프리앰블을 이용한 새로운 SNR 추정 알고리즘 기반의 AMC 기법의 전송률 성능 분석 (Throughput Performance analysis of AMC based on New SNR Estimation Algorithm using Preamble)

  • 이동통신이 발전해 감으로써 사용자들은 점점 더 높은 데이터율과 신뢰성이 높은 통신 시스템을 요구하고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 사용자 요구에 부합하기 위해 MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Out)와 OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division multiplexing)의 장점을 모두 활용하는 MIMO-OFDM에 기반을 둔 시스템 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 빠른 무선 채널 환경에 대응하여 높은 전송률 및 양질의 데이터를 만족하기 위해서 채널 상태에 따라서 적응적으로 변조, 코딩, 부 반송 파수 및 파워 할당을 달리하는 시스템 등이 결합되고 있다. 이러한 피드백 기반 시스템은 얼마나 정확히 채널에 대한 상태 정보(CSI : Channel State Information)를 지연 없이 송신기에 전달하느냐에 따라서 시스템 전체 성능이 향상 될 수 있고 저하될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 송 수신단에서 서로 알고 있는 프리앰블(Preamble)을 이용하여 채널 추정과정 없이 정확한 SNR (신호 대 잡음비: Signal to Noise Ratio) 추정이 가능한 알고리즘을 제안하고 기존의 프리앰블 기반 SNR 추정 알고리즘들과 여러 가지 평가방법을 통해 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 또한, IEEE 802.11n 시스템에서 각 알고리즘에 의해 추정된 SNR을 피드백 기반으로 AMC를 적용해보았다. 여러 채널에서 각 알고리즘의 성능을 분석 해 본 결과, 제안된 알고리즘 기반으로 AMC 기법을 적용하였을 때 모든 채널에 대해서 가장 높은 전송률을 보임을 확인하였다.

신설 대학병원 행정직원과 기존 대학병원 행정직원의 갈등수준 비교 분석 (Comparison of Conflict Level among Administrative Department Staff between Newly Established and Existing University Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the cause and level of conflict arising within and between departments among administration office workers who work in a recently established tertiary hospitals of a major cooperation or related non-profit cooperation: The study also aimed to find methods for resolution of such conflicts by comparing with other existing university hospitals. The subject population included 299 business administration office workers randomly selected from two cooperate related tertiary hospitals of less than 3 years in its existence and two university hospitals over 700 beds in Seoul and Kyong In area. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire. To define related factors for the level of conflict among departments in each hospitals multivariate regression analysis was conducted. Independent factors were characteristics of subjects, conflicting factors within and between the departments. The results are as follows: 1. Those in the 30-39 rears of age group demonstrated significantly higher level of conflict between departments. Those working in the new hospitals, who were older and had long-term tenure, and those with short-term job experience at current working hospital had higher level of conflict between the departments with statistical significance. 2. Concerning the involvement of conflicting factors and the level of conflict in the administration there was statistically significant positive correlation between reliability and job-related intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict in existing hospitals. There was a significant positive correlation between intradepartmental conflicting factors of mutual dependence, difference in goal/orientation and intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict. 3. In multivariate regression analysis, women more than men, and those who had worked for many years in hospitals had statistically significant influence on factors involved in interdepartmental level of conflict, explaining 51.0% of the model. 4. In existing hospitals, gender was a significant factor with women showing a higher level of interdepartmental conflict compared to men. Among the interdepartmental factors, mutual dependence had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospitals, job position was a significant factor which showed that those in high position such as section chief or above, compared to those in managerial or general position had higher level of conflict. Among the interdepartmental characteristics, factors of mutual dependence and goal/orientation had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospital setting efforts to reduce conflict in areas among workers with high position, old age, and long tenure and those in Purchasing, Material and Computer Department should be made and prudent management and planning for improved manpower and increased budget or efficient allocation and clear definition of job description are necessary to adequately assess and make improved efforts for rapid stabilization of the premature hospital system from its inception, In the existing hospitals a lack of conflict within and between departments may give rise to stagnation or inefficiency of the organization. Future study are needed with respect to the relationship between interdepartmental level of conflict and the effectiveness of the hospital organization for improved resolution of conflict in the organization and hospital management.

