 유가증권상장기업들의 수익성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 반면 안전성과 성장성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하였다. 또한 활동성은 기업가치에는 유의적인 영향을 미치나 법인세에는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하다는 결과를 얻었다. 이와 더불어 기업가치가 기업신용도 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 법인세도 기업신용도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고 이를 통해 법인세의 매개효과 기능도 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 추가 연구 결과 2011년부터 2018년까지 8년간의 재무비율을 살펴보면 KARA와 LTAX 두 변수는 KISC에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적임을 확인할 수 있었던 반면, LEVE 변수는 KISC에 유의적이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 바와 같이 기업들의 신용지표로 세무상 정보의 영향을 분석한 선행연구가 많지 않은 현실에서 본 연구는 기업의 법인세에 영향을 미치는 기업재무 정보를 확인하는데 큰 의의가 있으며 더 나아가 기업의 세무 자료가 자세히 공개되지 않는 상황에서 재무자료를 통한 세무정책 수립에도 많은 유효성이 있을 것으로 생각된다.

국내 가구기반 통신서비스의 고객접점에 관한 연구: PLC단계별 접점경험과 서비스품질의 상대적 영향 (A Study on the MOT of Household Telecommunication Services: The Effects of MOT Experience and Service Quality on Product Evaluations across Different Phases of the Product Life Cycle)

  • 통신서비스 시장의 경쟁이 날로 심화되고 기술속성이 표준화되면서 접점에서의 차별적 활동과 경험이 고객가치 창출을 위한 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있지만, 정작 고객접점의 활동이 소비체인에 따라 어떤 식으로 구성되어 있고 어떤 영향력을 행사하는지, 접점의 서비스 품질이 고객성과에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 규명한 연구는 미흡하였다. 특히 현재 가구기반 통신서비스시장은 PLC단계별로 다양한 서비스들이 포진해 있는 바, 서비스가 도입-성장기에 있는지 이미 성숙-쇠퇴기에 들어섰는지에 따라 접점에서 요구되는 소비자들의 서비스 니즈가 달라질 수 있음에도 이를 실증한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도입-성장기에 있는 가구기반 통신서비스로 VoIP와 IPTV, 성숙쇠퇴기에 있는 가구기반 통신서비스로 유선초고속 인터넷과 유선전화를 선정하여 각 서비스별로 MOT접점에서 고객들이 어떤 경험을 하고 있고 무엇을 중시하고 있는지 영향력을 확인한 후 접점의 서비스 품질이 고객성과에 미치는 효과가 통신서비스의 PLC 단계에 따라 어떻게 달라지는지 그 상대적인 영향력을 살펴보았다. 858명의 응답자를 대상으로 실증한 결과 접점에서 소비자들의 경험과 요구사항은 상이하게 나타났으며 서비스품질과 관련해서는 도입-성장기에 있는 서비스들은 유형성과 확신성이, 성숙-쇠퇴기에 있는 서비스들은 신뢰성과 공감성, 상호관계성이 고객성과(고객만족, 재구매의향, 구전의향)에 긍정적인 역할을 함이 제시되었다. 끝으로 이러한 결과에 대한 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

고압 회전기 On-line 부분방전 측정용 Ceramic Coupler 특성 (Characteristics of Ceramic Coupler for On-line Partial Discharge Measurement in High Voltage Rotating Machines)

  • In order to improve the reliability of high voltage rotating machines, it is necessary to understand the breakdown mechanism of stator windings. Especially partial discharge(PD) inception and growth are important in stator winding insulation. Recently, many research on the diagnosis of stator winding insulation for large rotating machines have been developed since the 1970s. Capacitive couplers have been the most widely used sensor for on-line partial discharge detection in rotating machines. This paper deals with the electrical on-line monitor characteristics of ceramic coupler(CC) which has been developed to continuously measure the PD activity in operating high voltage motor stator windings on site. We investigated the electrical characteristics(PD quantity, breakdown voltage and frequency response) to develop CC. This paper presents frequency characteristics and laboratory test result to compare conventional 80([F] epoxy-mica coupler(EMC) and 105[pF] CC for PD measurement with 6.6㎸ model stator windings.

