An Methodology Research of Performance Appraisal Tool of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurse (종양전문간호사 업무평가 도구 개발)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the tool that can be used for measuring and appraising the performance of Oncology Advanced Practice Nurse(APN). Method: On the basis of some articles about roles of oncology APN, the researcher made a temporary tool and verified both content validity and face validity. Also the reliability and construct validity were verified. Result: The reliability of this tool was measured by internal consistency. Cronbachs' ${\alpha}$ was .92. The method of verification of construct validity was used known group technique because of small numbers of Oncology APN. Conclusions: This performance appraisal tool of Oncology APN was verified by both the reliability and construct validity. In future, this tool will be able to be used for appraisal and verifying of nursing care of Oncology APN.

  • Accurate thrust measurement is very important when developing an engine of propulsion system. Especially for a low thrust liquid rocket engine(LRE), accuracy of thrust is seriously affected by thrust measurement errors and thurst losses which are caused by propellant supply system. In this study, a new thrust measurement system is developed for accurate thrust measurement of a low thurst LRE by minimizing these effects. Its thrust measurement range is 150~1500N and the maximum error is below 10N. Also, a reliability appraisal technique is investigated to improve reliability and accuracy of the thrust measurement system.

  • It is very difficult to measure an accurate thrust for the performance test of liquid rocket engine. Liquid rocket engine is attached to the propellant feed system, control valve and many other safety systems. Without considering these effects, thrust data measured from the firing test is not reliable and meaningless. In this research, the modified thrust measurement system, which includes both all these side effects is developed for the verification of low thrust liquid rocket engine performance. In addition, reliability appraisal technique is studied to secure the reliability of thrust measurement system.