외식기업의 정보원천이 신뢰, 구전의도, 그리고 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Information Sources on Trust, WOM Intention, and eWOM Intention in the Restaurant Sector)

  • Purpose: In the restaurant sector, it has been known that consumers' positive perception of brands influences their positive WOM intention, and information sources play an important role in increasing credibility by enhancing consumer awareness and developing differentiated brands. This study examines the effects of information sources (e.g., advertisement, WOM, SNS) on trust (cognitive and affective) and, WOM and eWOM intention in the restaurant context. In the model, cognitive and affective trust play mediating roles in the relationships between information sources (e.g., advertisement, WOM, SNS) WOM and eWOM intention. Research design, data, and methodology: Research models and hypotheses were developed according to the research direction. The survey questionnaire items were developed and used appropriately according to the contents of this paper based on prior studies. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and validated in prior studies. A total of 502 responses were collected from an online survey. The research model was evaluated using SmartPLS 4.0. Frequency analysis was performed to understand the demographic characteristics of the survey respondents. The reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were assessed using measurement model analysis. The proposed model was verified using the structural equation model. Results: Advertisement, WOM, and SNS information sources all had a positive effect on affective trust, whereas only WOM had a significant effect on cognitive trust. In addition, affective trust had a positive effect on cognitive trust and eWOM intention but did not affect WOM intention. Finally, cognitive trust was found to have a positive effect on both WOM intention and eWOM intention. Conclusions: This study redefines the concept of where restaurant service companies should focus when providing consumers with information about their products and services. As a result, the conceptual framework of positive word of mouth intention to increase new customer visits to the restaurant brand has been expanded. In addition, this study not only presents an information source management strategy for restaurant brands, but also presents practical implications for resource allocation guidelines for customer management in the restaurant sector.

문화예술지원사업 추진상의 쟁점과 정책방향 - 시각예술창작산실 공간·전시 지원사업을 중심으로 - (Controversial Issues and Policy Alternatives in Promotion of Arts and Culture Grant Program: Focusing on Space and Exhibition Support Project of Visual Arts)

  • 본 연구는 시각예술창작산실 공간·전시지원 사업 추진상의 쟁점과 대안 모색을 하고 이를 통해 문화예술 지원사업의 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 문헌고찰 후, 지원사업 관련 직접 수혜자 집단과 지원사업 담당자, 그리고 시각예술 전문가 집단의 FGI 및 심층인터뷰를 하였다. 연구 결과, 지원사업의 특수성을 고려하여 지원심의와 선정이 실제 지원시기보다 충분히 여유를 두고 실행되어야 하며, 비영리전시공간과 사립미술관의 사회적 역할과 차별성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 한 두 사업으로 구분하여 진행할 필요가 있다는 점을 공유하였다. 지원 방법과 평가에 관해서는 지원사업의 효과성을 고려한 장기지원이 요구되며, 지원 주체와 수혜자 사이의 신뢰성을 회복하는 건강한 파트너십 형성의 필요성, 그리고 평가기준과 e나라도움 시스템이 보다 효율적이고 합리적 구축되어야 하며, 해당 지원사업의 정체성에 부합하는 예산의 효율적 배분 및 항목의 유연성, 그리고 예산부족에 대한 쟁점이 도출되었다. 이러한 분석을 통해 시각예술지원사업의 특수성 이해, 지속가능한 시각예술창작 산실 정책의 수립, 예산활용이 자율성 부여 및 예산확충 등의 시사점을 도출하였고, 더 나아가 문화예술지원사업은 통제보다 효율성을 중시하는 방향성, 공급자 보다 수요자 입장을 고려한 방향성, 단기적 관점이 아닌 장기적 관점의 사업기획을 해야 한다는 방향성이 도출될 수 있었다.