육아관련 웹사이트의 정보에 대한 영아어머니의 요구 분석 (The Study on the Mother's Needs for Information of the Child Care Web Sites)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of a mother when getting the information from the child care web sites. The subjects of this study were collected through on-line and off-line and constituted of 157 mothers who had neonates and infancy. All the mothers could use the internet. On-line subjects were 135 mothers who were the members of "Child Rearing" circle of internet portal site, Daum (www.daum.net) and off-line subjects were 22 mothers who visited the pediatric outpatient department. The instrument had 15 items about needs for information of the child care web sites. 12 items were multiple choice-questions and 3 items were open questions. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 10.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics. The results were as follows. 1. The most useful web content that mothers represented was food and nutrition(24.4%) and the other rated as following order; growth and development(21.1%), supports among parents(16.8%). 2. The most great web problem that mothers represented was depth of content(43 people) and the other rated as following order; objectivity, specialty and reliability of content(29 people), no problems (23 people), too much advertisements(17 people), obligation on member(4 people). 3. Mothers represented the highest information needs about play and education(65 people) and the other rated as following order; nutrition(44 people), managements of common health problems(39 people), experiences of other parents(10 people), child caring methods (38 people), exchanges of things(7 people). 4. Mothers represented the highest consultation needs about common health problem (62 people) and the other rated as following order; growth and activity(60 people), play and education(30 people), nutrition(22 people), child caring methods(9 people).

프랜차이즈 기업의 그린리더십과 환경매력도가 환경마케팅 전략과 전술 및 환경성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Franchise Firm's Green Leadership and Environmental Attractiveness on Environmental Marketing Strategy and Tactics, Environmental Performance)

  • Purpose - As environmental issues, along with the growth of companies, are accelerating, social interests in eco-friendly management that requires corporate social role and responsibility are increasing. The eco-friendly management activity reflects the changes in environmental awareness of consumers. Therefore, the eco-friendly images of companies influence consumers, and the establishing of eco-friendly management strategy has become a very important factor in the greenmarket. In this regard, this study examined the impacts of green leadership and environmental attractiveness on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance towards the employees of franchisee headquarters. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted towards the 800 headquarters among 2,600 brands that are registered with the Fair Trade Commission of Korea by mail. Among the total of 162 questionnaires collected, 7 respondents were excluded for their incompletion, and thus 155 responses were used in this study. The data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. Frequency analysis was carried out to understand the general characteristics of the subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis to measure the reliability and validity of the measurement. Correlation analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between constructs, and structural equation modeling to examine the structural relationships among the constructs. Result and Conclusions - First, green leadership had a positive impact on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Second, environmental attractiveness had a positive effect on strategic environmental marketing, tactical environmental marketing, and environmental performance. Finally, strategic environmental marketing and tactical environmental marketing had positive impacts on environmental performance. This study can be recognized for proposing new perspectives on eco-friendly management strategy for firms to be able to win competitive superiority and performance by embedding awareness of the importance of environmental market and suggesting practical implications on understanding of environmental attractiveness, strategies and tactics of environmental management, and environmental performance in the franchise industry.

외식 프랜차이즈 사업의 성과공유활동이 동태적 신뢰를 통해 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Benefit-Sharing Activities through Dynamic Trust on Recontract Intention in Foods-Service Franchisers)

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to investigate the benefit-sharing activities. They affect contract renewal intention between franchisers and franchisees that are linked through a contract with the intention of building their relationship from the level based on dynamic trust. This study will show a new approach on qualitative growth and consolidation of competitive power and may well be able to suggest practical ways to strengthen directions in the field of franchise industries. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, based on literature review, we separated logistical-supporting activities and non-logistical-supporting activities from benefit-sharing activities. We modeled how benefit-sharing activities influence contract renewal intention of franchisees by dynamic trust. In particular, considering the possibility of trading concepts and characteristics of trust between providers opportunistic behaviors was defined as variables, depending on the situation and dynamic characters reveal their relationship trust concept. That is, dynamic trust having the possibility of changing depending on opportunistic risks and interdependencies by Lewis & Weigert(1985, 2012) was classified into transitional-based trust, calculated based trust, relational-based trust and balance-based on trust. The total of 104 samples from domestic franchisees being with franchisees were collected by using a structural composed questionnaire. Results - The results are as following. Benefit-sharing activities in logistical supporting activities appeared to affect the multidimensional concept of transitional trust, calculated based on trust, relationship-based trust and balance based on trust dynamic trust with all-defined impact. Non-logistical supporting activities appeared to affect significantly the positive (+) to the dynamic trust concept except transitional trust. Lewis & Weigert(1985; 2012) have proposed a dynamic confidence calculated from relations within-based trust relationship based on trust appears to affect the significant positive (+) to the balance-based confidence transactions confidence mechanism of the system side in the verified relationship. Finally, a relationship based on trust and confidence in the balance based on the Influence of dynamic renewed confidence showed significantly affect the positive(+). In particular, the balance based trust showed the acts as a mediating factors between relational trust and confidence and renew calculated. Conclusion - From the above these results, the significance from this study is as following. First, the proposed activity is to share and validate the approach by identifying the potential in the relationship from the contract with building dynamic trust, and one of the ways from the franchise headquarters and affiliated merchants mutual growth through win-win cooperation in sharing activities. Next, the dynamic segmentation confidence to suggest the possibility can be broken down over the validity and reliability test for each concept. In addition, by identifying the relationship between the dynamic level of confidence granular multi-dimensional concept, to determine the level of trust with a dynamic relationship between risk and interdependencies can be possible in franchise industries. In order to maintain and develop their mutual relationship, franchise industries should propose confidence-building steps to promote their quality improvement.

제약유통채널에서 영업사원에 대한 통제시스템이 고객지향적 판매와 영업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Salesperson Control System on Customer-oriented Selling Behaviors and Sales Performance in Pharmaceutical Distribution Channel)

  • Purpose - Recently, domestic pharmaceutical market is growing steadily, but top-tier companies are concentrating on sales growth. In this market, SMEs, which account for more than 80% of the entire market, suffer from the problem of lower margins and increasing inventory costs. According to the government's policy changes related to pharmaceuticals, it is pointed out that the management of existing customers and the control of salespeople are important issues for pharmaceutical companies. This study investigates the effect of the control system on the salesperson in domestic pharmaceutical distribution channel on customer-oriented selling behaviors and sales performance. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify the proposed research model and test hypotheses, the authors selected 244 MR(medical representatives)'s responses which have currently relationship with doctors or pharmacists. This study carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model. Results - The authors find out the following results: capacity control, activity control, and self control have positive effects on customer-oriented selling behaviors and customer-oriented selling behaviors have a positive effect on sales performance. In addition, we present alternative model to check the direct effect between the control systems and the sales performance, but control system factors except self control have no direct influence. Conclusions - First of all, competency control and activity control increases the customer-oriented selling behavior of the salesperson. This means that the salesperson's sales skill, negotiation skill, customer access skill, presentation ability, monitoring, direction and evaluation are important and it is also important to control activities to check the number of visits to customers, report preparation, and customer service etiquette. Second, the fact that self-control of salesperson affects the customer-oriented selling behavior suggests that self-control is not controlled by external factors but rather establishes short/long-term goals. Therefore, it is important for sales organization to create an environment in which members can induce persistent incentives for self-control. Finally, output control did not affect customer-oriented sales behavior, which is less likely to form confidence or motivation to MRs when output control is perceived as a means of monitoring, supervising, or controlling rather than providing information to salespeople.

중국 프랜차이즈 시스템에서의 본부와 가맹점간 신뢰의 영향요인 (The Determination of Trust in Franchisor-Franchisee Relationships in China)

  • 본 연구는 중국 프랜차이즈 시스템에 참여하는 본부와 가맹점 사이의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 규명하고자 하였다. 중국의 외식 프랜차이즈 산업 가맹점을 조사대상으로 한 실증분석 결과, 프랜차이즈 시스템에서는 신뢰의 형성이 매우 중요하며, 이를 위하여 본부의 가맹점에 대한 지원의 강화, 양자 간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 가맹점의 과거결과에 대한 만족의 증진, 양자 간의 갈등 예방 및 해소가 필요하며, 이러한 본부의 가맹점에 대한 지원과 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가맹점의 과거결과에 대한 만족을 증가시킬 수 있고, 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 양자 간의 갈등을 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
